All you need is a disapproving ex-US army father and an ambition to make biodegradable surf boards in California and you’re basically living the American dream. Anyway, kick off this confusing fantasy with their £65 Thanksgiving set menu. There’s a truffle-topped quail caesar salad, pumpkin risotto, turkey and trimmings, and of course pecan pie. If big birds aren’t your thing then there’s also a vegetarian menu complete with your old friend nut roast." - jake missing
