"Restaurateurs Bradford Heap and Carole Vilate are opening their latest venture, Pepper the Noshery, aiming to do more than just serve humane and sustainably sourced food. Using practices learned from running Wild Standard, they focus on protecting against over-harvesting of the seas by offering a menu with a small seafood selection and vegetable-forward dishes made with organic, GMO-free ingredients. The menu, crafted by Roy Benningfield, ranges from Italian to Thai, featuring items like mussels with tomato or Thai coconut curry broth, Buffalo cauliflower bites, 'Taste of Spring,' and miso cod.
