I've been here many times and can't believe I never wrote a review so here you go!
This space is a bit of an incubator for chefs and makers who need a kitchen but aren't yet ready for a traditional restaurant setup. Outside, there are also a few restaurants and food spots.
The Brainery hosts many of its food classes here. It's not a huge space, but it works perfectly for hands-on learning like pasta-making classes. Christina, the usual instructor, is excellent and always makes it fun.
My only gripe is figuring out how to leave after 8 p.m.....it can be confusing which exit to take. Parking can also be a little tricky, but luckily I live nearby, so drop-off and pickup are easy for me. For most people, street parking, the lot, or rideshare will be the best bet.
