I’ve only ever been to Common Table on the weekends.. and it’s been a while, and I visited today (Thursday) for lunch. I remember the food being great.. ambience is always a vibe. I walked in and ordered food to go.. the place was pretty dead… but it IS a weekday… I ordered the Braised Short Ribs with mashed potatoes and honestly, they didn’t even TRY! The ribs are tender, but I don’t think they even salted them!! The carrots, celery, and onions were BARELY chopped and I don’t think they even made it into a pan/skillet.. the mashed potatoes taste extremely bland… I’m just so disappointed all around… and paid a lot of money for this sad meal…

Absolutely loved my experience at The Common Table in Frisco! The vibe is relaxed yet lively, perfect for brunch or a night out. The food was fresh and flavorful—highly recommend the chicken and waffles and their craft cocktails. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear they care about both quality and atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

Came for the Sunday Brunch and it was A VIBE! Set outside and enjoyed the weather and the “Lil Kim” Tropical Mimosa tower lol, which was really good. The food was GOOD but the portions were small. I had the Short Rib hash and the other person had the Grilled Chicken with cheesy grits and an egg. Like I said, the food was good. Our waiter was nice and on point! Matter fact he suggested my order! Will definitely be back for the night experience!

Below average service and below average brunch and not sharp enough knives to cut my waffle the bacon is really good though. The DJ played loud music which made it hard to hear our waiter speaking in front of us. However it was a nice outing with good music played. I wouldn’t necessarily go back.

A really good place to go alone or even catch up with a group of friends great music and good bartending. Suggest going there on Tuesday evenings to get the extended happy hour drinks and also half the price on appetizers. The appetizer menu is little short and limited more options can be included. I had the chicken Parmesan sliders and the fries. Don’t have the picture, but the chicken wings are great as well. I asked for a customized pineapple cocktail, which was good as well, overall decent price for the star locality. They have great Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday and weekend offers as well. They’re open until late night, good atmosphere and great decoration as well.

First time in. Sat at the bar and Aly and Dalvin took great care of us! Helped us select good brunch items. Food was great. Drinks flowing and trust they know how to make a good drink! The music during the hip hop brunch is everything. It’s definitely vibe in here.

Had an amazing experience at Common Table in The Star, Frisco. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, the food was delicious, and the drink selection was impressive. Everything from the appetizers to the entrees was fresh and flavorful, and the timing of service was spot on. What really made the night memorable was our server, Austin. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. He offered great recommendations and kept everything running smoothly without ever being intrusive. Austin’s outstanding service took an already great meal to the next level — we’ll definitely be back!
