The Community Farmers Market of Pleasant Hill

The Pleasant Hill Farmers Market is always great! There's lots of venders with things like fresh produce and clothing and everything in between! One of my favorites is getting fresh honey! The kids also love riding the horses and the train! Great weekly experience in the summer! **Edit** Inked Impressions is a great business that is a vendor at the Farmers Market! They offer awesome apparel, mugs, tumblers, sticker, cutting boards, and more!

This is one of our favorite markets in the Des Moines area! Really has a community feel with lots of local vendors! Lots of good food, crafts, and handmade goods! They even have a train for kids to ride and kids tent each week, as well as a golf cart to shuttle people to and from vehicles!

The market not only gets larger every year but friendly as well! It’s like going to a family reunion that you’re excited to see everyone. Even though it was just last week! All of you are doing it together. Pleasant Hill is so lucky! Thanks everyone for your hard work and kindness!!

Love shopping at this Farmer's Market! I always find the best fruits, veggies, and crafts. I enjoy talking with the venders. The parking is plentiful and the food trucks always have delicious treats to try. I usually go every week.

The Pleasant Hill Farmer's Market is great this year! It's very well run, with 40 vendors, food trucks, music, kid's activities, and a playground. Good energy and a nice place to stop on a Monday after work!

I love going to the PH Farmers Market- there are a great variety of vendors and everyone is sonfriendly and helpful (even on the days when it is unbelievably hot). One of the best things PH has done.

I like going here on Monday afternoons. For some reason it is always hot! I recommend getting freeze dried candy and blue raspberry lemonade! 4/5

Nice farmers market. Unfortuntely, we caught the last one on August 28. Plenty of vendors. Picked up some produce, some candy and some herbs to make a nice tea. Everyone we talked with was very friendly. Some interesting vendors like Rebel Farms that had freeze dried candy. They had some tasty caramel treats. We brought home one. Very good! We also got the herbal tea from Cal Janae Wolfpack who is a Clinical Herbalist and Botanist. It's been too warm to try hot tea, but it smells wonderful! How wonderful to have such a diverse group of vendors. Since we were hungry, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza from one of the food trucks. They were about the size of a small pizza and delicious. My husband and I finished up the entire pie that night. It was quite good! Patrons line up and order, and it's done in no time. I was ready to leave so gladly scooped it up and ran home. It was hot, and the asphalt heated the place even more. It was held at Berean Church in Pleasant Hill. I'm looking forward to next years market!
