This cute little stall comes out of no where when you move around in pike place market. The cheesecakes are tasty and you can try lot of varieties as you will not be full with one. The cheesecakes are themselves very tiny and delicious but also pack great flavor. Ask for the hot chocolate shots. They are too good. The woman who served us was very friendly and helped us understand the flavors. We had samples of caramel cheesecake when we were at the location so got to taste additional flavor with the one we got.

We tried the sampler cheesecake. The New York style was to die for!!! The chocolate was delicious and rich. White chocolate raspberry was also good. I can’t remember the 4th flavor but it wasn’t our favorite. It was around $7 and totally worth it. I also got a pumpkin one- the worker said it was his favorite. I haven’t tried it yet but am so excited to! The atmosphere was so cute

Like the idea and the staff were nice but the new York style cheesecake had way too much lemon in it. It tasted like lemon cheesecake not plain. Texture was creamy though and the crust was good just way too much lemon for my taste buds. Little expensive for what you got but would be cute to bring as a party gift.

Blink and you will miss it, but trust me, you have to try this place. The mini individual cheesecakes are insanely tasty. Good luck choosing a flavor. I went with the mochaccino. It was amazing. The price is a little high, but one bite, and you’ll be glad you splurged.

Absolutely worth it. We love diy, we tried the peanut butter chocolate one and shared it. Unless you have a big sweet tooth I suggest sharing as they are very rich. I would come back here in a heart beat! Perfect to walk around with and enjoy a nice view! The ladies were so nice, and even gave us a sample! So friendly, and great service!

I like their sampler that allows you to try their 4 most popular flavors at once. I find their cheesecake is just ok. The chocolate one doesn’t have a very strong chocolate flavor so I was a bit disappointed.

Try the samplers first! If you need their best flavors, morning is the time to visit. You won't find all flavors especially the good ones in the second half of the day. One serving is good for two people since its so rich and dense. They have some good options like pack of 4, 7, 9 to buy in bulk.

They have a vast selection to choose from! I didn't know which to choose, so I requested a recommendation. They recommended the Irish cheesecake since it was a very popular one. This was delicious! I regret not getting more than one. If you're in the area, then make sure to get the 4 pack; it'll be worth it!

My friend wanted to try their cheesecakes after seeing them on social media so we went over to get a little dessert. They had a variety of flavors in the display, some seasonal and it was adorable that they were these cup sizes. Caramel Apple Cheesecake - It was way too sweet. There was a slight amount of apple flavor and I could taste the caramel a little more. The cheesecake part was okay but the crust was way too hard, my spoon couldn't break through most of it and the sides were stuck to the paper. I expected more for the price as it was hard to taste the flavors from how sweet they were and the difficulty with the crust.

I HAD to write a review! My son who couldn't join us on our trip loves cheesecake and I wanted to bring him a treat! The really nice fellow at the counter was so kind and helpful. He told me how we could take it on the plane ride home and we bought an insulated bag with ice pack which kept very well. Happily we stayed at a hotel that had a mini refrigerator/freezer. I bought the blueberry, double chocolate, caramel and mocha cheesecakes and every flavor was delicious!! Definitely a place to stop at Pikes Place Market!

Small place. Welcomed by staff. My friend loves hot chocolate, so we had to get the Columbian drinking chocolate and a slice of white chocolate/raspberry cheesecake. The hot chocolate had a pronounced chocolate taste, not too sweet. It tasted as if a chocolate bar had been melted into it. Unexpectedly rich and creamy, almost like drinking chocolate pudding. Would recommend this for chocolate lovers. The cheesecake was light and had a balance between the subtle taste of white chocolate and the stronger taste of raspberry. Good crust too, which complimented the cheesecake. Nice place to get some delicious types of cheesecake.

You want extremely creamy cheesecake? They've got it. We tried two different ones and they were both delicious. They are also very rich...you've been warned. The signage isn't the greatest but it's not that hard to find. I don't have a huge sweet tooth but I can recognize a good dessert when I taste one. This is quality stuff.

Want cheesecake? This is the spot to be. I NEEDED cheesecake and saw the variety of options they had online so we scurried over. I couldn't choose between flavors and thats where the size of these really comes in handy. They're nice and mini sized which makes it so much more justifiable to buy multiple lol. So that's what we did. One white chocolate raspberry, one lemon white chocolate, one apple and wine, one quadruple chocolate, one new york cheesecake. Honestly as much as I like the unique inspired combinations, I liked the more classic flavors more and the new york cheesecake was my favorite! Despite their size each of them are still pretty hefty and lasted a good couple of snacking sessions

Very creamy cheesecake with a balance between being light and heavy. The Cheesecake Sampler was a great option for me to try several flavors at once. The Seattle's New York-Style tasted a bit similar to the Lemon White Chocolate due to the lemon notes, but the Lemon White Chocolate was more lemony and sweeter due to the white chocolate addition. The Quadruple Chocolate tasted like a heavy, creamy chocolate mousse. The Raspberry White Chocolate was pretty yummy as well. Service is quick because the cheesecakes are already assembled in their display counter. One thing to note is that their Cheesecake Samplers can get sold out later in the day.

One of the best hot chocolates (ever). This shop might be more famous for their mini cheesecakes, but their drinking chocolate made from Guittard Chocolate company is rich, thick and strong. Delicious dark chocolate flavor!

This place is on pike street so parking is always tricky. I was in the area and got a 4-pack and omg these are delicious. Also the sipping chocolate is a must try for chocoholics. Service was friendly and it's fits right in with the pike st vibe next to the ocean

I am a lover of Cheesecake! When I spotted The Confectional at Pike Place Market, I knew that I had to try what they had to offer. They are a little place, and their cheesecakes are little too. Honestly, I thought the prices for their individual mini cheesecakes were too steep. Probably because it is in a very touristy higher rent area and payroll wages are higher in Seattle too. Don't believe that I would be a regular because of the high prices. I must say, though, that the cheesecake flavors I bought were good tasting. The Caramel cheesecake would have to be my favorite. Absolutely, try The Confectional for their cheesecakes. You will probably feel they are worth every penny.

Looking for a little sweet delight on you tour around the pike place market? Here's one confectionery I found that I liked. I recommend the assortment of 4 slices in 1 if you're not sure of what to try or have greedy eyes like me who want to try more than my calorie counter recommends I should have on a daily average :P. The service staff was very friendly and helpful too.

We stopped by here around 6:00 pm on a weekday. It was one of the few stalls open at the time, so we came for a quick trial bite. We ordered the tayberry cheesecake and the caramel one. The tayberry flavored cheesecake was absolutely to die for, and very worth the extra $1. If you are a fruit lover like myself, I highly recommend. They were out of the Colombian sipping chocolate which I was bummed about, but cheesecake itself was delicious.

Looks like this place has a lot of options for cheesecakes. My friend C, told me that they have really good hot chocolate. They sell a small sample of hot chocolate or 1 oz for $1.75. It was nice and thick. On top, it had a nice chocolate flavor that you can taste. Nice to have something small. I think the 8oz for $6 would be too much. It was a nice treat for sure.

This place is awesome! Super friendly staff, delicious cheesecakes! Our fave is the white choc raspberry, but definitely get yourself a little mini sampler with whatever 4 flavors are on rotation. Definitely stop by and snag a sweet treat the next time you're at the market!

I'm so happy we found this place, just off the sidewalk, the service was super welcoming, friendly, and fast, a 6 pack of cheesecake was only $35, and every bite was perfect. Definitely try the white chocolate raspberry!

Cheesecake lovers... visit The Confectional!! Located in Pike Place Market, they have an adorable selection of mini cheesecakes to fill your hearts (and stomachs) desire. According to their website: they use cage-free eggs, never use hydrogenated oils, and their crusts are made with Maria Biscuits from Spain. We tried their 4-pack and had the salted caramel, raspberry white chocolate, key lime, and their Pride Month special (not too sure of the exact name of the flavor, but I recall it was described as something fruity!). We loved every single one! The person taking our order was so kind and provided us recommendations, noting that their raspberry white chocolate was one of their most popular flavors. She even offered us samples of their key lime cheesecake! My favorite was the salted caramel. The cheesecake was soooo decadent and infused with the caramel flavors, it made for the perfect amount of sweetness. Definitely stop by to the Confectional at least once!! We ended up taking some back home on our flight for family to try, and they enjoyed it greatly too.

Anyone who tells you that they don't love cheesecake, I think they're lying. Or Maybe they just haven't been to the Confectional. It's rad that they are a little friendly walk up with SAMPELS! and tons of cheesecake options. From your basic NY affair to the more artsey and flavorful kind - you're covered. It's also cool to see multiple options in multiple sizes so you can really just get what you or your party needs while walking around Pike Place!

Overpriced and over-hyped. Cheesecakes are nothing special. The size is ridiculously small. I can see why they stress large events as that's the only reason to shop here. I would have expected better since their tagline is "confess your love for cheesecake." I love cheesecake but I question theirs. Caramel is awful and "Seattle's New-York style" is their slang for plain and bland. The staff aren't very helpful and some of their signage is proteinous. The shop is cute to look at but since you won't be staying there to eat, who really cares. If you have a downtown office party and want cheesecake, shop here. If not, there are better choices that don't require going to Pike Market.

We walked past this little cheesecake bakery, and knew we'd come back and grab some! I had the hot chocolate, and my friend had the lemon, both delicious!

The high rating surprises me. I thought the cheesecake was just OK and because it's in a touristy place it's overpriced. Unless you really want cheesecake specifically, there are lots of other snack / desert places to try in the area!

My husband loves cheesecake, and has wanted to sample the popular 4 pack sampler but due too long lines or tough access thanks to construct has been able to do so until recently. Customer service was really good, there was zero wait time, and the selection was vast. Surprisingly his favorite was the lemon!! If cheesecake is your thing, definitely give these perfectly portioned cakes a try; I recommend!

One of the many shops located in Pike's Market Place. I was walking along the sidewalk looking at all the different shops, and what stopped me was they had Girl Scout Cookies Flavored Cheesecakes! I mean its GIRL SCOUT COOKIES in cheesecake form. So of course I had to try them out. They had other different pastries, but I really needed to try these haha. I got the Samoa Girl Scout Cookie. They come in the size of a cupcake. It was really delicious. The cheesecake was not too hard and not too soft, it was the right texture. You can really taste the Girl Scout Cookie Flavor. It was topped with coconut shavings and drizzled chocolate. The crust was a little thick but it worked really well and it wasn't hard or burnt. I also tried the Thin Mint Cookie that my friend also tried. Super good, wasn't as minty but it worked well in cheesecake form. The worker was quick and friendly. The shop itself is small, its more of a to go place. Super cute!

Pike Place is a playground for foodies and while walking down the street, this place caught my eye... so many kinds of cheesecake! They've got a bunch of flavors and they all sounded good to me, it was hard to decide. With so many good things to eat at Pike Place, you've got to pace yourself! Thankfully they have a sampler, giving you 4 quarters of their mini cheesecakes, giving a nice variety of flavors. The cheesecakes were good- not overly sweet with a nice creamy texture. My favorite was the Quadruple Chocolate and the Raspberry White Chocolate, I'd go with one of those the next time I'm visiting!

The sampler offers 4 of the most popular flavors and with each bite I understood why. It has Quadruple Chocolate, Caramel, Raspberry White Chocolate, and Seattle's New York Style. I also got the frozen hot chocolate and it was ok. I regretted that I didn't get a box full of their goodies to take back home. I read in previous Yelp reviews that they shipped and when I looked at their website today they discontinued it :..............( It stated that it's financially unsustainable for them to continue. If I'm in the area again I will make sure to bring a box to take back home and maybe share with others.

Solid-good cheesecake! Super creamy but a tad too sweet for my liking. There's so much white sugar in the crust that there are like crispy small sugar crystal clumps embedded in the crust lol. Not my style. The flavors are average-tasting; taste just as you'd expect but nothing mind-blowing. Overall a pretty decent place at Pike Place to satisfy general cheesecake cravings.

If you love cheesecake this is definitely the spot to come check out. I had this on my list of places to check out while at Pike's Place Market and out of all the places I visited this was my absolute favorite! I stopped by on a Monday shortly after they opened and decided to try out the 4 pack with 2 original + 2 strawberry shortcake cheesecakes. Everything was absolutely divine!!! I will definitely return in the future and I can't wait to try even more flavors! Customer service was A+ too!

Service was so, so nice and cakes were delicious. There isn't any seating, but they packaged the cakes very nicely so it was easy to find somewhere.

we heard a lot about the mini cheesecakes from this place so when we went to pikes place market, we made sure to try it out. We got the Seattle New York style and then also the raspberry one. Sizes were wonderful for the price be paid, and the cheesecakes were absolutely delicious. They were not as heavy as I was expecting them to be, which is a good thing. The lady helping us out with super friendly, and the fact that it faces a busy street is wonderful. I'm sure they got a lot of business because I don't see how they couldn't. Everybody should definitely try this place out when they come to Seattle!!!!

Delicious cheesecakes. I had the chocolate one (of course) . It was great. Perfect size too. They are not cheap but they are worth it. We brought a box fo 9 to Christmas dinner, it was a proper celebratory dessert. Recommended!

I must confess, there are cheesecakes and there are OMG cheesecakes. This is definitely the latter! Do not pass go, go directly to this highly rated confectionery dream and indulge! They lured me by giving out free sample and it worked. I was powerless to buy a bigger than bite size cake of my own. They come in a mini size and lots of flavors to choose from. Pricey? Ya, but it is in pike place market. You are worth the indulgence. Trust me and thank me later.

I used to work near here and would get their DELICIOUS hot chocolate all the time. Their cakes are great to get as hostess gifts or to bring for a group. Always friendly too.

Oh my YUM! This was the highlight of my morning. I had to try their red velvet cheesecake made in a small popsicle making this easy to eat, devour and love every bite! They also offer a chocolate shot and I said Yes please! Add Cayenne pepper to this tiny shot of chocolate richness and it makes a perfect combination with my red velvet Cheesecake pop! One bite and a sip and I am in pure Bliss. The red velvet texture Is creamy smooth with a white chocolate layer covering the pop. Sweetness tooth satisfied ! The gal behind the counter was so helpful. We also tried the cheesecake sampler with 4 different cuts, and it was ok. Didn't compare to the red velvet. If I lived close, I'd pick up a box of this and have one every day! Definitely worth a stop if you love sweets. Be warned, the chocolate shot and the red velvet pop are very small but packed in richness and flavor! Good things come in small sizes here.

Walked passed before it opened but we forgot to go back. Ordered a 16 pack, froze and brought home what we didn't eat. Cheesecake is so light, not too sweet, and so many delicious flavors. White chocolate raspberry is my go to but its hard to pick one flavor its all good

Best cheesecakes I've had in my life. I sampled the birthday cake (limited time) and chocolate cherry mountain. I bought the birthday cake and the white raspberry. They are all so delicious but the white raspberry has to be my favorite. They are the perfect portion and literally the best dessert ever. Not too sweet, perfectly creamy and complex flavors. Nice staff and in the heart of pikes market

The Confectional is a tiny store along Pike Place selling equally cute and small cheesecakes. These cheesecakes were super creamy, but it also felt like I was biting into spoon-fulls of sugar with each bite. Like some others here on yelp, I found these cheesecakes (even the regular new york style and lemon ones) too sweet for my liking, and would have preferred one that brought out the milder flavors of cheese in a cheesecake. This is probably worth a try, but I don't think I'll be having it again unless I'm in need of a major dose of sugar.

If I could give The Confectional more than 5-stars I would! Their tiny cheesecakes are some of the best cheesecakes I've ever tried! I used the Doordash order ahead and pick up feature with no issues at all. I ordered two of the dipped cheesecakes and two of the regular tiny cheesecakes. There was almost no wait, despite it being extremely busy at Pike Place that day. The employees were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Their prices are a little high but it is 100% worth it. Next time I'm in Seattle I will definitely make sure to stop by and grab some more! I would recommend this to anyone going to Pike Place Marketplace!

tl;dr a Pike Place bakery specializing in miniature cheesecakes, which end up as a somewhat of a disappointment Across the street from the main hustle and bustle of Pike Place Market, this walk-up-only bakery features only an ornate sign (the slogan, "Confess Your Love for Cheesecake," is prominently expressed in cursive just inside the interior of the bakery) and a petite counter display of its baked good. The pricing is sprawled onto chalkboards on the left and right walls. Desserts are served in paper cups with plastic cutlery. The Confectional prides itself on using the finest ingredients: cage-free eggs and biscuits straight from Spain, to name a few. A buddy and I decided to pop by on our visit to Pike Place. We opted for the Sampler: a quarter cut each of the Caramel, the Quadruple Chocolate, the Raspberry White Chocolate, and the Seattle's New York Style. For each flavor, I was impressed by the crust -- a delicate short dough with a pleasant texture, still subtle enough to let the flavors of the cheesecake shine. The caramel was my favorite of the bunch, channeling an intense flavor sans an overwhelming sweetness and culminating to a good-not-great bite. The chocolate was similarly tasty, stuffed with chunks of chocolate for added bursts of flavor. However, the latter two flavors fell flat -- the raspberry was overwhelmingly sweet, while the New York felt overshadowed by unwelcomed notes of citrus. Although no one was in line, during our visit, the employees seemed generally disinterested in giving us a rundown of the options. And at nearly $8, the Confectional charges a steep premium for its sampler; even individual flavors will run you $6 -- in my opinion, certainly not enough to warrant their only slightly better-than-average pastries. Maybe give it a whirl if cheesecakes are your absolute favorite dessert. Otherwise, this spot is worth a pass.

Good!! A little expensive, but good! We got the sampler and the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. Total was about $15. Didn't come with spoons or a fork :( big minus 1 star. I'm a foodie, how am I gonna eat without a fork Sampler came with chocolate, original NY style, Seattle style, and raspberry. I wish I got coffee with it! It's so rich.

I know this place is known for its mini cheesecake, but I love the hot chocolate! Reading up about it, this place serves European style drinking chocolate. No wonder it reminded me of the hot chocolate at Angelina's Tea Salon (Paris). It was rich and thick and so smooth. It was like drinking melted chocolate. Delicious! You could also sprinkle some cayenne pepper (available at the counter) if you wanted it spicy. There were 3 sizes - shot, small and large. The small was more than enough for me as it was so rich. The shot was literally that, served in the paper container used for ketchup in fast food restaurants. I will be back for this drinking chocolate. Just so good.

I love cheesecake, but I wasn't terribly impressed. First of all, the service was terrible. That woman did not want to be there. The signage about 2-packs and 4-packs wasn't clear so when she told us we couldn't get the combination we wanted, we took a few seconds to make a new plan and she was full of attitude about it. It's not fun to feel like a nuisance as a customer trying to buy something. The actual product was tasty but very hard to eat, especially as you're walking around the market in the rain. Not worth the trouble in my opinion.

I wandered around Pike's Market and stumbled on The Confectional. It's not located in the main market, but it's not far off the beaten path either. I arrived at The Confectional about 30 min. before closing. It looked like some sections within the case were sold out, but the majority of the cheesecakes were still available. Since this was my first time, I asked the opinion of the server on what her favorite flavors were. For standalone mini cheesecakes she recommended the white chocolate lemon, and for the cheesecake pops she recommended the salted caramel. Per her recommendations, I got both of them. The salted caramel cheesecake pop tasted like a dove bar, so I wasn't all that impressed. The white chocolate lemon cheesecake, however, was very good! I got the hint of lemon, and I especially liked the richness of the white chocolate center. The creaminess of the cheesecake was on a whole other level too. I'll have to check back on my next trip to Seattle for other flavors!

A little pricey, but a great option to satisfy your sweet tooth if you're at Pike Place Market. The mini cheesecakes are a perfect small portion (especially if you're lactose intolerant like me and need to watch your portions) and there's a sampler available if you have trouble deciding on a flavor. I tried the butterbeer mini cheesecake and a lemon cheesecake. So satisfying. I would stop by there again for a sweet treat!

Decided to grab a couple mini cheesecakes on the way out of Pike Place Market & was not disappointed. Ordered the Valentines Strawberry Mini Cheesecake & it was DELICIOUS! Perfect amount of strawberry, great cheesecake & the crust was amazing. Also ordered the "sampler" which includes a small piece of the Quadruple Chocolate, Seattle's Cheesecake, Caramel & Raspberry White Chocolate. Each piece packed a punch with flavor. The size of each was the perfect amount that I thoroughly enjoyed. Will be going again

Just went to Pike Place Market and stop by here. Cute shop and look delicious cheese cakes. Simply tried Salted Carmel mini cup to share with my friend. Texture was a good but taste not really good or bad...question about it. Try again next time when I come to Pike Place
