As a wedding planner, I can confidently say The Conservatory at One Sansome is one of my absolute favorite wedding venues in the Bay Area. The space itself is modern, thoughtfully designed, and stunning — every architectural and design detail elevates the entire experience. Beyond the visuals, the level of service is exceptional; the team is professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure each event runs seamlessly. The combination of modern design, flawless service, and attention to detail makes The Conservatory at One Sansome a standout choice for any couple seeking a truly elevated experience.

I recently had the opportunity to provide floral design for a wedding at One Sansome and was blown away by how stunning the property is. Especially in the daytime with so much light. The team and staff there is wonderful, and the location is great. Looking forward to working there next time!

My wife and I got married here about a month ago. It was everything we hoped for. I wish I could give more stars! We toured many venues but when we first stepped foot into the conservatory, our decision was done. Elizabeth & Lillian were super helpful, transparent, and responsive. They also put up with all of our issues which I know couldn’t have been easy… The conservatory provided a great tasting (which was a lot of fun), and catered the entire event. Our guests loved the food and the staff’s help! They also facilitated a majority of our rentals and let us use the Holbrook house for the cocktail hour & after party. They handled almost everything. The space is HUGE and our guests were blown away by it all, some mentioning they felt like they were at the MET Gala while others never left the dance floor. Once the sun goes down, the whole venue transforms in the best way. There are a lot of great hotels near by as well for guests which makes all the logistics of a wedding way easier. Truly grateful for everything, and can’t recommend this venue for a wedding enough!

There are truly not enough words to describe how absolutely breathtaking and stunning The Conservatory at One Sansome is. After touring between 25 to 35 venues, we instantly fell in love the moment we stepped into this space. It is a one-of-a-kind venue that exudes elegance, sophistication, and charm—making it the perfect setting for our wedding. From the very beginning, The Conservatory at One Sansome worked with all of our needs to ensure our big day was exactly how we envisioned it. We signed our contract about a year before our wedding, and at that time, the venue had not yet hosted weddings. As the months went by, new rules and regulations were implemented, but despite those changes, the team honored every single promise they made to us from day one. This level of integrity and professionalism is something truly rare in the wedding industry, and we were blown away by their dedication. Working alongside our wedding planner, the team at One Sansome made sure everything was seamless. The professionalism and attentiveness of the entire staff went beyond our expectations. Lilian P., who we signed our contract with, was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Even when changes were introduced after our agreement, she remained true to her word and made sure everything we discussed from the beginning was honored—without hesitation. This was incredibly refreshing, especially after visiting so many other venues that were rigid and unwilling to accommodate couples’ unique needs. On the day of our wedding, the team arrived fully prepared and ready to execute everything flawlessly. They coordinated effortlessly with our wedding planner and vendors, ensuring that everyone had access and everything was set up to perfection. One particular moment that stood out to us was when we arrived at the venue before our grand entrance. We were understandably nervous, and that’s when Elizabeth R., the production manager, stepped in. She took the time to talk to us, calm our nerves, and even led us to a private room to ensure we had everything we needed before stepping out in front of our guests. This simple yet thoughtful gesture truly reflects how much this venue cares about its couples. Beyond its beauty, The Conservatory at One Sansome offers an unparalleled level of service, professionalism, and genuine care that sets it apart from any other venue we visited. From the breathtaking architecture to the outstanding staff, everything about this venue was perfect. Came for an event. Thought the lobby had ample space for check in and comfortable seating. The open space was nice and had good acoustics for live singers and the speakers. Liked the huge windows that let in fresh air that was not too cold.

I was there for a forma eventl, and I was got denied to go use the restroom. The workers were not trained, the bartenders were not trained as well. This was the most awful experience since we were there for not even an hour. I would never go here again. Worst venue ever!!!

Beautiful, clean, peaceful public space.

This is one of the most beautiful venues I've ever been in! What a treat to spend an evening here. We came here for a work celebration and had the absolute best time. We all plan events for a living and this is truly a dream venue. This spot is spacious and captivating, the natural light and see thru ceiling make the vibes soft and pleasant while it's wildly elevated. The tall ceilings are so awesome, and there's tons of room for vendors, dancing, bartenders, mingling, tables, the works. The food offerings were delicious and special (I had never had caviar before coming here!), the drinks were nicely made, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. It looked like there were several areas throughout the venue to gather, so several other groups were there as well. This was definitely a "wow" experience and it's one I will remember for a long time.

What a gorgeous venue. I loved how open and spacious it felt here. There were 100+ of us here for a work party and there was plenty of space to walk around, grab a bite, take selfies at the Photo Booth vendor, and order a drink from the bar. I loved the architecture, high ceilings, and natural light coming in from the large windows and their window ceiling concept. When the sun went down, they turned the main lights off and put on some red lights which helped set the vibe for a night of dancing. The bartenders were so nice and the layout of the event was great. Loved it here!

We had an offsite here for a work conference, and this place was beautiful. I loved all the glass windows, making it feel so elegant. This place is also located in the heart of the Financial District in SF, giving it that extra pizazz. I'm sure a wedding would be absolutely beautiful here too. A great place for a black-tie affair!

What a venue!! Recently attended a work event at The Conservatory and it was everything. Such a stunning, bright, open, space! The vibes were elegant and classy, which provided the perfect atmosphere for our cocktail party-style evening. For this event in particular, various vendors were brought in, along with a DJ and photobooth. The bar was the centered between everything else, with plenty of high tops scattered about. Needless to say, this venue has plenty of space to support hosting all sorts of events. I'd be delighted to return here during future visits to San Fran!

Gorgeous venue for our offsite work party! Community Managers know how to dance and party - I was a little bit thrown off being that the event was semi-private and anyone who walked into the building would walk by our eccentric party, but after the sun went down it was way less noticeable. There was plenty of space for our large group and the decor/lighting made for exceptional photos. Tall ceilings, quick bartenders, plenty of seating, coat rack... absolutely loved it! Bathrooms were clean, and the entire building architecture looked gorgeous and intentional.

Came here for a company offsite and it was so gorgeous! We had the right side courtyard area and I love the high ceilings, tall windows for beautiful natural light and minimal decor. It gives you that 'Wow' factor when you walk inside. The staff and bartenders were incredibly friendly. Cocktail tables were cleaned quickly, drinks were made well and hor'dourves passed galore. My only critique is that for 70+ people, we were give one small coat rack and SF is cold! Many coats were people toppled over the rack after all hangers were used,. but otherwise everything was very elegant.

This is a very elegant and chic venue and was perfect for our private event in April. Think soaring ceilings, plenty of room for 100+ folks, and friendly staff to boot. We've had private events around San Francisco in the past and this was one of my favorite venues for a large group because of the size. It somehow still felt intimate but we had room to move around freely, I didn't feel overcrowded or overheated, and the flow was excellent. The folks who work here clearly know how to run an event. If you're in the market for a venue for a wedding reception or bat mitzvah celebration, really anything kind of upscale and fun for a large group this would be an excellent option.

What a beautiful venue! I had the pleasure of attending a work event here and was really impressed by the ambiance and the service. Everyone who worked here from the servers to the coat check to the bartender to the bathroom attendant was working hard to make our night special and was so so friendly. The tall glass ceilings, marble floors, and artistic design made for the perfect backdrop. Definitely a good venue for a black tie gala or wedding. Thank you for an amazing evening!

Absolutely stunning! I came here for a company party and I think collectively all of our jaws were on the floor as we walked in. The Conservatory is so grand and beautiful! It was a fantastic venue for an event like ours, but I'm sure as a wedding backdrop it's even more epic. We took over the main entrance, which had giant windows that brought in lots of natural light and city views. The bartending staff was incredible and made some delicious drinks. There was never a long wait for a drink, and considering there was 100 of us and only two of them, that was impressive. By the time the sunset we had a DJ going and I felt like I was back at my high school prom with the dance party that was going on. So much fun. Such a stunning spot.

Hosted a corporate event here that took over half of the atrium space. Lillian and Elizabeth were exceptional to work with, helping me design the layout and ensure I was equipped with everything I needed. Venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and one of the nicest spaces I've ever been in for a corporate event. Just over 100 attendees and they set up a satellite bar with two bartenders, who were more than capable of managing the group size. Able to customize the drink names to fit out brand. Drinks themselves were also delicious and well balanced. Staff was incredibly professional yet not uptight. Friendly and engaging. Brought in some outside food as vendors but also had caviar deviled eggs from the venue which were delicious and an elevated treat.

This space was a stunner! Felt like a wedding, or even some prom vibes on a spring evening? We had a big company event here and everything was so classy and smooth from the jump. The drinks were fantastic, the space allowed the music to be present but not overpowering, and there was lots of space to mingle about. It was cold at first as they have a big window/door that swings open, but they handled that when the sun was setting. The location is tough to beat; not far from the water and right in the heart of downtown. We were even able to walk from our hotel which is an added bonus. Not much more to say but if pictures don't do it justice, you'll feel the vibes as soon as you visit this space.

Attended an event at The Conservatory and was amazed at the venue. Their "atrium" space is beautiful. It's got high glass ceilings, marble-look stone floors and walls, tall living plant walls, and a striking statue. They've got a stage and all of the audio/visual hookups you need for whatever type of event you're hosting. Outside vendors are allowed, and they do have a preferred vendor list.

What what a venue. Walking in was truly awe inducing. I felt instantly transported to a elegant and classy dream (think princess diaries vibes). We were attending a work party and had a huge section of the entrance reserved for us. It was a stunner for photos and all the extras that were brought in like a photo backdrop and all the bells and whistles, plus 3 vendors, and a full bar! Plenty of cocktail tables and a huge area for dancing to the DJ. Overall, what a great venue to host 100+ people, I would absolutely come back just to check out the entire venue. Located downtown it's a great way to take in some of the city views.

This venue is STUNNING! I went here for a work party and was concerned that we only had a sectioned off bit, but once I was in there it felt like we were completely on our own. The marble is stunning and gives the place such an elevated look. It is so beautiful that you could do really simple decor and still have a stunning look. Everything is so clean and just begging to be photographed. The natural light was also phenomenal and helped make a clear cut from the dinner portion of the evening to the evening. I would totally attend another event here! The bathrooms are clean and everything is so tidy and well-thought. Every part of my experience here was wonderful and I hope I get the chance to return.

I attended a work event here recently and it was probably one of the classiest work affairs I've been to. The venue was absolutely beautiful and everyone got very excited to dress up for it. While we brought it some amazing food from local vendors we did enjoy their passed deviled eggs with caviar. Deviled eggs are one of my favorite foods and these certainly did not disappoint. The only issue was that it was absolutely freezing with the big door open all night. I was happy I wore a jacket so highly recommend dressing for cold temps if you come here. As long as you're dressed right the venue is perfection.

This venue was so beautiful! Open and airy, our party inside felt elegant and special. What a perfect spot. Even though our party was private, there were other people inside the space, but it still felt very private. The architecture was beautiful, and it really set the tone for the entire event. I loved being at a mix and mingle cocktail style party where just looking around and taking in the view was a joy. What a game changer for the backdrop of a party to be as personable as the people around you. Highly recommend!

This event space is gorgeous! I recently attended a company event here and the space has a very regal and high-end feel. The service was impeccable, the servers were attentive, polite and everpresent. The open bar was great and the bartenders were friendly and moved very quickly. My only issue is that it was really cold outside and the big door being open the entire time didn't not help to regulate the indoor temperature. Gratefully, the DJ was awesome and kept me dancing so I was able to warm up a bit.

Blown away by this venue. From the skylight, to the classy elegance, to the hospitality - everything was top notch. It's absolutely gorgeous and made for the perfect venue to host our company party, with a lively DJ and catered food. The bathrooms were clean and it's located near the finance district, so we easily walked from our hotel!

We attended my cousin's wedding here last Saturday and we had such a wonderful time.! My cousin and his wife went all out and it was a gorgeous wedding at a gorgeous venue! Huge tall glass ceiling open space, high end alcohol full bar all night, professional staff and full service, great band, it was like an orchestra repertoire. I have never been here on a regular day so I can't comment on how their actual bar and place are during normal working hours but during the wedding, everything was so perfect and nice. Very elegant and beautiful!

Awesome event space, for a charity gala I attended. Even with hundreds of people the high ceilings and open windows kept the room crisp and cool. The space has separate areas and is large but also is easy to navigate.

Great vibe, open spaces and not heavily populated. Team of staff who are kind and attentive. Definitely a spot that is well intended.

Beautiful FIDI new venue! Terrific food options. You really can make the space work for any occasion. I was there for the opening party and it might have just been the best event San Francisco has ever seen. Whether a medium sized meeting, wedding or fundraising gala--this is a spot to check-out
