The Container Store

The Container Store is honestly one of the best places ever made for organization. If you’re trying to get your house together or just want things to look clean and tidy, this place is it. The store is really big, and I went about five days before Christmas, so I was actually surprised at how much they still had in stock. You could tell things were selling fast because there were only one or two left of certain items, but that’s totally understandable right before the holidays. One thing I did notice is that they might have been a little understaffed that day. At the very front, there was a little lady working the register who seemed like she might have needed a bit more training. The line got pretty long — around 10 people — and everyone was waiting patiently, but she seemed to run into an issue with almost every transaction ahead of us. We were the fourth person in line, so it definitely took a while. We also needed help grabbing something from a high shelf, and while waiting, my boyfriend tried to grab it himself and ended up breaking it. Once the staff noticed, they were super understanding and didn’t charge him for it at all. The woman who helped us (I don’t remember her name) was very sweet and really nice, which I truly appreciated. As far as pricing goes, I’d say it’s medium range. It’s not cheap, but it’s not super expensive either. They do have lower-priced items, and even those are still good quality, which makes it worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this store for any type of storage or organization needs. I’ll definitely be back.

Closet System Design review: I had an incredible experience with The Container Store in Las Vegas, especially working with Sophia. From the very beginning, the process felt surprisingly easy. It’s honestly hard to believe that within about a week and a half of meeting, we were already bringing a fully realized vision to life. Sophia took the time to truly understand how I function in my space, what would feel aesthetically right for me, and how to make it all work within my budget — and even included a few thoughtful extras. That level of care and listening made all the difference. The result feels intentional, personalized, and exciting, not overwhelming. I felt supported throughout the process and never pressured. I highly recommend The Container Store Las Vegas, and especially Sophia. If I remember, I will update the post with my review of the install process and finished product.

Wow! The container store is an organizers dream come true! Anything you can imagine to organize all your belongings you will find at this location. The only downside is the cost obviously. But most things are somewhat reasonable. Few items are very overpriced though. The container store is not surprisingly well organized.enjoy!

While the Container Store had a huge selection, every item had a huge price tag. My wife was in search of plastic boxes to store Xmas decorations and I noticed around desk organizer that I could use but at $36 was way overpriced. Neither of us bought anything so we went to Walmart where my wife bought her storage boxes at a very reasonable price and I bought the perfect desk organizer for $7.12!!

I paid for a professional measurement and set up a date. They never showed up at the appointment, wasting my day waiting for them, did not return my call about the appointment. I did not receive an explanation nor a genuine apology when I called to receive a refund for the missed appointment. The person responding g to me also as very rude and unprofessional

Shame on these people. We booked an appointment for custom closets and a few hours before our appointment, Ashley contacted us to make sure we would bring the dimensions of the relevant rooms, which, of course, was the case. Once there, this same Ashley informed us after just 2 minutes that she was not trained on these products and therefore could neither draw up our plans nor even price the project. Obviously, no one on site was able to help us, and the only thing she could think of telling us was that each closet wall would cost at least $25k anyway. This is absolutely pathetic, and we wasted half a day because of these people.

Somewhat pricey but the products make u feel great with the decluttered ambiance

Came in here to look around and needed to use the restroom. They close at 8pm so tell me why at 7pm the bathrooms are closed?! The cashier was rude when I asked for the code for the door saying “we’re closing soon so the bathrooms are closed for the night” I’m sorry.. an hour early? That’s insane. When the container store was first opened there was not a code for the bathroom door.. so I’m not sure what happened or how lazy the store employees are but for the amount of money they charge in that place the least they could be doing is giving open access to a dang bathroom.

Well, I mean.... What's there NOT to like about this store?! They have such a huge selection of literally anything you need for the house and for building up the organization points in life. I'm a solid level 7, but aiming for that coveted level 10! Lol! The store is always always super clean, organized & inviting. The staff are always very friendly & hospitable. I've literally never had a bad experience here. However, I caution you that the prices are pretty up there. A LOT of the things you find in here, you can find elsewhere (even WalMart) for a fraction of the price. But at least here, you have a greater selection and can hold it in your hand to see if it works for you. (Unlike Amazon and such..) Highly recommend (when yours not on a budget).

Any container you are looking for they have as this store is amazing. Yes the prices may be a little higher but the products they sell are quality and will last you longer than if you buy from other places. Lots of storage options for just about anything.

Such an outstanding collection o they have. Every type of storage item you could want, logically organized with excellent signage, and they have a very attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Looking for a storage bin, trash receptacle, tray, water pitcher, or just some cool stuff, this is the place. With an array of items to accommodate any need this is the place. If you're not sure what you want you could spend hours here. Lots of good deals to be had. So, stop in and take a look.

This is currently the only location of this chain in Nevada. The selection here is impressive. I came here for my first time, to get a specific food storage container that I couldn't find at Amazon, Target, or Walmart. I am very happy with the Lustroware containers that I purchased, which were well worth the investement. The point of sale is a black eye for this business. On an early Saturday afternoon, they had only one cashier, resulting in a significant wait in line. Finally, another employee walked over with a portable electronic payment machine. He asked if I was paying by card. After answering in the affirmative, he asked if I was okay with an emailed receipt. After answering in the negative, he said I'd have to continue waiting in line for the regular cashier. When it was my turn at the cashier, she immediately asked if I was okay with an emailed receipt. I declined and requested a printed receipt instead. She then asked if I was a rewards member. After replying that I wasn't, she asked for my phone number (to register me in the program). Again I declined. A person's email address and phone number are personal information that is not required for an in-store purchase. This store uses scripted questions to harvest this information from customers at the point of sale.

This place looks IMMACULATE on the outside and is Immaculate on the inside. This is a store for containers of all shapes and sizes, as well as storage related items. I was Cordially greeted walking in and leaving. The people tha work here were smiling and that adds to my POSITIVE experience. If You have a need for containers, I HIGHLY recommend this store!

I absolutely love The Container Store. This place is a total addiction for me. It's clean, well organized (obviously, haha!), and the employees are super helpful. Today's trip was all about hunting acrylic containers to tastefully display some of my collectibles. Note, they do have a collectibles section but I prefer the acrylic from the makeup section or the office supply section. So if you're a collectibles person, THEY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED! :-) I also left with an expandable spice riser rack, lol, which I do need but wasn't expecting to find. Even check out was friendly and came back at me with a tip that they have acrylic cleaner and stuff to buff out scratches to acrylic. YAY! I love this place and will be back 100 times over :-)

So the store is epic we all know that. But they are doing so awesome with safety measures. Everyone wearing masks including customers AND there was a social distance like outside because they are only letting a small number of shoppers in at a time. I was really impressed that they are taking such good care of their employees and customers. Thank you. We got curbside pickup so easy peasy no line for us :)

This is a dream store for anyone who wants organization or just really good looking arrangements in that corner or over there. I am one of these people. I don't like to buy it out of the box and DIY. I take DIY to a whole level beyond what the instructions indicate. I am pleased that stores exist to help me reach my wildest arrangement fancies. This particular trip I am creating a space for my departed husband. I need a place at home now that I can go to and feel his presence when I want too. I found a couple of awesome shelves for only 10.00 that comes with the hardware. I was so excited to find what I wanted and still have extra money for odds and ends I found in the store. The staff was absolutely wonderful and so helpful in pointing me to the right area for shelving and such things. The store is so warm and inviting and welcoming feeling when a customer walks through the doors. When I went home to put said shelves up in the already created space it was seemingly easy. I was a little overwhelmed since my husband put up all our shelving; mine would usually fall down. The hardware for the shelves was easy to use and so were the anchors so that the shelf will stay up. I am so proud of the space that I now have that without the Container store would not be possible.

I've never shopped here before but am so glad I did and will definitely be back. I am not technologically swift so can get very frustrated shopping online at sites that are new to me. Not so with TCS. I placed an online order without frustration. The described-in-writing process executed to the T. I followed instructions and TCS had my order when and where they said it would be. The young man working the front desk this morning is a phenomenal employee. He greeted every single person who came through the door. He answered everyone's questions and took care of their needs. When one customer said she needed to use the restroom, he walked her there! It has been a long time since I've seen an employee (not a manger) show so much pride in their work.

Located in Town Square, the Container Store has every imaginable container or organizer to organize every room in your house from the bedroom, kitchen, office and the bathroom which you will not find at your local hardware store. So if you are a very organized individual, this store is for you. Unfortunately, the down side of this store is that a lot of their containers and organizers seems to be overpriced.

This store is purely amazing. With the idea of Marie Kondo - simplify your life, this store truly brings the necessary items to the forefront to get this accomplished. All of the perfect containers to store any and everything. Ranging in all different sizes, and material. As we walked up and down each of the isles there were things I have never seen before or thought that would be in existence. Plus some really cute items that would be great for a kids room. This store offers items from all aspects of house, and office. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality is very good. Location is Town Square Mall- ample parking

If you are looking to organize your life, this is the place to do it!! They have every shape, size and color bin you could think of. Hangers, bowls, containers, make life easier gadgets, travel items, storage items/bins/boxes, closet organizer systems, kitchen gadgets and organizing items and so much more! You can spend a good hour (and small fortune) in here learning how to just get organized. Everything I have purchased in here has lasted! It's not cheap, fall apart crap that will only last a month or two. You will be buying quality items. Sign up for their discount card (not credit card). They are always emailing coupons that come in handy.

This place is awesome! My wife went in there and spent so much on some storage bins, that she didn't have any money left to buy more stuff. Actually, the staff is awesome and really hooked us up with a great design for our pantry.

This was a fun store to shop in. Exactly like Simply Organized at home but bigger and more selection. I love knick-knacks that have a useful purpose. And I love the idea of being organized. The Container Store has affordable, helpful and cool items to keep life neat & tidy. And, speaking from the perspective of a tourist from Hawaii, if for some reason you really, really can't make it to IKEA (8 miles off Strip or 15 miles from Downtown), this is an acceptable alternate. Don't get me wrong, it's not the same. But, it's a nice way to make the most of your trip. Especially if you love shopping. The Container Store is located at Town Square on the south Strip. It is on the SDX Line. Tips for public transportation riders: If you don't want to cross the street to go back north you can hop back on the SDX where you got off from & ride to Las Vegas Premium Outlet South for more shopping. From LVPOS, get back on the bus at the same bus stop to go to the end of the line (it's the next stop anyway). You'll be instructed to disembark & walk over to the other side of the station to get back on the SDX going back north, back to The Strip. Takes longer but it ensures you get a seat on the bus.

What is the point of curbside pickup if you're gonna take 20 minutes to bring it out? Isn't the point of it to reduce shopping time? Only came here to pick up one thing and took forever. I went in to ask why it's taking so long and a worker told me go back to my car and wait again. Could've just went inside to pick it up myself. This happened to me last week too. Your curbside pickup is useless. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A few days back I ordered 40 drop front shoe boxes online. I called the store to see if my order was ready and was able to speak to Andrew. When I tell you he gave me my best customer service I've ever received it's an understatement. As a manger in a retail, this employee is a complete asset to this company.

We spent $250 on a wide set of drawers, which ended up having missing parts. Abraham was very sweet helping make sure we got the parts when we returned to the store. However, do not trust what the boxes say. Open and check before leaving the store unless you have all day to run errands.

Curbside at The Container Store is pretty convenient. It is easy to notify the store on arrival as there is a link provided in the order ready notification e-mail, and the staff come out pretty quickly even when I've had a bigger/bulkier order. Staff have been consistently friendly and always want to help load up my car. The only negative is that, once when I wanted to cancel part of my order, I called the number in the order confirmation e-mail and the central customer service rep (not at the store) said I should just go pick up as normal and refuse to take the items I didn't want. It feels bad making someone drag stuff out to curbside just to tell them I don't want it; I feel like there should be a better way to handle this. Obviously, this isn't specific to this store, but it was a negative on my shopping experience. Overall, I'm a fan of The Container Store including the in-store experience as well; despite the rather high prices, the products are mostly high quality and the offerings are well-curated, and I've found the staff knowledgeable and friendly. If the prices scare you (and well.. they probably should), consider waiting for the big sales, or the various promotions that come from their frequent buyer program (called "POP!").

This place is like the Home Depot or Bed Bath and Beyond for neat freaks and the doctor for hoarders and those who need to organize and do a clean sweep of their belongings. The Container Store has just about anything you need to live neat, clean, and clutter free. Aside from having containers of various shapes and forms that'll make life easier, their shelving systems were cool, the bungee style chairs were very comfortable, and they even have the exact French style mason jars that Bouchon uses for their Foie Gras and Salmon Rillettes. I also have a lot of collectibles that I want to display, and they have cool shelves and containers that could come in real handy. Some of these items cost a pretty penny though. That "kid in the candy store" effect could take over and you could rack up your bill before you know it!...ALOHA!!! YELP 365 CHALLENGE-(284/365) "Contain Yourself !!!"

Always drawn into The Container Store. They've been around for a decent amount of time- longevity speaks volumes. Not sure how long at Town Square. I can tell you, I've been a customer for three decades- they've been around:) It's hard to resist not entering and taking a gander. Brightly lit, white, glass windows and well organized! Imagine, near, clean and well organized. That's correct! Even if you don't have organizational skills, this place will have them for you;) So May ideas rush into your mind when perusing the store, one aisle let me Grab this, then the next aisle oh wait, and on, and on, it goes:). Digest it all. Take some measurements at home. Start off small, some storage boxes. Elfa system- it's a work of art! If the store boxes don't work once you return home, have no fear The Container Store is here (in accepting returns and/or exchanges. The staff is always available with great knowledge of the merchandise. Order online and ship to the store for free! When I'm in Town Square I intentionally park near here, sort of an excuse to peruse the inside a pick something up. I will admit, I'm one of those organizational freaks.

First time shopping here, it's a great store with tons of items for every room in the house. The employees, one girl in particular was very snooty and rude. We wanted a c-table and the particular one we wanted they only had one in stock in the back. Since we were looking for a matching set we asked if we could just purchase the display model. She said no. She said they could order it for us though. We said ok, she went to the computer seeming very annoyed and came back and said the table is on back order, she did not know when it would come in or if they were even going to get more of them to which I asked them why can't we buy the display model? Her response was they had to wait and see if they were going to get more in and if not then they would sell the display model. I asked if there was anyone who we could ask if buying the display was possible and she said no there are no managers at the store and none were available anywhere to contact. Disappointed we took the one, I even tried Veterans Day is coming, she just walked away. At this point I didn't care because she started off with a very negative attitude and my feelings toward the usefulness of this employee were quickly fading. When we were ready to check out lucky us got the same rude, snooty girl at the register. Her personality did not change any she became more snooty and rude. Great store, bad employee and not helpful at all.

Incredibly unhelpful. I asked for my order if it's ready. The 1st lady can't find my name I gave her my order number and had to ask her twice if she looked it up by my order number? She didn't she had to transfer me. My order was supposed to be ready that day. I only ordered two things. The first phone call someone that apparently does the orders was on lunch. I don't care if their on lunch. If they are on their lunch then they must have had a 6-8 hours shift right? So..What were they doing the whole day? The 6-8 hours at work..we're they working or slowly pulling orders..1 item per 1 hour? I only ordered two things and I could have grabbed it myself. Just excuses. So I actually had to call so they finish my order of two things! I was going to give 3 stars but they had one employee that really helped me. Pull the orders. If you need another person to pull the orders then that is something I emailed corp office. Either they have so much orders and not enough help or they are just not working.

As soon as quarantine hit, I knew I wanted to tackle some organization in my house. Sure, I could order some of the stuff on Amazon, but they were so swamped, orders took forever to arrive and I wanted to get my stuff done asap. Luckily, The Container Store stayed open for curbside pick up. I ordered stuff as I worked through my house. My biggest accomplishment was my pantry. But I have done a lot of other small areas and things. I organized my board games, my shoe closet, pantry, spice cabinet, gift bags/wrap, and now moving on to garage. It has been worth every penny, every trip. Especially when interacting with Chris. He knows me by name now which is nice. Lol There's a few other girls I have had fewer interactions with and overall everyone has been pleasant. I love this store so much & I will continue to shop here for convenience and their customer service.

For a neat freak, like me this is HEAVEN. And that it was. I had to focus on things "I really needed" and had to stay away from roaming the aisles at the Grand Opening. Workers were super friendly and helpful in my looking for jewelry organizers. They had clear plastic kinds and black velvet looking ones. I was in awwww *loser* lol This place was VERY reminiscent of Ikea (for me) but, without the furniture.

This store has every container and storage piece you could think of and then some! There are things here that you never knew that you needed, but once you see them...you must have them. I could spend hours here if my husband was not there to drag me away. I don't know what it is about containers, big and small, for any and all things, but I just love them. My house looks so orgainzed when everything has its own little box or bin. They even carry shipping supplies and gift wrap. If you need travel sized container...they have them. Need your closet orgainzed, well they have that too. You can even design an office, desk and all, at the Container Store. I just love this place.

Walking in to a beautifully organized space that sells organizational products? Dream come true. Hubby calls my trips to container store therapeutic lol I am here a couple times a month at least. Walking in the staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful! After several visits it seems they know me by name (this is where hubby's commenting starts to make sense) and they bring an industrial double shelf on wheels because the cart just isn't enough. I'll post before and after pictures of different projects soon, I love this store and much it has helped me organize my home.

What can I say? I love this place! When we go to San Diego, we always make a trip to this store. So, when this finally (long anticipated) came to Borders' old location at Town Square, I could not wait. Woo Hoo! Ok, it is Grand Opening day (10% of profits will go to the Junior League of Las Vegas) and it is super duper crowded and you can hardly walk because of all the people and their carts, but I loved it. I didn't get to see everything but I was able to walk down most of the aisles. I was on the hunt for baby-room (my husband is giving up his man cave and at some point will need to incorporate his stuff and my room together) inspiration as I had already checked the site online and started a registry- this gave me a chance to look at the things in person for size scale and color, and what not. Plus, I wanted some covered containers for the bedroom as my little things sitting on our little bedside shelf have collected dust and I just want them inside something, so dusting will become easier. It gets dusty living in the desert! I couldn't even recognize the store being Borders- it seemed bigger, brighter, and better. It was organized! I was a fan of the Organized Living store that was located in the Best in the West shopping center, so when it closed its doors, there was a void. Enter San Diego trips and this store. I just love this store. I love the products. I know it is a specialty store, and some things cost a pretty penny, but when it comes to making life easier, it just doesn't seem to matter. Piece of mind matters. I'm willing to spend more when I know that it will be worth it. (Isn't this the truth? I set budgets for things, but for certain things I will pay more for, like makeup and shoes.) Checkout wasn't bad. Yes, there was a line, but it was about ten minutes, because another line opened up and somehow this lady who asked us where the end of the line was, ended up at the front of the line; hey, she must've been at the right place when they opened up another line, right? So, yes, we will be back again, and I'm sure it won't be as crowded because it's always crazy during Grand Opening, just ask all the people who watch first-run movies at the theaters (unless you are a retired senior citizen who watches movies at 2 pm).

Customer Service is terrible!!! Sabrina was a rude racist female! She made me feel like I didn't belong in the Container Store! She needs more Customer Service Training! I did not appreciate her attitude throwing all my stuff around and double checking my bins like I couldn't afford anything! Her appearance was dirty also.

This store is my happy place. I require organization and this store has all the supplies I need to be organized. This store carries all of the items you'd need to organize the kitchen, closets, drawers, and anything else you can dream of organizing. They also carry travel supplies, food storage containers, gift wrap, trash cans, and desks. The store offers a service to help design closet organization with shelving, drawers, rods, and shoe racks. During the holidays they carry more wrapping supplies and stocking stuffers than you can imagine. Usually I visit during my lunch break and I'm always greeted and offered help. The store is always clean and organized (I would hope!). The layout of the store makes it easy to find what you're looking for. It's laid out by closet, office, kitchen, and wrapping supplies. I purchased one of the desks for my craft room here and someone was able to help me get it loaded into the car without a problem. As with any specialty store, the prices can be high on certain items. They also carry organization items that you won't easily find at other stores so the pricing on those items makes sense. The Container Store does have a rewards program. My points seem to add up out of nowhere and I get email coupons by being on the list too.

We were in town visiting family and needed to kill tome so went in to this store. Very nice clean store. Friendly staff. You can find whatever you need for home organization. Love this store. Some things didn't have the price label so would work on that. Other than that we'll definitely be back.

Staff was quick in greeting me and getting me assistance. They were able to help me with an exchange even though I didn't have a receipt. Not sure if that's within their policy or if they went above and beyond. Layout is clear and displays appealing. Their inventory has a good wide selection. And they're a real whiz at showing you all kinds of stuff you didn't know you needed. Actually, their quick online order pickup is fantastically convenient and probably helps with avoiding those impulse buys. I should do more of that. This feels like the adult version of the stationary stores you'd frequent as a youth.

What can I say. It's the container store. All the things you need to be organized. And a whole Lotta stuff you never knew you needed. A great spot to organize any small or large area in your home.

1 Star for the customer service at this location. 3 stars for quality of selection/in stock items. The manager at this location is a very rude lady. Came here on 9/24 at 4:30pm and the manager would not honor my new customer discount (15%). I had about $100 worth of items already in the bag at the register and she refused to honor it. The whole point of offering a coupon for new clients is to introduce them to your business. But if this is the introduction I get, I'm not going to come back. She was really rude and condescending. But the girl who was ringing up my items originally at the register was so sweet. I wish I got her name. She could really give the manager some pointers.

I dont get the hype of this place especially when it first opened. When I found out people were excited this place was opening up and were still hyping it up after checking it out, I guess eventually I will get around to it. I just happen to be shopping at Whole Foods with the fam next door when I realized this was our chance to check it out. First of all, I didnt set my expectations too high based on the excitement factor of others that have told me about it. Good thing I didnt because after my visit, I was still trying to figure out what all the excitement is about. I will just come right out and say it. Its a mini me of an Ikea store. Pretty much the same things that you would find at the Swedish place but on a way smaller scale. I guess since there is no Ikea in Vegas, these guys are betting on the fact that people need a store like that so here they are. After walking around through the whole store which didnt take much time, I really didnt see anything that peaked my interest and I am usually bad for buying things on impulse. On this occasion, I did not give anything I saw an extra second to think that I might really need it later on down the road sometime. As for service, I dont recall anybody that worked there asked me if I needed anything or asked how I was doing. Maybe it was the sheer look of boredom that was written all over my face that they thought that I didnt need anything at all. So, sorry to those guys that felt giddy about shopping here. I literally yawned about 10 times from the moment I stepped inside to walking out the front door. Good thing they dont sell any kind of bedding or I might still be there snoozing away. Also add the fact that they dont have a food court where I can have some meatballs or at least some cinnamon rolls to make my stay there actually worthwhile. Might as well have built this place next to the Downtown Container Park so that at least you can have some kind of theme going on. Who knows, you just might become a very popular multibillion dollar company like that one guy who started out with just a simple mouse............... I never thought that I would be waxing euphoric about a retail store--especially one that basically helps you organize and sells containers. But I now am. The unique thing about this store is that you will likely find something that you never saw before or ever previously realized that you needed. For instance, after two trips, among other products I now have a stepped plastic platform that displays readily identifiable cans of food inside a kitchen pantry, pull-out metal shelves in the cabinets below bathroom sinks, expandable shoe racks, a multi-sectioned holder of various balls and other essential sports equipment, and even a clear acrylic holder for an orange KISS souvenir golf ball from KISS by Monster Mini-Golf. Beware, for a visit here can be dangerous to your household budget and wallet. And, prices are not low for these unusual items. Yet, in the end, the better accessibility, organization, and appearance of one's stored items and collectibles will likely be well worth the monetary outlay. One metal shelf pulled out somewhat roughly after it was tried in earnest at home. The imperfect shelf was cheerfully taken back and exchanged without incident. So, this is a store that will also stand behind its products. At the site of a former Borders bookstore near an entrance to Town Square, the large space has been totally refurbished and filled with great stuff. It is bright, cheery, itself well organized, and pleasant to graze.

Pretty expensive but you can find all kind of containers there. I would choose the max instead

Not sure if this is a special sale due to Teacher Appreciation Week or a discount that can be used throughout the year with proper ID. Store itself is, predictably, organized to the max. Fell in love with a pull-out desk, and I don't even NEED a desk! Love the little décor touches sprinkled throughout the store, making the furniture and displays look much more realistic than the pictures in the catalogs. Service seems like it could be stellar- the ELFA section in particular even has light up buzzers like what you get when waiting for your table at a restaurant, which I assume come into play when you're waiting to work with a specialist one on one. However, despite wandering the store for nearly half an hour collecting a basket of items to organize my bathroom, I was only ever spoken to by the guy who checked me out as I left.

I consider myself pretty OCD and anyone who has opened my fridge, pantry or closet would agree. My Mom on the other hand, not so much. One of my gifts to her for Christmas was to organize her kitchen pantry. She has a habit of not shopping with a list and therefore winds up with multiple items of the same thing, so I wanted to organize her pantry so items were more visible. I had used the container store previous to purchase lazy Susan's, spice bottle organizer, tiered shelving and can organizers for myself so I went in knowing what I was looking for. I do think some of their pricing is a little high on some items but can't beat the convenience of finding everything you're looking for in one spot and my only other option would probably have been online or hitting multiple stores. They have an option for organizing any room in your house. Being that it was Christmastime I was also surprised to see the amount of items offered from the obvious - - wrapping supplies, cards, decorative gift boxes, etc., but they also had stocking stuffers great for kids, coworkers, etc. I signed up for the POP Reward program and have already received useful coupons.

A great addition to Town Square. If you are looking to organize anything at all, this is the place! A kitchen or closet, or separating all of your EDC beads, they have a selection. Plenty of staff on hand to help, but I personally like wandering the halls looking at all the fun stuff. My most recent trip was looking for sample containers for my essential oils, as well as a big container to store them all in. I found a big one but was not so successful in small dark glass drams as I was hoping for. In the past I have gotten school supplies, shoe storage, photo boxes, make up containers, and multiple styles of pill bottles. The prices could be better, because the majority of the stuff is made in China, and just average quality. Sometimes avoiding a trip to Wal-Mart is worth a few extra $$'s in my opinion! Its a one stop shop for everything you need in the world of getting organized!

The Container Store is a very cool place to get organized, find useful storage, and create nice gift bags. I got my carry-on suitcase here when the store first opened in town - my dad is a big fan of the Eagle Creek luggage line which has a lifetime warranty. I bought a royal blue suitcase. I only have the suitcase but the Container Store has a complete system of foling mechanisms and cosmetic cases to match the suitcases. Now to reveal my secret (which may not surprise anyone), I have an enormous collection of miniature Japanese food that is always growing. Until I have a dream house with a fake sushi bar display case of some sort, I store my miniature sushi and Japanese meals in acrylic display boxes and cylindrical displays with multiple "shelves" that swivel. Those are very cool (I have 3 and 4 swivel layer sizes) and could be used for desk supplies or spices even. Every time I have gone in here I find exactly what I need. Some times related items are not near each other (I found 4-divider acrylic boxes on the south side of the store, but most of the other acrylic boxes and cases are on the north side). A little hunting is fun too anyway!

For the 'Monica Gellar' in all of us, this place has the storage and organizational tools for every part of your home! Located in Town Square, you can easily see the front from Las Vegas Blvd. Parking is plentiful here and I would doubt you'd have any issues finding a spot. You walk into a bright and airy store that is so organized that I felt my house was messy. Any size container, any drawer organizer or closet organizational system can be found here. They have some really great kitchen ideas that I didn't realize I needed until that moment I saw it. Damn them for making me spend more money! LOL The customer service here was good! The cashiers were friendly and quick. They had someone help bag the items so it helped moved any lines along fast. Now that I've experienced this store once, I know I'll be back.

There are two things I could not live comfortably without, one being a label maker, and two being plastic containers. I probably own more than 50 plastic bins of assorted sizes. Unfortunately, the ones I've purchased from TCS are usually twice the price of Sterelite, and 1/2 the quality. TCS containers are strange in that they're narrow and long, rather than a rectangle with a 3:4 ratio, which makes packing them more difficult (unless everything you pack is narrow). Because they're so long, they didn't fit on my patio storage closet, so I gave them to my parents. TCS containers yellow and become brittle over time. LIke many of their products, they're very expensive and of poor construction. Frankly, the quality is so poor, I wonder how this place stays in business. Their laundry hampers are so lightweight as to render them useless. Their kitchen carts are astronomically priced (but at least you can fold them when you're done with them.) In general, if you're serious about organizing, as I am, you can have a quality, useable, matching, organized house for a fraction of what you'd pay if you purchased everything at TCS.

I absolutely love the container store but I will never shop here again. I was unfairly discriminated against by PAM. I called to get the managers name and Pam answered and immediately hung up on me. I was constantly followed by Pam and she eventually called security to have them follow me. Pam was so incredibly rude. I heard her actually swear at me while talking to the other employees. She said very very rude things and pretty much asked me to leave. I was going Christmas shopping for my entire family and intended on buying quite a few items. I cannot stress enough how rude PAM was. Never again "the container store." The day Pam is fired from the store is the day I will shop there again.

Awesome place to keep your life organized you won't be disappointed, friendly and efficient staff! Love this place I'll be back
