My family and I arrived about 15 minutes after opening, as they're one of the only places open earlier in the day (we're tourists obviously). When we entered there was hardly anyone there and we proceeded to order two crepes, a breakfast burrito, a coffee, and 2 chocolate milks.
As we were waiting at our table, the chef came up to me with a burrito on a plate and nodded as if asking "did you order a burrito?". I nodded yes and he placed the burrito down, in which my dad started to eat.
A few mins later we were still waiting for them to call our names for our drinks, and discovered they had been sitting on the counter for some time. The chocolate milks were not correct, and instead were hot chocolates. They never called our name like they had said they would and the order was wrong...
Then, as my dad is eating his burrito they call my name with his ACTUAL burrito. Apparently they had given him the wrong one. When we shared what had happened, the chef rolled his eyes, said no words, and proceeded remaking the burrito my dad was eating so that it could actually go to the right person. He never said a word, put my dad's correct burrito in a box, and placed it to the side. He later gave that box to someone else who had ordered the same thing about 10 mins later.... Mind you, my dad never got the correct food he ordered.
Additionally, the lady making crepes (the only one with basic customer service skills) explained that they didn't have the custard that was in the crepe I ordered. She offered an alternative and proceeded to tell me their crepe person had quit the night before and she was not familiar with making them. It took a while to get the crepes, but given the situation she was in, I have no complaints about that! She was kind, apologetic, and working hard!!
Overall, this place had horrendous customer service and a lack of a good system. They were very unorganized and messed up almost everything we ordered.
