OMG! Such a hidden gem in Denver for vegan and vegetarian folks. It felt like stepping into a pure bliss of food coma with great energy and vibe. This place deserves much needed love and support and should be a top gem in Denver metro. We had so much fun time meeting new people and sharing stories. The ambiance and decor is so esthetic that you would not want to leave from here. We ordered Beirut plate which was just outstanding and Tofu Bhan Mi was delicious. The gem was the cold press juices which I highly recommend giving a try if you are first timer here. Highly recommended and a must visit spot in Denver.

I absolutely love the corner beet. For being Gluten Free and Dairy Free this place is a gem! There are tons of options and the atmosphere is so welcoming and blissful with all the plants and artwork. The food is phenomenal as well as the coffee, juices and teas. ALSO a HUGE fan of the gf/df donuts, they are made fresh daily in-house and taste INCREDIBLE. Best gf/df donuts in denver. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must.

Maybe I’m hard to impress, but serving plain unseasoned fruits & veggies (cucumber, tomatoes, olives…etc) around plain Greek yogurt for $20 seems like a rip off. It had one piece of bread that was seasoned well cut in half to complement it. I left hungry and disappointed. Vegetarian restaurant need to do better and come up with unique ways to enhance the flavor of their food. I think they tried to do this with the picked veggies but it just tasted extremely sour. The meal was overall flavorless and I could’ve made the same thing better at home for much less. I don’t think I’ll be returning. The service was fine and the food tasted fresh. Also, the menus were dirty. 🫠

My favorite hang out in Cap Hill! Everything is wholesome & so good!! Staff is super nice & atmosphere is good positive energy...forget Starbucks, the Beet is where it is. Good food & drinks...natural goodness

As visitors from Austin, this felt like a hidden gem. The menu was fantastic and so were the actual items. The potatoes were out of the world and highly recommend these. Liked the bread on the sandwiches as well.

I chose to celebrate my birthday here, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could’ve made. From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by the staff—especially Miri, whose kindness and attentiveness stood out. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel not just like a customer, but like a valued guest. They created an atmosphere that felt both personal and celebratory, making the day feel genuinely special. For my meal, I ordered the loaded breakfast burrito, and it absolutely lived up to its name. It was a hearty, flavorful wrap generously filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, crispy golden potatoes, hearty black beans, and a cool, tangy dollop of sour cream. Every bite was a perfect combination of textures and flavors—comforting and satisfying without being too heavy. The ambiance of the space added even more to the experience. The entire place was adorned with lush, thriving plants—each one clearly cared for with attention and love. It’s always a good sign when a place takes such good care of its greenery; it speaks volumes about the pride they take in their environment and the level of service they’re likely to offer. And in this case, the service was as exceptional as the atmosphere.

Great light and flavorful vegan dishes. Loved the Thai salad - it was very refreshing, with a nice jalapeño kick. Cold brew was strong and matcha lattes were lightly sweet. Great staff and dining environment.

With a vegan friend, so ate vegetarian at The Corner Beet. Despite the lack of meat, I didn't feel deprived with the smothered Breakfast Burrito add green chili's and beyond sausage crumbles to the hearty helping of eggs, beans, avocado, and delicious sauce. Flavors were superb. Highly recommend as a non-vegan eater.

Our go to for our first breakfast every time we visit Denver! Super adorable little restaurant with super friendly service. We always order the Breakfast Burrito with tofu and beyond sausage, smothered in Green Chili sauce. It is hands down delish, loaded with beans, bell pepper, and this trip? The most perfect flavor ever!! SOOOO good - please open one in Clearwater, FL - we need you!!!

Most definitely my type of place! As a beet lover, what this coffee shop offers/serves truly resonates with the kind of diet I, on a daily basis, eat. Although what I got me the past Saturday was a simple doppio where I didn't order any food (as I was in a huge hurry), I can certainly look forward to spending a decent amount of time sitting down with some healthy bite to eat next time. Service was top notch. A young smiley lady kindly informed me that their "single" espresso already comes with two shots so she wanted to confirm if I meant two shots of espresso when I ordered "double espresso". Attention to detail or what, right? What I wanted was definitely two shots of espresso so I restated my order as "single espresso". Glad that I didn't get four shots; that would have made me so jittery for sure. Plants are everywhere in this shop. Vibrant beet color is seen everywhere (talking Tim Burton world) from the bar stools to wallpaper etc. When the sun is still shining from the east, the window seating facing the east might be the best place to sit and sip/eat your stuff. Only a few blocks away from the busy Colfax but the shop inside is a different world with a little bit of magical touch. A little bit of hippie feel might be what I'm trying to say/describe the place. Bell bottom pants would be a perfect outfit for showing up to a place like this.

2.5 years later, it's time for an updated review! I came here with my friend for lunch on a weekday and totally forgot it existed. I feel like Corner Beet is ALWAYS poppin' with locals and upbeat vibes. Ordered a Peace in the Middle East toast, along with one of their fancy coffees (can't remember which one). There's options for everyone, and it's all tasty. We sat at the bar, which was a perfect vantage point to watch the talented baristas at work and check out the gorgeous decor. Corner Beet is always allowing local businesses to promote their goods & services - really gives it a community feel. Both indoor seating options and outdoor patio are both gorgeous. Definitely made it to my list of Denver favorites!

What a lovely spot! I stopped in there after a yoga practice around the corner and it was the perfect place to unwind. Tons of great drink selections, teas, food items and a wonderful atmosphere overall. Looking forward to coming back and trying out the food menu.

I loved The Corner Beet! The menu is amazing for many reasons. The options are unique and have healthy ingredients AND each item is labeled if it is vegan or can be made vegan. As a vegan this was an incredibly easy ordering experience. The two donuts I got were a fruity flavor sugar blast. The avocado toast was HUGE! The bread was a thick slice of sourdough and it was loaded with toppings including mushrooms and tofu. It's a great bang for your buck and they do not skimp on food. The interior is so cute with little beet wallpaper and it has hidden butts on it. The service was fast and each team member was helpful and friendly when we asked questions.

Love this spot! I've been here for brunch a couple times (Fri and Saturday late mornings and both times have been a little crowded, but when it's warm out there's outdoor seating so not as hard to find a spot.) I've tried the hummus platter in the past which was good flavor but since I often eat meat I still felt a little hungry after. this time I got the breakfast sandwich and was super satisfied! Coffee was good and staff friendly, they have a little water dispenser in the corner you can refill your hot water as well. There's bathrooms and WiFi for customers, a few outlets but not too many. Look for street parking

This little darling in Caphil will be a decade old in its location this coming August. It's been quietly sitting at the corner of North Ogden and 14th Avenue. Serving creative made from scratch clean eats to their increasing fan base. It started as a cold pressed juice company. The owner realized the place can offer more than juice due to its size. They started offering coffee, toasts, salads and more! This plant loving spot has such a welcoming vibe. We dropped by for a quick brunch which they offer on weekends. True confession. We're meat eaters but we always strive to eat healthy. So here we go! Everything we tried was honest to goodness delicious! My fave was the Thai Peanut Salad. Texture and taste was above what I expected it to be. I'm ecstatic! The Falefel Wrap. Freshly cooked falafel is the way to go! Filling and oh so tasty! The Zaatar Flatbread was company's favorite. Their bakery is vegetarian but they have lots of vegan and gluten free options. Their bakery is 100% vegan. Featured: SPARKLING WINE nomadica sparkling white++ QUEEN BEE BREWS session meade 7 oz rotating tap. We had the pear ginger. FALAFEL WRAP mixed greens tossed in a greek dressing and topped with our house their falafel, red onion, cucumber, and feta finished with a lemon tahini drizzle THAI PEANUT SALAD mixed greens tossed in Thai peanut dressing topped with sesame rice noodles, tamari-baked tofu, pickled carrots, cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, crushed peanuts, and sesame seeds ZAATAR FLATBREADš zaatar olive oil base topped with paneer cheese, spinach, tomato, red onion, and add kalamata olives vo+2, add meati crispy cutlet +7. Patios are open on both sides of the eatery. The same owner opened Rooted Heart Yoga and Welness next door. Students get a discount at the cafe and vice versa.

WOW this place was phenomenal! My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday morning and were pleased to find open tables and a beautiful interior (plants galore, colorful walls and designs/artwork, water stations located on both sides of the restaurant). The service was friendly, kind, patient, and accommodating. I tried the Peace in the Middle East Toast and Balanced Root superfood latte - both were incredibly good! Great price for the delicious quality you get. 10/10 recommend :)

Simply put, The Corner Beet is a strong four. It takes me a minimum of several months to formulate a review of this nature, but capturing "the beat on the beet" has been a years-long endeavor. I will respectfully begin with the food, which is so much better than it has any right to be. The food, in terms of quality, might be hovering somewhere around perfect. It might. It is vegan-inclusive-ish, and you can feel that with the menu choices - they are limited in a smart way! Most cheeses can be not-cheeses, and likewise with the eggs. Yes! And it all is close to perfect with regard to recipe & preparation. I don't care about the coffee so read other reviews for that. There are a few keystone items on this menu - listen, these are keystone items. The breakfast burrito, the uh, sandwiches, or paninis. There's the um, benedict, french, uhm, the french toast. There are various eggs. There are maybe sandwiches and paninis? They are, of course, all served with dijon, I think. Viewing the menu at the moment, I am two asterisks deep into figuring out what is or isn't served with dijon. GFO+4 dieters should be aware that the french toast is served with mocha sauce. The website pop-up prompted me to view the "Corner Beet Lite" menu, I assume because it detected I am viewing the website after brunch hours. Folks, I'd rather be viewing the Corona Beer Light menu, if you know what I mean.. What I mean is that the menu is inconsistent and very confusing! Even on location you kinda have to scan around until you find a printed menu on some surface (it is not displayed) and then calculate whether the offerings are available based on time and date. All said, you are effectively forced to ask. Many patrons may not love a verbal menu. So, yeah, also, I think they do have cocktails? And maybe events? There are conspicuous liquor bottles on the walls. The events probably involve poetry! I'm not crazy for that, but I think it's neat and nice - open mics & the likes. There is a chalk-based event calendar in the Corner that seems to partially match a website style event calendar, but it's one of those thing where you really need to strike up a conversation with one of the young front-of-house to truly know for sure. There is both tarot tuesday and "wine wednesday" as listed online, but there are other days for sure too. I saw them on the chalkboard. I hope this is getting across what I mean about the atmosphere. There is woke reading material for children available - not really trying to make a point here, that is just the best way to describe it. Like coloring books about President Barack Obama. Very quickly, the prices aren't cheap. It's fine. It's gentrification food. It really is delicious, though. Just expect to spend at least 15ish on an entree and 7 on some type of mushroom coffee potion. The kitchen is too small to function as a brunch place, so there may be painful wait times. To close this out, I must mention that local rag Westword has declared the block north of the Beet's corner a type of criminal hell. Westword said the block is horribly dangerous, and the handsome warriors of DPD are now allegedly patrolling the block eight hours a day in order to defeat crime. The ownership of the Beet declined comment on the several published articles about this important issue. Supported by my experience of eating outdoors at the Corner Beet and walking up and down the same block many times, I would say that it is a perfectly normal and lovely area. I saw a young women yo-yoing (doing yo-yo the toy type tricks) the last time I was there. I have never witnessed crime. I have seen homeless people, which might be frightening to see for some patrons of the neighboring yoga studios and the nearby "apothecary". 4 stars. I'm not aware of any beets on the menu but I might be wrong.

Absolutely love this spot. Healthy, tasty dishes, friendly service and all the vibes. I've been here many times now and tried many dishes but I am currently obsessed with the "Savory Forest" toast.. it is absolutely delicious. I will say that I recommend coming here with time to spare. They often have a wait 30-45 min till food comes out so keep that in mind. Another thing to keep in mind is that they in kids gratuity with their bill so a 14.99 toast will end up being almost $20. They have a calendar of events too with wine nights and astrology reading! Perfect for vegans with lots of meat free alternatives.

Not exactly sure the reason for the mad hype around this place. No joke. Legit the staff that I've encountered on multiple trips, just plain not nice or friendly. I found multiple coffee drinks subpar at best, ditto for the smoothies and the pastries are just a big NO. I've been more than once simply out of sheer necessity while at yoga trainings. It was that or 7 '11. What a decision. I wouldn't mind paying their overinflated prices if A. their offerings were tasty B. If the staff even acknowledged the customers even with the slightest of smiles or basic interaction. Save yourself a few bucks, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I used to love this place, which makes me super sad to write this. I went here all the time the Thai tofu salad. They have completely changed it but kept the photo the same on delivery services. Now it only has 4 small very hard (overcooked) seasonless pieces of tofu on it. Maybe in person they still do a nice salad but if you have it delivered beware. So disappointed.

Walking in for my first time today I had the immediate sense of coming home. The Corner Beet is warm, charismatic, delicious and the staff are very generous. The atmosphere reminds me of comfortable community spaces and coffee shops from the 90's which is so great. Not pretentious but down to earth. The food and beverages are outstanding!

40 mins after ordering, they hadn't started my order. There are flies and bugs all over. Used to love this place, it's gone way downhill. Try somewhere else instead!

Wonderful choices for food and beverages with delightful decor and ambiance. Order at the counter and find a seat! We sat outside on a perfect Denver day. The selection of beverages is creative and makes me feel grateful and special. I ordered the tofu bahn-mi and lawd I am in love with this sandwich!! It was soooo dang delicious. And the side of fresh greens had a super fresh dressing that maybe ginger peanut and I equally adored it. So happy.

Great ambiance with lots of plants, art and some local items to buy to go with coffee and food which includes a selection of pastries, toasts and vegan options. My favorite thing about this place is their ability to deliver a consistently delicious, smooth latte every visit. Service here is always friendly and helpful with staff willing to give recommendations on anything. I haven't tried the food yet but I'm sure I'll have to swing back for a sandwich or toast when I have more time and am not just stopping by in the area. Tabs have an auto 16% gratuity added bringing my 16oz oat milk latte to $6.82.

Great vegan and gf options here - on our first visit. I had the house toast with sweet beet butter and a side of potatoes and an oat milk cappuccino. Jamie had a vegan breakfast burrito and an oat milk latte. Good service - especially after accidentally including onions in Jamie's burrito. Cozy, plant filled community oriented venue. Recommended.

Love this place and wanted to give it 5 stars, but the checkout person had really judgmental vibes if you don't order vegan. I added eggs to my burrito and they were very clearly judging me. Like...it's eggs.

The best Vibe in N Denver. Teas and coffee are great as is the food. Can't go wrong with Banh mi or Thai salad. Just a word of advice, the restaurant can get crazy busy because it's so popular.

Food is great vegan quality, atmosphere awesome, and they have friendly staff. Worth going at least once 100%. Care though, food is more expensive even for Denver, the place can get busy so spots might be hard to find, and while staff are so so nice they can be a tad slow. So I would come here with the mindset of being there for a hot second.

Great vegan breakfast! I can never say no to a "chicken" biscuit! Found this spot online on a search for vegan restaurants in the Denver area. We stopped here immediately after flying in, and ended up coming back the next morning as well since we liked it so much! The service was quick and the staff was efficient. Both the inside and outside seating were nice. I enjoyed sitting outside earlier in the morning, and enjoyed the greenery inside when we went later in the day and couldn't be outside in the heat. Would definitely come back here on our next visit to Denver!

Had a flatbread last time during the evening, and this time, I visited during breakfast/brunch time. I had a delicious avocado toast with a huge helping of mushrooms. I also had a juice. Fresh and delicious. Delightful cafe!

super cute hippie forward restaurant. lots of plants and artwork all around. really loved the vibe they had going on. EVERY vegetarian would go crazy for this menu. super interesting and innovative! the service was super patient and friendly and nice! the food took a little bit to come out. the drinks however came super fast. I highly recommend the mushroom cacao -- superrr velvety, perfect balance of sweet (just enough to offset the sour cacao). the chai latte did not have a good balance of spices... too much allspice. the food overall was AWESOME. I wish my bun wasnt so hard from toasting but otherwise loved the balance of the breakfast sandwhich. solid meal that kept me full but light for the rest of my day :)

Oh my... I have a new addiction... I honestly wasn't expecting much from a salad but OMG! The Thai peanut salad is so delicious. Noodles + Lettuce = YUM!!! I was skeptical about tofu in my salad as I can be picky texturally but it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The peanut dressing is a bit spicy and amazing. Everything was so fresh, cannot recommend enough, and cannot wait to try more! Or I might just be redoing this choice on repeat, lol

Once it was one of my favorite places to bring my friends for breakfast. Today my experience was totally different. Me and my friend ordered coffee and two Sweet beet& Pistachio French toast. The coffee was served 30 minutes after the order was places and when I approached the coffee bar to ask about the coffee it was just standing there for god knows how long and the server said that she will bring it to our table right away. When it used to be perfectly hot coffee in the past was now a cold coffee in a mug for me and in a to go cup for my friend (when we both said that we will be dining in. As for the French toast. In my opinion if the beet listed as a main ingredient in a dish, I expect it to show. The beet jam spread was much to be desired. Half of the toast was just plain. And it was my favorite dish here before. I don't know if this place experienced some management changes, but it is not the same place as I used to know. Will be looking for a new favorite place to go.

Food- I was really excited about this spot, but I found everything a touch underwhelming for the price. I wanted to like my avocado toast but I found the amount of honey used just killed the vibe completely. The ciabatta was too toasty and it cut the roof of my mouth. The mushrooms were fantastic though, I was not expecting them to be so perfect. I'm a sucker for a fresh mushroom. I also got a lavender fog, which was kind of bland, but what I needed for the morning. Those two things were $27. Ouch. Service- quick, responsive, order at the counter style and bus your own table. Ambiance- cute inside, lots of plants, plenty of outside seating which was my vibe that day with the sunny weather.

Really cute hippy vibes in here. The food was rlly good. The only thing I would say is the tofu banh mi had a jelly like sauce maybe omit it if you don't want a sweet sauce. Also the bread is very crispy, It was super good though. The beyond sausage had a little too much syrup on it. But it was still pretty good. I liked the drinks and that it was all pretty healthy. Service was good too. For 3 people it was kinda expensive though.

Breakfast sandwhich was BANGIN!!! And the breakfast burrito was amazing as well. House made syrup for coffee with no added sugar. I will 10000% be back next time I'm in Denver!

Really cute spot. The daily soup was too salty, and only came with two pieces of small bread. Salad was delicious. Potato's were good Waited 40min for salad and soup though. Understood they are probably busy with online orders but wish the experience was better

Visiting Denver and came across this GORGEOUS spot. Creative vegan food with stunningly beautiful atmosphere. The sunlight shining through the indoor plants, fabulous mural, and breathtaking art for sale. Most importantly, the vegan breakfast sandwich is creative, flavorful, and filling. The bread is delicious. Paired with an oat milk matcha. Kind staff and great service. A MUST for vegans visiting Denver!

I hate to leave such a negative review here but is this a joke? I ordered a side of the tofu scramble this morning and this is what I received :( They recently removed the Basis B from their menu so I tried to get my normal order by just getting sides (as one of the people working there told me to do) There were no other available vegan protein options besides the tofu scramble... and to be abundantly clear this photo was taken before I had a single bite. It seems like food portions at this place just get smaller while prices go up. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again which is a bummer bc it's one of the few vegan breakfast options in the city.

Not sure how I've lived in Denver for 5+ years and it wasn't until this weekend that I tried The Corner Beet! After hearing so many good things from far too many people, my husband and I finally decided to check it out. At about 12:00 on a Sunday afternoon, there was a line nearly out the door. But service was quick and it didn't take long for us to be ordering at the counter and then sitting in front of a bunch of lovely plants - such a peaceful setting! We got a hot matcha latte w/ almond milk, the harvest salad, and a PB smoothie. The matcha latte was truly one of the best I've had, the salad was full of unique, delicious flavors, and the only thing that fell slightly short was the PB latte - it just wasn't the sweetest or most flavorful. Great experience overall at The Corner Beet! I'll be back!!

Fresh coffee and juices waft out the doorway that leads to colorful art lining the building. Juices, salads, and an exceptional avocado toast are options here. I highly recommend you try their juices and salads, yes salads. Beets and walnuts are staples in their salads and the menu stretches from oatmeal to crisp and spicy breakfast burritos this spot has it all. Thank me later, follow me now, stay eatin' bruh!

Just had a horrible experience for lunch. Ordered two Greek salads, waited for over half an hour. Salad was soaking in vinegar, no oil, no feta cheese, though it was on the menu ingredients. Had to ask for it. Ordered coffee, was served completely cold!!! Had to ask for hot one, they made me americano that was very diluted... And tip was automatically included!!! For what?? Complete disappointment.

I've gone here a few times for breakfast so I decided to go in the evening when the bar opened. The Mushroom Ragu hummus was delicious and the cocktails where are delicious as well. The staff was very helpful as well.

Great place with unexpected flavors that make for a delicious breakfast. I had a superfood latte and the house toast and I was very impressed. The beet butter wasn't something I had before but was such a great addition to toast. Great atmosphere and very friendly employees.

Atmosphere **** Lively atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter and then sit wherever Service **** Get there early as they had a long line but once the food was ordered it came pretty quick Price$$ Over $10 per dish

The food here is so good! Totally awesome vegan and vegetarian options. The patio are is super nice and the inside is really cool as well. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area.

The place was amazing! We had such a fun time sitting outside and taking photos before our food arrived. The girl who took our order was super friendly and welcoming. We were amazed at all the decor inside. So much to look at and keep yourself entertained. I got a sandwhich and I probably wouldn't get that again. Although it was good the bread was a bit hard for my liking. However my matcha drink, was one of the best in Denver. My friend got one of the cold pressed juices and I enjoyed that as well! I liked the drinks more than food but enjoyed my experience so much I would definitely go back!

I ordered the thai peanut salad online and it was ready when i got there however the service was pretty slow and waited a few minutes before actually being able to pick it up. The salad was pretty bug and filling and i really liked the tofu. Would recommend visiting this place!

I really wanted to like this place. The ambiance was really cute and it felt like a safe space, but when I ordered there was an automatic gratuity charged. I didn't think anything of it because as someone who works in the food service industry I always tip at least 20%. However when it took 15 minutes for my drink to come out I began to get a little annoyed. It took over 45 minutes for my food to come out. The employees seemed annoyed at me, even without me having said anything about the long wait and them not being busy. I don't understand the reasoning behind an auto grat and having no service provided apart from getting my food and drink brought to me when I still had to bus my own table and ordered at a counter.

The avocado toast is incredible. The beet juice is amazing, so refreshing. I love coming here!

This place has some of the cutest ambiance and interior decor I've seen. Perfectly photogenic for those that love a nice background with their food photo. The staff was very friendly and considerate which I always place extra value on. I ordered a hot sweet chikn biscuit sammie with a kombucha. The biscuit was so amazing and perfectly crumbly, the chikn patty was also tasty, though wasn't really hot but delicious nonetheless. I would return and order again.
