The Corner Slice

I love the corner slice and couldn't recommend it more. They have the best pizza and beer in town but what really makes this place the best is the awesome atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I especially love how they make the pizza right in front of you cause it’s fun to watch and you know what you’ll be eating! Best gluten free crust too. All the drinks are local which is extra awesome. They have got live music on Wednesdays and weekends as well. Good pizza, good beer, and good music. Perfect place!

We stumbled upon The Corner Slice while walking around downtown Fort Collins, looking for something quick and easy that could work for our whole family—including our baby daughter—and it turned out to be the perfect spot. Right off the bat, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always sets the tone for a good experience. They had March Madness basketball on the TVs, which added a fun energy to the place, and their selection of sodas, beer, and wine was way better than I expected for a casual pizza joint. I started off with a slice of cheese pizza and some garlic bread, and let me tell you—it was so good I had to get up and order another slice. You know a pizza place is doing something right when a single slice isn’t enough and you find yourself going back for more. The crust, the sauce, the cheese—everything was just spot on. The whole vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming, super family-friendly, and just the kind of spot you want in a neighborhood like this. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, hanging with friends, or bringing your kids along, it’s got everything you need. We had such a wonderful time, and I’m honestly already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and want great pizza with great people in a great location. This one’s a gem.

So thankful I stumbled across this place while looking for a spot to have dinner and drinks before the concert in the square tonight. From a pizza lover I can tell you this place is legit. Happy Hour is a must and the food will not disappoint. The atmosphere is incredibly laid back and chill and the staff was awesome! Thank you!

After seeing some good reviews, I decided to try the place the next time I was in the area. I walked away very disappointed. I ordered 2 cheese slices, which totaled $6.15 with tip. I thought that was a great price until I received the slices. They were very small, maybe cut out of a 12-14" pie. The crust was okay, probably the best part of the slice, but it was kind of bland. It did have a very nice crisp to it. What really turned me off was the sauce. It was NOT a pizza sauce. It was like a marinara sauce that you would eat with pasta or get with meatballs. It was extremely overpowering and was very out of place. Much better options exist in Fort Collins, which are the ones I'd recommend, not this one.

A hidden gem! I wander Old Town Square frequently, but this is the first time I noticed The Corner Slice. Wonderful pizza, particularly the crust, and amazing people. I highly recommend grabbing a slice (or a whole pie)!

My husband and I came here 5 days ago! I love the cozy atmosphere, the customer service was above and beyond! I really wanted to try the margarita pizza but, they don't normally do just slices of that and it wasn't the pizza of the day. However, they were awesome and did it for me anyways! It was so good! The sodas just as nostalgic and delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

Killer new pizza spot in north old town. They serve by the slice or whole pies. Meatballs, pizza, cheese bread and especially the garlic pretzels are so good. Beer and craft sodas. Owners are from Steamboat. Excellent job!

I wasn't expecting such a good pizza. We got the meatball and ricotta. Crust was excellent and their homemade salad dressing was a nice touch. Definitely recommend.

We stopped in and got 3 slices and a salad. We didn't realize it was happy hour at the time, and the slices were a great deal! The salad we got was absolutely delicious -- packed with tasty toppings. We thought the pizza was really disappointing and actually ended up not eating it. It didn't have a lot of flavor despite all the sauce, cheese, and toppings. While I probably would not come back for pizza, it was a cool spot.

3 to 4 stars. This restaurant needs a number system so the staff doesn't get confused on who ordered what. The ambiance is good, but could work to be a little cleaner where guests sit. My 5 year old even mentioned the cleanliness. The pizza is good. We had the whitey and hot mahalo. Not the best pizza, but it's solid. Their Linden salad is good! I love the location and the drink options. They also have great deals. Maybe within time this place will grow to be a little better.

I hopped on over for a slice and a glass of wine during their newer daily happy hour. There were only a handful of people in around 2pm, but it filled up pretty quickly! I was helped right away at the counter, ordered my slice and had my rosso handed to me right away, then tucked myself in the little single seater table by the front window with a view of the street. They don't have slices ready - they bake them as you order, so be prepared to wait a little bit if you're planning on having a quick lunch. About 10 minutes later, after helping a nice little rush, my pizza was brought over to me where I promptly burned the roof of my mouth in my excitement. Pineapple, bacon and sport peppers covered the massive slice and paired perfectly with my generous pour of red wine.

Home delivery order. Delivery was not impressive - left at porch.....did NOT knock on door or ring doorbell. Had no idea it had arrived. I will NOT order again from them. Taste - was ok. I would not order again! Delivery charge was exorbitant. Total charge $37.00 for 16 inch. Gave us heartburn. Much room for improvement!!

Excellent pizza! We picked up take out several nights during our long term stay in Fort Collins. The pizza was always very hot and fresh! The salad was delicious. The lettuce always crisp with fresh apple pieces. We would eat there every night if we could!!

Been here twice now, each time thinking "wow, this might be the best pizza place in town." as I was heading out the door. Sauce/Topping/Cheese ratio is spot on and tasted fresh. The crust is absolutely delicious. A part of me wants to gatekeep this place, but it's too good not to share. Best pizza in Fort Collins.

Overall, unimpressed. The restaurant is in a great location with a fun atmosphere and clean. Staff were okay, but not very welcoming. They only have three options available as a slice - cheese, pepperoni, and whatever their special is. The pizza was hot, but bland and kind of dry. And, it took way longer than necessary for three slices of pizza to come out.

Really good NY style! Flavor and texture of dough is amazing. If this was a One Bite review, I'd give it a solid 7.8.

Walked in on a hot day to get a fountain drink. Each worker looked at us and didn't say a word to us and continued cleaning glasses. Waited 30 seconds, still no assistance, then walked out with still nothing said. Terrible business service.

I seriously love this place! We tried it for the first time a couple months back because they have a gluten free option which works great for my son. The pizza was really good! We got a full pie and also a GF pie as well. It came out fresh and tasty. I later came by and got a couple slices instead of a whole pizza and they were great too. The service is always good and they have some nice beer options. The space is comfortable and clean and the windows out to the street make for a cool vibe. I plan to visit again and again for great pizza. My favorite pizza spot downtown for sure.

Very fresh pizza. Tried both the Whitey and Chicken Bruschetta. The chicken bruschetta caught us off guard with the balsamic glaze with how good it was. Totally recommend!

Oh the joy of finding such a local find of pizza in Fort Collins. Our group decided to squat here for some amazing pizza and I suggested we try vege not even realizing that this is u like any other vege pizza. I did t read the i gradients but was assuming it's like all vege pizza. Oh boy! Get this... I feel like I got the fanciest ever vegetables on a pizza and it was AMAZING!!! Fancy mushrooms and colorful zucchini.... I was stunned. So tasty so yummy I not expect that on all future pizzas ha! I do not like olives so she. Y pizza showed up olive free it tickled me pink. :) great job pizza place for providing fresh vege diff from the norm for a vege pizza. I loved it

The Corner Slice is clutch!! Gotta whole meatlovers pie and the four of use killed it within minutes. The staff is super pleasant and didn't mind answering questions. The prices are more than fair, especially since the food smacks. The ingredients were fresh and they put the perfect amount of sauce on the pizza. The dough is hand-tossed and tastes like it could be a sourdough variety. The pizza had a just the right amount of toppings, too. It's dope to have a lit of toppings, but it sucks when there's so much the dough doesn't cook all the way--not the case with The Corner Slice. The pie looked good and tasted great! The Corner Slice will definitely a stop whenever we come to Fort Collins!!!!

This was our first time ordering from the Corner Slice. We were looking for new pizza and Slice did not disappoint. We ordered through NocoNosh delivery and normally love them, tonight however they delivered two huge pizzas, one was correct and one was not one we ordered. Called Slice and the owner got on right away, was super apologetic, said they were refunding our pizza and would bring a new one, no charge. Not only did they, but it was the owner! What a great surprise. Definitely recommend and can't wait to try them in person.

Why have I never been here?! Got a margarita slice to go and it was so damn good! Thin crust that wasn't too hard or chewy, fresh ingredients and plenty of cheese! Very dangerous knowing how good this place is. I can already see dollar bills flying out of my wallet and into their pockets but I ain't even mad about it. Just take my money and feed me. Inside is super clean and nicely decorated with big tables so you and your pals can all get pizza and hang! Prices are super fair and employees were courteous and service was speedy! Should've taken a picture of my slice but I was too hungry and it was too delicious. Guess you'll have to head over there to see a slice in all its glory for yourself! (It's across the street from Firehouse Books/Happy Lucky's Tea House).

I'm not sure where others are trying pizza that they vote this the best in Fort Collins. It's 100% not NY style pizza by any means other than being large slices. The dough was good and cooked well but the pizza was the most bland I've ever tasted anywhere in the country. Had 0 flavor whatsoever and the garlic pretzels tasted like plain dough with Parmesan tossed on. The place itself is a decent atmosphere. The best part of the entire meal was the Rocky Mountain soda. Also should be noted this isn't a full service restaurant, you order at the counter and they bring it to the table. We weren't expecting that.

So excited to have a new pizza spot in Old Town! The service here is extremely friendly, and the pizza is so divine. The gluten free pizza is super good, and doesn't taste dry or weird, like other gluten free pies. The drinks here, are also really good and they have a good selection of beers. My boyfriend and I will definitely be regulars here for the nights that we're craving some gluten free za! :-)

The beer, food, and people are amazing! Great happy hr 2-5:30. Always good music playing and clean!. Good place to chill.

Stopped in on a Friday for lunch and split a seasonal pizza and salad to share plus a beer each. Friendly service, fresh ingredients and relaxed atmosphere means we'll definitely be back. Especially looking forward to checking out their happy hour offerings in the future.

Just hit up corner slice for first time this Wednesday! Great atmosphere! Open mic night was fun and there was some good talent there. Pizza was great!!Service was great and staff was very helpful. Also they had the nuggies playing behind the bar which is a plus! Will be going back!

Waiting 12 minutes for 1 slice of mediocre pizza is just not an experience I wish to repeat. In the interest of being fair I tried this place 3 times and 3 times it was the same.... average wait time for your slice... 12 minutes... and just a bland small piece of pizza. This place will not make it. There are waaayyy to many pizza joints that are doing it better.

This place has the best gluten free dairy free pizza I've ever had. We came in close to closing but the staff was so friendly and was in no rush to have us leave! Great service and great food.

The pizza here is delicious and it has such a cozy vibe, will definitely be coming here again!!

I'm no David Portnoy, but one bite everybody knows the rules, a solid 7.3. Crispy, crunchy, just feels like it belongs lol.
