This is a restaurant that’s definitely build with hard work and love. You can tell from the minute you walk in that they put a lot of effort in their food, their service and even the little talk seems genuine. We tried the fish tacos and I tried a gyro, the portions were massive and extremely fresh. The only thing I would change is that it’s only for takeout and I would love to have a seat there in the summer :) overall, good job guys! I wish the best for your business!

Google
i got the Fried Chicken all i have to say is - wow. wow oh my god that fried chicken was the best fried chicken i’ve had in my life. it’s unbelievable how good that was that breading was utterly magical. It was so insanely flaky and crunchy - just the absolute perfect level of each. It had such a satisfying dark brown color rather than the light brown you see on other fried chicken. You could tell this was truly fried in as much oil as possible - which you could also tell by how the breading was even slightly damp with oil and the bottom of the carton was still somewhat wet from the oil each bite of the breading was just absolute perfection the inside of the chicken was also astoundingly good - which i wasn’t expecting. the first time I took a bite of the chicken meat itself - i was shocked by how well it tasted. This wasn’t your boring old bland chicken you’d find somewhere else - it had fat to it - and even if the breading didn’t exist I would still really enjoy eating the chicken the only thing i wish for is the breading had some spice to it - there pretty much wasn’t any of that my next absolute favorite part was the buttermilk biscuits that i got as a side. These were baked so perfectly - with a tough exterior but a soft interior. The butter dipping sauce added to this was the best part of the entire meal - it was so addicting it was impossible to resist what drags this down slightly, though, is the greek fries. I didn’t think these were good at all - while they were seasoned well with pepper throughout - the cheese was a) not well distributed and b) pretty infrequent. Also, the fries themselves were pretty hard to the touch but not crispy and didn’t have any softness inside. The white sauce didn’t taste very good either I will say the buffalo sauce that I added as a side was quite good What puts this meal over the top is the massive portion size. It did cost a good amount (24 dollars) - but 3 of that was the greek fries which I’ll skip next time in favor of a side that doesn’t cost extra. The pieces of fried chicken were MASSIVE - there was so much food contained in that basket. I wasn’t even able to finish this entire meal. Given that you get this much fried chicken + two sides for a decent price, the value here is pretty damn good overall, out of this world fried chicken and biscuits, although the greek fries does keep this from the highest possible score. 9.25 / 10

Google
Had the carnitas and chicken tacos; now I fully believe the other guy's review saying the fried chicken was magical 😂 Delicious!! The tacos hit the exact spot and the fries we got on the side were so good~ Looking forward to trying more of their menu in the near future!

I’ll echo some other reviews that I can’t believe it took me so long to get food from here. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and the meals are well-executed. My daughter loves the fish and chips and my husband (who is fairly picky with take out) said the chicken Parmesan was delicious. I get the Greek salad, which is enormous and could easily be shared by two people, but I eat all of it because it’s the only salad I’ve ever craved on my life. My picture has a banana for scale to drive home how big it is - the entire box is packed with a fantastic salad. Also, the food travels really well, which is a huge plus in 2020-2021. And the staff and owners are so kind!

YUM! Looking for quick takeout? This is the place! Got the beef and lamb gyro for $10.75, what a deal! The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the gyro was a good size. They do not have any seating, just a pickup counter. If driving they do have a few parking spots. Can’t wait to go back and try more items!

Google
I heard about The Counter at Old Ballard Catering and paid a visit after ordering online. They made it pretty easy to order online with an easy to use online ordering system accessed from their website. They had a lot of Greek foods, I heard the owners are of Greek descent, but they also had other foods like fish tacos. I ended up going with the Athena gyro because it’s not something I’ve had before. I parked at the restaurant and waited and one of the owners brought it out to my car even though I had not checked in yet – very good service. The woman was very friendly as well. For the food, the gyro was tasty. The fries were a nice addition to the gyro, but what struck me the most was the meat. The pieces of meat seemed less like they were on a spit and more like they were pieces of steak. I can’t confirm either way, but I appreciated the steak-like quality of the meat they put in the gyro. I’ve seen the storefront they are currently in change hands a few times in the past few years and I hope they will hold on to for a long time to come. I definitely recommend visiting!

Google
This is my absolute favorite place to get food in the area! I love that I can order ahead or stop by and pick something up. The service is fast and everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. I've tried nearly the whole menu at this point and can confidently say the quality cannot be beat! You can tell it's made fresh and the quality is amazing. The gyros are the best in town and they do fried chicken on Fridays which has become a favorite at our house.

Nested in the corner of a busy crossroads near Roosevelt High School, where the hustle of the city meets the calm of community, lies The Counter at Old Ballard Catering Co., a sanctuary for those seeking culinary solace amidst the chaos. Here, the magic of flavors is woven into each takeaway order, a testament to the art of simple, yet profound delights. As you approach, a Paul Giamatti-esque figure appears, his countenance in good spirits, ready to take your request with a warmth that feels like an embrace from an old friend. His voice, a melody of kindness, guides you through a menu that promises satisfaction. Among the treasures offered, the rich, warm Athens street gyro stands out, a symphony of textures and tastes. The meat, succulent and seasoned to perfection, dances with crisp vegetables, all swaddled in a soft, toasted pita that whispers tales of Mediterranean nights. Each bite is a journey, a blend of ancient flavors reimagined for the modern palate, leaving you yearning for more yet content in the moment. As you savor this culinary masterpiece, the Paul Giamatti doppelganger has moved on, his jovial laughter echoing softly as he serves other customers, leaving you with the memory of a meal that was more than food—it was an experience, a moment of pure, unadulterated joy in the heart of Seattle.

Yelp
Great portion sizes and quick service! They are only open limited hours so I recommend ordering online and checking when they are open for lunch vs dinner. I found the fish and chips to be a great portion size, and the fish tacos to be a little too heavy on the seasoning. This is a take out place so expect to take your lunch home!

Yelp
Great takeout option for Greek food. Ordered the beef lamb gyro which was excellent! Pro tip: order 10 min ahead of your arrival so food is ready upon your arrival. Friendly staff.

Yelp
Cute take-out only spot with a Greek American menu. Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was only a 10 min wait for my order. Tried the Beef Lamb Gyro and fries ($4.50 extra) - delicious, smothered in tzatziki, and the portion size was huge! Will definitely be coming back to try out the daily specials!

Yelp
I used to live in Ravenna and this site was a long time Pizza Hut, then transformed into another indie pizza site, and now currently The Counter at Old Ballard Catering located at 15th and 65th. I ordered takeout back on 9/22/20. I recall how kind and welcoming one of the catering owners was going through their menu with me. I ended up ordering the Carnitas Street Tacos with chips and salsa ($10) and the Chicken Strips with dipping sauces and Lemon Pepper Chips ($10). For the amazing quality and generous servings, these are a steal versus other restaurants serving similar entrees. Definitely a useful pro tip, go through their menu, complete and pay for an online order. They are pretty popular and their tiny parking lot fills up fast at this busy intersection. Quality food and a solid business model, no surprise they continue to thrive and receive praise during the pandemic.

Yelp
Very sweet woman took my order not longer after it opened. No line! Very good fish and chips. Right at the intersection of NE 65th and 15th NE.

Yelp
.The Counter has been a go to for me during the pandemic, but it will be a go to for me regardless. The owners seem to be such nice people, and maybe that's why they do food so well. I like how they operate. They have some options you can get everyday, and they have some specials only on certain days or at certain times. It's a good way to change up the menu. Their fried chicken is some of the best around. I love the Mama Lil's in their potato salad. Had a very good gyro with Greek fries. I don't think you can go wrong as long as you go with things you like. If you order online it's so easy to just swing by, pick up, and get to where you're going so you can eat. A couple of notes: their parking lot is small with only a few spaces, and they sell out of things quickly. Check their site every week to see what new specials come up.

Yelp
I was really looking forward to the capers in the salsa on the beef and lamb gyro, but there weren't any. Maybe they were out of capers. Most of the meat didn't have much flavor, and the squishy texture was unpleasant. There were some crispy bits that were good, though. The pita bread was super soft and fluffy. I don't like tomatoes or tzatziki sauce, but the gyro was kind of lacking without them. I didn't like the spanakopita at all, mainly due to the flavor, but the texture of the pastry wasn't great, either. It was kind of hard and crunchy on the outside, and dense and tacky on the inside. It wasn't the worst gyro I've ever had, but hopefully I can find better.

Yelp
In total agreement with others that OBCC is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! My first experience was their Fried Chicken Friday special a few months ago, and it got my Southern-raised BF's stamp of approval. I'm not a fried chicken expert (only if it's the Korean variety), but he said it was the perfect rendition of buttermilk fried chicken. Today, my chicken strip craving led me here and they were delightful! TRUST that these are better than any chicken strips you've ever had. They're texturally perfect all around and you can tell they're made with care. I have a big appetite but the portion was more than generous, and the fries were just perfect. I love that they have rotating specials and curated drinks/treats--this place has character and charm, and I'm all for it! The owner is also super sweet!

Yelp
Initially I was looking to try something else food wise here, but When I was looking over the menu and saw they had wings, I just so happened to be in the mood. I've been looking for a wing place for some time now and so far everything has been ok. I was really just taking a chance. And let me tell you. Worth it. Chicken: cooked evenly, good size, good quantity, no extra breading Flavor: Buffalo is generally not my personal go to, but it's the standard to try. Really good flavor, more of a spicy kick than I was anticipating (but I'm not mad about it) Sides: couple celery sticks Price: slightly more expensive than at a dive bar or typical wing spot, but I think it's worth the quality I'll definitely come back for wings when I'm craving it, but should probably look into the rest of their menu too!

Yelp
First off... THE OWNERS ARE SO SO NICE. I'd just go in to say hi if I were to walk past here every day. I literally walked back into the store after I ate my meal down the street to tell her that I enjoyed everything we ordered. Now for the food: - fried chicken Fridays -- DON'T SLEEP ON THIS, IT'S AMAZING - chicken strips -- ALSO PROBABLY THE BEST I'VE HAD - beef & lamb gyro -- they stack this thing with a lot of meat and some tasty tzatziki sauce and some fresh veggies. Really good! - shrimp tacos and carnitas tacos -- enjoyed the shrimp tacos slightly more and their chips/salsa are always delicious AGAIN. Please support this business! It's owned by the sweetest siblings and they'll answer any questions and make recommendations where you need them. JUST TRUST THEM.

Yelp
Joann was very welcoming when I walked in their store. She was helpful with my billing request. Took care of me right away. Food was ready for pickup I had beef lamb gyro and fries. Very very DELICIOUS!!!!! This is the first time I've tried their food. I highly recommend it!!! Very clean place too. I'll definitely do more takeouts from THE COUNTER...and will recommend this place to all my friends and neighbors...it's so convenient just walking distance from my place. Please thank your Chef!!! Super delicious gyro and fries!!!

Yelp
We have only had the fried chicken and the chicken strips (plus sides of Mama Lil's potato salad, fries, and coleslaw), but we are hooked! Based on this, we are so excited to try the rest of the menu! Their chicken is among the best we have ever had, and we LOVE fried chicken... so we have had many kinds. It is so crispy and flavorful, it is just perfect! If they ever make a spicy version, we would be ALL over it! We feel so blessed that they are in our neighborhood now, and look forward to more wonderful meals! During this pandemic, they are a ray of light, and make staying home a little bit easier.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food and very friendly staff. It is a bit pricy but I think the quality of the food really shows. I really like their gyro and tacos. The fried fish looks good too but have not tried it yet.
google avatar

Nao V.

Yelp
Great lunch and dinner spot! The food is delicious and at a fair price especially given how generous the servings are. The fried chicken was so nicely seasoned and crispy and nice and juicy. It tasted like it was brined with Italian seasonings like oregano. The tacos were also nice and tender with the right balance of fat and flavor. We also got their house made chips which were perfect and their ultra cheesy mac and cheese. Totally worth the money. Things sell out quickly so it's best to order ahead

Yelp
We are so stoked these guys decided to set up shop in our neighborhood! The food (available for lunch & dinner) has really been exceptional. Still trying to work through everything on their menu, but so far everything has been top notch in terms of quality, flavor, and value. Because they are a catering company too, they offer a nice variety of food options. They have a Greek menu, taco offerings, and some really great fried chicken. They also a small smattering of pantry items, and a good selection of beer and other drinks. Anyway, thrilled to have them around. Hoping the word spreads and these guys enjoy the great business they deserve!

Yelp
Is there a 6th star available on here?! This place is epic. I started out ordered the fried chicken tenders and the chicken is AMAZING. Lately though, I've been trying other things on the menu and it is ALL AMAZING!! Most recently, I've been munching on the gyros. These things are firing on all cylinders - good pita, amazing and seasoned tomatoes, nom nom tzatziki, tender and moist beef and lamb. It's a messy eat, but 100% worth it. It's not often you find a place that can cook a diverse group of foods and deliver on all of them; they have something for everyone (even the kiddos) and it's all awesome. Stop by or order delivery; you won't regret it!

Yelp
Decided to try this place after I got a hankering for chicken strips. I ordered the five piece strips and macaroni and cheese. When picking it up, I was impressed at how nice everyone was- my food wasn't ready when I arrived, so they offered to run out to my car with it when it was! Very good service. Plus my bag had a smiley face on it. :) My favorite part of the meal was the Mac n cheese. Sooo creamy and cheesy, but not too much. I licked the container after the noodles were all gone. I was underwhelmed with the fried chicken. The batter was too heavy and bread-y. I didn't love the seasoning either. It honestly tasted like the pre-frozen fried chicken you get when ordering at a dive bar. I was expecting something crispier and fresher. I would come back to try a new entree (and eat the Mac n cheese) but I am definitely looking elsewhere for fried chicken.

Yelp
Wow just WOW! My wife just surprised me today with a fantastic lunch. She got the fish and chips and the steak/French dip! Both tasted so delicious! The steak in the sandwich was tender and succulent! One of the best prime dips in Seattle if not the best I have had! The fish was more like a panko crust which I actually prefer. The fish was so flaky! I will be back for sure.
google avatar

Tammy E.

Yelp
Excellent lunch/dinner options! I ordered delivery from here and was pleasantly surprised with my very delicious and unique dinner order - fauxrizo for the win! There is always a line when I drive by but I have yet to order in person at the window. I will report back once I've had more of the menu items!
google avatar

Stacey S.

Yelp
The food here is delicious, fresh, and high quality. I've ordered several times and have never been disappointed. I love the salad, the spanakopita, the pitas, the Greek fries - it's just all really good.
google avatar

Meg C.

Yelp
Just ordered the best beef/lamb gyro from here and it was exactly what I wanted. The meat was ample and tender, flavorfully balanced with the freshness of the Mediterranean salsa, which includes marinated cherry tomatoes and cucumbers with crunchy lettuce and zingy, but sweet pickled red onions. All these things danced perfectly with a creamy mild tzatisiki sauce and crumbled feta, wrapped in fluffy pita bread. Perfection. I also got a side avgolemeno soup (basically creamy chicken and rice soup, greek style) and it was simple and deliciously comforting. I also got a few bites of my partner's chicken strips and lemon pepper chips and they were very tasty, we'll have to come back next Friday for Fried Chicken! It was easy to order online (cheap bloody mary's on Sun, $5!), and pick up was friendly and easy.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was insane. I went on a Wednesday and got lucky enough for it to be burger day!!! The fries were soooo crispy, even after walking 15 mins home. My bf got a crab roll and it was so tasty with a ton of meat! The person working the counter was so sweet as well. Super friendly and welcoming and gave us a free drink to try cuz we had asked about it and waivered! Super great spot and I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
The wife and I ordered fish n chips from there for dinner this evening. Online ordering was super easy, and they said that the meal would be ready at 430. I drove up and parked at 429, and as I walked in, I could see the meals being bagged up. I walked in, the person at the counter handed me the bag and off I went to get home. Quite honestly, it might have been the best fish n chips I've had in Seattle! Both the wife and I were impressed on how crispy the fish and the chips were despite eating our meals 20 minutes after picking them up. Great sized portions, and it was not greasy at all! We're excited to try other things on the menu!

Yelp
We are so glad to have discovered this amazing gem on grubhub and ubereats. We now order from here every week. The food is delicious and fresh. Portions are very generous. Amazing customer service. Really good prices for the quality and quantity of food. The food is packaged very well, with food safety seal. Really appreciate that! Highly recommend these dishes: 1. Beef/Lamb Gyros - the best I've had. Meat is very juicy and nicely seasoned, the pita is thick and fresh, the dressings are very fresh and yummy : love the pickled onions, salsa is slightly spicy, tzatziki is mild and creamy, feta is generous. I would order extra meat, it's worth it! 2. Buffalo Chicken wings - spicy and absolutely delicious. Not greasy. The sauce is what makes it so good. Generous celery portions. My son finished it in 10 minutes! 3. Fried Chicken Strips - the best I've ever had. The chicken is authentic (not plumped up, tastes fresh and real), the breading is seasoned perfectly, crispy, just the right ration of breading to chicken, absolutely not greasy. We usually purchase the 1 pounder (large size) and it is generous and feeds 3 people generously. 4. Potato Salad - it is spicy, not like any potato salad I've had, very addictive. Potatoes perfectly cooked. Spicy though! 5. Mac and Cheese - very good, repeat order. 6. Fries are thick, perfectly seasoned (not to salty), just enough grease as expected with fried. 7. Chocolate chip cookie - soft, chewy, fresh, clearly homemade We also ordered the following, they are average, you may enjoy it more than we did, depending on your taste palette: 1. cole slaw is fresh but bland 2. chicken nuggets - better than fast food, but you don't get a lot for $10, but if you like typical nuggets (where you don't get a lot of meat, but you get that special breading), these are fine 3. Athens Gyro (with the roast pork) it's ok if you like pork, the beef and lamb is so much better

Yelp
Great carry out addition to the Roosevelt/ Ravenna neighborhood. Caught them on opening day, and have probably ordered at least a dozen times since then. They offer a wide variety of "comfort" foods - we've ordered tacos, gyros, chicken, and a couple weekly specials. My wife's favorite is the tacos, while I think their chicken strips are some of the best fried chicken I have ever tasted. Chicken strips are available every day, while they do normal fried chicken on Fridays only. Their experience with catering shows - food items are all well-packaged and labeled. Orders have always been ready for pickup at the promised time, the food is hot, and the wait times are very good for made-to-order meals. Have recommended The Counter to a number of neighbors, and feedback has been very good. As others have noted, the owners are extremely friendly and personable - they've even met Pepe, my green cheeked conure! Glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Yelp
I have eaten gyros all over the world (including Greece) and, more relevantly, all over Seattle. This was one of THE BEST gyros I have eaten in the area, hands down! Excellent meat, wonderful toppings, delicious bread. 10 out of 10! The fries were also delightfully seasoned and the perfect mix of soft and crispy. I'm very happy with the experience.
google avatar

Yelp
Had the chipotle chicken street tacos, mac n' cheese, and homemade chips. Good portions and great flavors. Really enjoyed the salsa verde.
google avatar

Yelp
Fantastic food!!!!!! The lobster roll is ahmazing! Everything here is delicious actually! Even the kids chicken nuggets are way above par.

Yelp
The Counter has become a pandemic staple for us - we get takeout from them at least once a week. The menu is varied, the quality is excellent, ordering is easy and the pickup process is the best we've had in these many months of supporting local restaurants. When you arrive you can see through the front door if your bag is waiting for you (they're always on time, but never cold) and just pop in and grab it. We've tried most things on the menu. Our favorites are the Wednesday night burgers, the carnitas taco, the Mama Lil's potato salad (so good) and the pork gyro. We always add a Caesar salad to share and they're huge. This is a great example of a neighborhood spot that's adapting well to the pandemic.
google avatar

Joseph Y.

Yelp
Pretty good gyro. Very filling. Large portion size. I wish the fries came free with the gyro.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing food by amazingly nice people. They even have dog treats outside! Masks are required, and the safety protocol seemed particularly tight here. We ordered a Greek salad with herb chicken, the jerk chicken special, and a strawberry margarita (booze with food orders only, btw). All were FANTASTIC and the portions are so huge (including the margarita), it will be two meals or you're Dwayne Johnson-sized. A bright spot in a dark time, for sure.
google avatar

Amanda S.

Yelp
Wonderful take out experience! Kids had mac n cheese, tacos for us parents with a side of strawberry margarita. We loved it all and so thankful we decided to get the cookies to bake at home. Service was very friendly and covid precautions made me feel very safe.

Lisa B.

Yelp
They do catering too!! Highly recommend it! Excellently prepared and delicious, customized if you need it, international flavors, lots of variety to choose from! Not to mention the service is over the top! The takeout counter is fantastic too. Easy access. Love everything about them! This is a unique spot that you don't see the like of which anywhere else!

Yelp
The Counter/Old Ballard Catering Co. moved into the spot that used to be the Pizza Hut (which was an eye-sore) on 65th and 15th earlier this year, and it really is amazing. Like, I really love this place and am so happy they moved in. I am biased (I live 4 houses down and pick up lunch from there 2-3 times a week while working from home during covid-times), but this place never disappoints me. Jo Ann and Evan are super nice, and started recognizing me (even with a mask on) after my first few times picking up. I've gone through the main menu and you can't really go wrong. - the tacos are always good, fries are too. - the chicken strips are solid. - if you like gyros, skip the beef and lamb gyro (it's good, but didn't blow my socks off) and go for the Athens street gyro (great) - after you've tried out the main stuff, ALWAYS get the special, which I think usually comes out of Thursday (?). It is consistently the best thing on the (already awesome) menu. - they also sell cocktails/booze to-go, which I have yet to try, since it's hard enough staying focused working from home as it is, but they look decent, based on the descriptions. If you are in Roosevelt/Ravenna neighborhood, there are few places as consistently good for lunch (they are also open for dinner, but for whatever reason I consider them my go-to lunch place), and the weekly special keeps the menu interesting.
google avatar

Nathan P.

Yelp
Great to have them in town! Deliciously well-seasoned fried chicken and an eclectic menu to boot! Five stars, four eagles, and a life time of good wishes.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
This place rules for takeout. Their menu is diverse enough to please my whole family which is saying a lot because we all have different tastes and dietary needs. I personally love the fauxrizo tacos and the falafel. My fella loves the gyro and the pork sando. My daughter loves the fish and chips. Small chicken strips for my small, picky son. Be sure to grab a baklava or a chocolate chip cookie to complete your meal. I haven't tried brunch yet but if their lunch is any indication, it's bound to be delicious.
google avatar

Anna R.

Yelp
Delicious food! Fun drink options :) clearly they love cooking and are committed to freshness.

Yelp
Crab Roll : it's the last week of the season to get a crab roll here at the counter. There are big, fresh pieces of crab on a toasted, fluffy buttery roll. It's tasty, but I would have liked a bit more salt or lemon. It's more expensive than other items on the menu (reasonable for fresh crab) and not a large serving. I wouldn't plan to share this as an entree, as we mistakenly did!

K D.

Yelp
I was craving fried chicken and saw that they have a Friday fried chicken special. It was crispy, juicy, and delicious! I'm excited to go back and try their other entrees.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise! To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I saw this place open, thinking it was just some catering company serving leftover box lunches. Boy was I wrong! The food was amazing- I had the Jaegerschnitzel special, which came with a side of the best red cabbage I've ever had. The breading was perfectly crispy and they served the gravy in a separate container to keep the cutlet from getting soggy. Maybe even better than the food was the service. I have to assume the woman who helped me was the owner, because you never see regular employees so friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to have a new customer (and if she isn't an owner, I might just have to start my own business and hire her because any business with employees like that is bound to be successful!). Do yourself a favor, stop by and support a local business with fantastic food served by great people.

Yelp
This place opened in the Roosevelt neighborhood just before the pandemic hit Seattle, but thankfully they were prepared for take out so we've been able to try it. The food is stellar - try their fried chicken! - and they sell basic necessities like bread, yeast, etc.

Yelp
We've had great experiences and they've become a regular go-to for us. Dishes we've really enjoyed have included tacos, gyros, greek salads, the wednesday burger special, and great fries. If you can pick up, ordering directly from their website is easy and there's a little parking lot so pickup has been easy too. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Amazing fried chicken!!! Can't wait to try some of their other dishes. Very limited parking but usually easy to run in and out since you schedule the pickup time and can pay before hand.

Yelp
Everything was bland soggy and meh. We ordered garlic fries they smelled great but lacked any garlic flavor and were a sopping pile of grease. Small strips meh soggy from being hot in a small box zero flavor Prime dip sandwich again zero flavor warmed up lunch meat on a soggy roll. Au jus bland bland bland. Lamb and beef gyro dried out meat not enough sauce. Mac and cheese basic bland kids Mac from Applebee's. We live less than 3 min from this new restaurant. After checking out the reviews we were excited to give this place a shot. But nothing we tried today will inspire us to go back.

Yelp
I made my first order from here today. The Small Chicken strips with fries. I can barely type because I'm so full!!! I had to share with my dogs because there was SO MUCH FOOD. And you can tell it's fresh... the steam was evident as I broke into the first strip! Pick up was so easy. You walk in and there's your bag with you name waiting for you! I can't believe I waited this long to order from The Counter, I live just down the street! (Which may become problematic for my waistline). I can't wait to try more stuff!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I ordered the Athens Street Gyro and Chicken Strips to split. Both were amazing! The gyro was my favorite. Everything was so fresh. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I was browsing yelp for somewhere with lunch delivery that also sold cold brew coffee and came across this place and I'm so glad I did!! I got the small chicken strips and they were among the best fried chicken I've ever had! Portion size is good for one fairly hungry adult, and definitely excellent value for the price. Chicken is cooked perfectly and not dry, the breading is flavorful and beautifully crunchy. I highly recommend getting ranch and buffalo sauce to go with these also. I got fries as my side which were pretty standard, and good for using up the extra sauce. I'll definitely be ordering from here again to try the rest of their menu! they also have flour, rice, and a few other food staples available for delivery if you need to stock up on something along with your meal!

Yelp
Staff here is awesome and taking covid seriously. Love the pescatarian and vegetarian options. They even have beyond meat faux-rizo tacos. But the fries chicken is also to die for and the fish tacos slap! Also they have great to-go drink options.
