My family and I came here for the happy hour. Everything was great! Steve was very friendly and provided us with amazing service! We would definitely come back just to see Steve- best bartender in the city! My sister told him she liked sweet drinks and he made her a spectacular old-fashioned! Music was good, chairs comfy, environment cozy

This review was for the Cocktail class the Countrypolitan Bar & Kitchen which I took with my daughter and son in law. We made three different cocktails which were a rum runner, an old fashioned and an espresso martini. All three were good and not overly strong. I enjoyed the Old Fashioned the most! It had a great sweet taste to it with a torched marshmallow on top. However, the espresso martini (I didn't do as well on the design on top) was tasty as well but I was getting full and we had a dinner reservation so i was not able to finish it. It was fun to talk with Steven and Steven who both had their own input on the mixology and humor which made the class fun! It's a great thing to do with another couple or as a date night.

Fantastic place. Steve behind the bar is one of Nashville's most creative mixologists. Hit him up for his off-menu espresso martini (photo attached) - it tastes even better than it looks! The food was fine as well, as was the evening acoustic music.

Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable! The staff is bar none, the best we have ever met. Every single person there makes you feel like family - well taken care of and comfortable. Brittany and Zack went out of their way especially to make us feel at home, we will stay here again not just because of how comfortable the rooms were or how delicious the food was - but because another trip to The Countrypolitan will feel like visiting family.

Overall great experience, went for a business dinner and had a great time. The food and drinks were delicious. The entertainment/musicians were fantastic.

This place is amazing! The staff are the best and we got so lucky to have Steve make our drinks …he is the best mixologist I’ve ever met! You have to stop in for an expresso martini and some fabulous food!

Steve our bartender was amazing! We had the best drinks on our girls trip! He and the entire staff were so welcoming. The dreamsicle and dragonfruit lemonade were wonderful!

I think it’s very important that when reviewing an establishment, I maintain integrity. I can recognize some really great things at this establishment like the atmosphere, the decor, and the live music, but I can also honestly say that with the food and service, I left Countrypolitan with more of a negative impression. Walking in, I loved the color palette, the furniture, and the live quartet. It was very cozy, especially where we were seated, and after looking at the menu ahead of time, I had an idea of what I wanted to order. The deciding factor for me to make a reservation here was the Tomato and Fried Burrata that was on the menu. It was priced at 19 dollars, which felt pretty steep, but if done right, can absolutely be worth the money. This dish was not. Two slices of tomato, three cherry tomatoes, and a fried oversized cheese curd. I was so upset. I got the steak that came with a sauce that more closely resembled a gravy, but I will say the steak was cooked well, my baked potato was well seasoned, and the creamed leeks were delicious. My friend ordered the rainbow trout, which actually ended up being salmon, and overall, she was unimpressed with the flavor palette of her dish. I think the overwhelming disappointment from the appetizer is what ruined this trip for me, but the service was also interesting. Our waiter was a bit touchy, and it took quite a while to get steak sauce when I asked for it, as well as my card back after I paid. I don’t think this is a place i would consider coming back to.

This is a tale of two hotels... The lobby area of the Hotel Indigo is on brand and everything you would imagine it to be. Trendy and upscale feeling, and well located in Printers Alley. The design is beautiful - dark and moody, but still open and grand. The staff were very friendly and it was clean and welcoming. The food and drinks were good. The chairs were really comfy. The nightly live music was awesome. They're a little too fond of incense, but we're splitting hairs there. If the lobby were all I saw, this would be a five star review and I wouldn't be even the slightest bit annoyed at the price I paid. But then I went to the room....and it was like stepping into another hotel entirely. And this one was a 50 year old Courtyard Marriott located 3 feet off the highway in Podunk, Ohio. I mean, not really, but that's what it felt like. In stark contrast to the artsy and modern lobby, the room was drab, dreary, old, and dirty. The air handler sounded like an airplane. It didn't really cool or heat - staying at 70 no matter what we set it to. It was almost loud enough to drown out the lobby music directly below, but not quite. The handicapped shower was reglazed and sort of gross; and while it was nicely accessible for someone who needed to sit to shower, the shower heads were both too low for the non-disabled adult also staying in the room. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. The laminate floor just felt and looked cheap. The pillows were lumpy. I could go on, but suffice it to say that the room was a sincere disappointment. I thought about complaining to the chat bot that texted and asked about my stay, but after viewing our friends' room, I didn't think it was worth the bother of repacking and unpacking again. They had a newer bathroom that still would have been ok for me and a less obnoxious HVAC, but it really wasn't much better and they got a lot of road noise in theirs. All in all, the room was a one star experience that definitely left me wanting for the price. So an average of three, but it depends on what you care about, I guess.

Located on Union Street on the corner of Printers Alley and a short walk to the Lower Broadway area. Goes by two names - Hotel Indigo & The Countrypolitan. Free Live music on the weekends (Friday night- R& B, Saturday night- Country/Western and Sunday a fabulous Blue Grass Band (you'll hear a little on the Bar video) limited menu but something for everyone. Spacious Rooms and a really great staff (yes Andrea, talking about you). So great location, entertainment, food and accommodations (what else could you ask for)? The Valet is a little slow but if call for the 10-15 early it will be there when you get downstairs. Definitely coming back !! I read some of the reviews that complained about "small rooms" try #1315- it's a nice size. Forgot to mention: no pool snd Gym is currently being renovated.....

Hotel Indigo Nashville or as the marquee says, the Countrypolitan is in a beautiful set of buildings on the north side of downtown Nashville. Conveniently located right next to the famous Printers Ally night spots, and just an easy three block wall to Broadway and all the honky tonks. It was easy enough to find once I remembered that I should be looking for the Counteypolitan sign and not Hotel Indigo. The valet staff were all super friendly and helpful - giving me loads of suggestions on places to see that were nearby. The hotel entry had embedded LED lights in the outside floor that gave you even more of a sense that "you've arrived". Rachel at the front desk was very kind, and quick to get me checkes in, then offered me a grab and go drink or snack before showing me the bar/restaurant and where the tower two elevators were. The lobby, bar and lounge were exactly what you think of when you say boutique hotel experience. Each floor is key car accessed which was nice, and only a handful of rooms per floor. The king bed room I was given was nicely sized, and tasteful decorated. It had terrazzo floors, a large bathroom with a large bright shower. The bed was quite comfortable and there was plenty of pillows to have that Goldie Locks moment finding one that was just right. Only a couple of very minor details to pick on - the grab and go drinks: many had old school bottle caps on them but no bottle opener in the rooms; the toilet in my room would run/refill every 10 or so minutes - it's an older building so I get those things happen; the terrazo in the rooms was cool but also quite cold in the morning. I was surprised that there wasn't an area rug of some sort.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Nashville for 3 nights recently. Pros: 1. Location - about 3 blocks off of Broadway, which I thought was perfect because it was walkable but away from the noise 2. Friendly staff 3. Clean rooms 4. Live music in the hotel bar/lounge Cons: 1. Small rooms 2. Loud fan in room (could be a pro if you like white noise?) 3. Slow service in the lounge and from housekeeping Overall, I'd recommend staying here and would consider this hotel on my next trip to Nashville.

Absolutely loved the interior, great vibe, great food. I bought some incense from the little store in the front and I love it. But this review is for the ladies working the front desk, the morning ladies Andrea and Heather, and the evening boss babe Jessica. I was work stranded due to Storm Elliot on Christmas Day into Tuesday morning and these ladies went above and beyond to help me get a room and get settled in. It was an insane few days for me and I deeply appreciate all the care and hospitality they showed. Thank you so much.

RUN!!!! Wow this place is incredibly *DIRTY*. Do not let the pretty online pictures for you this place is filth. The elevator that honestly makes you wonder if this will be your last ride. Upon inspection I realize there's no record of when the elevator was last inspected. I'm assuming that's something that's not required here in Tennessee because I don't think this elevator would ever pass inspection. I've never written an elevator that made me feel like it was swinging back-and-forth before it. That's pretty much the vibe of this whole hotel. Major cons. It was the middle of the night so we cannot go to another hotel the staff moved us to three different rooms which proves that the first room full of hair dirt and grime was not a fluke but just the general norm of how these rooms are turned over. MAJOR GROSS. There is crime, mold, broken chipped dirty items everywhere you touch. I inspected three beds and they were all full of hair left over from either the last guest or improper washing the sheets. Pillows have no pillow protectors and are simply left disgustingly stained and covered with a pillowcase. Oh just so gross. Same with the beds. If it wasn't so late at night we would've left I would not stay at this hotel if it was free which it was because we had so many IHG points but as it seems none of the IHG brand with the exception of the Continental is half decent. Just so gross.

I'd give this place a 3.5/5. Pros: Friendly staff Friendly and efficient valet Great bar with regular live music Walking distance to Broadway Breakfast was good Cons: The rooms were so-so The beds were HORRIBLE. We both woke up sore. No other real amenities except the gym and bar The rooms themselves were just average. Nothing that really set them apart from a lower level hotel except the location of the hotel itself.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Lobby area is cuter-ish but once you get onto the room floors you can see how dirty and run down this place is. Carpet is filthy and walls are all dinged and in need of paint badly. Having the room furthest from the elevators right next to the emergency stairs, it was nice to find out my deadbolt does not work. The mattress did not have real sheets. We paid close to $400 a night for this gem. It had a too small flat sheet used in place of an actual fitted sheet. The sheet was dirty and had stains. Lifting up the sheet I wasn't surprised to find black crumbs collecting in all the grooves.

I have traveled around the world for work and business and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. Make Hotel Indigo your place to stay when visiting Nashville! The courteous staff made this place memorable for all the Southern hospitality points. They were willing to check our bags when we arrived early and allowed us to check out late when we needed a bit more time the next morning. Heather at the front desk was the true MVP! The lobby, bar, and restaurant are stunning-- art deco glam meets rustic charm. Your favorite country hits are playing non stop throughout the hotel. The King suite was lovely and very clean. We had lots of space and slept amazingly. The one minor thing I'll add is wishing for higher water pressure in the shower. But this was not enough to ruin an otherwise perfect review! You have to stay here; no question! Wish we could move in.

This hotel was very convenient and walkable to many nice restaurants. Shoutout to Heather for providing that awesome southern charm. The hostesses were all super nice and accommodating. You can check your luggage with valet if your flight is way after checkout, which was perfect. We had a minor a/c issue that was immediately fixed after telling the ladies at the front desk- they sent maintenance right up. The rooms had tile floor which was nice for cleanliness purposes, but you could hear your neighbors and could hear if they were running the shower or flushing the toilet.

It is an awesome hotel in the downtown Nashville. The rooms are funky and large, lots of bars and food options, and the staff is super friendly and professional. We had a great stay! AZZA is a great employee

Beautiful aesthetic, ideal location, and incredible concierge/valet. Highly recommend. Only minor complaint was that the room took a long time to cool down & the beds are on the firmer side.

I ordered the cheese plate at the restaurant downstairs. The cheese was literally what I would serve a four year old. Except, it was dehydrated, which means it had been sitting out. It took forever to get the food and the check, so that's probably the explanation. The service was poor and the hotel and silverware were filthy. The only exception was Devon. While we paid $50 for valet, he was worth every penny. I would call this hotel and restaurant "Style over Substance...with zero substance."

We had a nice stay here for the Taylor Swift concert. The only reason I'm giving less stars is that for breakfast in the downstairs restaurant they charged us six dollars for a glass of almond milk and they charged me four dollars for a cup of hot water for me to put my own teabag in. I bought other food so it's not like I had no other food on my bill. The milk was for my gluten free vegan kiddo who couldn't have anything else on the menu but a fruit bowl.

The pluses: + gorgeous exterior / historic building + centrally located + super affordable (~$100/ night, although, during COVID-times) The minuses: - the terrazzo floors (while, charming) turn the room into an echo chamber - I want to say it's the COVID economy, but the rooms aren't very cozy nor well-appointed on the inside - loud guests (not exactly the hotel's fault) I'm sure they would have moved my room if I asked, but I was incredibly exhausted from travel when I arrived. - one of the front desk ladies was a ... real... *meanie* ... I love staying in historic properties. The experience was more "affordable" and "utilitarian" and less "luxurious" or even "comfortable."

The Hotel Indigo's pork belly changed my life. It is SO good.t Yeah I thought I thought that the go into when we get home it's been a long weekend in Memphis and then coming back through you Alabama Huntsville Alabama looks different on the map we can get into the United club Houston I got to go for five hours

Overpriced place in downtown Nashville. If you are an owner to a service or emotional support dog don't go unless you want to pay 75.00 a night. No other hotel has ever done this. The only nice thing about it was the shower. The room seemed dirty and the elevators were old and slow. Parking 40.00 over night if you park valet is 50.00. Parking doesn't seem safe the parking garage was so tight and it's not gated. You must download an app to pay to park. What a pain. Sorry one perk was free coffee in main lobby the following morning. It was good. The issue with the dog really put a bad note on us and will never return and have told all our friends who are planning trips. Not worth the money.

Large Clean rooms , friendly staff, nice firm beds. Security was really good. The shower was fantastic! Did hit my shins on the bed base because it sticks out further than the mattress. Only about a block walk to our favorite breakfast restaurant 417 Union. The folks who were having breakfast in the District (inside hotel) seemed to be enjoying their food. The entertainment was nice in the evening to enjoy a night cap before bed. Walking distance to all the fun. Reward points did seem a bit steep for the amenities. All in all Depending on how their rates compare to other down town hotels we would stay again.

Cool historic old hotel, but... Pros - Front desk staff are great, big nod to Tiffany, Andrea, and a couple others whose names I didn't get, but all of the ladies were amazing. I'd almost come back just because they were all so friendly and helpful. Very nice bar/restaurant (little pricey, even for a hotel bar) and music every night is a plus. Bar and restaurant folks were all solid. Lobby is smaller but pretty cool, sitting area is a little more expansive and a great place to chill . Retro funk rooms are great, and quiet since it's an older building. Never heard anyone tromping overhead or tv noise from next door like most modern buildings. Location is nice, walking distance to lots of activities and cheap rides to many others. Cons - Retro funk rooms are outfitted with Ikea'ish furniture. Bed frames are a boxed plywood frame which is no big deal, but the pegs that hold them together are showing as it separates, had to kick one side back together since I could see the end of a couple of the dowels/pegs. Furniture isn't secured to anything so as you sit up in bed it slowly continues to slide away from the wall. Business center is a tablet. Seriously, I asked for the biz center so I could print something. Was offered a tablet and told to email it to the front desk so they could print it for me. Come on folks, it's not the '90s anymore. Staff was helpful, and it's certainly not their fault, but really? Get a couple computers and a printer like Motel 6. I'm sitting in my room smelling cigarette smoke. Seriously? I'm on the 7th floor and the windows don't open, so not sure what's up with that. Not every night, but more than once, and not just a whiff. Maybe no smoking by the ventilation system? Stay here again? Meh, I've stayed in boutique hotels, at best this is faux boutique. At these rates. It's a $120 a night hotel in most places, more if the Titans are in town maybe. If I did it would be for the staff and lobby/bar area.

This place leaves much to be desired. It looks nice on the outside, but it truly a mess. The Yelp page says free parking, but the only parking available is valet, at $52 per night. Their handful of valet drivers are overworked and underpaid. I waited about 20 minutes in the valet section before someone was able to help me. There is no pool, and the rooms are wildly overpriced. I had several favors from the front desk and one specific employee was rude and unaccommodating. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.

We had the best time sitting at the bar and listening to the live music! We had wonderful drinks and Heath was the most amazing server we have had during our trip. He was very attentive, gave great suggestions for food and drinks, and very personable! We will be recommending this restaurant to many people mainly due to the service we received from Heath and Mike over the weekend!

We stayed here during the CMA Fest. Our flight was delayed so our arrival to hotel was going to be after 1 am. Hotel called to confirm stay, which I appreciated. My only complaints are the shower door didn't close all they way so water would get on the floor and beware of the wood bed frame. Because of how close the bed is too the desk I smacked my knee on the corner of the bed twice. I apologize to the neighbor who may or may not have heard me curse in the middle of the night. Hotel is close enough to Broadway to walk but away from the crowds. We walked everywhere for our stay. We ate breakfast one morning in the restaurant and it was pricey.

Very very nice lobby. Nice lounge, great music. Super relaxing place, and very nice cocktails. Little shocking to see Manager walking around in shorts and flip-flops but Sunday early evening maybe she forgot a uniform..hmm! Overall nice place - recommending to stop in

Beautiful hotel. The inside has been completely redone and redecorated. The manager, Derek, was hospitable and knew us by name. The rooms were quiet, large, and seemed to have everything we needed. The entertainment downstairs was awesome. The young gal that was there will be touring and was fabulous. Michael was a server and was top-notch. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Nashville. It is centrally located, so it is easy to walk wherever you are headed. Looking forward to returning to this hotel again.

The good and the bad. The good is the staff at the front desk. Very nice and helpful. A special shout out to Heather and Hannah! They made our stay special; they were always cheerful and willing to help and remembered our names. Coffee pot in the room was nice with the single use bags and good quality coffee. Excellent room service (breakfast) but the phone service was not operating the whole time we were there which made it hard to order the food. On the last day we got an I-Pad type device in the room but it couldn't sync without the phone signal but could be used as an alarm clock. Location to the downtown is also handy. Walking distance to lot of the attractions like the County Hall of Fame (OK) and the Museum of African American Music (excellent!). The bed was comfortable and, except for the noisy cooling system, was quiet. Room was cleaned OK each day but we had to ask for the service. The Bad. The restaurant and bar although beautiful, are kept so cold that we couldn't stay there long. They had live music most nights and we couldn't tolerate the cold long enough to enjoy it. Freezing! The maid service was adequate but not great. The coffee server had old grounds in it on arrival and the single serve coffee bags were not always replaced each day. The number of clean towels was inconsistent; one day we would get two bath towels and another day four bath towels. (In case you are wondering, yes, we tipped every day.) The heat/ cool system was very noisy and the temperature was always set too cold when we returned each night. The table lights on each side of the bed had A/C plugs build into them but they were worn out from use and couldn't be used for our chargers. The new i pad devices have built in USB ports but as I said we didn't get it until the last day. Everything in this tower of the building is sort of worn-out. It is being upgraded but that doesn't reflect the price of the room. I was told the new tower is all upgraded, lucky for those guests! In the meantime our shower never got as hot as we wanted and the shower door leaked. The signage was less than helpful. The ice maker was said to be on floors 4 and 6 but was actually on floor 12 and 16. No sign anywhere to reflect this. (I walked around 4 and 6 one night looking for it and got some suspicious looks from other guests ) So I give the hotel lobby five stars but the overall stay with the annoying problems three. With the expensive rooms we should have had a better experience.

I came here on a trip for my 21st birthday and it was so fun. The rooms and elevator are just okay (nothing special), but the food is incredible! They gained a star just for their hotel bar and food offerings. I could've ate there every single night and morning for breakfast I was so blown away. I may not stay here again, but will definitely enjoy the late night lobby music, food, and bar!

This place is adorable! A full star just for the lobby decor alone - it's just gorgeous with the deep reds and oranges of the library, and I have to say the staff was so friendly and accommodating when I literally asked them to take a picture of me for my Instagram with the bookshelves behind me because it was just so pretty. The rooms aren't huge, but it was perfect for what I needed, as I was just there for a night to visit a client and take them to dinner at Jeff Ruby's (this was pre-pandemic). The beds are comfy and the place is very clean. There's cute and alternative decor too. There's also a nice restaurant downstairs - had a nice breakfast before I got started with my day. It's in a great part of town as well. I'd happily stay here again.

Stayed here this weekend with my girlfriends for my 30th birthday. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, they were all incredibly welcoming, charming and helpful! The location is 10/10! We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, including broadway - but it's tucked just outside of broadway in a less crazy area which we prefer. Loved that it's a historic building! The lobby is under construction currently, but never did we feel it was an inconvenience or disturbance and the staff provided us with everything we could have needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed at the indigo while in Nashville. The lobby is small and dark. There is a cute little area with books that all have red covers. There's a microwave in the lobby as well. There's also a bar. The restaurant was closed I believe due to Covid. We did not utilize much that the hotel offered. We were hardly in cause we spent our days out and about. Our room had a king bed and room and bathroom was clean. There were several USB outlets for charging. Had a ok view from out room. We were facing one of the historical buildings and a few other hotels. It's nearby a lot of restaurants within walking distance. It's right next to painters alley. It's close to downtown and nightlife area. Had a pleasant stay at the Indigo.

Thelma and Louise, you two are outstanding. We appreciate you two very much. We are from California and their hospital is unmatched. They make you feel like family and we appreciate that.

I really love Hotel Indigo so I was excited to stay in Nashville. I reserved and paid ahead of time (about one week) for an upcoming trip. When I got to the hotel I was greeted with amazing customer service. Unfortunately there was an issue with the charge on the hotels side. Long story short, I had to pay again at the hotel, even though I had already reserved a room. I ended up with a double pending charge and I didn't feel that the hotel did anything to amend the error except say that my bank would "release the pending charge in a few days". Other than that the room was big, the food was great, and the drinks were strong. It's definitely walking distance to Broadway and they also have live music at the hotel as well. Side note, it took well over a week for the first charge to be released back to my credit card. I've visited Nashville again since this first trip and chose not to stay here again.

BAR REVIEW ONLY: Cocktails and hors deuvres in a comfortable quiet atmosphere with an attentive, friendly staff. The photo shown is a few of two appetizers on one plate. The bacon-wrapped scallops were fresh and delicious, with a tasty remoulade. But the crawfish wontons are exquisite, pure heaven. Some of the tastiest seafood ive ever had, so good no sauce needed (though a duck sauce is served). Id eat them every day if i could.

I Spent 5 days here and was very impressed by the staffs attentiveness. The gem here is the bar and location. There was great music every night, great drinks, and everyone is professional and kind. Derek went the extra mile and made sure we were taken care of. I will be headed back soon for work. Highly recommend ! SF

Had a girls trip June1- 4. The location was great just a few blocks from broadway so able to walk to restaurants and bars. One block away from printers alley too. The women at the front desk Andrea and Heather were awesome. Very friendly and very accommodating to your needs. Andrea gave us a lot of tips on where to go. I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel. Debbie

Just stayed here over the weekend and loved it!!! Located close to everything food, booze and music....hotel itself has a great vibe...wanted to shout out to Jessica in the bar/restaurant. Talk about southern charm and hospitality!!!! As sweet as the tea and could not be more kind

Stayed a Wednesday thru Saturday, nicely located in downtown near Broadway for easy access. I rated it two stars for cleanliness of room. Lack of any atmosphere in lounge or hotel period. The 400 plus a night for the room and prepaid for parking which is valet only, which implies tipping every time. On top of that the strong aroma of sewer is lingering in the front desk/bar area two of the three. Hijra were stayed there. Craziest part is the staff must be noise blind to it, because it was Strong with a capital "S". I hear saving Grace was the staff.

Spent nearly 9 minutes trying to have someone transfer me from the hotel to the restaurant and never actually spoke with anyone. Line was disconnected the first time and I gave up five minutes into the second phone call after the line went blank. It shouldn't be this hard to speak to someone on the phone.

A wonderful hotel with friendly, caring staff. Stayed there during the "bomb blizzard" of Christmas 2022 and their employees braved 2 hour commutes through snow and ice to get to work and take care of their guests. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Nashville.

Nice hotel, walking distance to everything downtown, but far enough away for a quiet night of sleep. King size bed was very firm, which I prefer. No tub, shower only would be the only complaint.

Beautiful Hotel Indigo right smack in downtown Nashville. At first, I wasn't too excited, but walking in and being greeted by the friendly front desk staff made me think....Huh.... The location is great! It's within walking distance of a lot of the great things in downtown Nashville. Unfortunately, it was pouring down rain for my stay, so going out was not an option. Just behind the check-in is the bar, restaurant, and a small stage for the live music. It's a nice set-up. The District is the name of their bar/dining facility. I came down early wanting to try the Thighs Fried Chicken with Biscuit, but, unfortunately, it's on the lunch menu and I missed that cutoff. I just ended up having a drink as I really wasn't hungry for anything else, other than the chicken thighs. But, my dining partner ordered the Hatch Brother's Burger with Brisket and Short Rib. It looked great and he said it was, indeed, very tasty. A very tasty burger mixed with brisket. YUM! So, next time, I'm going to make it for that lunch menu! Upon check-out, I noticed the Pet station. Very cool as I am an animal owner and lover. I didn't ask, but I'm assuming they are a pet friendly hotel. The Pet Station was nice to see. Also, while checking out I saw the Grab and Go off to the side of the Front Desk. Again, I didn't notice this while checking in, probably because of the weather and the rush to get settled. And yes, they have coffee in the morning. A definite PLUS! I'll be back!

Great stay at hotel indigo. The staff were very friendly and able to accommodate an early check in (10am). We booked through a third party that included breakfast every morning and the breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit, delicious omelettes and fresh toast. The dining area was also an amazing music scene in the afternoon and evenings. Outside of that, the rooms were perfect, spacious and clean. Would highly recommend and plan on staying again.

I have not even stayed at this hotel yet and i am completely turned off. We arrived at 11:30am from the airport. We were greeted by the staff who took our cellphone number and told us we were be contacted as soon as our room was ready. It was 4pm (passed the room check in time) and no call or text. I called and was met with a rude Staff member who put me on hold with out my knowledge as soon as i spoke and told me she needed to speak with the guests that were currently there. She told me my room was ready a while ago and that they were in the middle of changing staff. No excuse. She was rude. Disregarded me and referred me to a manager. We will NEVER stay there again. There are way better hotels to stay at.

I have to admit that the hotel is very nice. My room was very nice But I was disappointed in a couple things. First, breakfast. It is not served during the week. The posted hours do not indicate this It would not be a difficult thing to fix this. I understand that in the Covid age that hotels are hurting. But, the pantry has almost nothing to offer. And, if you have to heat up the single prepackaged breakfast burrito, you have to ask for a plate. How hard would it be to put a few paper plates next to the microwave ? Second,the cleaning. My room was dusty. The floor was dusty. The tv stand was dusty. After I asked to have the room cleaned, it was still dusty. There are also no microwaves in the rooms. So, if you decided to go to the store and stock up, you'd have no way of heating up your food except to go to the lobby and use the microwave there. I'm a Spire member. I travel a lot. But, if you're traveling for business and need basic things like breakfast, this is not a good hotel.

Beautiful hotel inside! The best staff! The room is perfect and the view is picturesque. Perfect walking distance to everything! We will be back!

What a great time! Super bar staff - thank you Jason!! Printers Alley is a cool spot and we had a great time eating not far away on the strip. Room was nice, great bed. Breakfast was delicious, and staff was great. Valet was super helpful It was a great visit-

Stayed here for a sisters weekend. The location is wonderful. Can easily walk to Broadway and restaurants. The hotel rooms need updating. They felt dirty. The paint was chipping off the doors. There was no garbage can in the bedroom only the bathroom which is a pet peeve of mine. We had to call maintenance 2x for the toilet which never properly flushed. Overall not impressed.

Unbelievable how amazing the entire staff was during the entire stay!!! Alfred and Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. We checked out feeling like we have family members that we can't wait to come back and see in Nashville!!! Valet: we did not have a car this trip but let me tell you...Drew, TJ and Casey became friends that we sat with upon every departure and every return from the hotel just too have conversation with. They looked out for us and ensured our safety getting in and out while we partied and toured the town. The bartenders were fun and pleasant... and made great drinks! We had breakfast at the bar upon arrival and it was fabulous. (The District Bar inside the hotel) We also had drinks every night before heading out... we enjoyed starting our evening with them!! That's not all the staff members that were amazing... it was a very fun weekend and I forgot some names and I apologize but every single one of these wonderful people made this trip that much better... and this was my 3rd trip to Nashville but by far thee best!!! Thank you hotel Indigo for having such a wonderful team running your Nashville location!!!

Loved this hotel!!! The room was absolutely amazing and super comfortable!!!! The decor was awesome and thd bathroom in a word.....wow!!!!!!
