Extremely photogenic tennis courts in the middle of a dusty desert town—and maybe the reason you're going to Borrego Springs in the first place? Kitted out airstreams are available for overnight stays, but I recommend staying elsewhere and getting day passes, which give you access to the full facilities, including tub and pool—or even better: booking a lesson or two with Coach Jaroslav.

AMAZING weekend spent here. The Courts has something for everyone — non-tennis players can hike, chill by the pool and hot tub, play darts and table tennis, beginners can take lessons from the pro, seasoned players have 4 beautiful courts to play on for hours. Their shop has great merch, too! Everything at The Courts is immaculately curated, well designed, and leaves no detail forgotten (great amenities like showers, toiletries, etc). The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back soon!! Well worth a trip to come here from the East Coast.

Love this place! Spent the entire day hitting balls and swimming in the pool for an almost unbelievable price. The owners really take care of you and make you feel like you're at your home court. We can't wait to come back. 🤘

What a great, friendly place to play some tennis. Adil was gracious enough to let us join in on the clinic for the member’s only tournament. Jaroslav was our instructor and he was fabulous! Gail and Bob from Calgary, Alberta.

A beautiful place to visit for tennis, swimming, hot tub, or hanging out in the club house. Incredible views and very close to some fun hikes. The owners are wonderful, very sweet and welcoming. The entire place is a visual treat and so well designed. We can’t wait to go back.

During my visit, I was absolutely blown away by how carefully everything was curated and just how down-to-earth the owners/hosts were. I truly felt like family. This place is a unique gem!

Awesome metal sculpture. It's worth a stop for a photo or two. The doggie seemed to enjoy it, too.

One of my best Airbnb experiences. New owners took this place over in July 2018 and are repainting and decorating like mad. Beautiful design, fun, friendly (tennis themed) atmosphere. There seems to be a strong, regular crowd for tennis, yet we stayed in an RV in the back lot. This property has so much potential as a social/tennis club, bar, RV park, etc and these new owners seem to be fit for the job!

A jewel of a tennis facility in the low desert. Perhaps the most unique tennis experience in the country. 4 high quality courts, a beautiful outdoor gazebo, pool, jacuzzi and a stylish clubhouse with bar. The artistic inclinations of the original owners and the current ones are apparent throughout the facility. Jaroslav the pro and everyone l interacted with at the club have been enthusiastic and helpful. I will be returning for the club and the beautiful desert surroundings as well

Yelp
My girlfriend and I vacationed here to get away for a couple days by staying in one of the two campers available at "The Courts" at Anza-Borrego. My girlfriend's correspondence with the owner, Leah days prior to our stay included the disclaimer that they do not allow commercial photography (as my girlfriend is a professional blogger/content creator). They included that they have commercial photography rates during the week for professional shoots. The message was received. The first day of our stay, my girlfriend and I were taking photos in the lobby on our tripod and the co-owner Adil who was on the property for the duration of our stay, told us they do it allow tripods or commercial photography. We put the tripod away promptly and the message was received, AGAIN. This vacation had nothing to do with her work. On the second day of our stay, we decided to take more photos inside the lobby area. Adil was recording us in the background and came up to us very worked up and essentially said he felt he needed to reiterate the message that there is NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY and that she can't post and tag any brands not affiliated with the resort (THIRD warning). We told him these were personal photos and he added that guests were starting to wonder what we were doing. He was likely projecting his feelings on the ONE other couple staying there that we had brief friendly conversations with over our 2 day stay. The whole interaction was very uncomfortable and unwarranted and not at all handled with tact on behalf of Adil. He was discriminating against us based on the nature of my girlfriend's work. This made us realize the couple of comments he made about our recreational activities on the property suggested he was keeping a close eye on us. The camper area was supposed to be more private, so was he peeking through the hedge to check on us? This experience totally turned us off from coming here again or recommending the place to my girlfriends myriad followers. Most of us have worked in service and hospitality and he broke a major rule. Rookie mistakes were made in handling a not so difficult situation.

Yelp
We couldn't recommend staying here more! It's the perfect weekend getaway - there's a fantastic pool and hot tub setup, a basketball court, darts, bocce, ping pong and of course tennis! All the details are so well curated and designed so well - there's a great photo op around every corner! The owners are so on point with customer service and so friendly! Can't wait to head back!

Yelp
The funkiest tennis oasis there is, an absolute gem of a club with impeccable style. 4 hard courts, pool, jacuzzi, comfortable locker rooms, all surrounded by glorious mountains, a million stars in the sky, the best experience there is in tennis. This ain't a bigtime resort experience, this is bohemian, organic, and fun as hell. If you are looking to spend a long weekend or so hitting balls, cooking food (fire pits and a bbq) , and looking at stars, The Courts is everything.

Yelp
Exceeded my expectations (and they were high to begin with!) My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in one of the RVs and took a beginner tennis clinic and private lesson with their fantastic tennis pro. He was a pleasure to work with and a skilled teacher. The RV was clean, attractive, and comfortable (excellent mattress), and is separated enough from other trailers and the rest of the facility to feel sufficiently private. The tennis courts are well maintained, and the pool, hot tub, and showers are clean. There's also a games area in the back with bocce, darts, cornhole, etc. The Courts changed hands in 2018 and the new owners are doing a wonderful job updating the look and function to attract a younger clientele from out of town, while maintaining its original character. They are excellent, attentive hosts and made us feel comfortable during our stay. We will definitely return!

Yelp
Pro attitude. If you're looking for desert tennis or you just want a unique place to stay, this is the place.

Yelp
Quaint little place. Almost missed it because there wasn't enough signage, but we're happy we stumbled across it. We had a turkey croissant sandwich which was great! Very friendly service, they allowed us to walk around with our dogs so we wouldn't have to leave them in the car for any amount of time. We were glad to have avoided the crowds and long lines across the street and to support a growing business.

Yelp
Cute little place. We stopped here to grab some small bites and rest as we passed through. Very clean, nicely decorated, and friendly service.

Yelp
This is a great little place with pool and tennis courts (and retro trailers behind the facility that you can rent for overnight accommodations). Friendly owners, and it's evident they've put a ton of work into renovating the entire experience.
