The Crab Station Will Open A Deep Ellum Location - Eater Dallas

"The Crab Station, a DFW chain known for its spicy seafood boils, will soon open a new location in Deep Ellum. The new outpost will be the eighth Crab Station, including restaurants in Fort Worth, The Colony, Houston, Arlington, Carrollton, and Dallas. The shop is known for its crawfish, crabs, mussels, shrimp, clams, and lobster, all served in a spicy, buttery sauce. More unique proteins are also on offer, like boiled whole octopus. Fried fish, oysters, ceviche, and classic Cajun dishes like jambalaya, étouffée, and crab gumbo round out the menu." - Amy McCarthy

The experience was not good from beginning to end. First thing it took over 35 minutes to bring out oysters and it was the only thing we ordered and the restaurant was practically empty. Given the time it took we suspected they were going to be overcooked. The first batch was overcooked the manager remade them and than sent out a batch that was burned worst than the first batch, they were chewy inedible. Add the fact that the bread was burned beyond belief it was an insult. The service was poor and the manager was very rude and had no desire to even try to make it right or remove the burned oysters from the bill. Than we were charged for oysters we didn’t order she removed those and said she was giving us a discount. When we asked the waitress and the manager would they eat oysters cooked like this both said they don’t eat oysters but tried to tell us that’s how they are supposed to be cooked it depends on your taste. Very poor customer service.

Went to the crash station for the first time... The atmosphere was real cool... But the lack of details in the sense of you got a customer at the bar and no one never attended that person. It took over 10 to 15 minutes which I'm not tripping... A young man came gave me a menu and told me the bartender will be on their way.. bartender never came. Another young lady helped me told me I'm in the wrong area to take to go orders.. Char-Broil oysters was good. I didn't taste. No garlic in the garlic noodles. And didn't have no seasoning. No flavor at all... When I come back yes but would I dry all the way from haltom City to come no ( My personal opinion, I'm not in a restaurant business but if it's less than 30 people or 20 people I don't think you should have to wait 10 to 15 minutes and people looking at me to get some service) Young lady was cleaning up and got done. Taking an order stopped and help me and I appreciate that

Google
This Place is pretty cool, the service is awesome the decor is really nice, and The Food is Delicious and Fresh, I ordered the Caribbean and added a pound of crawfish, and I chose the Flame Thrower style it was finger licking good it is a little spicy but enjoyable! I definitely have to come back and try the blue crab and clams! Their Prices are pretty reasonable!

If you want dry food come here. Ordered 187$ of food it was drier than the Sahara desert and we bought extra butter! And guess what was missing. Butter . Didn’t even the snow crab cause of it. Matter of fact didn’t even eat half. I ate 1/4 before I gave up. It looks slimy on camera one would it has sauce but nope barely even any at the bottom of the bag. I shuffled it for a minute and nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTING! to make it worse I’m in the hospital I ordered delivery putting my faith on them. But maaaan i should’ve stuck to the hospital food here in parkland.

Had the crab boil, garlic noodles, calamari, and shrimp—everything was flavorful and hit the spot. The service was attentive and friendly, and we left absolutely stuffed. Great spot for seafood lovers looking for a fun, satisfying meal in Dallas/Deep Ellum! A short walk from downtown Dallas.

Google
I invited my friends to come here since the food is good to me. However, this service is so terrible. When we walked in, the place is basically empty, but it still took someone 5 minutes to come seat us. When we finally sat down the table behind us was dirty. We had to ask someone after sitting at our table for 15 minutes if someone was going to take our order. Keep in mind the table behind us is still dirty. Every employee was either on their phone or sitting down. I watched a man walk to go get his waiter to tell her what he needed. Personally I wouldn’t hire anyone in that establishment who worked on 7/19/25 around 7:30pm. My food was good, however I will just order from another establishment being that this one was out of strawberry for a drink and no garlic butter, which is weird. Overall, order to go because no tip should be given for that service.

Google
Food is decent but extremely overpriced, the service was awful. We arrived on a Friday after 1PM and all the chairs were still on the tops of the table. It took a while for us to even find a staff member to ask which table we could sit at. Waitress took 30 min before we were able to place our order. Food was fresh but took a long time to come out. The music was off for most of our dining experience but midway through the staff turned on extremely loud music and played the same 3 songs on repeat while we waited an hour for our food to come out. And to make our expensive unsatisfying experience worse, our cars got booted in the parking lot next to the restaurant where there are zero signs on the wall (“bc of a wall mural”). We arrived in 3 cars and were charged $120 per car to remove our boots after we ate. We will never be back. It would have been nice if the staff would mention that the lot next to their restaurant is not free since the parking lot owners do not properly post signs. Also, I would think the staff would be more attentive at 1PM on a Friday regarding restaurant service since that is the waiting staffs job. I would not recommend this restaurant experience to my worst enemy. You can find much better seafood with much better staff in a much better location along with a much better atmosphere in Dallas. Do not go here.

Yelp
My wife and myself are staying in deep ellum for a month so while we are here we have been trying different restaurants out and decided on this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and sat us quickly. Being from Louisiana we settled on blackened catfish over rice for my wife and fried catfish and fried shrimp for me. Hers came out with 2 big filets, big enough for 2 people to eat. Mine came with one large fried filet. I blacken catfish all the time at home and they did a pretty good job. Seasoning and flavor was great on both, and the meat seemed to be real channel catfish not the cheaper swai catfish most restaurants used. I asked my waitress if it was local Texas meat or imported, she said that it was imported. The dining area was pretty basic but well kept and clean. Over all we were very glad we gave it a try, I can't speak on the crab or other boiled seafood but it looked like the kind the boil in a bag and bring it out covered in a butter sauce. I'm not a big fan of that method, it looks cheap and is too messy. But if your looked for great catfish they have it down!

Yelp
Arrived 3 minutes before happy hour was over. Got the happy hour drink deals. Mexican lollipop shots were delicious. House margaritas were huge (not enough liquor though) just tasted like margarita mix. WE DEVOURED the food, the food did NOT stand a chance. The medium sauce was not spicy enough for me. Would have liked more of a spice but it was still really tasty. Quick service, really friendly staff, great music. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
I was excited to return to the Crab Station, after visiting their Walnut Creek version. The calamari we had was good. The price for crawfish was $16.95 which is a total scam! As someone who has worked plenty of crawfish seasons, I was flabbergasted and disappointed in them charging $16.95 a pound for crawfish. Maybe it is due to the location?? Our experience with our sever was a bummer. He lacked energy and knowledge of the menu. The atmosphere was rowdy and there were only about 10 people in there. The last straw was watching our sever take shots with the bartender and then proceeded to tell us he hadn't a clue that our one appetizer came out. I wouldn't recommend this place. ):

Yelp
Worst service EVER!!! And violated food safety by taking the food from the table, having a conversation OVER the food and trying to bring it back to my table. I ordered shrimp and oysters. They brought shrimp and catfish. Rather than correct THEIR mistake they told me I had to pay for the WRONG order! I told them that I was not paying for food I didn't eat. Then the waitress comes back and says the manager removed the food from the bill. Well thank you.

Elle L.

Yelp
The food was amazing, atmosphere was nice, & the server Richard was the best! He was very attentive, friendly, & personable. I hope to get him on my next visit.

Yelp
Three times we come to this place and all three times we have been more than satisfied with the food, drinks and how great the staff have been great addition to the deep Ellum area. Highly recommend going to this place if you are looking for some great boils.

Quyen V.

Yelp
It was a convenient area in deep ellum. The shrimp isn't deveined so that is a big deal. Service was friendly. Same vibe as any seafood joint. I don't think the cost was worth it because of the whole shrimp situation.

Yelp
WORST SERVICE EVER! I advise everyone not to come here. We came on a Sunday two people. There was only two other parties in there and the waiters didn't even bother to come over for drinks or anything. Not a hi or anything when walking in. Waited ten minutes with the waiters sitting in the back talking and on their phones. Then two guys came in after and were given waters and stuff before us. Waste of time so we ended up leaving. How is there bad service when the place is empty?

Yelp
I had high hopes for this spot because crab boils are my thing. It fell flat and quickly.. it started with the waitress, she was unfriendly and just didn't exude any form of customer service. I asked for something extra and instead of responding, she just walked off and later returned with what I asked for. When she walked away I wasn't even sure if she heard me lol. The bathroom was legit disgusting.. there's no way it's been cleaned this week. I should have walked out after seeing how dirty it was. I ordered headless shrimp with garlic noodles, corn, and sausage. I opened the bag and began to chow down only to discover that the shrimp weren't cleaned. You could literally see the veins and they hadn't been split from the back, making it extremely hard to eat. They were also overcooked and chewy. I was starving so I ate the noodles and sausage and left the shrimp . The two stars are for that only . I'd say beware if you're a shrimp lover because it's a negative for me.

Yelp
Thanks to Tik Tok, I found this restaurant and I was beyond excited to find out there was a drink and oyster happy hour between 4 to 6pm. After we were seated, it took a little while for a server to come to us. However, one of the bartenders was a server, too, so we understood that she was a little busy. I quickly ordered a dozen raw oysters ($1 a piece) and a $5 margarita. The oysters were beyond delicious, salty, and just the right size. The margarita was perfect and had just the right amount of tequila. Overall, I would definitely return again whenever I'm in Texas, and if in the area, be sure to stop by.

Yelp
Horrible service!!!! All the waitresses sat at one table and talked the whole time. One stares directly at you as you are waiving to get someone attention. Does she get up? Nope, she tells your waitress to the right of her, hey they are calling you. Yet you would think someone would get up by now? Nope! My husband got up and asked them for boxes and a bag. She also told us she was going to give my son a complimentary pudding cake for his birthday and failed to do so. Why? Because they were so busy chit chatting the whole time. Never would I come back to this place or recommend it. We barely ate our food. Total was $130 for medicore food and horrible service. Beware of parking. We paid and got booted. The guy came back to take off the boot and apologized that the system failed to update?!?!?

Yelp
Favorite place for seafood, especially crab legs and I live for the fried fish fillet. Always spot on! This time I was craving oysters. Tried the Bacon Rockefeller, Cajun Garlic Parmesan, Chargrilled with their medium sauce and of course, the regular raw. They were pretty decent. No complaints on the raw or chargrilled but the other 2 flavors, although good were a little dry from the toppings being baked or chargrilled on. There were also pieces of shell when I ate a few which is why I gave them 4 stars. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was great, real diverse crowd, music was playing and I had a good time! The drinks were very good- we just needed one and they had $5 shots which were delish. Our waiter was very attentive and offered a lot of suggestions. He provided prompt service. Parking can be a doozy but we lucked up and found a spot on the street in front of the restaurant. We went on a Saturday about 6pm and were in and out. Overall a good experience and I will definitely return. Left with a lobster roll & fried fish combo for later.

Yelp
The food is actually decent to delicious but the STAFF SERVICES SUCK and the ambiance is fair!!!! I went to order the something from lastnight online & wasn't able to due to the location. I called the order but when it took 7 minutes to get my 2 things ordered due to the loud, tone and repetitive pettiness of the female sounding voice on the other end of the phone was displaying. I gently asked why are you asking me a question after I just said what my order to you 3 times and you repeated it after I did each time. She responded do you not want me to get your order right. I responded its 2 items and put my sauce on the side. She said what you can do is order from somewhere else, I said & will do bitch and hubg up.

Yelp
This place was horrible. My Son and I was seated as soon as we walked. (Sunday night around 8 PM) we were able to look over the menu to figure out what we want. We sat there for 15 minutes until I pull the hostess to the side to ask, where was our waitress. There was two tables that came in after us, but was served before us. One table had two people. The other table had four people keep in mind it was just me and my son. The hostess told me that our waitress was in the back getting food that was coming out for one of her other tables. I'm assuming it took her 15 minutes to get this food. Desiree, our waitress comes over to our table and this chic reeks of weed. There was no oh I apologize. Oh I'm sorry the first thing she says to us is oh I didn't know y'all was waiting on me. I didn't know I had a table over here. I proceeded to tell her what I wanted to drink and while you're at it, I wanna go ahead and place my food order the first thing I asked for was oysters. She told me they did not have the charbroiled So I chose another flavor. I also told her what I wanted for my entrée. I wanted the garlic, butter, snow crab boil with two eggs, corn and sausage. She says. "We ain't got no eggs" I said ok then. I'm good I don't need anything else My Son placed his order. Our entrées came out. She came and saw the food on the table and rushed off. I never received my oysters. She did not apologize for not putting the order in or anything. So number one customer service was horrible. Number two the food was two. Garlic butter that they have as a flavor. I recommend no one to ever get that. I ate a piece of the sausage and was immediately dissatisfied. I asked for it to go box because I wanted to take that stuff home and rinse that shit off and re-prepare it. This was my first and last time coming to this place. Going forward, I'm going to read the reviews on yelp. I wasted $75. Customer Service and quality of food is very important. I don't mind spending my money on things that I want but this was trash. And I'm a big tipper but Desiree got nothing this night. I didn't ask for a discount. I just told him that I was not happy but when they brought me my ticket they had given me 10% off of my ticket. Thank you but I'm not coming back ever.

Yelp
Went in on a Thursday during happy hour, and the $5 Margaritas were definitely a win! Order charbroiled oysters they were very fresh and the garlic butter was some of the best I've tasted in Dallas. Also ordered a seafood boil which was very spicy but had good flavor, and the mussels and shrimp were very fresh as well. Service was cool, nothing to really complain about. Overall it was a good experience would def recommend.

Yelp
So I'm new to the area and I was craving some crab legs. Look on Yelp and saw this place. I was already heading to deep ellum so I decided to go here. The place has a nice vibe and the servers and bartenders are great!!! I had a blast talking to them.... The food on the other hand was underwhelming and average. Like everything was over cooked. The crabs were dried out , and the shrimp was mushy... and the sauce was wayyyy to creamy. Like I know I'm not gone have Blove sauce everywhere I go but I at least want more of a butter mixture and not that. I would only come back for the drinks and conversation with some pretty dope people. But that's just me. The oysters was good but you better watch out cause you can def chip a tooth on the bits of rock in them.
google avatar

Yelp
Limited street parking available and paid parking nearby. Already had lunch, so stopped in for a quick drink plus some appetizers. The cocktails were okay. Oysters were nice and fresh. The charbroiled oysters were good but definitely heavy. The vibe inside was nice! Wish I had the chance to try more items.

Yelp
Amazing meal! Boils a huge and flavorful cooked perfectly! Salad is great as well! Both very fresh! Mike our waiter was on top of things!

Yelp
We went here on a Saturday night and it was absolutely delicious! The oysters, the boils, everything was so good! The flavor of the boil was phenomenal, and even the butter was to die for. However; ask the prices because they are not on the menus. $95 for a medium seafood boil. $95... we would have not been eaten here if they had their prices posted.
google avatar

Kezia M.

Yelp
SO good. We got the Caribbean and it was more than enough for two people. The cajun fries are a must try. Would definitely come again! Great service but parking can be tough since it's downtown.

Bart S.

Yelp
Can not get a hold of anyone, they will double bill your credit card. Second charge being processed the day after you eat there.

Sabrina A.

Yelp
Service was not great, at all. We barely got checked on, note that it wasn't busy when we arrived. None of the workers smiled nor did they look like they loved their job. I understand that isn't a requirement but however, that didn't make me want to stay and eat. There was only one person who had a positive energy, a guy in a red hat. I love Crab Station but will probably not enjoy this location anymore.
google avatar

Lena N.

Yelp
Although service was kinda slow, the food really did hit and made me miss home (NOLA)! Oysters were super fresh and clean. Happy hour was worth it for the oysters forsure! Will be back if in the area again with friends :)

Yelp
Food & service was terrible. We received good, friendly service to start with by our waiter and were served drinks, which were good. We asked if they had live crawfish, and were informed they did. However, we were unable to eat them due to them still being cold & frozen on the inside. The charbroiled oysters were flavorful, but very chewy. We received the check and saw that the crawfish were $16.95/lb!! I understand the crawfish shortage, however that is way overpriced, especially for frozen crawfish. We informed the waiter and staff about the frozen crawfish and showed them all of the uneaten crawfish, and requested to not be charged the full amount. We didn't even mention the inedible oysters. They still claimed that they were live crawfish. The staff had to make a phone call to a supervisor, and were told by the supervisor they would not take any money off our check and offered to "re-cook" the food. Who would want their food re-cooked after that?! Yes we took the gamble and trusted that they were fresh, but even if they weren't, they at least need to serve them cooked and not cold still. Terrible customer service. We will not be returning. This is NOT Louisiana style seafood if that is what you are looking for.

Yelp
When I'm traveling I always look out for a good seafood boil establishment, and I was happy to find Crab Station not too far from my Dallas hotel. When I arrived at 5:30-ish the waiter announced we were at the tail end of Happy Hour (oh yeah, I capitalize Happy Hour). In addition to drink discounts, they were also offering 75¢ oysters on the half shell. I gladly ordered up a 1/2 dozen and wine to start the meal (see picture). I then grabbed some wings with Flame Thrower seafood sauce (also pictured) and a boil bag of head-on shrimp and clams in Extra Shazam sauce. While I love spice and heat, I feel my decision to get Extra Shazam on the seafood and Flame Thrower on the wings happened to be an excellent choice. Parking wasn't too challenging, however, you'll most likely need to use one of the paid lots nearby. FYI: FAMILIES bringing their kids during the early afternoon/happy hour window might find the radio station tuned to explicit material. Once it passed 6 p.m., however, the music suddenly stopped and was then tuned to a more traditional offering.

Yelp
First off, the service was super friendly. But, sadly, the seafood sack was overcooked. We ordered the Coral Sea which comes with 1 lb. crawfish, 1 lb. shrimp, 1.25 lb snow crab, 2 corns, potatoes, and sausage. The sauce was good garlicky and slightly spicy. Since the seafood was overcooked, it would not come out of the shell nicely and most of the meat was mushy. Out of the whole lot, I had maybe 3 shrimp that we cooked so it was peelable. The crab shells were not crackable, just bended. I had to use the point tips of the legs to dig out the meat. My dad, on the other hand, ordered the Mix N' Match with catfish, dirty rice, and salad. He liked his dinner. Not sure what happened and won't be adding it to our list of places to go next year when we are in Dallas. Totally disappointing.

Raiye' R.

Yelp
The raw oysters are the only thing I recommend. Everything else was nasty. Also be weary that there is an extra fee to use a card/Apple Pay. I was unaware and saw that my account was charged more than I paid and signed for which made me think the waiter put an extra tip on top of mine and come to think of it...he probably did because if they are going to charge extra for card...that's cost should've been incorporated in to what I signed for but this review is a month late so all good. I'll still go back for their hh oysters because they are for sure the best ones I've had in dallas at a nice size.

Yelp
Where do I start? Well what a hot mess of a place this is. Waited 45 mins before we could go in. Ok fine, we waited, 45 mins later we were seated. We got seated, drinks order went in so we waited. Another 40 mins later no drinks. After reaching out to our server/bartender still no drinks. Finally almost an hour later, drinks came. So we ordered appetizers and our food right away in case we ddnt see him again. Waited almost another hour for our food. We were told we had to wait, because they were backed up with online orders and we were way down on the list. Wanted to try this restaurant because of course that's what we do. We love seafood. What a disappointment. Our stomach got so upset after eating the food and fanning away all those flies in the restaurant. The delivery guy almost ran over someone at our table, 9 o'clock at night. Wow what a mess!! I will never go back. If you do visit be prepared to wait for at least an hour and 30 mins. Also eat a snack before you go.
google avatar

Sigala S.

Yelp
The atmosphere was fun and chill. Service was excellent, our waiter was on point and attentive. Drinks were tasty! We choose the Coral sack, VERY DELICIOUS and HUGE crabs and shrimp. The fresh oysters were really clean and delicious.

Yelp
One of the gems in Deep Ellum neighborhood, fresh seafood and flavorful seasonings can be found here. Management has much to improve on. What a hot mess with the service, my friend and I almost walked out a few times. When we entered we waited 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgement or recognition. Then when one of the managers came by to greet us he was a frantic mess and admitted that there were tables available but he was unsure about the assignment of tables and which of his staff would be free to tend to us. He promised to BE RIGHT BACK. Guess what?? HE NEVER CAME BACK!! My friend and I were so fed up, we were about to leave when T-Mo Bedford comes in to SAVE THE DAY!! We really appreciated his save because we would have lost out on the opportunity to eat deliciously fresh seafood here had we left from the terrible neglectful service by the so called manager. T-Mo really took care of us the rest of the night. It was almost ironic that 3 or 4 different people came by to check up on us cause they were all unsure of table assignments, since management was such a mess... None of the other staff ever brought me anything I actually asked for. I would literally end up re-asking T-Mo every time since he was the only person who seemed to be doing anything right. Much love to T-Mo and if management is reading this, please give him some love! My friend and I decided to share The Coral Sea sack ($57**subject to market pricing) original or medium level spicy. The Coral Sea sack came with 1 lb crawfish, 1 lb shrimp, 1.25 lb snow crab, 2 corns, potatoes and sausage. It was beyond more than enough for us to share. The seafood was SO FRESHHHHH!! Best cajun experience ever. I have similar businesses in my area, but the quality does not match the freshness of the crawfish here. The crawfish was so fresh peeling it was so much easier with the meat not sticking to the shell and I was able to do the crawfish tail wiggle to pull out its' poop sack. We had such a fun time peeling, sucking and grubbing on our glorious feast. I definitely ate more than my usual capacity since the meal was so enjoyable. My friend and I looked back at this glorious meal and we kept saying wow! The food was so good, glad we didn't walk out! T-Mo really saved our encounter with this restaurant and our overall vacation experience. I really hope management gets a handle on things as soon as possible because good food is pointless if the customers are frustrated before they have a chance to sit down.

Yelp
ELMER WAS AMAZING!!!! His energy is contagious! I will be back just for his service!!! My drink was good. My food was good! All good!!

Yelp
I came in on a Saturday night, it was pretty busy so there was about a 15-20 minute wait. I wanted to try this location because the one in the colony is horrible. My experience here compared to that one was night and day! When I first walked in I noticed this location didn't have a fishy odor, the colony one ALWAYS smelled really fishy meaning the seafood they use isn't fresh. I had the Parmesan roasted oysters for an appetizer and they were good. I ordered the Atlantic combo which had shrimp, potatoes, sausage, corn and snow crab. I was surprised at how much they gave it was large amount. 2 whole crab clusters! Boiling crab gives 1 small cluster for double the amount they charge! I was so full by the end. The food tasted fresh and had an amazing flavor, so much tastier then the colony I was shocked at how different it was! I don't live anywhere close to deep Ellum but I'll definitely make the drive back to come here!

Yelp
Great vibe & service, but listen the price for the boils can go from oh ok to hell no real quick, lol. So be aware and ask about the prices concerning the boils, because the price is not on the menu. The portions are HUGE especially the large boil. One can feed 3ppl, trust. Taste was pretty go, I have to be honest and say I've had better but not too far off. Big crab clusters, big shrimp, huge mussels. Everything is definitely BIG in Texas!

Yelp
My only issue is why am I paying $20 in the middle of the day to park just go eat? Food was good but the parking is out of line. You would think since I'm paying to eat I shouldn't have to pay for the parking too.

Yelp
The service from the start was good but when I asked for a particular table a few things happened. First, I was told they would send someone over so I waited. After waiting 20mins or so, I poked my head to get one of the staff's attention (they were all in a group talking) they all made contact all but one had a dismissive look. I finally got one of their attention (the nice one) and she took my order. As I continue to sit a group walked in and the other two served them water instantly. Mind you I also ordered a drink and no one was behind the bar. I just walked out. I usually don't write reviews unless the service was horrible. DO BETTER!!!!!

Yelp
The music... the vibes.. the food... the drinks... AMAZING. The service was great too! Mexican candy shot was the best shot I've ever had! Dangerously good. The spicy seasoning on my food was goooooooood. 10/10 recommend this place!

Yelp
Where do I begin? Sooo me and my bf visited this place for the first time & can we say... A M A Z I N G? I ordered the Artic with the flame thrower sauce which was not that spicy (ok, I might've had to down 16 oz of water at one point..) but the snow crab was everything I didn't know I needed! Before eating, I did read about Mike Love being an excellent waiter & what do you know? He was our waiter for the evening and he did NOT disappoint! Our service was on point! Thank you, Crab Station!

Yelp
Was really craving some seafood and saw all the great reviews for the crab station so hopped on over! I think with any restaurant right now there was a bit of a wait due to limited capacity but it was certainly worth the wait! Husband got the lobster roll which he absolutely devoured and licked his fingers afterwards. The fries had a strange seasoning so he barely had any and I thought they equally tasted strange (I love fries mind you...) so we barely had any of those. I got the Caribbean seafood bag because they unfortunately sold out of crawfish :( but it ended up being really delicious with the snow crab and I'm glad it worked out! I got the middle spice level which ended up being perfect and not too overpowering. Keep it mind it's the same FLAVOR but with varying spice. It really boils down to butter & garlic and then the only difference is the heat. I know that confused another lady as we were waiting and she made a stink about it -- the manager was super empathetic though and refunded her so huge kudos to him!

Yelp
Seafood was not fresh. I got a seafood boil and oysters and all was very clearly not fresh, I didn't finish the meal. Service was great!

Yelp
Absolutely terrible. I didn't get a chance to take photos because I was rushing. If you order garlic butter crab legs just know it will literally be butter and garlic on them. The taste was awful and not blended well. Secondly, I asked for the mild original sauce on the side and received a tomato based sauce. It was a concoction of spaghetti sauce mixed with garlic. The taste was awful. They need to redo their entire menu and change the taste of their crab boils.

Yelp
For my first time in Dallas I was drawn to try the crab station and I was not disappointed. I can't say I had expectations but if I did they did what they had to do. The music was amazing and so were the drinks. I can't wait to visit this place and put my loved ones on

Yelp
If you're an avid seafood lover who likes spice and mouth watering flavor, this might not be the place for you. The sauce it comes with just had a weird flavor to it. As well, for the price of the seafood boil the least they could've done was add more shrimp and potatoes to make it more filling. There's a place I frequent in Richardson that almost doubles the amount of food for the same, if not cheaper price point & has a much better flavor/spice profile. The best thing we ate was the catfish po'boy. It was hot and fresh with lots of flavor. Everything else just kinda fell flat. Overall, 3 stars & the 3 stars are really for the impeccable service we received.

Yelp
Imagine having a server named Mike Love, and he answers to your every beck and call. Mike Love remembers your order without a pad & pencil. Mike Love delivers to your table one of the best seafood boils you've had in Dallas with side dishes so sassy, they deserve to have their own show. Mike Love is charming, generous and knows his way around the menu. Mike Love does his job with...... well you guessed it. No need to state the obvious. Buttttt for the folks in the back, I was going to say "LOVE." :) Speaking of LOVE, I just LOVEEEE The Crab Station in Deep Ellum. Oh my gahhh. I noticed some of the reviews highlighting deplorable service. Well, my experience exuded stellar customer service...but then again Mikhael W, the nephew and I visited the eatery 30 minutes after they opened on a Monday afternoon. And with 3 hungry patrons in the entire restaurant, exceptional service would be expected in my book. Mike Love (yes, that is his real name) was outstanding and the food was even more "outstanding-er." LOL. At the start of crawfish season, the mud bugs were pretty big and scrumptiously juicy. Freshness lived within the snow crab and headless shrimp as well! ($3 upcharge for headless). The garlic noodles were obnoxiously garlicy, but I didn't mind sleeping alone that night.. totally worth it! The fries and dirty rice were this fan's favorite! $5 Margs M-F from open to 6pm for the win. Woohoo!! Bottom line, the twin and I are already planning our return to this place!

Yelp
This was our first time being here and I can honestly say I would never come back. Our experience was so terrible and I never expect this out of them. We were not greeted when we entered and didn't get drinks till 20 minutes in. Once we got our drinks and ordered one appetizer, our server Mike disappeared. We look behind us to see not only is he at the bar and being attentive to them he didn't even come back to take our order. We had to flag down this red head lady ( so sorry didn't get her name) and she was kind enough to get our food. We then proceeded to ask for the ticket because we were so over being there at that point mind you, we were the only people who hadn't got served when everyone else in the restaurant had they're food before we got there. The lady we asked to get our tickets agreed too but then 10 minutes later we see her taking on other task when everyone around us has already been served and taken care of. This was so disappointing and I'll never come here again.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere!! Elmer at the bar is where it's at! He is a friendly face and has excellent service, not a single thing to complain about with Elmer! So back to why you're really here! The food... I had the charbroiled oysters and the Wagyu burger, both were delicious! The oysters were juicy and full of flavor with just a touch of hot sauce they were perfect! The Wagyu burger had a decent flavor, not exactly a place I would grab a great burger but it wasn't terrible. This is certainly an excellent choice to start your night off in Deep Ellum, and a place that I WILL return to eat a true seafood boil. Overall a great choice!! I'll update my review after I try what they're known for

Yelp
It was really good! 9/10. Loved the flavor. I got the small sack (Bering Sea). It came with 1 cluster snow crab, 1/2 lb of shrimp, 1 corn, 1potato, and 1 sausage. Spice level - original.
