We had an amazing experience with The Crawford for our early September wedding. The layout of the venue is incredibly versatile, allowing us to customize each space exactly as we envisioned. We chose to spend the entire day on-site - including getting ready - which made everything feel seamless. The bridal suite was perfect for hair, makeup, and beautiful pre-ceremony photos. We also loved using the billiards room as an additional getting-ready space and for a variety of fun photo moments. The chapel was another stunning spot for portraits, and we later used it as the room for our food stations. Our ceremony took place on the patio, and we used the ballroom for both cocktail hour and the reception. We were even able to create a cute lounge area using The Crawford’s furniture, which worked out perfectly. The venue itself is truly gorgeous and spacious, and the team made the experience even better. Sarah was incredibly responsive, helpful, flexible, and genuinely fun to work with throughout the entire planning process - we appreciated her so much! Also, the location is nearby a ton of hotel options, and the venue has a large parking lot! Many venues we researched already had a lot of character on their own and it was hard to find one that accurately reflected our vibes. At first I was hesitant because most of the gallery is light and airy and I wasn't sure it would be the type of moody we wanted to achieve, but the space is a beautiful blank canvas. When we went for a tour I knew it was the right choice. You don't need dramatic decorations, just simple things and lighting. Several weddings I've attended were at places where multiple events were going on at once and it felt crowded and confusing. Here you get the whole building to yourself and it felt very exclusive and intimate. Our wedding was a winter night by candle light and they reflected beautifully in the large windows and created a sanctuary of warm light on the cold night. It made me feel like royalty and it wouldn't have been the same anywhere else. My guests described the night as magical. The venue team was so understanding and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we wanted. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. I hope I have the opportunity to use this space again.

As a DJ/vendor, I get to experience what the public may not, and I can surely say Sarah and the entire Crawford staff are always a pleasure to work with. Super accommodating and easy to work with, and always on top of the smallest details. The best weddings are a team effort people!! Quickly becoming one of my new favorite local hot spots to work at. When the staff is happy, it says a lot about a place. Look no further than this fully modernized space...Crawford is quaint & immaculate...also with a patio, and multi-roomed. It's a single-venue space, meaning no other weddings. The focus is on your event! Also away from any busy streets, and has ample parking. 5/5 stars

The Crawford was the perfect backdrop to our deco wedding. The whole venue is yours for the night. It has multiple rooms so if someone doesn't want to dance, they can go sit in the billiards room or play pool. With 180 guests, everyone was seated comfortably for both our ceremony and reception, and their team flipped the room FAST. Catie's calm and caring nature made our wedding day a breeze! She coordinated our rehearsal time and let us drop off some decorations a couple days before the wedding, crossing off a big chore the morning of our wedding. The bartenders were a big hit with our group, too! With the amount of people we had, we were able to set up a mobile bar outside for guests hanging on the patio on our perfect September evening. Sarah and the rest of the team from The Crawford were absolutely incredible! If there is one thing The Crawford does well, it’s considering all the small details. From the bright and open Ballroom, the beautiful outdoor patio, the moody Billiards Room, and all the way to the unique wallpaper in the bathroom, the space is stunning! The space isn’t the only thoughtful thing about The Crawford, though; their staff is also amazing. Upon touring the venue a year and a half before our intended wedding date, they thoughtfully gave us a bouquet. And then on our wedding day, they gifted us with a personalized, engraved bottle of wine. From the very beginning, the team was so willing to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. They were so happy to accommodate our wishes within reason. They allowed us to push the start time back an hour, answered all of our emails over a year and a half, made many changes to our floor plan at our request, allowed us to do a walk-through a few weeks before to take measurements, working with us on our welcome cocktail, and letting us drop of decor the day before our wedding. Not to mention, they also provided us with a stellar vendor list! We ended up using Sholeh Events for our wedding planner, Wooden Paddle as our caterer, and Joined Purposefully Photography, all of whom we would highly recommend!

The Crawford Venue is everything. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a modern, chic fairytale. As a wedding photographer, I’ve been in a lot of spaces—but this one is truly next-level. The design is clean and stunning, the light is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is elegant without ever feeling stiff. And the people? Absolutely incredible. Kind, attentive, and truly invested in making the day feel effortless. You can tell they care deeply—not just about the details, but about the experience. Whether you're getting married here or working alongside their team, it's the kind of place that elevates everything. Can’t wait to be back.

We are so happy we had our wedding at the Crawford! We had both our ceremony and reception there and it was absolutely beautiful. The space is elegant and sleek and we had so many guests compliment it! The staff was also great! Sarah was so amazing and put up with all of my questions leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding was also flawless! The staff was available to help with anything we needed and even made some last-minute adjustments we asked for regarding layout, etc.The Billiards room was also a big hit with guests. It was a great space to have to take a break from dancing and watch football on the projector (we got married on a Sunday)!

The Crawford is an exceptional venue for events and we used it for our parents anniversary party. The banquet room is beautiful, complete with a rising stage and customizable lighting that really helps set the mood. We loved having access to the entire facility rather than being limited to just one section. There’s also a great outdoor area for guests to mingle, a nice bar area, and a private space for family. That private space was especially comfortable and convenient — we were able to spend the entire day there without needing to leave. The pool table room was also a fun bonus for guests. It seems like every room has a projector, which makes it incredibly versatile for slideshows and presentations. The full kitchen with fridges was extremely useful, and we appreciated being able to bring our own caterer. It’s helpful to know that you’ll need to take care of most items like glasses, plates, and utensils yourself, but the flexibility is worth it. Parking was plentiful for all of our guests. The staff were friendly and professional, and they even hire a security person for the evening, which helped everything feel organized and safe. Overall, The Crawford exceeded our expectations in every way — highly recommended for any event.

Got married here in May and I can't say enough about how flexible and kind the team was. Whether it was numerous emails with lots of questions or being accommodating to timing, they were able to make my big day feel so special. HUGE thank you and shoutout to Sarah, she was literally the absolute sweetest and couldn't thank her enough for such a seamless event. The payments for this venue were also very flexible and reasonable and the aesthetic for the space were just to die for.
