I'm at a resort so of course everything is gonna be overpriced, Which is fine with me. but what is not OK is their customer service here is horrible. It's not busy, they literally had two orders but there's four crepe machines open and it took them 15 minutes to even start my order and only after I had reminded them that I've had been waiting. Lift tickets are expensive and I lost daylight just sitting here waiting when I shouldn't have been. I told him I wanted a refund because it hadn't been made yet and they quickly started the order and told me it would be up soon but it took another 10 minutes after that.
And before I got my order, the manager walked out and he had made himself a crepe. Within customer visibility, the manager had the audacity to walk out on his break with a crepe in his hand before I had mine. This happened on Saturday, December 7, around 11:45 Am. If I had names to single out everyone I would, but I don't, so the day and the time is the best I can do.
The crepe itself, isnt bad. I wouldn't say it's amazing, i give it a 6/10, but I like that it's handheld and easy to eat. I ordered a savory crepe, the "california", w the vegan crepe batter upcharge option. It didn't have a lot of flavor so I had to pour Cholula all over it.
Final verdict:
Next time I'm gonna spend my money elsewhere. This place is a joke
