"Crepes are all they do at The Crepery, and the menu runs wild with both sweet and savory options. Try one filled with cheesesteak, chicken caprese, or a sweeter mix of brie, figs, and honey. Mimosas, beer, and espresso are available to wash it down, and the vegetarian and vegan offerings are also worth serious consideration. The restaurant occupies a funky refurbished old downtown retail building, and if you choose the right seat you can watch the crepe makers at work on their large griddles. There’s outdoor seating too in the warmer months." - Kris Farmen

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They were the nicest people ever!!! They were so kind, helpful and attentive. But the food!!!!! We got the veggie breakfast crepe with garlic aoli....OUT OF THIS WORLD! We also got the brat and pear and brie crepe both of which were excellent! The espresso was the best!! I would come back to Fairbanks just for a trip here!!! I highly recommend a stop here!!

This is a MUST if you're in Fairbanks!!! The restaurant is so cozy and fun. Service was incredible, everyone was so friendly! But the food, if I could give more stars I would. We ordered a crab melt crepe, egg & cheese crepe and for dessert we got a cheesecake & berries crepe. I can't express enough how delicious their crepes are. They have a large menu with many options to choose from. Highly recommend!

This is a must try if you're in Fairbanks. The staff are super friendly. One of the chefs let us watch and chat with him while he was whipping up orders. I got the smoked salmon crepe and a white leprechaun, both of which were amazing. The crepe was perfectly cooked with a slightly crispy outside and soft inside. The fillings were seasoned really well. And my drink was dangerously good. I could easily have eaten all three meals here. They have parking available around the restaurant. They also have very clean bathrooms. Highly recommended!

We stopped in for breakfast. Everyone was very nice. I enjoyed the Meaty Breakfast crepe and my wife ordered the Cheese Eggs And Bacon crepe. Both were cooked perfectly. Nice crispy crepe and warm ingredients. We also has the small coffee which includes refills! This was a great choice and we hope to return.

Saw all the great reviews about this location so we wanted to give it a try, but we left disappointed. The crepes we order were simple and bland nothing really over the top as we expected. The service was good because they kept checking up on us, and the location was pretty clean.

SerpAPI
Delicious crepes, wide variety of savory and sweet dessert crepes to choose from made fresh to order. They also had seafood crepes (not customizable). Also had local beers available. Would definitely come here again if I was local!

Oh my gosh, this place was amazing! First it is super clean which is always super important to me, and then the employees were super friendly and offered lots of helpful suggestions, and it was organized and speedy! I came with a group and we each ordered a different savory and a different dessert crepe and then we all shared! It was a really fun experience and everything was so freaking good!! My favorite was the crab melt crepe and the turtle crepe! Soooo yummy!

One of the best crepes that I’ve ever had! We ordered both savory crepes (cheesesteak, chicken bacon & avocado) and sweet crepes (strawberry cheesecake, turtle, cream brûlée, banana cheesecake), and all of them were delicious! Highly recommend!

Yelp
It was so yummy, I could eat it all the time. They where so nice and kind. cheese, eggs, mushroom crepe. MJ 10yr

Yelp
Great food. Nice little 'hole in the wall' feel. Loved it. My granddaughter and I had coffee drinks and shared a snack. The place was really busy but we were seated right away.

Yelp
Wow this was amazing! I wish we had more days to try more and to try dessert crepes! I had the crab melt crepe. I was pretty hesitant about it because I was having trouble deciding how well that would work on a crepe. I am so glad I took the risk because it was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly and the prices were quite reasonable. They seem to always be pretty busy and do one heck of a business. Parking is street parking but wasn't too bad to find a spot once we figured out the maze of streets and parking lots. The place is relatively small but there seems to be a decent amount of turn over. We hovered for a spot while we waited for our order and several opened up while we were doing that. The staff was super quick about cleaning up tables to make sure that there were spaces for everyone that was ordering in. If I'm ever back in Fairbanks I will have to go back to try the dessert crepes!!

Yelp
The wait at the front, cold and meh. Everything after...delightful. Here's the question I'm dying to ask: if they had one with ground beef, cheese, salsa, would it be a burrito? Because after a few days of pondering, I realized I really like this place because it reminded me of a burrito with different tasty things. Jiving music. Great beats and rhythm. Two crepes: The Bavarian - I fethe mustard washed out the Gouda. The bacon, egg, and cheese. A great twist on a classic breakfast fare. Excellent barista. A superb drink selection. Coffee, beer, lots of other other things.

Yelp
The food, service, and ambiance were all amazing which is why we dined here twice during our week in Fairbanks, Alaska! Let's start with the service! The ladies at the register are so friendly, nice and complementary. They answered my questions and made good recommendations. And checked on us to make sure we got what we ordered. And they're organized and efficient. Now for the food! So many choices it was hard to decide, but I highly recommend the BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado) and for a sweet treat, the honey & walnut (it's like warm baklava!). The ingredients are so fresh. And the flavors are perfect. The ambiance is fun too! We had fun people watching and we think we could identify the locals (young crowd) and the tourists (older crowd). The vibe is friendly with a lot of stuff to look at! Thanks, Crepery for the great dining experiences!

Yelp
This is a lovely Crepery in downtown Fairbanks. It's usually quite busy. The crepes are beautifully crispy on the outside and still delicate on the inside! Lovely, casual French Bistro atmosphere. Not fancy, but comfortable and the crepes are really lovely and yummy. Staff are friendly, and the lively crowd adds to a feeling that you are somewhere good.

Abbe K.

Yelp
A bright, warm spot to enjoy crepes the size of Alaska. A thicker-than-traditional crepe that one eats as a sandwich is a hearty way to start the day. We both enjoyed the vegetable crepe and each folded crepe was filled with veggies. The white cheese did stretch with each bite, like pizza cheese. The mushrooms were deliciously sautéed, and the crepier added red pepper and avocado generously. The wait staff is friendly, helpful, and considerate, walking through the back to ensure my free-refill cup of coffee stayed filled to the brim! The meal is satisfying and filling, and we even have some left over for a midday snack.

Irina N.

Yelp
I had the nutella banana crepe, standard and can't mess that up so it was good! My friends had the honey, brie and fig crepe and thought it was okay and not enough figs. The highlight was the Irish coffees for us, good amount of alcohol and tasty. Add whipped cream if you like it!

Genevieve G.

Yelp
Wonderful breakfast spot in Fairbanks. We had a hard time choosing from all the options so decided to get one sweet (Nutella and berries) and one savory (Alaskan) and share. Both were delicious and had a good amount of filling.

Sheila C.

Yelp
First and for-most the staff really seems to take pride in their work and values the customers presents. We shared the smoked salmon and the Alaskan breakfast crepe. Please support this amazing local business you won't be disappointed

Arlene S.

Yelp
I really enjoyed everything I ordered. I got the crab melt and cheesecake with strawberry crepes. The crab melt was loaded with Alaskan crab meat that was super filling; a bit heavy with mayo but overall still delicious. I love the sweet crepe as it was super crispy as I bite in with the cream oozing out. I ordered coffee and cashier gave a tip that 12 oz gets free refill. There was a line but it moves fast and totally worth the wait.

Macy A.

Yelp
Ordered the nutella and banana crepe and the honey walnut crepe. The crepes themselves (without the fillings) were surprisingly bland, so much so that the sweetness from the honey and flavor from the walnuts weren't enough to salvage the experience for that crepe. The nutella and bananas were definitely sweet enough to offset the crepe, so that one turned out fine. The hot chocolate we ordered was to DIE for, I mean seriously amazing. This makes me think that we may have gotten unlucky with the crepes. I think it's fine overall as-is, and is definitely worth another shot in the future.

Yelp
This is our favorite place to eat in Fairbanks! We came here twice, first and last day of our vacation. Food: 1.Crab Melt Crepe: Delicious, it's a Must try! They use real crab meat for this. I love how it's Loaded with 3 different cheeses mixed with other ingredients. 2. Cheesesteak Crepe: This is a wholesome crepe with cheeses, vege and roast beef. Perfect for meat lovers. 3. Smoked Salmon Crepe: Alaskan salmon goodness with pickles, red onion, potato, mayo and seasoning. I liked this too. 4. Smoked Salmon Stuffed Avacado: Pretty good. But I would rather order the crepe options because their crepe is SO darn good! 5. Vegan Nutella and Berries: Good sweet crepe dessert for berry lovers! Drink: 1. Mocha: Rich and comforting for winter. Service: Really Good Ambiance: Casual and Chill

Brooke A.

Yelp
I've never seen so many crepe combinations. Reuben and crepe brûlée crepes were delicious. Also tried lattes. All were very good.

Ves S.

Yelp
Delicious warm crepes for a cool day! Order at the counter and you seat yourself. We came around 3p; we barely got comfortable at our seat when the crepes arrived! We got one sweet (whipped cream with berries) and one savory (Brie bacon avocado). The savory crepe was nice and warm with great Brie complementing the bacon with creamy avocado slices. We finished with the sweet. WiFi and restrooms are available.

Chloe' H.

Yelp
Super tasty crepes! I got the Alaskan breakfast crepe and the honey walnut. The Alaskan was filling and savory. Free coffee refills.

Jianming L.

Yelp
This is an amazing place in Fairbanks, we have lunch twice during a week visiting, we had crepes with following flavors: 2x salmon, 2xchicken, 3xcrab meat. All taste great. There were long ordering lines for both visits, it is better eat in rather than carry out, especially during winter season, the food could be colder quickly when they are carried out of rooms. The coffee are pretty good as well, we had regular and oak milk lattes. Don't miss this place if you visit Fairbanks.

Sandra A.

Yelp
What a selection of both sweet and savory crepes. I loved the salmon one and our group tried a variety of crepes and all were yummy. I love the decor and the people there. The service was excellent. Recommended

Paul M.

Yelp
Seriously, why would you eat breakfast ANYWHERE ELSE in Fairbanks???? These crepes are amazing and they have them all, sweet or savory! Fresh berries with Nutella? YES!!!! Prepared in an easy way to eat by hand, as they are folded up into neat triangle. Pro tip: take some with you on the plane! I got a SMOKED SALMON crepe for the plane ride home!

Mo R.

Yelp
Delicious crêpes and reasonably priced, I recommend the blueberry cheesecake, lots of indoor and outdoor seating

Irene G.

Yelp
When I think about eating crepes I think about cream, fruit, syrup, light flaky crepes. This place definitely has that and more. We ordered a wonderful hot White Russian with whip cream and of course, Irish cream coffee along with reindeer, ham and cheese crepes. Delicious! Perfect way to warm up on a cold day. I always like to add what kind of service we experienced, it was excellent.

Mathew G.

Yelp
Wow! I understand why this place has a line out the door. Let's start with the service. You will receive some amazing hospitality from the staff here. They basically treat you like family and it's such a treat! They have a few tables inside but also a large outdoor patio that truly is a vibe. Now the food here is amazing! If you want the most unique and delicious crepes, come here. The line will speak for itself. Truly an amazing experience and I hope to visit again if I'm ever in Fairbanks again.

Maria F.

Yelp
Visited Fairbanks from LA. This place was recommended and I wasn't too excited because I had a bad experience with a crepe before. However, OMG this place was delicious! I had the BLTA crepe that had a garlic aioli and holy smokes. It changed my life! LOL. I highly recommend this place! We also had the stuffed berries crepe and the Bree and honey. Oh, and the staff, unbelievable! The nicest group of people you'll ever meet! Great job!

Alanya O.

Yelp
My partner and I have different tastes, but we both agreed that The Crepery was our favorite eatery in Fairbanks! I had gotten the Crab Melt Crepe, and for him, he ordered the Alaska Breakfast Crepe. Both were DELICIOUS and full of flavor! Although it was crowded, it was worth the wait for us. We had initially ordered to-go because all of the tables seemed to be filled when we were there, but after some time, we got lucky that a party left while we waited for the food to come out. Parking was fairly easy for us; a lot of street parking available. Highly recommend!

Amy M.

Yelp
Let's just say during our 3-day stay in Fairbanks, we ate at The Crepery twice. The four and service were top notch. We would highly recommend a stop in to this delicious spot.

Yelp
Busy and Popular Crepery in Fairbanks AK After a tour at the Ice Museum in Downtown Fairbanks we went across the street for lunch at the Crepery. There was a line going out the door to place orders at the inside front counter but for the most part it went fairly quickly. Hubby snagged a table while I stood in the queue. I ordered each a sweet and a savory crepe -- the Alaskan Breakfast Crepe and a Nutella & Berries Crepe. We split each one. The breakfast crepe included cheese, eggs, reindeer sausage, sautéed mushroom and onions. Reindeer sausage is popular in the Arctic regions of the world but after our trip to feed Santa's reindeers in North Pole hubby decided he doesn't want to eat anything that has reindeer meat. I just told him it was Jimmy Dean's LoL Both crepes were delicious. Loved the Nutella & Berries Crepe... yummy fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Never had so much crepes in just two days in Alaska. Very busy restaurant. There is an outdoor patio seating in front but it was damp and cold out so most customers ate indoors. Interior is spacious with lots of seating. Outside wall had a huge mural that has ALASKA in bright colorful lettering. Might be back to dine here in January for the Northern Lights. Review #3141

Yelp
Too good to miss this crepery restaurant in the heart of downtown Fairbanks! The place was packed with tourists and locals alike. Luckily we got in just before a long line began to form. Definitely their crepes were delicious I even left out the name of crepes my husband and I had! One good thing I took pictures and they will say everything good about their crepes and lively restaurant!

Timothy B.

Yelp
Really good food, great customer service. Highly recommend to those in the area. I had the BLTA and my wife had the Alaska breakfast crepe.

Mandy L.

Yelp
We love crepes and these were definitely a good find! Huge variety of fillings, both sweet and savory, and delicious coffees and breakfast cocktails, too! Great service and lots of seating in a cozy, homey setting.

Hwee L.

Yelp
Good portion of food. Helpers are friendly with service. About 80 indoor seats and plenty of outside seats as well.

Abel R.

Yelp
A very nice restaurant. The food was amazing and delicious. The staff was friendly and the services were fast. One of my favorite places to eat in Fairbanks, AK.

Amanda V.

Yelp
My husband and I were enticed by the high Yelp reviews, so we decided to check this place out. Pros: -lots of options on the menu, which even boasted an actual vegan selection -sweet and savory options -great service -high chairs available for babies and toddlers -decaf lattes are possible here! Cons: -no real vegetarian option (was hoping to get something that had just egg and veggies) -lots of options with olives (to us, this was a con) -food was very mediocre. I've definitely had much better Crêpes back home in California and of course in France -no buckwheat (galette) crêpe possible What we got: -husband got the Alaskan breakfast Crêpes, as he wanted to try reindeer. He said it was okay and has no desire to have reindeer again -my crêpe, the chicken caprese, was mediocre. The crepe was too crunchy and felt over cooked. Moreover, it came with way too much glaze on top. -latte was delicious! Smooth and not too strong

Andy B.

Yelp
We stopped in to the crêperie yesterday for lunch after a recommendation from a local across town. I have to admit, I was a little bit nervous because this looked a little fancy for my taste. This big city food is not something I'm accustomed to back home but thought I would go ahead and give it a whirl. I had a California creep. This was strange because it featured avocado and tomato and bacon, like that is a combination of flavors. I've never even thought possible on the same creep. It was actually pretty tasty and I enjoyed it. I thought that the portion was filling, and at a fair price. I would go back here again.

Travis T.

Yelp
Awesome crepes! We came here twice during our five days in Fairbanks. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, creme brûlée, and cheese, meat, & eggs crepes. They were all great, my favorite was probably the creme brûlée. The staff was friendly and our orders came out quick. The only thing that could have been better was the Chai Tea was too sweet, especially if paired with a sweet crepe.

Paul H.

Yelp
This is an "Absolute Go To" eatery in Fairbanks. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. The food was fantastic. I had the Ruben Crepe, my wife the "Meaty Breakfast Crepe". You can watch the cooks make your food, it's an artist at work. The staff was great, they never let our water or tea glasses run dry. You won't be disappointed. My highest recommendation!!

Dale P.

Yelp
This little spot was an unexpected surprise, with both indoor and very nice outdoor seating and friendly, attentive staff. Savory Philadelphia beefsteak and Sweet strawberry cheesecake were both delicious!

Tara E.

Yelp
Very busy but worth the wait. The staff are all very friendly and were super helpful about helping me decide what to try. The crepe was delicious and filling and I can't wait to try another!

Ma Theresa B.

Yelp
Love the fig and prosciutto crepe. It was savory and was just perfecr. I tried the crab crepe - it was ok, not something I would get again.

Noreene D.

Yelp
One of the best crepe places we've been to that we made sure came back for 2nd time before heading home. We enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake Crepe with a Nutella a lot. The Nutella can be too sweet if they put too much. The hot chocolate was perfect for the weather, but a little to sweet for me too. I'm more of a savory crepe, and tried their Smoked Salmon Crepe due to most ordered, but it was a little too dry for me. I wish I had tried other savory crepes like their Alaskan Breakfast Crepe or Brie Bacon & Avocado Crepe, but I was already so full. I wish it was closer to the hotel I stayed, then I would have probably tried more options. My friend likes sweet and I like savory, and we're both happy this place offers both. Would come back here again if I get a chance. Staff was very friendly, and very informative about the choices as well as how to eat it.

Karishma G.

Yelp
Loved their crepes so much, had to go back for a second round! This place was highly recommended all throughout Alaska. The first we came by, they were super busy. You have to wait in line by the cashier to place your order. We ordered an egg and cheese (not on the menu), crab melt, California crepe (no bacon), and Caramel-Banana cheesecake crepe. They were all so delicious, which blew our minds. How can something so simple taste so extraordinary? The second time, we ordered to go. This time we ordered two crepes and split it amongst each other. We ordered another crab melt and smoked salmon crepe. Again, they were amazing.

Dale B.

Yelp
Came here on the recommendation of family members. We were here for breakfast (plus a dessert crepe). The food and service are outstanding. Ate outside which was really nice. Pays to be in Alaska in the summer.

Amar B.

Yelp
It was worth the hype! We tried the savory crepes - smoked salmon and chicken avocado crepe and they were delicious. Crispy, perfect and tasty!! We also tried the Nutella crepe and their most famous crème brûlée sweet crepe and we weren't disappointed. The service was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the ambience was a usual and easy going. Definitely worth visiting if you are in Fairbanks. Check out their Alaska mural on the side of the bldg.

Michelle N.

Yelp
Had the smoked salmon crepe and it was delicious! Very flavorful. I had it with a side of siracha but was definitely not needed. Patient and friendly staff. Asked them a few questions about their drinks and they answered all in a friendly tone. Plenty of seating. Very warm inside with all the crepe stoves being worked on. Parking is on the side, no dedicated parking.

Amanda W.

Yelp
Very prompt with to go orders - right on time! I opted for the crab crepe and the friend got the chicken caprese - I definitely preferred mine over his, but his was a very unique taste and he seemed to enjoy it. The crab crepe tasted very cheesy and a decent amount of crab (considering the crabs are very low overall in the country currently), so that was a win! Worth a checkout if you're in the area.

islam a.

Yelp
My husband and I love coming here for our breakfast dates. The food is amazing! I get the nutella and berries and he gets the ham and bacon. Ordering online isnt always accurate but on the phone and in person are the best. The servers always have a smile on their faces. Chloe (curly hair with piercings) is by far my favorite server. She has a great attitude and handles her guests professionally while keeping it fun. The setting is also very nice. It was a bit windy today so we sat inside. Love this place!

Avi S.

Yelp
Quick service and affordable . Wife got sweet- Brie and honey (fresh or local) and walnut which was well balanced and pretty unique. I got salmon, potato, pickle. It had a pleasant texture contrast and was great for lunch. Plenty of seating inside.

Geetika J.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast Saturday morning and got a mushroom, cheese and egg crepe. I am always wary as many places don't cook mushrooms beyond little warmth they may receive from other stuffing items...not here. The mushrooms were caramelized and seasoned beautifully with a delicious herb mix (herbs de provence? But I tasted other herbs too). Scrambled eggs and cheese in many breakfast dishes often lack salt and can be bland - again, not so the case here! I enjoyed my flavorful breakfast seated by a window watching the snow fall gently. Lovely!

Dee M.

Yelp
We got a Nutella strawberry crepe, veggie breakfast crepe and a crab melt crepe. We also tried their mocha and hot chocolate. The food was perfect and carb heavy on a cold Alaskan day!

Veena P.

Yelp
Day 1 in Fairbanks, Easter Sunday. Read excellent reviews about it and went for lunch at 1:30pm. The place was packed with a 30 minutes wait time. It had a very casual, friendly, family hustle-bustle atmosphere. We ordered 3 crepes for take out and a coffee. Extremely friendly staff, smiles all around. All patrons seemed to be enjoying their food. Our crepes (Alaskan breakfast, crab melt, and turtle crepes) were absolutely delicious. Will definitely return at least once more before our vacation is over. This is a MUST eat place in Fairbanks. We ate so quickly that I forgot to take pictures of the food
