A gem in Torrance, this quickly became our favorite spot! Staff was friendly, particularly Brandy, who was our server. She's super cool and wasn't rushed or anything! Answered all of our questions. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places for sure. The only thing I'd change would be the the ranch dressing, it was a bit watery but that wasn't the problem, taste wise I feel it was missing something. Other than that, AMAZING!

Ribeye special is on Monday's where the steak is bbq grilled with char flavor. I went on Wednesday and it was made on a BBQ grill so 3/5.

Kind of cool place, but they have two pool tables with the strangest table owner rules I've ever witnessed. Instead of playing a game by putting quarters down or a sign-up board. They make you pay to reserve it for an hour. Huge disappointment for someone who just wanted to go play some friendly games.

Great little hideaway if you’re ever in Torrance. Loud sports bar but great Happy Hour food suggestions. Friendly staff. Sorry not a beer drinker but 20 TV’s to choose from and even a tv in your booth. Big stars for that convenience

A classic hangout place for lunch, everything is absolutely delicious and portions are very generous. Starting with the garlic bread knots as a starter, personal favorite is the patty melt with tatter tots. Staff is very helpful, friendly and fast, just the right amount of fast when you’re out for lunch.

A nice bar at a chill location. Good service, quick, timely and the food definitely hit the spot. A solid spot to bring your friends or family.

Cool little hole in the wall sports bar. Brick walls and sports figures decorate the walls. Didn't try the food, but the Ghost Margaritas were delicious!!!

Great happy hour , ton of TVs to watch all your sporting events. My go to spot for the UFC

My friend and I planned to go to the tempura restaurant across the street. We had theater tickets, but the line was really long. We decided to go to Crest. Our server, Becca, was an absolute delight. We didn't watch any sports and didn't order any cocktails. If that's what you're looking for, this might be the place for you. My friend ordered an Italian sub and she liked it. It had shredded mozzarella on it, which seemed strange to me. I ordered the California Burger, which was supposed to have avocado on it, but it didn't. I just realized that right now. The burger was a tasteless disappointment. The patty seemed manufactured. It was too weirdly round. Fries had no seasoning at all. Pass.

First time here for a company gathering and its a good spot for such occasions. Drink and food prices were reasonable and the servers were very attentive ! Only drawback : No spinach artichoke dip on the appetizers menu - my fish sandwich w a side of cole slaw were good though ! I would come back.

It's been 12 years since my last review when new ownership at The Crest refreshed the place with a makeover. I had been back a few times since but most recently was pleasantly surprised with the the very nice patio seating and update inside as well. The food is still good and consistent. We went at a not busy time so the service was good. The Philly was delish. Looks like a good place for group or team lunches. Street parking or parking in the small lot.

Went to The Crest Sports Bar & Grill for the first time last night on a Tuesday and had so much fun! I would go out of my way to come here. My friend held his birthday here. He reserved their new Speakeasy space in the back for a private bar experience and there was a minimum spend to meet. There were about 30 people there and there was plenty of room to walk around. It's a super nice bar space, I wish we had something like this in Orange County. There were tons of TVs on the walls to watch the Lakers game and they won in overtime! The food and drinks were very good! I did not take any pictures though, I forgot haha. The onion rings and pizza I had were very delicious! They have a small parking lot and also street parking, I didn't have any issues finding parking. The service here was friendly! I loved the vibe here. It's similar to a dive bar but a very very nice casual modern dive bar type vibe.

Karaoke with Nick the KJ Pool - $10 for an hour - bar will hold card/license Flat Screens - throughout for all games Patio seating. Stopped by last night with a friend and the waitress told my friend to grab a seat anywhere and one of will be with you shortly! 16 minutes later my friend decided to approach the waitress and within 1 minute she took our drink order, returned with the drinks and never returned again until it was time to close out and give me my Togo order. Mind you... we were there for an 1.5hr. Not sure if she was having a bad day... however ... Not sure if we'll return. We noticed everyone around us being assisted and beverages refreshed. What I appreciate the most is the bartender remembered my drink order from last time and brought my drink to me personally! My stars are all for him. Parking is tight.. however street parking is available.

So this is definitely a sport bar. They have a lot of TVs and play sound for the local game. They have a good selection of beer and the host and servers are up beat. The reason for 3 stars is the food. I would give it 1/2 star. I ordered the pizza boat and even though the cheese was melted the toppings were cold. I had an order of wings and the sauce was ok but the chicken was rubbery. Son ordered a chicken quesadilla and ok. He ordered bbq wings and had the same result. The place had barely anyone and the people that were here seemed to be regulars.

Solid spot to come watch the fight and get some gooood bar food! And drinks ! And the staff are always on point and friendly.

I can only comment for the ambiance. We did not have any food items. The bar was fully stocked, the music was lively , although it was a playlist provided by the staff. The establishment had outdoor heaters and plenty seating area with two VIP sections. We will visit again!

We took our fur babies to Crest for early dinner and everyone was soooo nice. I have been coming here for 20+ years I worked nearby and came for the salad bar and buttery garlic knots, yummmm. I liked how they remodeled and put in the glass garage doors that's a nice touch. We like playing pool but this place gets a bit crowded. I honestly am not a fan of the regular menu, but happy hour is good. The bar tenders get so busy it's not easy to get a drink, but if you are sitting at a table the service is fine, but of course like any bar the servers change and so I don't like to review on service on a place like this, there's a lot of turnover for most bars. But the crowd has been good, like I said everyone loooved our fur babies and they got a lot of attention. I haven't had a bad experience here and I have been here so many times. I feel safe walking back to the car that's parked in front, I never had to park too far, there is a Korean bbq across the way with tons of people waiting to get in all standing outside so there are people around the area, I don't like places where I have to walk down alleys and dark places or big empty parking lots. This is a nicer local neighborhood spot.

Food was decent. I went for NFL Sundays to watch my out or market team play (New Orleans Saints) and although they have many televisions, they didn't have the saints game I was looking for. My seat had about 10-12 tv's in view, but only had 4 games playing. Asked to turn one of the TV's to my game of interest and they said they couldn't, so I was stuck watching games of teams no one was watching that weren't even in playoff contention rather than my team vying for a playoff spot. Stuck watching two below 50% winning teams play in front of no audience with my girl in a section with about 10 TV's. ‍

To start out my wife and friends wanted to see the 49ers game and we went to one spot (The View, Music Bar & Lounge) to see the game. It turns out that was not the place to be and it was suggested by some folks we met there that The Crest was an awesome place to see the game as they have their stuff together. Well, we love this place because we met some new friends and the customer service was great. Food we very good and would definately come back here if I am ever in the area again. Plus we met some new friends at the spot who were awesome and great 49ers fans. Bang Bang.

Was a great spot to watch the Super Bowl. Servers were on top of it and neighborhood vibe was quaint.

great sports bar in the heart of Old Town. nice service and friendly servers. great selection of beers and a full bar. typical bar food, but, good quality. outdoor aesthetics are appealing and lend to a relaxed and casual vibe. highly recommend.

The worse sport bar I visit. 1. Employees are RUDE! 2. I saw/notice and was observing how people didn't notice the bar tenders weren't adding the whole shot of the liquor to the mix drink they were preparing. 3. When I asked the bar tender he didn't added the whole shot in my drink and was adding only coke he got mad and close my tap. 4. The lady bartender was rude to other clients. 5. I sat down and no server was attending me, I went to the bar to order my meal since I was being ignore the bar tender yell at me saying sit at your sit and wait I am NOT taking your order!! I am a Nurse and wanted to enjoy a good time on my day off but it was a nightmare. I recommend to all absorbed the bartenders when making a drink because they don't add the whole amount of liqueur. They are rubbing us .

Earlier this month we held a Celebration of Life for my husband at The Crest. We considered it based solely on the word of some friends who frequented the place. We were pleasantly surprised when we visited to find an upscale sports bar. We booked the entire bar for two hours. I can't say enough about Shane and the entire Crest crew. Shane and I spoke several times on the phone prior to the event. He was always helpful and answered all my questions. The night of the Celebration, Shane had everything in place that we wanted or needed. The crew working that night was fabulous, seamlessly making sure tasty food was out with something for everyone from vegans to extreme carnivores. Our guests had whatever they wanted to drink served by staff who were attentive but never intrusive. It's a sports bar, so there are loads of TVs. My husband was a rec hockey player for much of his adult life. Unfortunately, there weren't any games on that night, but Shane somehow found a copy of SlapShot to play instead. The Celebration of Life came off without a hitch. I know my husband would have enjoyed it immensely. Thanks again to Shane, Jason, and all the crew.

Great spot for sports in general, tons of TVs, tons of channels, football- UFC/boxing, full bar, good variety menu, service is on point, definitely a great local spot in the southbay.

This place sucks, they'll ignore you and get mad at you when you ask for better service , absolute trashy garbage bar. Keegan's is better.

I've been cooking here for a few years now to watch the PSU games. The staff had always been super kind and patient with us even when we play the cowbell at 9am. The space is big with plenty of room for everyone and a few pool tables. Can't recommend enough.

It has been a while since I have been here and with everything opening up in the south bay my group and I decided to go for a happy there. This little gem is located IN "old Torrance" on Cabrillo off of Carson Street. We were instantly greeted as we entered the establishment and had great service. The place was extremely clean, and you had your choice of sitting at the bar, restaurant area, or outside. We ordered bread knots, beer, fries, and sandwiches. It was all reasonably priced, and the quality of the food was really good. You definitely get your money's worth. The fries are seriously good. This little spot is definitely worth going to. We will definitely be back.

Great pizza, and they surprisingly wide selection of food to choose from. I also tried their hot buffalo wings, they were probably some of the best wings I've ever had. Wide selection of cocktails. Extremely friendly and social staff. Really like the outdoor patio dining experience. If there's a sports game on you want to catch this is the spot to go. They had an amazing number of TVs that were located so from anywhere in the bar you can enjoy watching your favorite game. This is a true locals spot where everyone is friendly and gets along. I ordered the chili cheese fries. Not that good, there was hardly any chili. Ordered a Togo and they didn't give me any silverware to eat my salad, sandwich was supposed to be on sourdough , it wasn't. Service was good but the local customers that I was sitting next too were very rude.

Came in on. Friday after work, we were seated right away. Service was phenomenal. Great please for family, friends and good times.

We had a pretty awesome experience here on a Sunday afternoon. Loved the feel of space. Great variety of seating options. Really good patty melt and lobster roll friendly service. Also had ESPN + so we could watch Real Madrid win! We will come back for sure.

They automatically charge a 18% tip for groups of 6 or more even when people in the group are paying separately from the others in group. Wings are good but fries are bland no seasoning at all on them.

My 5 BIG STARS rating is most of all for Manager Kevin! He handled an issue I addressed with great common sense, kindness & fairness! A total class act! And the other staff I dealt with were wonderful too! As a former managing partner of a very highly rated restaurant & bar, plus a 40+ years commercial real estate broker who was involved in many restaurant transactions & consulting assignments, I know well how a restaurant should be managed. And Kevin is 1st class all the way! It was a big MMA fight night, but I didn't know until I arrived to simply sit down & order a pizza. Once I learned there was a cover charge for the fights (understandable based on the huge cost for the restaurant/bar), I totally understood why I couldn't dine inside. So I ordered to go, and they kindly let me eat outside far away from being able to watch any of the fights. The pizza itself was good - a solid 4 Stars, just as my two previous reviews stated. Considering how packed the place was, it was a gteat effort by the kitchen. Since I've been here several times over the last 8+/- years, I honestly don't get the less than 4 Stars reviews. No dining & drinking spot will ever be 100% perfect. However this place is among the best combination sports bars & restaurants I've ever been to in my 44+ years of adulthood! If it was available for sale I would seriously consider making an offer to buy it. And if anyone ever has a reasonable issue, you can be sure manager Kevin will step up and do the right thing!

Used to be a cool place, been coming to the Crest since the 80's, but no more. Came in, the girl asked me if I was here for the fight, I said No, but is the bar still open for food, she responded yes. Almost done with 1 beer and sandwich, and I am getting kicked out! Why?They informed me I need to pay a $10.00 co-pay to stay. Really, couldn't let me finish my meal. I am done with this place and filling a complaint with the City. They are getting so high brow, snobby or hoity-toity. The people sitting next to me, watching the Lakers game also got ask to leave or pay up. Paid, left my meal and wrote this review. Because coming to a SPORTS BAR to watch the Angels and Texas game, and enjoying food and drink is not allowed if there is a bigger event going on.

Sunday football game service was pretty decent. Vegetarian pizza was bland and tasteless. Being charged ($2.75) for green bell peppers when we specifically requested this item be omitted was a honest mistake, but not being refunded (when brought to their attention) for their mistake was offensive and a reminder to review your tab/bill carefully,,,

We came here on a Saturday for lunch. Mens "security" ministry from church. Hardly anyone was here, no major games on probably why. Service was great the owners made everyone feel welcomed and treated with respect. The food was good for bar food and the dining space was huge with *Lots of outdoor and indoor tables. We were a group of 6, so we had to keep two tables apart for covid protocols within LA county. Most of us orderd sandwiches and served with choice of tots or fried potato wedges. We also shared an order of bread knots and an order of boneless buffalo chicken. They serve lots of pizzas and apps as well.. If you want more action come on days/nights with LA games on and with a group of friends. Cheers

WATCH YOUR BILL!!!! This place overcharged for the gratuity. They will automatically apply the 6 and more guest gratuity and will argue with you about it. The server with curly short hair was rude and told us not to talk to her bc she was personally overwhelmed and didn't take any time to listen to what we were ordering. The manager came to try to hear us out. He refunded the amount but then recharged the same amount that included the 6 or more gratuity.

Literally stumbled across this place on a Saturday errand run. Cool layout, friendly service, fair prices. Happy Hour on Saturdays was a nice surprise. Definitely planning a get together there sometime.

Decent place to hang out. It is large, has pool tables and an outdoor patio. Also happy hour on the weekends. The garlic knots were different than traditional garlic knots but still good, and the meatballs were good too. Service was a little slow but friendly.

Kimi was my bartender the other night while I waited for my group of friends to arrive and let me tell you, she has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered! The conversation we had was amazing and the drinks she made for me were even better. Kimi is a superstar. When my friends finally got here we grabbed a table and started ordering more drinks and some appetizers for the table. Brandy was our server and she really made our experience at the Crest! She was attentive, very sweet, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there. We decided we will be making our way back to the crest for Sunday football thanks to Kimi and Brandy!

Coming back to the South Bay after 5 years away, I just HAD to go back here for lunch as it was one of usual destinations when I worked nearby. We used to call it "the crust " or "the biker bar " because it was a wee bit dingy and dark. But the food was always good Well I can say now that it's no longer dark, as they added a patio. It's awesome. And the food is still just as good. I do note that the French fries they now serve are more of the smaller , strong like variety versus the large wedges. And the meatball sandwich is a wee bit smaller , but these small details aside it's a great local eater. Not pretentious at all and has a whole bunch of screens for sports

The food here is absolutely disgusting burgers are tasteless and pizza taste like cafeteria school pizza or even frozen pizza I paid close to $70 for food here and it was absolutely mediocre I guess it being a bar you would have to get insanely drunk to think the food is good here. Never trying this again

Came thru for happy hour and had an amazing time . Vibes were right , food was bomb and our waiter jayleen was fabulous. Super attentive and really chill . 10/10

Super annoyed! UFC fights are tonight and I decided to call Crest first to see if they were charging at the door. The lady said they'll start charging after 6 pm. I arrived at 5:40 and they told me it's a $10 cover charge. I said "I called earlier and she told me it's free before 6. The gentleman at the door stated I can pay now but after 6pm he will have to collect $10 from everyone, no matter what time you get there. Who collects while people are already there? That's incredibly tacky. I told him they did not explain that at all when I called. Had I known, i could have went somewhere closer that was free all night. Advice... Just be clear what your rules are when people call and let the customer decide on what they want to do. I'll never return to this establishment and I'll be sure to let my friends know.

Came in Saturday 3-12-22 night for a few drinks and was greeted by the door staff, Bree and Sergio behind the bar. Being semi handicap at the moment the staff treated me like I had been a longtime client. The prices were more than reasonable and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Needless to say they earned their gratuity three fold. Thanks for the pleasant treatment guys see you tomorrow and the day and after and after.

This bar is so fun! It's a small dive bar style sports bar and the servers are very welcoming! I came during a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded but they had all the different games playing on their many TVS inside. One of the servers I had is named Lauren and she is super nice!! I hope to see her again when I come back.

Any item on the menu is a home run! My favorites: sausage pizza, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and beignets!!!! Tv's everywhere to catch all the sports, live music, pool tables and darts. Clean bathrooms always! Such a plus as every bar I ever go to the bathroom is like a monkey cage at the zoo! Bonus: all the PPV UFC fights are here!!!!

Same thing happen to me stay away from the over priced appetizer i oderd cheese sticks got 5 for $11 for reals $2 each nasty frozen dinner cheese stick also the mixed drinks are over priced at this place will no return

I am so confused about how "'bartender' Kimberly" has a job because the way she treats customers is so foul. Went up to the bar to close the tab and she seemed to purposely take her time ... that's fine weren't phased, when my friend tried to explain that she had closed the tab she said she was charging for the pool balls being on the table (also fine) BUT THEN she TRIED TO ORDER US to get the balls in the rudest tone ever that's when me and my friend kinda looked at each other like is she really asking us to fetch like that??? i don't know who raised this girl but please birth her again and do better next time. im still in shock cause we weren't being rowdy or rude. the whole staff ganged up on my friend and I for asking for receipts because at that point we were afraid of what would happen when we walked out because we didn't do as she said. the top flight security short dark man indigenous features, you're a boot licking jerk off sir lol i feel so grossed out they felt the need to treat women that way. don't waste your money this place has no idea what customer service is and they are quick to kick people out when they are the problem! Kim needs to be fired. oh yea and when my friend asked for the owners name security man goes if you think i'm bad they're worse. how lovely.

This is the go to spot! Taco Tuesday's, Thirsty Thursdays, Happy Friday and for brunch on Sunday! Any day is good. I HIGHLY recommend the Garlic Knots and don't forget to take home some peanut butter and jelly knots(to have with milk) You won't regret it!

They have a unisex restroom and the moment I went in with my bf they were knocking on the door, kicking us out.... Completely rude and disrespectful.

I liked this place a lot ! There's TVs all over and a karaoke night and delicious cocktails that you can have served as shots . The bartenders and amazing and so friendly. I can't even begin to describe to you how good the pizza coming of the kitchen smells . I think the best part about it , there's not one specific type of people that go to this place . I saw all kinds of people doing all kinds of things and it just worked . This place is welcoming to everyone . Another huge plus is it's so pocket friendly. You can try everything you want and not feel bad about your choices.

Bad quality meats and seafood. After I ate at the speakeasy I got stomach sick the next day. After i informed the restaurant, the manager called and didn't really even care to say sorry nor showed any concern.. the manager straight away jumped at the conversation of compensation and that I would have to test positive to get compensation? Which is ridiculous I had not even asked for any compensation back. His lack of empathy and customer service shows his compassion for the industry he is in. When I asked him questions about what temperature his seafood was stored at he had no answers and just wanted to get rid of the phone call and left it at that his kitchen manager would call him? For someone who says runs a speakeasy and restaurant didn't have answers to basic questions. I would never eat food here.

never gonna go back here again..... 5 pieces of this was $10.50 ......a rip off rip off rip off piece of crap was a rip off!! not my money's worth!! serving size is good if you are a kid....
