It was,one if the best stays. We go every year to this hotel but this time round, the room had a fresh smell. The bathroom was spotless the white crisp bed sheets and the room overall was excellent. Highly recommend. Plus with paying direct to the hotel we got parking discount. All the staff members were extremely 🙏. Thankyou

recently visited The Crown on Cricklewood and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a great blend of historic charm and modern comfort. But what truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service we received from Derek. From the moment we arrived, Derek was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. It’s not often that service stands out so much that it becomes the highlight of the evening, but Derek truly elevated our visit. The food and drinks were excellent, the setting was lovely – but Derek’s hospitality made it exceptional. Highly recommend The Crown for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be back – and we’ll be asking for Derek!

I found the lounge area lovely and iconic. The hotel background music in the lounge is very nice. The selection of dinner food could be better. The bedrooms need updating, but it seems money is spent on externals, such as the lounge and restaurant. I noticed that the carpet in the corridors was being hoovered once for the week. Overall, they need to employ more staff and train them, update their rooms. I would class this hotel as three stars

Update I was robbed in this hotel after spending fifteen days. On the last day, the cleaning lady stole my daughter's precious watch. An official complaint was filed with the hotel management to investigate the suspected worker, but no real action was taken regarding her. The hotel lobby was very hot and I was waiting for my reservation and it was during the afternoon. The prices differ between the website and during my presence at the hotel, where the justification was that the hotel depends on the number of room occupants, and therefore you will find the price differs every time. The rooms we saw did not have a refrigerator, and I was surprised that a four-star hotel does not provide a small refrigerator to store drinks and food. The staff are great and helpful.

Incredible service from staff - very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spotless. No faults at all. Food in the restaurant was inexpensive and very fairly priced and tasted delicious. The swimming pool was also very quiet and a great experience. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The crown is such an amazing hotel with incredible staff! I had a great time staying at the crown, the room I stayed in was big and comfortable. The breakfast was great too! Plenty of selection and it was fresh. I want to give a special thanks to Ramkaran. He was very attentive and he catered to my requests and was always there asking if I needed help with anything. I have a wheat allergy, once I told him this he got me gluten free bread and asked if I wanted any help with anything else. I can't wait to got back to the crown. I only stayed there on Saturday night but I've already told 4 of my friends about the experience and how good it was 😁

My stay here was over a course of 2 days, but they made it as great as they can, and to that, my newspaper cap goes high! Rooms are lovely and tidy with anything you need to be set. The nearby locations are also quite close, so don't feel so stuck while here! Anything is possible. They also serve breakfast, and its definitely on my top 5 since they offer a large variety of items you can have for breakfast. Fruits, cereal, toasts, eggs, beans, they got it! I recommend getting a room here and enjoying the benefits of this wonderful establishment!
