"The Crying Wolf, East Nashville by Perky Bros. Even moodier inside than its name implies, Crying Wolf is a sweet spot for night timing. Warm woods and cool cocktails liven up the vibe while the burgers and animal tots can sooth even the most vicious hunger pangs. Ample patio space beckons on warmer eves. Indoors, a photo booth spits out two-toned keepsakes for those willing to pay a few bills and say cheese. There, there, little Wolf. We love you—and everything you do."

"East Nashville’s bar, restaurant, and music venue the Crying Wolf is reopening for business at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 8 for the first time since the March tornadoes that devastated multiple dining and drinking establishments in Nashville. With the opening, there’s a new food and cocktail menu, featuring plenty of vegan options for burgers, plus vegan-specific seitan “chick’n” and waffles, BLT with Behive bacon, and Frito pie. Cocktails ($13 each) include an old fashioned with Nelson’s Greenbriar Whiskey and cinnamon syrup, the zingy Saint Theresa with green chile vodka, and a Last Word with Ford’s Gin. On the sweet side, snag some house churros, served with a seasonally rotating dipping sauce. There is an outdoor patio for dining, plus takeout available (call to order). The Crying Wolf will be open Wednesday through Sunday starting at 5 p.m." - Delia Jo Ramsey

Fun times at the crying wolf in Nashville! Great drink specials and was pretty low key. One of my favorite things about this location is the artwork and Devore dedicated to the wolf and the wolf’s ability to cry. 21+ all the time! Awwoooooo

Cool dim lit bar made to look old but is actually new. Bartender Kyle was great and could really mix some drinks. Will most definitely go back.

Incredible Game of Thrones themed bar with amazing artwork inside and out honoring all things direwolf. Roof deck and main gathering room with an extensive bar and liquor offering. The people are friendly, the bartenders busy and the vibe is amazing. If you want to nab a quick drink and walk around to see the taxidermy and murals while in Nashville, it's a great excursion.

If I was local this would definitely be my watering hole. The atmosphere was superb, the sevice undeniably awesome, and the friendly staff made my out of town visit for the #ConofThrones2019 feel like I never left home. The Crying Wolf hosted the After the Con Facebook group's pre-convention party / welcoming for our special guests @thewolfandthecrows . From my perspective the staff at the Crying Wolf hit the whole thing right out the park! The place was standing room only and yet the services provided were promptly carried out. The bar staff deserve special recognition for providing an unforgettable evening for our community event. The establishment and staff executed the event perfectly! Thank you Crying Wolf, you made my evening that much more special.
