Excellent experience trying their cookies and cupcakes. Absolutely delicious and very tasty. The owner Pamela is truly a delight to work with with special orders too. Very talented and a master at her craft. I ordered several times already. Once for my birthday and another time for a special party i was hosting. I ordered special requests and themed related cakes and cupcakes and they did a beautiful job! I will be ordering all my future cakes from them!!! Strongly recommend!!

A little late review but per usual experience was phenomenal. I went it with the hopes of a miracle and they did not let me down. I spoke with the owner in hopes of getting my wife’s favorite cupcake in cake form, with short notice she was able to help me and make my wife’s birthday special. Thank you so much for all your help

This cute little spot has really really good cupcakes. I tried the Boston cream and was extremely pleased. The cupcake was moist and the flavor was completely on point. My husband had the chocolate peanut butter flavor. He loved every bite! We came in around 7pm and the selection was slim. The woman working the counter was friendly and waited patiently as we browsed the leftover flavors. I would recommend coming before late evening hours.

This place is amazing. The best Cupcakes in town. Especially the red velvet, I don’t like everyone’s red velvet but I love the way they make theirs. It tastes southern yet light and airy. I always get an assortment. I also love their little notes. Sweet and classy.

I pre ordered a regular cake 3 weeks before my daughter’s thinking that was sufficient notice. Regardless i picked a cake that i saw from their instagram page that i liked alot so knowing that they have done it already it will come out great. Then when my daughters birthday came, i had sent a family member to pick the cake up and when they brought it home it was super sloppy and i called right away to figure it out what we can do about it. And the manager said they will take to the owner and she will reach out back to me. A few days later i reached back out to them and the manager said she will not issue me any refunds or anything with a attitude and hanged up on me.

Ordered on a Thursday for take-out, a dozen only $3 more expensive today than a decade prior, Pamela Jenkins’ collection continues to showcase largely organic Ingredients, pure Butter and no preservatives whether one opts for mellow Vanilla or dense Chocolate. Now also creating custom Cakes, the menu changing slightly each day, old favorites such as Kir Royale continue to perform well thanks to Raspberry Cake with Champagne Frosting while Cream Cheese topped choices like Bugsy or Southern Belle outpace those at Showboy or Sprinkles.

Went to the cupcakery on Eastern to get some cupcakes The cupcakes were delicious, fresh, fluffly and great flavors. The frosting amazing, and perfectly sweet. The service was friendly and joyful and the space colorful and fun! Definitely recommend for a local spot in Henderson!

The cupcakery never disappoints! This is my go to spot for any event that calls for cupcakes! I love to try all of the different flavors and have a hard time sharing with others lol. They are moist, flavorful, big size and fun decorating! I don't even buy birthday cake anymore bc this is the way to go! I've been here multiple times, suggest to others and will continue to buy here!

We were planning a party from out of town to be held in Vegas. A family member used Cupcakery a while back and recommended them. The staff at cupcakery made it so easy. I called to place the order, the person who needed to execute the order wasn't there but called exactly when indicated. I did a custom cake and cupcakes combo. They were even able to accommodate me with a last-minute addition of cake pops for additional people. I was able to set up delivery, and they arrived perfectly on time with great communication leading up to it. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and knowledgeable Everything was BEAUTIFUL and, most importantly, DELICIOUS! The cake was moist, and the mixture of flavors were all delicious

My boss had brought some to work one day and i got to try a bite of almost every flavor. I can't remember exactly which ones I tried, but i definitely remember how light, flavorful, buttery, delicious and gorgeous each one I tried. There were glitter, sprinkles and colorful ones. Each with a to die for flavor. It's pricey, but worth the price. I would definitely pick some up for a special occasion.

I had purchased the following variety dozen cupcakes for my GF's party and wish I could have sample them all. They were a hit and everyone loved them. This place is soooooo cute ! The Cakepops are Devine! I have not tried the cup cakes but if they are anything like the pops, oh boy! This is a must try!

The cupcakes are mid. Honestly much worse than sprinkles however.... They make this delicious strawberry shortcake in a cup thing and that rocks.

I used to go to the first location religiously about fourteen years ago, and I've taken a break for a few years. The kids and I were wanted some dessert today so we decided to pop over. Just as I remember the cupcakes were beautiful and delicious. I do wish the display case had been full like I remembered, I wanted the kids to have that experience of seeing all the beautiful cupcakes and making their selections but next time I guess. We got a little carried away and ordered eight different flavors. We absolutely couldn't wait until we got home so we sat in the pink benches they have right outside and tried a few of them. They were absolutely delicious, every bite was satisfying and perfectly quenched that thirst for sweetness. The service was good and fast, the girl behind the counter patiently helped us out and kindly gave us a punch card.

I love this place. They always have tasty delights. Everything is fresh and delicious. One time I order 4 cupcakes and was given a surprise gift. The cookie was so good, I ordered it this time. Anytime you're in the neighborhood and looking for something sweet come here. The red velvet was the first bucket I tried and I've been hooked ever since!

On a mission to find really good cupcakes. It was a nice day so decided to drive to Henderson and visit the Cupcakery. We arrived a little after they opened and entered the small shop tucked in a little neighborhood center. Three young ladies greeted us and we told them we had driven from Centennial looking to find some good cupcakes. One young lady said we were In the right place. We looked over the two cases and asked the difference between the two and she said one had sugar frosting and the other case was cream cheese frosting. Lots to choose from. They had a few cupcakes in a refrigerator box, some resembling a bouquet of roses. We made our choices and had them packed to go. They were good, but not the best we have had. The flavors were good but the cake was a little dry to our liking. It's a place to visit if you want cupcakes, our bill was a little of $15.00 for four cupcakes.

I have loved The Cupcakery for years. I miss their Lake Mead location. We got a bunch of yummy cupcakes and my husband got a free cupcake and candles for his birthday. Going to The Cupcakery on the west side was a long standing birthday tradition for us. Maybe we can start making the drive out to the Eastern location. Delicious!!!!!

I've been eating these cupcakes for over a decade and I've ALWAYS enjoyed them, but I'm finally putting in a review after my baby shower host got these cupcakes for the party. The shower was camping themed, and they made the most adorable and delicious s'mores cupcakes!! What makes these cupcakes stand out is not only the topping, but that they fill their cupcakes!!! Once you taste these, normal cupcakes are just boring in comparison. I was told the owners were very helpful and accommodating when picking the flavor and there were A LOT of samples.

It's real simple - you want your cupcake to have 3 things: flavor, moistness, and bomb frosting. TC checks all 3 boxes. Buttercream and cream cheese frosting - both are bomb. Just go there already, dammit.

Seriously, this is the best bakery in Vegas/Henderson. I am craving them right now; too bad that I am out of state! The cupcakes are perfectly moist and the icing is so balanced with sweetness but not too sweet. I needed cupcakes for an event, and it was super easy to place a custom order over the phone. The woman guided me with suggestions and was happy to provide quotes and alternatives. I chose a dozen regular cupcakes, and I ordered 4 separate gluten free cupcakes. I loved, loved the gluten free ones. These are the best gluten free cupcakes I have ever eaten. I tried the red velvet, chocolate, vanilla, and the peanut butter gluten free ones. Please eat here. You will not regret it.

I had a cake fail with another bakery and needed a last minute cake asap! They not only helped me but made a cake exactly like the inspo I had! Their customer service was amazing and can't thank them enough for doing that for me. The cake was a hit!

I came here for the gluten-free vegan cupcake and was not disappointed. I would love if they had more than one option for vegan and gluten-free cupcakes than just the one!

Full disclosure: there was a bit of a delay in getting my cupcakes. I gave Daniel as my name but whoever took my order wrote it down as Danielle, but the staff were super friendly and worked with me on clearing up the confusion. But ultimately, this wasn't a big deal as I would rather support local bakeries such as these than go to an Albertson's or Smith's. The cupcakes here kinda follow the Ben and Jerry's model of making ice cream: the frostings of each cupcake is complemented by toppings that add another dimension of texture. I'm a die-hard Oreo/Cookies & Cream fan. No matter where I go for dessert, I will always get something Oreo flavored or themed. Sure enough, they had an Oreo cupcake that had a classic Oreo cream topped with chunks of Oreo. I don't know if the pictures do it justice, but it was a monster of an Oreo tower. Definitely something to eat as a cupcake sandwich.

The cupcakes are so delicious. Their customer service was excellent. I liked the quirky little shop with the different artwork hanging on the walls. If you enjoy an occasional cupcake and nice atmosphere then you should definitely try The Cupcakery.

My best friend ordered a unicorn cake for her daughter's first birthday. My job was to pick it up and deliver it safely to the party. I would recommend if you order something this big, make sure you bring another person to carry it because it comes in an open box and they just put foil around it. Luckily, I got the job done! This cake was delicious, I think it was strawberry flavored, but everyone at the party loved the details of the cake and the taste. I've had their cupcakes before and they never disappoint, but I would definitely recommend this place for cakes too!

I can't believe how much they've grown and improved since I first tried Cupcakery over 10 years ago! They have a wide variety of cupcakes. The cupcakes are super cute AND taste delicious! We ordered a dozen of assorted and I was so amazed with their beautiful appearance. My favorite was one that was chocolate and had Oreo cookie crumbles all over the vanilla frosting, so yummy! The cupcakes were moist and very good quality. The store is super cute inside even though it's small. They take orders online which I always appreciate. The cinnamon roll flavor was to die for as well. Each cupcake I tried, I liked. They have so much variety in flavors, fillings snd frostings and have cakes as well as the cupcakes. You can have cake for any occasion. I absolutely love this place and know where to go from now on for delicious, beautifully decorated cakes. The employees are very friendly and service is quick. They also deliver as well. Awesome bakery!

Still the best place to get cupcakes! When I arrived the cupcakes I wanted were not out. The employee went in the back to get me some fresh ones she had just made. The " O my gosh ganache" is my favorite cupcake. When I went to bite into my cupcake shortly after getting home, I noticed the cupcake was still a little warm. The truffle in the center of the cupcake was warm and gooey. Oh my gosh, was it good! My husband got the sweet n salty cupcake and it was really good too. I really like how the store is taking Covid seriously. Only four customers at a time are allowed in the store. I really appreciate this since the store is so small. If you frequently go to the Cupcakery, make sure to get a punch card. After twelve punches on the punch card, you get a free cupcake.

First off, I want to thank Pamela once again for the AMAZING CAKE she made for my daughter's baby shower. I asked her to create a vintage Winnie the Pooh themed tiered cake. SHE DID THAT! Not only was the cake BEAUTIFUL it tasted FANTASTIC! Her lemon flavor is my favorite. She also hand-delivered the cake on the day of the baby shower. The Cupcakery was one of the only bakeries that would be willing to die the color of the bread for our gender reveal party. (Most places only wanted to die the color of the icing inside.) After describing how I wanted the cake, they executed it perfectly and even added edible glitter all over which made it shine beautifully when we were getting ready to cut the cake outside with our family! The staff was very friendly and let me bring in my own cake topper to make it go with our snowflake theme. They offered the option to make snowflakes out of fondant which would have been perfect, but we decided to stick with our own snowflake edible paper instead. Everyone who joined us at the party kept talking about the flavor and the look of cake after the event which made me feel even better about my decision to go with the Cupcakery. I don't often write reviews, but felt this was well deserved! I will definitely be coming back for future special occasions.

I only write reviews for 2 reasons: Absolutely amazing experience or absolutely horrible experience. This cake falls in the first category. I called Cupcakery Thursday night and requested a cake for Friday evening....that was the first wow factor because most businesses ask for at least 48 hours notice. They said it'd be a plain cake which was understandable with the short notice....second wow factor because this cake was beautiful (cake toppers were not included). The birthday girl said it was the best cake she ever tasted!!! The icing on top (no pun intended) was the phenomenal service! From ordering to delivery, the staff was professional and understanding. Thank you all so much for the amazing service. Will definitely send anyone in Vegas your way!

Best cupcakes ever. The woman who owns the shop is so so kind. I'm just praying they stick around. I've been coming here since 2010. There are no other cupcakes this good. My mother and aunt started coming here for about the same time as well. We can never leave with less than six lol today we got eight. There are literally no cupcakes this good..from California, to the east coast, I've never had cake so good.

My family stopped for a sweet treat after meeting up near by. The cupcakery is a nice little spot to go in and order/pick up cupcakes or cakes. The interior is really nice and has that fun atmosphere and although there is no seating inside, its definitely a great place to choose from a large variety of flavored and well decorated cupcakes for any occasion. The young lady at the counter was super sweet and gave us a complimentary cupcake for stopping in. I tried the lavender flavored cupcake and boy it did not disappoint. My daughter chose one that was topped with a fresh rose. She said it was light and fluffy on taste. This is definitely a good little place to pick up a nice treat for any occasion!

Where do I even begin ... I first had these cupcakes when they were sent to my office once upon a time when I lived in Vegas. I would frequent this location after that and still visit every time i'm in town. When I tell you these cupcakes are life changing, i'm not exaggerating. They can make the worst of days all better. For an added pick me up check groupon for discounts! I don't think I've ever had a flavor that was bad but my favorite is the one with cream cheese frosting and coconut :::drool::: the frosting on the lemon blueberry tastes just like blueberry hubba bubba gum from my childhood. The double chocolate with sprinkles is also a drool worthy mention. Ok, i'm sure you're hungry. Go get your cupcake on!

Needed some cupcakes for a deism's birthday and I'll admit this place wasn't my first choice because I'd gotten some at another place who wasn't taking online orders. I read the reviews and decided on half a dozen. Some birthday cupcakes mixes with other flavors. The price was right for me to order on DoorDash. The order came quickly and my friend loved them. She said the red velvet is the best one she ever had. I tried a bday one w chocolate and vanilla and the frosting reminded me of Duncan Hines. Price always wins for me so I'll be ordering from here the next time I come to Vegas.

Honestly could have made this myself...super unhappy how these came out especially for how much I paid. I live in San Diego and wanted to get some cute cupcakes delivered to a friend for his birthday, so I searched nearby bakery's close to his zip code. Looking at the reviews I decided to choose this place. I inquired on the website and the next day I received a text. The response was super quick, I got a phone call within the next hour to place the order and pay. The cupcakes were $45 and they added a $21 delivery fee... I thought for the price these have to be delicious. All the pictures on the website the cupcakes look so cute and very presentable... check out the picture my friend sent to me. I was almost embarrassed when he sent it. It just looks like a glob slapped on top. They were so basic I couldn't believe my eyes. He said they were good but I was expecting him to rave about it. Also not sure if he was just trying to be nice because of the effort of me having these delivered. Pretty disappointed. Won't be ordering any delivery's from here again

We have visited 3 Cupcake Wars Winners and 5 Contestants bakeries so Anyone leaving 5 stars needs to get out and see the country some more. These are from the start boring looking cupcakes and the custom refrigerator had some very hideous cake decorations that some people might be upset about upon pickup. seriously. PROS: It's Cake and Generously Frosted CONS: as soon as you receive the 4 pack the tops of tray are a bit smashed to the frosting. My review is for the two chocolate coconut (mounds candy bar flavor) I purchased. Just Ehhh it's whatever coconut overload I was spitting all the coconut pieces out like they were bullets on purpose because there was so much of it on that cupcake, maybe spend more time creating a sugar rush effect or complex taste that separates your cupcake from any other. The cake itself is something you could get anywhere so not sure why the 5 stars unless you live in the city of Henderson Nv and want to try to help keep it around.

Easily one of my favorite spots to grab something sweet! I've now been here twice in last couple weeks because I can't get enough. Last week, I visited to get a few dozen cupcakes for an event I was hosting. I decided to do the mini cupcakes. The girl that helped me was so sweet and attentive. She said she was just frosting them up and let me know it would be about 20 minutes before they were ready. I super appreciated that as I had some balloons in the car I needed to get home (one had already popped in the car and scared the crap out of me haha). I quickly ran the balloons home and then ran back to the store. By the time I got there, the cupcakes were ready to go! I had a red velvet one and honestly everyone at the event was raving about how incredible the flavors were of the mini cupcakes. They were definitely a hit! I came in yesterday since I had a couple of free cupcakes for grabbing so many mini ones last week. I decided on the ones that were decked out in Halloween. They looked like little jack-o-lanterns and were adorable! I have yet to eat them, but my husband and I plan on enjoying their deliciousness tonight. Definitely a cute little walk in and order spot to grab some yummy cupcakes that taste home made. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a unicorn cake at Cupcakery over the phone and it was so easy. I told them how many people, the colors I would like, I chose flavor and buttercream, and they took my cc info over phone. The cake was ready the date and time planned. It was so easy and the cake was beautiful and delicious!!!!! We literally had none leftover. The only thing that was difficult is that the cake had to be eaten right away or put in the fridge because it would melt. It is such a beautiful cake that you kinda want it on display. Other than that, it was perfect and I would order from Cupcakery again.
