I've always heard about the famous hot waffle custard sandwich from cuatard hut. What a let down. Two room temperature Aldi waffles with custard. I don't know why but I always assumed they would be fresh made waffles. At any rate, won't be back.

I recently visited Custard Hut and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff had a rude and condescending attitude, making the entire visit unpleasant. Instead of welcoming customers with a smile, they seemed annoyed by our presence and treated us as an inconvenience. When we asked simple questions about the menu, the employees responded with curt, dismissive answers, as if we were bothering them. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. It's a shame because the food might be decent, but the nasty attitudes of the staff completely ruin the experience. I would not recommend Custard Hut to anyone looking for a pleasant refreshment experience. Until they improve their customer service and treat patrons with basic courtesy and respect, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I have never in my life received such bad customer service from the owner of a place on my first visit, not a smile, not a recommendation, she didn’t want to make something all I asked was half vanilla and half peanut butter soft serve in a cup and she wouldn’t do it. so I walked out without anything. The Owner let me walk out without buying anything that’s crazy to me. I hope this opens your eyes and it improves your business because of changes you should make. I’ll change this to 5 stars I don’t want to hurt your business but have some customer service and treat your customers well.

All I can say is wow yummy! Amazing and delicious concept. Staff is friendly and patient even with large amounts of customers. I really recommend the hot waffle sandwich, it’s a 10/10, I mean 11/10, I mean BMS.

Sweet workers who are kind and resourceful when handling misunderstandings and heavy lines. The food's great too, I got the hot fudge brownie flurry and it was such a great surprise, both visually and taste-wise. I recommend!!

Ordered a couple blizzard quarts and a plain vegan vanilla quart from door dash because I have been sick and feeling sorry for myself. BEST VEGAN SOFT SERVE! Did not disappoint! I mixed the mint chip (tons of chocolate pieces) and fudge delight. So good! Soothed my sore throat. Once I’m well I’ll go in for the waffle sandwiches 😍

June 19th at around 7pm whoever was working at this time were extremely rude, the young girl and boy were extremely short and threw my change onto the counter when I make a POINT to be kind to people working in customer service so it was especially frustrating. They were upset before I even ordered.

Was looking forward to trying their strawberry crunch topping that is so popular right now. It was terrible. Tasted musty. Where is it stored overnight or when not in use? Old refrigerator or container that it got that awful musty taste? Took a couple bites then had to toss in trash. Waste of $5. Their flavored custards could use more flavoring. Very weak. Could barely taste the cheesecake flavor.
