The D Loft Mobile Cafe

This my 2nd visit to the D loft Cafe. The food is just as amazing as the 1st time I had it. I got the salmon w. Veggies and rice. The also brought the food directly to my car

No stars for this business as they come up to my job to serve. I asked verbatim, "is the shrimp hot?" To which the lady responded with a "yes." When I got upstairs and realized the shrimp was cold and the tacos were soggy. It was a terrible experience. I didn't even have time to come back to address her for blatantly lying to me because I was too busy. 0-10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! It looks like this place tries to get $1 at anyone's expense and that's sad.

We were at an event in which they were there, my friend ordered a taco plate which consisted of three tacos for $12, however there was less meat than a Taco Bell taco. No salsa was included as a condiment, there were a few onions, a dusting of cilantro, and no cheese. Do not recommend them for tacos.

Hired them as a food truck for an event. They did not complete cities paperwork as required and so were not able to use their truck. We agreed they would cater food instead. Our event was 11-1 They did not show up with food until 1 pm after event was over and delivered to the incorrect side of building where another event was going on and gave them the food. They never called me once arrived to tell me food was delivered. They ignored multiple calls of mine the day of the event and follow up emails afterward When I called for a refund they offered to deliver food for another event in the future (which I did not want since this went so terribly) When I called again to follow up regarding a refund they have not responded or returned my emails/calls for over a week. Avoid this company at all costs. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

Update: I spoke with Brandy and she is determined to make it right. My mom and Grandma said they are willing to see how that works out. I’ll keep you updated, I have faith Brandy has this covered. I am 45 minutes outside the city, and due to the pandemic. I couldn’t go to my Mom. I wanted to still give her and my grandmother a Happy Mother’s Day. I saw the news report on this Cafe a few months back and figured we could give it a try. I placed an order for Mothers Day. One Supper to Support that came with two entree’s and dessert, and Turkey Chops. The lamb chops were very small, dry, hard, and lacked flavor. I requested potatoes instead of rice and without notification I was sub the Mac and Cheese, this was not good it also lacked flavor. The roasted vegetables(broccoli) was very dark but not cooked it was still hard. The turkey chops had a good flavor but plenty of fat that could have been trimmed. The salmon was the only entree that come out good. The desserts were good as well. I am also a Chef so I have a good idea as to how to prepare all these things. I can’t recommend these entrees. This was my first time and definitely my last. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food I received. I expected to get your A game on Mother’s Day.

1st time trying this place. We ordered the salmon philly and the turkey burger! We were both pleased with our selection. I would order that again but excited to try something else here. I will be back. I ate my food so quick that I didn’t get a picture but it was delicious.

I had the Trio potato, the best I've ever had, it was very filling, quick and friendly service. However I ordered the wings and garlic fries today and was very disappointed, the fries were not done and if there was garlic it was missing and the wings were burned and not cooked at the same time...I know, how is that possible.??? I guess I'll just stick with the potato. Also throw the whole bread pudding in the trash!
