Pro: The best instructors here are Angelica, Kenedee, and Amber, and Emily because teach a smooth yet engaging work out, they enforce the foundations of Pilates, and good customer service overall. The aesthetics of the studio is really nice. Cons: The other instructors are pretty dry & sometimes mediocre workouts. The subscription plan is $300+ a mo for Unlimited classes, but theyre fees immediately per class missed ($35) and $15 for cancellations less than 16 hours on top of your monthly fee. 16 hours is a weird number to count the hours… The doors lock 5 mins after class start time. I understand someone else could’ve taken the class, but I feel there should be some waivers or reimbursement for monthly subscribers. There’s no perks for the subscription at all. For example, waived fees, discount on merch, a welcome tote, or anything that makes you feel apart of their “community.”

I had an amazing experience at here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. The instructor was knowledgeable, encouraging, and provided clear guidance throughout the class, ensuring everyone had proper form. The studio itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great energy. I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and completely refreshed. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in Pilates, I highly recommend giving this studio a try! I’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely loved it here! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is inviting, clean, and beautifully maintained, making every visit a pleasure. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they do. They take the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable and motivated, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. The classes/services are well-structured, engaging, and truly make a difference in both physical and mental well-being. I always leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and more energized. If you’re looking for a top-notch Pilate studio I highly recommend to come here!

Too strict late policy, especially considering Atlanta metro area traffic. Arrived 6 mins after class due to having to find parking in their garage and walk to the front door from the garage. (Policy says you can’t enter after 5 mins). There are other Pilates studios that don’t lack nuance when it comes to arrival times, and actually care about you getting a good work out. If a good workout, friendly customer service and the aesthetically pleasing studio is your vibe, I recommend the Studio Pilates in Midtown and Emory as opposed to the daily Pilates. solidcore is also a great alternative as well.

I’ve taken the hot mat classes with Angelica and Jefflyn and I can’t recommend them enough! Both instructors bring such incredible energy to each session. The classes are definitely challenging, but they provide clear guidance on form and always keep the vibe uplifting and positive.

I visited this fitness studio while in town and was incredibly impressed from start to finish. I had let them know I'd be about 5 minutes late, and they were so accommodating—quick to respond via email and even followed up with a helpful text that gave me all the info I needed to find my way once I arrived. That level of communication made a big difference, especially as an out-of-town guest. I took the Heated Sculpt class with Aly Cruz-Gil, and she was fantastic. The workout was challenging and effective—exactly what I look for when I book classes online—but Aly kept it fun and motivating throughout. Her energy made the class fly by, and I left feeling strong and recharged. The studio itself was such a vibe—clean, modern, and welcoming. A special shoutout for the cool towels at the end of class—such a small touch but one that makes a big impact. My only minor critique is that there was just one bathroom, so I couldn’t shower after class, but it honestly wasn’t a dealbreaker. Whether you're local or just visiting Atlanta, I’d highly recommend the Buckhead location. The team is kind, responsive, and they deliver a killer workout. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I absolutely LOVE Aly’s hot mat classes. They’re literally so addicting I feel refreshed after every class. Aly is awesome. I’m sure they other instructors are nice but I refuse to take anyone else’s class but hers! I specifically only book on her days!

First of all the studio itself is very well designed and Instagram worthy, BUT, be careful whose class you choose. You might end up not using your eye for a few hours. The class I went to on 4/7/25 with Riley was mediocre. Her instruction style was kinda like a drill sergeant. You have to do exactly as she says. It’s not my cup of tea but i do understand each instructor has their own style. What made me post here is Riley spraying the cleaning chemical in my eye and what happened after. Towards the end of the class, the instructor will usually hand out a sprayed cloth to wipe down the equipment. I don’t know what happened but this instructor SPRAYED INTO MY EYE and face on the right side instead of the cloth. Accident aside, what really irked me was the interaction after I went to wash my eye. She apologized and checked in, which was nice but after hearing me telling her my eye was burning, her response was “oh the cleaner shouldn’t be irritative. It’s non-toxic.” Ma’am, even if the cleaning chemical is non toxic, it’s still cleaning chemical and foreign liquid in my eye. Saying it shouldn’t be irritative after I just told you my eye was burning was EXTREMELY RUDE and INVALIDATING. It’s just plain inconsiderate. Feels like she’s trying to make excuses for what she did carelessly, spraying her client in the eye when she should aim for the cleaning cloth. I 110% do not recommend her class!

Yelp
I purchased the introductory package for while I was in town to stay on top of my workouts. I had done a reformer Pilates package at a different studio a few years ago and wasn't impressed by the lack of challenge, but I was willing to give reformer Pilates another shot and try Daily Pilates. The studio is pretty easy to find and they validate parking which is a huge plus. The doors unlock 5-10min before the class starts which is annoying to have to wait outside but I understand it's for safety issues. They do lock the doors 5 min after class starts which I have read a lot of complaints. I would just only book with this studio if you have ample time to arrive. The studio is gorgeous and provides a very calming atmosphere with warm lighting and Bala weights. The studio is clean and pretty spacious. I enjoyed the classes and each class was challenging and felt like a great workout. There's music playing but it's soft. There definitely won't be any issues hearing the instructor. The instructor's don't yell out instructions or yell to push through difficult moves (yelling has never bothered me but I know some people don't care for it). I took the most classes with Kennede. I informed her about my injury and she made sure to check in with me which I greatly appreciated. I enjoyed my experience with The Daily Pilates. It was a great low impact challenging class and the interior decor makes it a cut above the rest. I'll definitely be returning when I'm back in town.

Yelp
I went here for a friends birthday and I had so much fun. The instructor was so nice and was very informed on pilates and was always willing to help. The music they played was like today's hip hop / r&b. I took the beginners first time class and wow it was worth the money because I sure did feel the burn a few days after! Definitely recommend.

Yelp
My trainer planned an activity for her clients to do outside of our normal gym routine. We chose a Pilates class. This was my first time ever coming to a Pilates session. I got here very easily since the session was at 8am so there was no traffic on the road . There is a parking garage right next door that I parked in. They do validate at the front desk so the parking was free which is always a plus for me! Emily was our instructor. She was amazing! Very nice and full of energy. She explained what we were to do in great detail. It was a great beginner class and a nice introduction into Pilates. I can't wait to do it again.

Yelp
The studio is is very cute aesthetically and clean which sets the tone for a great workout. I was really hopeful and wanted to love the studio. I thought the instructor was new because she seemed like she was just sticking to basic reformer 1 exercises that felt more like gentle stretches. It was not much of a workout at all- it was TOO easy. I wasn't challenged at all and thought she was joking as she was transitioning us from 1 easy exercise to another with zero modifications to make anything more challenging. It was a total waste of time and money. The instructor did not ask about injuries or make any attempt to offer modifications. What a total let down.

Yelp
There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful TDP is! Ive been a consistent member since June 2023. Everyone on their staff is welcoming and kind. The workouts will change your body. This isn't the place to come drop pounds but a place that will tone and lengthen you. The hours are great whether you get up earlier or like later evenings. The workout is worth the price of admission.

Yelp
I've been coming here for a while and really enjoy my workout. The instructors are super nice and will assist you when needed. They do have a 5 minute late policy so make sure you're on time!! Parking in buckhead village garage. They do validate parking.

Yelp
It's a super aesthetic and clean Pilates studio. However I got the monthly subscription and if you are late for more than 5 minutes (exactly), they charge you a fee of $35. I've been 6 minutes late multiple times due to my current transportation situation and I would say it's not worth it if you have transportation issues. Other than that, I love the instructors and the studio.

Yelp
I took the 6am class here 8/24/23 and was pretty disappointed in this studio and workout. When I entered, the girl at the front desk checked me in and had me sign their waiver. She told me I could go to the room and pick any machine. I assumed she only worked the front desk because she didn't introduce herself to me, or give any indication she was the instructor. I couldn't tell when I went in which side was the front and which was the back. I didn't love the spot I picked. There are not mirrors all the way around the room, so you only get a view of yourself sometimes depending on where you are and what move you're doing. As you probably guessed, the same girl from the front desk came in the room and said it was time to start (according to ClassPass her name is Sara, but I don't know for sure because she didn't introduce herself). She didn't ask anyone if they had any injuries. She didn't ask anyone their pilates experience. Had this been anyone's first class, they would have been 100% confused the whole time. The instructor demo'd about half of the moves throughout the class. She seemed like she was just going through the motions of instructing.. somewhat uninterested in the class. Additionally, the workout was incredibly easy -- TOO easy. I don't remember being challenged more than 5-10 minutes of the 50 minute class. I recommend in the future verbally giving spring options for each move for those who want to make it more challenging, and perhaps designing the class to be more challenging overall. The only parking is a paid garage next door. They DO validate! So take your ticket inside with you. I only know this because I heard someone else ask the instructor as we were leaving. The instructor did not offer this information to anyone, so I would have otherwise paid for parking when I didn't have to. -_- The machines and other equipment are sleek, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. I unfortunately need more than this to get a good workout and keep coming back. I will likely try them again, but the first impression was not the best.

Yelp
I went to this place for the first time. The class had a time frame to get there no later than 5 mins after class has started. However when uncertain situations happen they are totally non accommodating. I went to the 6:50pm class at the Buckhead location with the instructor Tamar Waxman. I was driving to the location and right before I got a chance to pull to park there was an emergency for a fire truck to the block the street. The police had the road block for several minutes so I was unable to make it right at 6:50. I arrived at the door by 6:55pm. I waved to Tamar the instructor to gain her attention, she looked directly at me outside the door and rudely ignores me. I continue waiting outside the door and she looks at me again points her finger at me the points to her hand like she had a watch on and very rudely ignores me a second time! I still wait outside the door patiently seeing if would come to the door so I explain the late arrival was from uncertain circumstances. Minutes later, she finally comes to the door doesn't even say hello rudely points to the sign on the door that says the door automatically locks after 5 minutes of each class. I tried to explain to her what happens she cuts me off in the middle of my speech keep saying I'm sorry I can't help you, I try to finish and she tells me I'm sorry I have to Goni have a class to teach and closes the door in my face. Before she closed the door I asked if could receive a refund she told me she couldn't help with that. Plus a I still had to pay for parking when leaving! The Daily Pilates place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was my first time visit and it but a very bad taste in my mouth! If you like bad customer service, rude instructors, no compassion towards their clients this the place to be. It a 0 out of 10 on my scale. DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR GAS.
