This place makes everything from scratch. And damn it’s good!!! Definitely stop here if you’re looking for a bite to eat in Overton. The Dairy has delicious food. The day we stopped in they had chicken fried steak and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The green beans were great and the mashed potatoes were awesome. Keep crushing it The Dairy!

I stumbled upon this charming restaurant while passing through the Moapa Valley and I’m so glad I did! The homemade salad and soup were absolutely delicious, bursting with fresh flavors that warmed my soul. And don’t even get me started on the ice cream - it was unbelievably creamy and indulgent, a true treat for the taste buds. What really stood out to me was the wide selection of fun soda drinks they offered - it added a unique twist to the dining experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Not only was the food and atmosphere fantastic, but the prices were also quite reasonable, making it even more appealing. I will definitely be returning to this hidden gem of a restaurant whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

More restaurants should operate as a “ scratch” kitchen . The chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes & green beans restored my faith in humanity. Absolutely delicious! I felt like I had a loving mother cook me dinner . Thank you !

The banana cream cookie is amazing! It’s the place for cookies for sure! Loved their friendly service too! Nice owners. I would love to see them be successful in this small town as business owners. You need your phone number on your website for phone in order!

We had a delicious soup, salad and sandwich for dinner. Everything was perfect. The owners are very nice. They are in a cool historical dairy building that has been totally remodeled. Plan on coming back regularly.

This is a must visit detour if you are in the Lake Mead / Fire Valley area and have a family with children or a sweet tooth like me! I had the MOAB soda and the strawberry cheesecake cookie and they were amazing! There's not much in the way of food in Overton so I was really happy to find something that could really compete with the best sweets anywhere.

The dairy owners are trying to bring more upscale food to Overton which the mopa Valley very much needs. They offer one menu selection per day of the week which changes each day, but is the same on that day of the week. The two times I have eaten there I got the feeling that the dairy is underfunded and struggling. A clarification about the dairy in Overton. The dairy is the name of the building and the eatery was the Kitchen. I say was because as stated above they were underfunded, struggling, and now out of business.

Looks like right now they are in a soft opening. It appears that they currently have a limited rotating menu however it was excellent.
