Where do I even begin?! Filthy, disgusting, and there are rats running around the place. BIG ONES!!!! I screamed so hard during the tour, I almost fell back on the rickety wooden steps. There were a few businesses in here trying to improve the place but eventually left because the landlord and owner of this business are SLUMLORDS. They just collect money and don't want to improve the place at all. Not to mention the creepy "cleaner" they have at night that talks your ear off and smokes 2 packs a night. This building needs to be demolished and built from scratch. If there's a fire, everyone upstairs is dead.
