This is a decent hotel, with a few remarks.
The reception staff were friendly, and the location is excellent.
We stayed in a Premium Double Room which was quite spacious and had good storage. There were a few minor issues, nothing major, but things you wouldn’t really expect at a 4-star hotel. The room also faced the street, so it could be noisy in the evenings and early mornings.
The hotel feels a bit worn, with some stained cushions and broken signs, even though it was probably renovated not too long ago. It seems like they focused more on cool design and atmosphere than on lasting quality.
The elevator was often busy, so we usually took the stairs even though we were on the fourth floor — and many other guests did the same.
Breakfast offered a good variety, but the food was placed in three different rooms, so you had to walk around to get everything. The breakfast staff seemed a bit short-handed, and some could have used a bit more training in basic service.
But overall we enjoyed our stay here. Our expectations were just a bit higher, considering the price, the 4 stars and all the great reviews.
