My stay in Nice was truly unforgettable, and the hotel played a major role in making my vacation so enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and genuinely peaceful. The reception team was extremely friendly and helpful, both during the day and at night. I would especially like to thank Liya, Salova, and Yann. From recommending places to visit in the city to providing guidance on transportation and patiently answering all of my questions, they supported me in every way. They were always smiling and made me feel truly valued. The breakfast was delicious; I would also like to thank the kitchen team. The hotel’s location is excellent as well. Old Town is just a 10–15 minute walk away, and there are many lovely restaurants on the nearby streets. The hotel’s own restaurant offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, making you feel right at home. You can enjoy spending time both inside and in the garden. Thank you again for everything. If I return to Nice, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Absolutely fantastic hotel.. the location, the staff and the service. Eleanora was especially helpful giving us advice on restaurants and places to see and things to do. She also arranged late checkout as our flight back was in the evening. Breakfast was good and substantial. We had access to coffee and tea in the reception and in the room. The location of this hotel is perfect. In the centre, approximately 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants within a 2 min walk.. 1 min walk from promenade d’Anglais.. ||I will definitely be returning to Nice for a holiday and will most definitely stay at The Deck.

The hotel is in the perfect location, the room was small and charming, renovated but already with some mold spots, but still, well-maintained. Every single person in the hotel is helpful and polite, breakfast was more than ok/not really 4-star hotel options, but tasty/. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The first thought, when you book a hotel, is to have a good place to sleep, and that’s not what we got there. The bed mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, asked the next morning for the mattress topper, got an extra one/ the second one/ on the last night of stay, and they also offered us to change the room, but it was pointless to change the room on the last night of stay. I truly hope that the owner and the hotel manager will stay for the night in room 216 and enjoy the comfort they offer!

We were very lucky to find this Hotel - the location is fantastic and the Staff are all friendly and willing to help if needed. The room was clean and good water pressure in the shower - nice hot water. The breakfast buffet had soooo many choices and I liked that we had 24 hr access to coffee, tea and a place to chill in the breakfast room. Thank you for a wonderful 3 nights visit.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Deck Hotel in Nice. The location is perfect close to sea and very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The staff really stands out: kind, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a decent hotel, with a few remarks. The reception staff were friendly, and the location is excellent. We stayed in a Premium Double Room which was quite spacious and had good storage. There were a few minor issues, nothing major, but things you wouldn’t really expect at a 4-star hotel. The room also faced the street, so it could be noisy in the evenings and early mornings. The hotel feels a bit worn, with some stained cushions and broken signs, even though it was probably renovated not too long ago. It seems like they focused more on cool design and atmosphere than on lasting quality. The elevator was often busy, so we usually took the stairs even though we were on the fourth floor — and many other guests did the same. Breakfast offered a good variety, but the food was placed in three different rooms, so you had to walk around to get everything. The breakfast staff seemed a bit short-handed, and some could have used a bit more training in basic service. But overall we enjoyed our stay here. Our expectations were just a bit higher, considering the price, the 4 stars and all the great reviews.

Great hotel in an excellent location! Situated right in the center of Nice, yet very close to the Promenade des Anglais, which is a huge advantage for both sightseeing and relaxing walks. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly — they had no problem offering late check-out and secure luggage storage, which made our last day much more convenient. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the entire stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Nice!
