Great hotel in the very center with an excellent location. Everything is close by: shops, cafés, public transport, and direct access to the English Promenade. The hotel is cozy and charming, offering great value for the price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

This is a decent hotel, with a few remarks. The reception staff were friendly, and the location is excellent. We stayed in a Premium Double Room which was quite spacious and had good storage. There were a few minor issues, nothing major, but things you wouldn’t really expect at a 4-star hotel. The room also faced the street, so it could be noisy in the evenings and early mornings. The hotel feels a bit worn, with some stained cushions and broken signs, even though it was probably renovated not too long ago. It seems like they focused more on cool design and atmosphere than on lasting quality. The elevator was often busy, so we usually took the stairs even though we were on the fourth floor — and many other guests did the same. Breakfast offered a good variety, but the food was placed in three different rooms, so you had to walk around to get everything. The breakfast staff seemed a bit short-handed, and some could have used a bit more training in basic service. But overall we enjoyed our stay here. Our expectations were just a bit higher, considering the price, the 4 stars and all the great reviews.

Great hotel in an excellent location! Situated right in the center of Nice, yet very close to the Promenade des Anglais, which is a huge advantage for both sightseeing and relaxing walks. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly — they had no problem offering late check-out and secure luggage storage, which made our last day much more convenient. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the entire stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Nice!

I give the best rating to this hotel. Why ? Because rooms are simple but very comfortable (amenities,coffee are provided),people are very welcoming and keep smiling,and the breakfast is so planturous ! I have never eaten such good scrambled eggs😍 (bravo à la cuisinière!!!). I do not forget the cheese,fresh fruirs and the fresh bread ball ! For such a low price,you will also be at less than 10 min from the Promenade des Anglais and the Place Masséna ! Right in the city center ! Book now 👍🏻

To my great surprise the hotel had a fantastic characteristic feeling that captures the Mediterranean feeling! It’s suited in a very convenient spot whereby all the interesting parts of Nice are at a couple of steps away! My stay was pronounced further and was encourages to extend my stay twice in the same hotel thanks to the great welcoming and courteous spirit of Salwa and the support and care of Collins (I hope I got your name correct). Would love to stay again there!

We enjoyed our stay at The Deck hotel. It was in a prime location - just a 4 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the train station. Many restaurants and shopping near by too. The service staff were all excellent, especially Arthur, who made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. He gave us great tips for sites and restaurants. The staff also welcomed us with a lovely bottle of champagne. Thank you! The hotel provided a bountiful breakfast for a good price. They also provided beach items like pool noodles, umbrellas and clean beach towels. Very appreciative for these given the high prices of beach club chairs. Our only complaint would be the cleaning. The showers are worn despite being new due to lime scale covered shower heads and mould in the shower. Also during our 1 week stay, the bathroom was never freshened up or the floors in the suite vacuumed despite the cleaning staff coming through the room to make the bed and change towels. This area could be improved to elevate the experience.

His professionalism and friendliness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The location could not be better—right in the heart of Nice, with everything just a short walk away. Between the impeccable cleanliness, the high-quality staff, the beautiful interior, and the perfect location, The Deck Hotel made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be returning!

I was a solo female traveler and am always careful about where I stay. This hotel was an excellent choice! The staff were lovely, always eager to help. Arthur was wonderful-professional and kind. He looked for restaurants for me and provided great advice! Oh, and the breakfast was excellent. A plus is the access to water and coffee all day!
