The Delorean

This is straight up and 80's bar and fantastic! Some go into this place thinking they're going to get a craft cocktail but you have to remember, in the '80s there weren't these fabulous craft cocktails like how it is nowadays. There are tons of fun '80s memorabilia all over the place as well as here a couple of games from that era. I ordered the Pretty in Pink and it was a fantastic drink. The bubble on the top was the icing on the cake. Definitely a place to stop by at least once just to check out.

Not sure if it was an off night, but the service was disconnected, the food took 45 minutes to be served, and when there is only a 90 minute window, that's concerning. We had to repeat our requests for drink orders several times. Also, it's called the DeLorean, but there was very little relation to it. It was more pac-man centered. There were very little in the way of nostalgia. It was a theme, but not a genre or focus. Felt too much like a pop up.

Love this 80s themed bar! It has a really fun vibe with the decor and the 80s music videos. Everyone in our party loved it! And the drinks were fun, too! I loved getting a cocktail served in a Millennium Falcon tiki bowl!

Jumped into this time capsule on their grand opening weekend. All in all a lot of fun. They're still working out a few kinks, but the service was great the atmosphere was fun and the food was meh, but really wasn't there for the food we got the cheese curds because we felt like we had to pad our stomachs with something to get through the drinks haha. Great music, fun video games and pinball machines. A perfect place if you're looking for some '80s nostalgia.

I was SO excited to visit this place, which is just up the street from a kickass 80s vintage toy shop. Unfortunately The DeLorean fails at its main task: drinks. For $15+ per cocktail (before tax and tip) it shouldn't be so watered down. The $5 drinks are even more so. I was hoping for beer but the only option was Bud Light, there are no taps. I dig some of the decor though, and the carpet is great. Staff were amazing and I'm grateful for that. Very happy the arcade games are still 25 cents, make sure you bring quarters. But as far as a being a bar...nah.

Friendly staff, free concert tickets, delicious espresso martini, the TV dinners were yummy - tried the cheese curds and pizza bites- and loved the 80s decor and videos. Check out the portal to the eighties there on the ceiling. So much fun! You really can go back in time.

Such a great bar to stop by if you are in the area! It is an 80s fanatics dream (like me lol)! It features tons of cool memorabilia from the decade as well as beautiful curated spaces to hang with funky chairs and arcade games. All I wish to change is that they expand their menu to offer more than just appetizers. I would definitely be coming a lot more if they offered more food choices. A must try in Denver!

I'll admit, even though I was super excited to visit The Delorean as a product of the 80s, I went with low expectations. I'd been to some things that seemed similar, so I fully expected watered down and super sugary drinks, kitchy atmosphere, and yet another mark missed. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement...I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE! Molly our server was super friendly, helpful with suggestions for my gluten free buddy, and knew their drinks inside and out for epic suggestions. The cocktails are excellent!!! Not sickenly sweet, definitely alcohol forward and exceptionally balanced. The attention to detail on the website and the "gated entry" so you are guided into the Delorean adds so much. Having been in 80s bars back in the day, this is damn close to what it was like! Just the right amount of neon, music videos, and various pop culture things so you're immersed, but not overwhelmed. Sit with friends, sit at the bar, but go!!! GO NOW!! Totally looking forward to catching a movie night which will be so rad, dude! We'll be forcing all of our friends to meet us here and experience time travel for real in The Delorean!! Totally!
