"Retro mid-century charm was the main attraction at Depot American Diner, which embraced nostalgia with blue-plate specials, egg creams, phosphates, and fresh pies for dessert. Depot earned a nod from Flavortown mayor Guy Fieri and was featured in a 2009 episode of Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives." - Naomi Waxman, Ashok Selvam
The Depot is a hole in the wall place with great food. Family owned and operated, which is both good and bad. Friendly people and service, but they keep messing up the toast. They load up the butter so we order it with out, maybe that's why. :o) My husband and I always order breakfast and I am a huge fan of the veggie omelet. Last few times we have been there it has been too crowded to find a seat, even at the bar counter.
