I love this place. Friendly people and good food at a reasonable price. I live in San Diego but every time I come back to visit my mother I always come here

Updated 4/2023 Sill awesome 👌 We really enjoyed this small town diner. The burgers and steak were cooked to perfection! They have a lot of carryout orders so allow a little extra time for your food order.

Best stop I had in Kansas. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and fun. Food was fantastic. Thanks for a great lunch.

Very friendly people and the food is very good. With your dinner you get free dessert free of charge. We got a piece of chocolate cake. That is so nice. Don't forget to go on Main street to see the old gas pumps and the brick showroom with all the neat older cars in it.

Every time I eat here, it don't matter what I order, it's fantastic! Hamburger? Great, pancakes? Great, fried chicken? Great, and I'm not a big chicken fan, fries? Great, desserts? Great. Service? You guessed it, great! They keep up on how you're doing (without being annoying, as some other places do get to that point), they get your food out to you relatively quickly, definitely quicker than most places, and everybody is also friendly to talk to, every time I go to Wetmore with my dad, as long as they're open we eat here, although we typically only make it that way when we're hunting, it's definitely worth taking a break from the freezing cold to get a nice breakfast or lunch, this is honestly one of my favorite places to eat.

Friendly staff and great food!

It's pretty much the quintessential small-town diner ... friendly staff, large portions, great food. Choices for vegetarians are limited, but meat eaters can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Their daily specials are a good deal and come with a full meal of sides and desserts.

We went on a Sunday for their famous fried chicken and it was amazing! The whole family loved it! Service was great as well! Very kind! Thank you! It was well worth the drive!
