Overall a good experience, I was more impressed with the drinks than the food. Don’t take me wrong, burgers were good, but not sure I would consider it the best in HK. Definitely fresh, definitely well cooked - but really the best? The quality of the meat was prime, but perhaps nothing special? Drinks however were classic but yet with a twist. Atmosphere was interesting, ideal if you want a buzzing place, not so good if you want a chill evening. Definitely to go back for an easy snack with friends that want to taste buzzing HK vibe.

Another of my favorite cocktail bars in Central Hong Kong. Front bar is open for all and has only a few tables and a small bar. The secret back room is for members and their guests. One of the best Irish Coffees I’ve had. They also serve some great casual bar food like chicken nuggets and a great burger.

Came for the burger cos it’s been highly rated by many. Woweeeee it did not disappoint. Definitely pricy & somewhat small for the price but it was top quality & cooked perfectly. Melted in my mouth. Loved the minor details of separating the tomato & gherkin from the burger. Amazing service too!!!

One of the best places in central for drinks and food. The Cubano sandwich was amazing and comes paired with their crisps made in-house. In fact, even their ketchup is made in-house. Highly recommend. Service by Cyrus was also very good. All these praises are actually quite rare to find/say in HK.

Very nice place, good service and ambience. The food was good especially the mac and cheese and spinach au gratin. Loved the cocktails.

Best burger in Hong Kong, hands down. The fried chicken burger was equally as good. Truffle Mac n cheese was top notch. Can’t fault the service, atmosphere at all. The food is what you want to come for!

Stopped by Diplomat for a quick drink while waiting for a friend. The place was already buzzing at 7 PM on a Wednesday, but somehow, the front-of-house team found me a spot. I sat there, watching the bar move in its beautiful chaos, feeling like I was in the middle of a scene. Despite the rush, the staff stayed warm and attentive, and Clinton even took a moment to check on me. Small gestures like that make a place feel special. 🤗

Their Irish Coffee is the signature drink. On weekdays in the evening, the bar can get quite crowded, making it a bit cramped. The noise level can be high, which might make conversation difficult unless you’re in a VIP room. The decor is quite elegant, and the other cocktails are generally very good as well, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere!
