Just left and Excellent service. We just got in town and the taxi guy took us to in his words the best place but i had done a little research before we got here and his place was way way off. I went to The Dispensary right after and they had the deals and i loaded up. They had everything they advertised online and super friendly dude helped me out. In and out pretty fast.

Went to this store today on foot. Get inside and I pull my plastic, clear water bottle out to get a drink. Next thing I know there's a security guard in my face telling me I can't have water back there. It's Vegas in the middle of summer in the afternoon and 110 degrees out. I walked to your store to make a purchase, and you're gonna tell me I can't have water? Who made this genius policy?

You can’t see the flower you’re getting until you buy it. Besides that, I placed an order for pickup at 4pm, it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 10:30-10:45pm, my order wasn’t ready until almost midnight. What’s the point in offering specific pickup times if it’s going to be off by over an hour? The weed itself it very good though. Just never order pickup for a specific time if you’re in a rush because even if you order it 6 hours in advance, it still will be extremely late. Also, I downloaded their app for $5 off like they advertise and didn’t get $5 off or any rewards points so don’t waste your time with the app either.

This is probably the worst dispensary you want to go to in Vegas due to management and security guards they have on duty. The reason is because the management on board especially Alii is rude and unprofessional and lacks a concern for customers coming as well shows no interest in helping anyone unless it benefits himself and the security guards entitled and incompetent with their jobs and shows favoritism towards people they know so if you get cut in the line don’t say anything or the security will try to kick you out. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any dispensary in Vegas. And don’t be fooled by the discount price because the weed is dry and other products are out dated.

First time at the Dispensary and it was a seamless experience. There were great daily sales and the bud tenders were very helpful. Nicole helped us and she was so patient and explained everything to us clearly. Would definitely recommend and come back when I’m in town.

What a bunch of absolutely wonder people working at the Decatur store today! :) I had a return, & they treated me with the best customer service I think I’ve ever had! I wish I had gotten everyone’s name but mainly it was 3 people I want to thank, a beautiful girl with long dark hair working a middle register, she was sweet & gracious, a tall thin gentleman who also helped me immensely, & also there was a very cool gentleman with large gauges in. He did my actual return. He was super informative & generous bc they did not have the item I was exchanging. My apologies for not getting all your names! I just want to say thank you for making my experience memorable, you all were so helpful & knowledgeable as well! I do Love The Dispensary! :)

With so many strains out there, I never know what to get for friends visiting. Luckily I had another friend recommend this place and went with me to go pick up some goods since it was nearby her place. Ended up ordering a few pre-rolls and some stiizy pods for friends visiting for the weekend. The person who came out was really friendly! My friends wanted something that gave them the munchies cause they wanted to eat at the buffets and Christina, the lady who came out to talk to us, gave them some really good stuff. Told her to just pick some pre-rolls in that category. Ended up going to bacchanal at Caesar's and they could not stop eating! If you're ever checking out this place, ask for Christina at curbside! She knows her stuff! She'll definitely give you the best recommendations when you pull up!

I received an item i didn't order, and my 2- items were left off! The delivery guy was great!! I am not happy!! They have no way of getting hold to anyone, of course! I NEED MY 2 items you guys left off?m! If you don't have people filling orders correctly, you gonna have a problem! Please contact me. Please do better, PLEASE!!

I recently placed a small order for curbside pickup... I was overcharged a little more than $10 and when I brought it to the attention of the worker he couldn't explain it and didn't give me my $ back. Please help!

This place is just greedy they don't have on website that discounts don't add up like thrive it says in it and I was regular customer spending 150 every 2 week I know there won't be deference to ur company but we customer's together too and not get f by ur company with these prices and making people fool by false advertisement u play with us to come till there and u trick with ur fake discount option discount my " u guys disgust me being greedy go thrive everyone this place is stealing and keep getting worse and worse we customers we customers some of us will take businesses somewhere else

I'd heard good things from friends and decided to stop by while on vacation. Once inside you get your id checked at the front desk before entering the actual "green room". There were so many options! Their staff was able to help me find some tasty gummies from a reputable brand and I also tried a sativa pre-roll. Their team is very knowledgeable and can help you find a good option for your needs in addition to trying something new. The store was clean and everyone wore gloves when touching any product. The best thing was their daily deals. The gummies I bought were on sale and you also get a free pre-roll on your birthday. I only spent about 10 minutes there from start to finish, it was a really smoot

I've shopped at the Dispensary for years. I love the Decatur location. The door people are almost always miserable and unfriendly but the curbside is SUPER FAST! Great deals all the time. Budtenders are friendly and helpful. Regarding the Eastern location - been there 3-4 times. the door person is whatever (no communication), the curbside took SO LONG that I eventually had to go in, and the budtenders are miserable -- EVEN WHEN U TIP! WELL! They dont even say "thank you". Like wow, ok, guess u didn't want that? I'll be sure to stiff up next time. So sorry to inconvenience u with my business. What a negative experience.

I went in last week looking for CBD for my dogs. Amanda greeted me and once I told her what I was looking for she highly recommended Canna Hemp. Since I've been giving them drops with their food, I've noticed a significant difference in their movement. The price was also just as great as product. I will absolutely be back. My dogs give Amanda two paws up!

Used to be one of the better dispensaries in the city. Need to do a better job of labeling products that can only be used with certain devices. Bought a product that was labeled a cart turned out to be a pod when I try to return the item was told no and then upsold the battery on top of it. The manager was nice about it so customer service it's fine. Are there dispensaries around town do a better job I'm pointing out on the website that's certain things when we go in certain items I will be shopping there from now on

Great selection with amazing pricing, the staff is very kind and as fast as humanly possible. The budtenders are always trying to save you money as well too. The person I had was awesome I said I have $22 dollars to spend on a preroll, he said sweet do you have a preference in strain and I said no. He was able to get me not ONE but TWO pre-rolls for like 14 dollars and some change. I would say that's a steal.

What a great experience! It was our first time and we were super happy! I mean who isn't after leaving a dispensary! But Brian was awesome and answered all of our questions plus provided a variety of options!! We highly recommend and we will be back when we visit Vegas. They were also running a lot of specials for March Madness plus if it is your first visit then you get 30% off!! Get over there! You will not be disappointed.

I'm disappointed I drove all the way down here, & my budtender wasn't cool at all, & then insisted my free preroll could only be chosen from 7 different prerolls of their house brand, the cheapest prerolls on sale! Just saying, I've gotten a free preroll before, & that wasn't the case, but he insisted that's the rules. He acted like I was looking for something free, & not even sir! I earned the preroll from spending enough money there. So think about it before you make a trip here if petty stuff like that turns you off!

4. stars: Based on a coworker's recommendation decided to try this place. What I enjoy is that they have some pretty good sales. They carry a nice selection of gummies, which is my go to. The bud tenders are always personable. The meh parts of this place, parking. Unless by some miracle the parking gods smile down on you you'll have to park in BFE. I'm ok with that , a few extra steps isn't gonna keep me from going to Happytown. What rubbed me the wrong way was just a single individual. The short security dude, the big guy is cool, and has always been nice. I just came from Work and forgot that I had my box cutter (warehouse) still on me. instead of being pulled to the side quietly, and being told to put it back to my car. Security says loudly,"sir you cannot bring a weapon in here". In today's world, you cannot really blurt that out loud and expect people not to get jumpy. I thought that wasn't very professional or smart. People go there to relax, especially if they have the medical card which means they're already not having a great time psychologically. That little Woopsie aside I still like going to the spot when I'm in need of some relax assistance.

Placed a curbside order here, and was double-checking my order total when I noticed a $5 discrepancy. The sub-total on the order page reflected one amount and the sub-total on the email receipt reflected another. Going off of the order total presented on the dispensary's own page, it looked like my order should have been $5 less, so I brought this up with the manager when I arrived to pick up. The manager was cordial to begin with, but kept implying that I couldn't do basic addition and subtraction and was making up the screenshot evidence. I showed him how if you go based off the totals listed out on the order page, the order total should be lower by $5. And he showed me how if you added up the discounts, the order total would be correct. I might've been right, I might've been wrong. But my main issue here today was that the manager was pretty unfriendly, not customer-service oriented and only offered the $5 off because they couldn't verify where the $5 actually went. To everyone looking to place curbside/delivery orders here, MAKE SURE your order totals match up and if they don't, no need to complain because they won't give a fuck! Here, look at the attached receipts, use order of operations from math, and YOU tell me what my order total should be. I might continue to give them business just because they are the cheapest around for certain items, but I will definitely always be on the lookout for any more price "discrepancies".

This is definitely my favorite dispensary chain in town. They have the best daily deals & great flower at great prices. I love the kynd brand. With amazing flavors like first class funk or Mr. Nasty. The infused prerolls for $10 are also a steal. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Always get warm greetings and smiles when I come in. Special shout out to Sabrina! One of the best bud tenders ever!!! Always has good conversation & let's me know what's good. Stay off the strip & come shop here.

This location is far from my house but today they had the best selection of "lower priced tree" so I placed a curbside order. Used to like coming to this location as they were usually helpful and nice. It seems as if that's changed along with other things such as the big increase in prices. Back to my curbside order. Being busy today and way over in Seven Hills, I wasn't sure what time I'd be able to pick up my order so I chose a time in the early afternoon. According to their website, if you don't pick up your order by 10:00 pm, It gets canceled and put back. No problem, I'll be there before 10:00 pm to get it. Remember it says 10:00 pm or they cancel it. I get a text this evening before 7:00 pm saying they canceled my order because I didn't come pick it up. The text says to call if you think it's a mistake etc. So yeah. It was a mistake. It was no where near 10:00 pm. The girl that answered said that they were short staffed so they canceled my order. Because I didn't pick it up in that little window of time I chose. She was arrogant and snotty. I've never encountered that type of behavior at this location or any of the other 2 locations in town. So I guess now days, "short staffed" means you do whatever you want not what policy states? "Short staffed" translates to I can be arrogant because I want to? Ok. Got it. Do yourself a a big favor and visit another establishment for your cannabis needs. Go where your patronage is appreciated. Smh. I'll stick to the Express location or Hendo.

I go to the dispensary often since I live in the neighborhood! All the employees are super chill and nice! They always make your visit pleasant. My favorite is STEVE! He's always so friendly and happy! Today I left my debit card, (chatting it up too much with Steve) and the front desk quickly called me within minutes to let me know I had left it! I appreciate the urgency! They have a lot of options and deals. I seriously love everyone here and the whole store is always a vibe! Thanks y'all :)

I had been going The Dispensary for years and for a long time it was a great place to go. But over the last year or so things have gotten progressively worse and are now to the point where I feel the need to write this... Last week I questioned a policy and the general manager first tried to lie to me get me to go away quietly, then was condensing to me saying I should be grateful since they had just change the policy to make it more customer friendly. After I got upset with this treatment, I was then treated like I was a Karen. After this incident I complained and have not received a response after a weeks time, so here I am.... I submitted my complaint through The Dispensary's website, as well as the email given to me by the general manager last week and not response. I have included the email below so everyone can see what I wrote and what exactly took place. On top of being treated rudely by the GM, the website never works right and trying to find out what your total is if you bought any of the specials is a nightmare. This is not acceptable when you only accept cash. I have to have the right amount on hand and nobody can ever tell me the right amount. Find another dispensary unless you want to be treated like crap.

Wish I could give zero stars! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They do not give a fuck about making money or customer service. The front desk are rude and talk down to us as if we haven't been smoking wax for years. I've dropped easily $5000 at this location and that matters nothing to them. This is the 4th TIME I've had a problem with a cartridge. They leak and are lopsided and aren't fully full, but the staff insists "it's just wax" and that's how it is. Theyre rude and i feel like I paid 20$ for a .5 cart that ended up only having .3 grams of wax in it. Never coming here again, I encourage you to choose another dispo! The management doesn't care either which is why there's such a high turnover rate of employment there!

Their delivery SUCKS . . . Every month, I order from them for delivery and it takes the entire day! Placed my online order at 11:30am today. It's now after 5pm and I'm still waiting... Is free delivery worth five and a half hours of my life? NO Great store HORRIBLE Delivery... What good is free delivery, If it costs you over 5 hours of your life ? . . . Their delivery SUCKS ! ! !

Go to the website and order your pleasure or pain reducing medication. Drive up to their parking lot, show your ID, bring your cash.....and a runner will greet and bring you your order. So easy. Also, many items at half off, too!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place used to be really good, but I I guess they started losing too much money due to this issue. If you are a dabber, you know that the concentrate needs to sit up straight and in the refrigerator if it is not a lot of the strains are very liquidy and they spill all over the top. Nobody wants to deal with that. They used to be really good at switching it out and giving you a new one but now they are starting to say that nothing is wrong with it when it's all over the top. I have dealt with this several times from them and they used to switch it out no problem now they are saying you have to just take it like that. They even pushed it to the point where they said we could call the police and had me sitting there waiting for the police not to mention security trying to lie saying "I might be" something to the police! Trying to hype up the call - I waited a little while but I already know the police arent going to do shit thats a civil matter at that point ... I took one last time that was all over the top. I should not have to take them every single time because they can't take the product back after you open it. That's not my fault and I will no longer shop with them at all. Concentrates and weed are higher than everybody else already the only time that you can get a small deal is when they have half off so don't waste your time and don't waste your money. Other places actually value their customers and switch it out when it's bad like that so don't let them take advantage of u like that just take your business elsewhere... I will come back one last time to use my points after that they are dead to me- I spend wayyyyy too much money in concentrate only to be treated like that!

Wow! I loved this place before but I really love it now! I placed an order for delivery and the first order got canceled. I called the store and the gentleman who answered the phone was very sweet and explained to me what happened and told me to just clear everything from my cart and try again. That's just what I did; however, in that time frame, one of my items sold out! I was a little sad and called the store to confirm. A different guy answered and said the cart I was seeking was indeed sold out. A few hours later and my delivery is here. Surprise, surprise, it was not sold out and I am a happy camper! I can't wait to give more of my business to this place!

This place used to be a fun, energetic ,charismatic place to purchase your marijuana. Once filled with art, custom neon signs, and funny content to watch while you waited in line. After my experience today, it's unfortunate that I no longer wish to gather my product here. Nichole was my bud tender, and she was very nice outgoing and knowledgeable. But everybody else seemed lifeless. Almost as if it was an imposition to be there. Especially the young lady who scanned my ID to get in. There are plenty of other dispensaries that offer good reliable product and actually make you feel welcomed in the establishment

Awesome experience from the moment I walked in the door. was kindly greeted By both attendants at the desk, security guard welcomed me in with a warm smile, creating a very inviting atmosphere. My bud tender Arez was awesome!!! He helped me pick out a disposable that will last only the time I need it to as well as an awesome deal on some low THC gummy's for my mother. Very knowledgeable staff, very engaged, very welcoming, definitely recommend going.

This place SUCKS ass and the manager is a JERK!! Bought a few pre-rolls while on vacation and once I got back to my room and opened the canister it was empty, call and spoke to dumb ass manager on shift and he said "there is nothing he can do".. Like really, I'm out $$$ for their error??? How does that work in business.. No refund or credit offered.. And out of towners DO NOT VISIT THIS SHITTY PLACE.. Wish is could give NO stars

Harassed by security because I wouldn't fraternize. I'm a regular customer at The Dispensary's other locations. No problems ever. Because I was in this part of town, I placed an online order at this store. The parking lot was packed and you can't park in any of the neighbor's spots because they're all marked and threaten towing. This caused me to circle the lot a couple times. Immediately on exiting my car, a security guard attempted a flirty comment about the parking lot situation, "you're too beautiful too be bothered..." then asked my name. It was cold, I was tired, and this was the final errand of the day. I said "whatever" and continued on my way. He must have radioed because suddenly, I found myself being overly engaged by security at the door and then shadowed by another guard who stood 3 feet away from me as I stood quietly in. And while ordering. Minimum 15 minutes. Their attempt to intimidate me and make me uncomfortable did not go unnoticed and was confirmed by the (now 4th) guard who stared me down, full eye contact, walking to the exit door that he was conveniently blocking...feigning politeness by opening the door for me. Yes: you can buy weed here. Yes: the employees at the counter behave appropriately. No: this is not a comfortable environment for women due to the bully/bro style tactics employed by the people who are really just there for crowd control at best. Please let us mind our own business. We just want to buy our things and leave.

I went to the dispensary at 11 AM Saturday morning. There was no line. Nicole took care of me. I was in and out in about five minutes with the whole process. Nicole recommended me some pre-rolls from walking sticks They were on sale for six dollars. Great service great deals.

The dispensary is a well staffed facility. Everyone is always so knowledgeable and most helpful when I come in. Jessica at the front desk is amazing always smiling and pleasant attitude. The dispensary is thee BEST dispensary within Las Vegas!!!! You won't be disappointed in the visit, get there!!!

This is probably my 6th or 7th trip to Vegas now over the past 4-5 years, and every time I come here, I stop by at The Dispensary at least twice. Take note that my review is based on the fact that I shop online exclusively. I know what I want to purchase, and I just want to get good deals and get my product fast. These guys do that. I love the fact that you seem to have more stalls dedicated to curbside pick up. In the past, when I came at 9 pm, the parking lot was PACKED and there was a line going around the building, just waiting for other cars to finish their transactions for curbside pickup. On this trip, i counted 5 (6?) stalls for curbside pickup, and I never had to wait for a stall. I can't comment on how crowded fri and sat nights are, however, as I was only there during the week. I'm a medical card holder from my state but I love coming to Vegas. This is my favorite dispensary in the world. One more thing: I try to tip these guys good, and you should too. Especially if you receive good service. Support good people and good businesses and this is one of them.

My service was horrible I had a online pick up nothing I ordered was in stock . I didn't find out until pick up. Substitute was made but was not same quality . The bud tender was just so nonchalant also . Definitely wasn't a great first experience. The product I received wasn't worth the money. I brought a gram infused preroll and that was a rip off .. smallest gram joint I've ever seen Kynd brand is not worth it.

It's a good dispensary. I prefer it when it's not so crowded. The parking lot is a bit of a pain as well. Pretty good deals here though.

Stopped by for CBD. Check in the front so bring your ID. Very nice and informative workers. Definitely will stop by again.

Before i start: CHOOSE ANOTHER DISPENSARY!!!Awful weed, awful service, and awful employees. The sale weed is always dry and never potent, the people at the counter either don't know or are not willing to tell you about anything, and the delivery service is the worst in Las Vegas. Oasis, MedMen, NuLeaf, ShowGrow, and many others CLEAR!!
