The Local wine bar opens at The District at Green Valley Ranch this July | Eater Vegas
"Set to open July 1 in a 1,000-square-foot spot on Village Walk Drive in The District at Green Valley Ranch (between Bath & Body Works and Chico’s), this wine bar and sipping lounge—created by Chris Connors and Li Hsun Sun with backing from Randy and Amy Maher—aims to fill a void in the Las Vegas/Henderson market for a simple, homey wine bar with delicious food and great energy. Planned to serve from lunch into the evening, it will feature weekday happy hour and wine tastings, a menu of salads, bruschetta, paninis and a selection of charcuterie boards including a namesake house board with three meats, cheeses, vegetables and dipping sauces, plus a Sunday-only brunch in development. Cocktails include a white peach cosmopolitan, the lounge’s take on an Old Fashioned, and a retail-hub–inspired “District Dirty” made with Tahoe Blue Vodka, olive brine, and a blue-cheese olive." - Bradley Martin

"Serving as the retail hub where these shifts are happening, I observed The District at Green Valley Ranch is promoting the replacement of Due & Proper with Ritchie McNeely’s, has seen signage and hiring activity tied to PKWY’s expansion, and is the focal point for the confirmed departures of Whist and Due & Proper." - Bradley Martin
Beautiful stores and a beautiful walk along the street. Adjacent to all the stores. It's lit up beautifully at night and it's very safe and clean. There's a variety of restaurants that you can choose from along the way. At the end of the street is the Green valley casino. It's a beautiful place to go for a quick bite, a cup of coffee, or just to check out one of the stores. I highly recommend it.

Very nice complex. Great stores, variety of restaurants, and fun holiday decorations. They have everything from clothes & jewelry to desserts, an eye doctor, and a Giving Machine to donate to the community. Parking is readily available and close to casino, and the whole complex is pet friendly. 🐾

The Distrct is, in my opinion, a great asset to our community. It is somewhat upscale and worth a visit just for walk. I assume rents are likely high. There has been some turnover of some nice restaurants that seemed to be popular and crowded that have left including a Panera. Holiday decorations are very nice. The District is worth a visit if you have not been.

This was my first time in the area. I wasn't even familiar with it before Friday night! I was at King's Fish House with some friends celebrating my birthday. What I can say about that district is that it's a pretty cool place to be! It gives Vibes of being in a high-end environment, with several shopping stores, some bars / clubs, and a casino with hotel! My only photos and videos are from the restaurant. You'll see them posted with my review of the restaurant.

This farmers market is such a great spot! Not only do they have fresh and unique vendors, but the location makes it even better. It’s in a nice shopping center, so after walking around the market you can easily browse the shops, grab a bite to eat, or just enjoy a good walk. Perfect mix of fresh finds and a fun shopping experience.

Neighborhood-style shopping and dining with real walkability. The mix of shops and restaurants keeps things interesting, and I love walking there on evenings or weekends. It somehow feels small-town cozy even though the selection is huge. Perfect spot for errands without feeling like you're in a mall.

One of the few spots in town that never disappoints and it’s always full of good people good food and most of all has just the right level of local vibe. Enjoy all the little spots to sit and lounge on those amazing days that the sun isn’t cooking to hot.
