Santa Photos save your time and money. We had a reservation along with about 20 other families scheduled for the same time, yet the standby line was moving faster than those of us who prepaid. The entire process felt disorganized and rushed.
The Santa himself was rude and gave us no more than two minutes for our photo session. We were repeatedly told to move along while trying to calm our child. We had spent money to have her dressed up and traveled 53 minutes to get there, only to be treated like an inconvenience.
Our child was screaming, which is not unusual at this age, and she likely would have settled if we had simply been allowed to hold her for a moment. Instead, we were rushed out and told the photos were “good,” even though they clearly captured a very distressed child.
If you’re looking for a patient, family-friendly Santa experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Save your time, money, and expectations and go to Santa Chalet in Summerlin instead. This place was a complete letdown.
