The District

Lived here for 3 years. Great apartments with beautiful roomy kitchens and large windows with beautiful views of the river and trail. Perfect location right on the river and close to everything in The Strip.

Just moved in yesterday and my first impression is very positive as I was helped by Michael the assistant manager and Bertram the maintenance man who were some of the most accommodating and helpful individuals I’ve ever met in my experience living at apartment complexes. Michael responded quickly and got us set up with the perfect unit at an affordable price. Bertram came the moment we submitted a maintenance request and offered to take care of anything in our unit that wasn’t ideal for us that same moment. With how much of a nightmare it can be finding an apartment where the staff takes care of you, it was nice to see how personable and helpful these two were.

I have been living at The District for 17 months and I am completely happy with my experience here. While there were some issues initially, the new management has taken significant steps to address and resolve them, and the improvements are evident. So, I’m going to renew my lease for 12 more months. The amenities are fantastic, the location is great, the neighbors are nice, and the management team is friendly and responsive. I highly recommend The District to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Nice area to go for a walk and enjoy the scenery! In the middle of the District right by the trail, you can refill your water bottle and they have a water fountain for your dog right beside it

I loved living here. It was so close to everything and had nice amenities. The walls are pretty soundproof as well. Also loved how dog friendly it was. Maintenance team was very responsive and made it easy to place requests. We moved out because we bought a house, which was an odious process due to the current market, but the District made it easier by being flexible. When we had a contract fall through, Michelle, the manager, had no problem adjusting things so that we could stay longer while we continued house hunting.

I’ve been a resident of The District for over 2.5 years and have had an incredibly positive experience all-the-way around. The building is very well-maintained and the amenities are great! Michele has been exceptional to work with and everyone from the leasing staff to maintenance crew are always extremely friendly and very responsive. Overall, a great location and place to live!

I've been a resident of the Strip District for the past 10 years, having lived at several of the other apartment complexes here in the Strip, and I can easily say The District is, by far, my favorite. From the start, the staff has been excellent to work with, making the leasing and move in process a breeze. For the very minimal maintenance issues, the guys on the maintenance team are phenomenal and respond/show up almost immediately. The apartment and community amenities are top notch and what I'd expect from a higher end, newer build complex. I am hoping to call The District home for years to come, as long as rent doesn't skyrocket ;)

I called this place home for over 2 years-- been through many ups and downs (previous management), but this new management really cares. Not only are they listening to the community but they're building it up. They have a lot of plans and they're executing. I only wish they had taken over sooner. I don't want to drag this review out but I can't not mention its premium location. I have a car and drive but it's so much fun being able to just walk places; and The Strip District is definitely an experience. I highly recommend at least checking out The District.
