The District

Ashlee at the district has been absolutely phenomenal. From the very first interaction, she’s been responsive, patient, and incredibly thorough in answering every question I had — from apartment details to logistics, timing, and move-in considerations. Relocating can be stressful, especially from out of state, but Ashlee made the entire leasing experience feel smooth and well-organized. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely goes out of her way to help, which is rare and very much appreciated. If you’re considering The District, I highly recommend working with Ashlee — she sets a very high standard for customer service.

The complex offers a sense of community, there are monthly activities for members to enjoy and get to know each other. Maintenance at the facility is excellent. Bertram, a maintenance team member, recently did some work on my unit. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was completed on a timely basis and it was quality work. Thank you, Bertram!

There is no free guest parking, so if you have a guest that visits frequently, they will have to pay every time they visit. This is not sustainable for the long term if you want your friends/family/significant others to continue to regularly visit stress free. There is an entire 5th floor in the garage that could be dedicated to this, but ownership is too cheap to allow this. Package room is also always a nightmare so good luck with all of your deliveries - especially Amazon. These two items should be a non issue when you are paying premium, luxury rent prices.

Lived here for 3 years. Great apartments with beautiful roomy kitchens and large windows with beautiful views of the river and trail. Perfect location right on the river and close to everything in The Strip.

Just moved in yesterday and my first impression is very positive as I was helped by Michael the assistant manager and Bertram the maintenance man who were some of the most accommodating and helpful individuals I’ve ever met in my experience living at apartment complexes. Michael responded quickly and got us set up with the perfect unit at an affordable price. Bertram came the moment we submitted a maintenance request and offered to take care of anything in our unit that wasn’t ideal for us that same moment. With how much of a nightmare it can be finding an apartment where the staff takes care of you, it was nice to see how personable and helpful these two were.

I have been living at The District for 17 months and I am completely happy with my experience here. While there were some issues initially, the new management has taken significant steps to address and resolve them, and the improvements are evident. So, I’m going to renew my lease for 12 more months. The amenities are fantastic, the location is great, the neighbors are nice, and the management team is friendly and responsive. I highly recommend The District to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Living at the District has been a wonderful experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Josh on the maintenance team. He goes above and beyond, keeping the facility clean and well-maintained Josh is quick to respond whenever something is needed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents’ experience. His professionalism and dedication make a noticeable difference in the community.

I have several friends who live in the facility and it is always a very clean and welcoming space. It’s a great location for walking around the city or grabbing coffee in the strip. One maintenance man named Rob has been especially helpful when things are out of order in the shared spaces. Rob has been one of many positive connections in the building. The staff is friendly and responsive.
