"Located on North Broad, the storied Divine Lorraine building was the city’s first racially integrated hotel and is tied to Father Divine and Shanks’s family history, which is why many Philadelphians have heard of Father Divine." - Rachel Vigoda
Took a tour of the apartments and was super impressed with charm and uniqueness of each unit. The concierge was lovely and very helpful. There is a SEPTA station right outside which is convenient as well as lots of onsite dining (a coffee shop!).

Great place to live. I visited a friend here a while back. I liked it so much, I rented a spot down the hall. Highly recommend
