We bring our very nervous and anxious Maltipoo here every couple of months for a full groom. The staff are very friendly and know how to work with our kind of dog to get her through the experience (which she has not liked in the past). The grooming work has been great and reasonably priced. The staff let's us know that she has been doing better each time and the last time she did great! Will continue to go there for grooming services. Thank-you!

Great facility and customer service. We were out of towners from Oakland and made a day trip to visit Universal Studios. Quick replies through emails and when she greeted us in the morning , the care taker was all smiles which put our dog at ease. I am recommend this place if you are making weekend plans in LA and need to board your dog for the day.

We took our dog Louie for his first visit at Dog House. We absolutely loved the grooming cut and styling service. Jasmine and Ruby were so kind and left him looking so adorable ! Will definitely be coming back .

I am super excited to write a review my poodle Lola got the most amazing haircut . She’s a standard poodle. This was my first time taking my standard poodle to The Dog House . I’m very happy with the cut. She looks adorable. They did an amazing job. My groomers name is Dro He did an amazing job on her. I will be definitely coming back. I’ve even scheduled every four weeks to keep up with the bath or the haircuts with my standard poodle. I definitely recommend this place you must try it out. You will not regret it. I’m very spectacle where I take my dog. It’s extremely important that they’re not stressed. She’s not overly whelmed. I’ve noticed they’re quick they don’t keep the dogs there for hours. The haircut bath is done and they call you and you can pick your dog up right away. Thank you so much for taking care of my doggie. You guys are amazing. The staff is amazing. The place is great

Jasmine did my dogs groom and I’m so happy with the results! I keep looking at my dog and appreciating the cut. I liked the consult before the groom, where I was able to communicate with Jasmine my preferences for my dogs grooming session. I felt heard and the way I keep admiring her work… it’s money well spent! I also like that my dog isn’t there all day like other groomers- I feel like that’s less stressful for my dog since she was in and out in an hour and a half.

Sonia is always the best!!! Every time I see her I just know my sweet pup is going to be taken care of. She’s so sweet and patient with my nervous girl. The whole experience is always amazing at Dog House! Thanks again!!

I was nervous how my dog was going to react so he invited me to bring him in whenever we were on a walk so he could get comfortable with the groomers. Sonia groomed my chihuahua, Hercules, for the first time. She was so incredibly sweet, gentle, and listened to my concerns. Hercules loved getting groomed by her and was not reactive like I expected. Absolutely love this place and WILL be returning again.

They greet and smile very well, no questions there. The prices are also quite reasonable. But unfortunately they didn't cut him well, the dog hadn't been cut for a long time, so he had a lot of tangled hair, they warned me that I would have to cut him short, but I couldn't even imagine that they would make a bald tail for a poodle. But I put up with this, okay, the hair will grow back of course, but when I brought him home, I found a wound on his back near his tail, because the dog was constantly trying to get it, it causes him discomfort. And no one told me, it was very unpleasant to find this out and it was a shame for the dog! Unfortunately, although your location near my house is convenient for me and I really liked the way you greeted us, but we will not come to you with Bambula anymore!

I rarely review anything on Yelp, but was so genuinely impressed by the service my dog received today at Dog House that I felt I had to. My boy Finn is 1 and we've tried about 5 groomers since getting him, and I've always been disappointed with the qualify of cuts, AND by the fact that Finn would usually be shaking when picked up from a grooming appt. Not only did he receive a beautiful cut today, but he seemed happy/calm when I picked up and that meant the world to me! Staff here are so incredibly kind and make you feel welcome. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! We'll definitely be returning every time! :)

I love the Dog House Your doggie is in and out in less than an hour. I have been going to groomers for 30# years and no other groomers offer the same excellent care.

What a wonderful experience!!! Have tried other groomers before and it's always so difficult for me to leave Louie, because he is shaking like a leaf and terrified. When I walked in with him he immediately picked up on the female energy and remained calm and didn't shake at all. He came out looking like a handsome devil and so happy to know we've found our forever groomer!!!

I've been going here for about 2 years now??? and although it's taken me this long to finally leave a review, I have actively recommended Dog House to many of my friends, family, and clients! I know how hard it is to find a groomer for your doodle, and honestly, Jasmine, at Dog House, is THE ONE for me. She is attentive to my comments and requests, takes care of my dog, and makes sure she comes out looking like a million bucks. It's also a bonus that they're so close to me, making it a quick trip to and from, also while making me feel more at ease being away from my dog :)

New to the neighborhood! I was excited to support a new business I can walk to. My dog and I were cheerfully greeted, and quickly taken care of. Penny only needed an anal gland expression and she was attended to with care. I appreciated that they could take her as a walk-in, since she can't be left in a kennel. I was very pleased with the kind staff, professionalism, and the cleanliness of Dog House Studio.

Where do I start? My dogs LOVE coming to see Sonya or Jasmine. When does a dog like going to the groomer or the vet...? My dogs are warmly greeted and they have NO FEAR coming to The Dog House. On top of that, the grooming is professional, they take special care of the dogs to make sure they are rinsed off, never clip too close, and either of the ladies make my dogs look sooooooo ADORABLE. I will follow these two ladies wherever they go, my dogs comfort and safety and the fact that the dogs love coming there & have such a positive experience, you cannot go wrong. BEST DOG GROOMER EVER!

I love Dog House! We've been taking our grumpy dog to jasmine for 10 years. She is the best. They are Always friendly and do a great job with Parker's grooming.

This place is amazing. All the staff is super friendly. And so helpful. I am fostering a small female mixed-breed pup and she has some standing issues at the moment with a hurt leg. Alex, my groomer, was very attentive to Dottie's situation and made sure she was comfortable. They have great specials for first-time customers. Definitely returning and suggesting this place to friends and family

The nicest people work here! my looks looks great and I love how fast (compared to other doggie salons) my pooch is groomed and ready for pickup.

I have taken three of my dogs there for many years now. They always do a wonderful job and are so kind and agreeable.

Asked for my dogs eyebrows not to be trimmed and they were. Unfortunately, won't be returning. No, don't care to disclose my information- too late at this point. My dog seems distressed and has an overwhelming perfumed smell. I've had to re-bathe them just to get it off as much as I can. Not sure what kind of certification is needed for a groomer, but I'm disappointed.

I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience, had both my Pomeranians groomed today -- one of whom had a terrible experience with tree sap yesterday and needed special attention -- and they both look amazing. My dogs are medically fragile seniors and the groomers always take such good care of them! Thank you, Ruby and Alex! (And Sonia and Jasmine!)

They gave me a bloody dog back with a hole in here leg never called to say what they did, I asked for a trim and they shaved her! Sad the old owner Tim was a gem compared to the new owner who did not even call to say sorry we made a hole in ur dogs foot. I had to take my dog to the emergency hospital to have her wrapped and a shot !

My anxious dog did better here (it was her first time today) then she has done with the previous groomer she's done to for years! Thank you Dog House for the great vibes! (I will also add that the pricing is comparable to what I was paying before as well)

Dog House is the best kept secret in Studio City. I've been through just about all the area groomers (only the best for my girl), and Jasmine and her team exceed expectations every time. It doesn't hurt that their rates are so much better than the groomers on Ventura, who have to cover their higher rent expenses. You'll do no better for your fur baby than Dog House's kennel'free grooming services!

Took my baby girl Lucy to be groomed and I was so happy how beautiful she looked and smelled! The best grooming place around! The owners are very kind and caring! I will definitely bring my baby back!

This was our boy's first haircut and grooming experience. He's 5 months old. Jasmine took the absolute BEST care of him! She was warm and inviting and made Liam feel at ease. She was up front about what she would do for his first time, and even included brushing his teeth! He was so happy when we came to pick him up and Jasmine even gave us a hand written report card note of how the session went. We are so grateful and Liam can't wait to see Jasmine and his friends at Dog House again!

We are dog-sitting an elderly dog for a friend and she has some skin problems and nails that were way too long so we wanted to get her in as soon as possible. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and made our dear dog friend feel like a queen! She's clean, happy and feels special...Thank you so much Dog House Studio City! Strongly recommend!

Great place. Going there for 5 yrs. Sonia does my fur baby. She is fantastic! There are no kennels. My baby is there for no more than an hour and a half. She is calm & not at all stressed.

Dog House Studio City is a great neighborhood dog shop without snobby attitude. Low key, friendly, and affordable. They sell food, treats, leashes, harnesses, and other pet supplies in a small area in the front of their shop (enter the shop from the rear parking lot, not from Moorpark). They have a roomy doggie day care area and a grooming salon. I took my pug today for a two-hour evaluation for day care. The owners ensure that all dog owners supply vaccination records and have you complete a detailed set of forms about your dog. Justine at the front desk was extremely nice. Ryan, looking after the doggies in day care, listened to me and made sure that my pug didn't overheat (he gets worked up when exercising and needs to cool down a little). Ryan reported that my pug, Roscoe, played with a corgi named Winston and a Frenchie named Blanche. He seemed to have no separation anxiety, and he appeared very happy when I picked him up -- he even pulled towards to playroom door, so I got the sense he could've hung out longer than two hours. The cost is reasonable: $14 for the first two hours, then $9 for each additional hour, capping at $34, which then allows you a full day. Very good rates! Dog House is clean, well air conditioned, roomy, and with trustworthy people watching over the dogs at all times. It's a great place for your dog to have some socializing and play. I haven't tried their grooming, so I can't speak to it, but I'll be bringing Roscoe back for regular playtime!

My little pup looks fabulous and smells amazing! I felt confident leaving and entrusting him to the staff. They were all accommodating. The lady who greeted us took her time to show us how to properly use the hair brush and comb. Overall, I'm super satisfied with the service.

Dog House is the best there is! We send our dog for daycare and it warms my heart to see how excited she is to go and how excited the staff is to see her. They truly love the pups so much and I feel so confident having my dog there. Also give major props to them for getting my wild husky to get a full pawdicure!!

Unfortunately I will not be patronizing this business anymore. My husband took our dogs in for grooming yesterday He was told by the person at the front that they could benefit from de-shedding on top of the bath. My husband asked how much it was and the front staffer looked at the price sheet and said $8 per dog. At the end of the service, my husband tried to pay with card, but the Dog House system was down. We have a credit card on file and they said they would call us to bill us. Today they called and charged us $20/ dog for the deshedding and also for baths for 30 lb dogs but our dogs are under 20 lbs. When my husband said that was not the price he quoted on the premises the lady on the phone said he should have looked at the price sheet or the website. That is not how you treat your customers that have been coming for a long time, especially for additional services that are suggested on the premises, and quoted at a different price. What upset us most was the unwillingness of the person on the phone to let us speak to the Salon manager. This is not how you treat long standing customers. Sadly we will be taking our dogs elsewhere from now on.

This place isn't what it used to be :( Now every time I pick them up afterward either they are still wet, or they forgot to put their collars back on, or their faces weren't cleaned, or they didn't cut their nails... The last time I took my babies in, I informed them that one is occasionally incontinent and may have trouble standing his own. When I got him back it seemed like they'd just doused him in water and called it a day. He usually comes back to me smelling lovely, all soft and fluffy, and happy. But this last time both my babies came back seeming stressed :( It didn't used to be this way. I'm very sad to have to find a new place.

My go to place for my boy. Always professional and clearly lovers of dogs. My dog loves his spa day there and always looks great!

We've been taking our Aussie here since she was a puppy - so 6 years now! They always do such a great job with our furry beast - the deshed, feather trim, EVERYTHING! And Penny is ALWAYS happy to see her friends Louis, Jasmine (Carla) and the entire staff. Thanks for always taking good care of our baby! We love you guys!!

So happy with how Jasmine groomed our cat Branda. She was matted & Jasmine was able to give her the cutest lamb cut in two hours. My mom's dog Talula has been groomed here a couple times when they have been in town & she's always pleased with her service.

My pup is really really old (19) and they took such good care of him. He looks like a young boy now! He's very sensitive to getting groomed, but they were patient with him. As dogs get older, they get paranoid and scared. Somehow, they were able to work around that and have him looking like a little prince.

I bring my Maltipoo Luna who is 1 years old to Catherine. I love the service and that Catherine is really great with dogs! Luna's first experience with grooming was at a different grooming salon, but she came out more timid and scared of people now. So coming here it's a relief for me and Luna to see Catherine because I can tell she is happy when she gets the zoomies after The staff is friendly too.

Mr. Beasley had his first trip to The Dog House in Studio City and he loves it. He looks so happy and fluffy. They were so kind and I love that they took such good care of him

This place is amazing. My dog does not like being bad, to say the least. But the groomers at Dog House have a way with him that no one anywhere else had. He stopped being so scared to go in. And when he left it was like he was leaving his best friends the way he would whine. And that's just how they made my dog feel. He looks amazing. I want to keep him inside forever so he is so clean and his coat looks so healthy. I could recommend this place more, but who has the time? Plus they sell some toys and healthy fresh food and frozen bones that you can give your dog as a treat when s/he's done.

Great grooming and I'm picky. Front desk on top of things. A bit pricey. But for me worth it.

Ruby did a great job with my minilabradoodle who has hated being groomed in the past. She did not have to be in a cage or kennel and was lovingly cared for by Ruby -- and looked adorable.

THIS STORE HAVE NO EMPATHY TO YOUR DOG NOR THE PET OWNER! Worst store Ever! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG! Groomer Nubia is the worst. The store should not have hired someone with no skills. This is management teams responsibility. This is the worst store in LOS ANGELES PROOF in picture. My dog is golden doodle. And this is what he looks like after. My poor dog. Apparently this store have no skills , I can tell from how they shaved him... They used shaver all the way to save time and groom more dogs..They didn't care to use scissor . My dog was and is suffering! =================== UPDATE: Apparently, they didn't even bother to make a phone call when they decided to shave his face with a shaver. And change it from round face cut. Ridiculous store.

I can't give them enough stars. They are so good with my very anxious dog! Nubia is a dog whisperer and great at grooming my little brat.
