Good amenities and location; I liked that the garage opens up onto an easy street to get in and out of which is much better than other properties in Wynnwood, and the sauna is really nice. On the downside, the windows don't open more than a small crack (this was a big deal to me since when cooking getting fresh air in was tough), and there are a lot of planes that come in low directly overhead at all hours so the noise is a lot at first. Main concern for me is they have not responded to any requests for my security deposit even though they confirmed I should be getting a check. This level of unresponsiveness is pretty crazy and I think it would be good for prospective tenants to know there is a chance they will just never answer your emails and keep your money.

The Dorsey is one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever lived in. The concierge especially the one in the morning, Cynthia, welcomes you with a bright smile every morning. This is not a family building this is a social networking building for people to connect. The amenities are the best and the pool feels like Tulum in Miami. Recommended for young entrepreneurs and People who want to make new friends.

Very happy living here with my husband. Have been here since February, and it has been very nice. It s always clean, staff is nice, packages are safe and people that live here are pleasant. My husband specially loves the free coffee in the mornings, he says it feels like living in a hotel ✨

i came here fully expecting the usual apartment nonsense: broken elevators, lost packages, and staff who ghost you after taking your money — like my last online girlfriend (who was totally real no matter what my friends think or say). instead, i got a giant studio that feels like a presidential suite, a 24/7 concierge who’s somehow more available than my actual friends, and staff so friendly i’ve considered inviting them to my housewarming party. package delivery is absurdly easy, i don’t have to hunt my stuff down like it’s a side quest in a post apocalyptic warehouse. all in all, it’s clean, conveniently located, and really well run. i expected chaos and got comfort instead. oh yeah and the lobby smells incredible!!! i don’t know what they’re pumping through the vents, but i need it bottled and sprayed on everything i own… specially my shoes.

I want to highlight the extraordinary costumer service received my Abi. He made sure all my questions were responded, was very professional all the time and overall great guy. The building is beautiful and is one of the nicest options in the Wynwood area. I’m looking forward to submitting my application.

Amazing amazing apartments and management!! Extremely beautiful rooms and great move in deals when renting in the neighborhood. David patiently took the time to show me as many apartments as I wanted to see, and explained everything very well. So kind and fun, as well as professional! They have a great team to help you through the whole process! Highly recommend The Dorsey:)

Yelp
Great building! Great staff! Excellent ameneties! Walkable to the best restaurants and bars in town and there is a pizza place in the building if you are too lazy to walk.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Living in this building has been the worst experience of my life. The management is completely unprofessional, dismissive, and enables a toxic and unsafe environment--especially for women. They pick and choose which tenants they want to bully or harass on any given day. Reporting issues is pointless--your concerns will be ignored, gaslighted, or worse, used against you. One of the so-called "managers," Javier Soto, should not be allowed anywhere near tenants. He is a predator who has made me--and several other women I've spoken with--feel unsafe in our own homes. He has repeatedly crossed professional boundaries, stalked tenants around the property, monitored us via security cameras, and made inappropriate social media advances despite being told it was unwanted and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. This is not a one-off incident. I am currently in contact with authorities regarding a formal sexual harassment case, and I'm not the only one. Multiple female tenants have reported similar disturbing behavior. There is a pattern here--and it's being willfully ignored by management. Paying the amount they charge for rent here is insulting when a few blocks away, you can find safer buildings, better management, and respect as a human being. This place is a nightmare in every sense. If you're a woman--or anyone who values personal safety and dignity--RUN. There are better options, and you do not deserve to be treated like this.

Yelp
I don't even know where to begin with his building. We moved in last summer and it has been constant miscommunication and delays on their behalf first of all for getting hot water second for getting a dishwasher which took over 60 days until I made it one phone call to corporation and got a dishwasher within 30 minutes delivered to our apartment . Customer service is absolutely terrible. I had my family here for Christmas, and it was more than I could ever imagine for embarrassment . We try to use the barbecue pit which they were rats and cockroaches everywhere. The whole place is covered in garbage every week on our floor. You cannot use the garbage because it's overfilling. The parking lot is constantly covered in garbage. There are no garbage cans anywhere and hardly any maintenance cleaning up. They only have two people on for cleaning this entire apartment and there is at least a double. People will not put their weights away in the gym, and they refused to put up a sign to help everyone else acknowledge that we should be put away. The list goes on . The fire alarms are so sensitive. They're taped and you can still hear almost every day. Peoples fire alarms going off it's impossible to cook in your unit. The finishes on the apartment are absolutely beyond cheap we made The design doors hit each other, architectural structure all around You'll find a lot of families and only fan at this apartment by the pool

Yelp
*READ THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING* Mgmt had this review deleted on apartments.com Anyone deciding to move into this building needs to be aware that the Mgmt (TRG) is unethical, unprofessional, and incompetent. I would be remiss if I didn't share my experience with other potential victims. The Dorsey *without alerting me*closed my FPL account and opened one in their name four months after I moved in and started charging a monthly $50 utility service fee. This fee was not on the monthly invoice they mail; I had no idea they were charging this (my FPL was set to autopay so I wasn't monitoring it) and I didn't catch it until I asked for an itemized bill - five months after the fact. Very shady situation considering all tenants have to submit proof of an FPL account before move in. When I brought this to their attention, they removed the charge for June (last month of my lease) because clearly they knew it was their error - FPL confirmed this - but they still owed me for for the prior five months ($250). For eight weeks I reached out for a resolution - NO RESPONSE. So now I have to waste my time and take them to small claims court because there is no way I'm letting a multi-millionaire $ company get away with thievery. While I have the floor, I might as well share my experience living in the Dorsey: I only lived there one year bc it's so overpriced. I currently live 1.2 miles away in a better building and nicer neighborhood for a few hundred $'s a month LESS. The vibe of the building is 20 year old influencer. I don't see how families live there. By the time I moved out, the gym was becoming too crowded. People play their music off their phones or portable speakers - same goes with the pool. In fact, the pool is so out of control on the weekends, they had to hire security. I loved the sauna... until people started using it to socialize. I recommend avoiding it from 4pm on and weekends. On Sundays the trash would be spilling into the hallways. If you recycle, you have to walk it outside towards 28th St. past the parking garage - total inconvenience. Also, It's very noisy - as soon as I moved in I had to buy a noise machine and ear plugs. Thin walls/blaring music. Oh and for people with dogs, my neighbor had a husky and they fined her for its shedding in the hallway. Isn't that what pet rent is for? In conclusion, it looks nice from the outside but don't let that fool you.

Yelp
This is absolutely the WORST building I've ever lived in. First let me start with the fact that there is no kitchen island, no ice machine, the washer & driers are complete trash, they like to call it a luxury building but lord let me tell you it is SO beyond far from that. Like where's the wine fridge ? Lol The management team is terrible. You are not allowed to take any photos or videos of yourself at the pool. But there's no stated rule that it is prohibited. I got kicked out of the pool today for taking pictures of myself with absolutely nobody else in the background. When I pay over $4,000 a month to live here. Not a single thing in the lease states that you can't take photos of yourself at the pool I just seriously cannot believe this. & omg I cannot wait to move out. Just do yourself a favor & find somewhere else to live. Lol

Yelp
LOVE MY NEW PLACE! THANK YOU BRENDA! Recently moved into the building and it was a very seamless move! Everyone was very helpful in assisting, especially Brenda who went above and beyond to find me the perfect unit. The amenities the building offers are better than most hotels! Not to mention the location is prime, quiet and safe. I really appreciate the amount of electric car chargers the building offers- I never have an issue with charging my car, HUGE PLUS! Leasing team is awesome- thank you Yuni, Brenda, and Lissette!

Yelp
We moved into the building in November and could not be happier. Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are super nice. The leasing process with Brenda could not have gone smoother. Brenda went above and beyond to answer our questions, was super responsive, and just an absolute delight to work with on the leasing and on move in day.

Yelp
If you plan on moving here.. DON'T. When I decided on moving out i had my contract until April 15th. I started moving my stuff on May 31st to my new apartment, and when I wasn't there they entered my property, stole all my things, cleaned everything out when I had two weeks of the month left which i payed for. Not only did they steal all my stuff which i couldn't get back because "maintenance through them away" but they said i will get payed back the month of april plus my deposit. It has been two months that I have been waiting for my check and i have been calling every day, they kept telling me the mail was soon going to me mailed. After two months i received the check for half of what they owed me when we clearly discussed the amount I was owed because of their breach of contract and stealing!!! Every time I call the manager is out and is never there to solve anything. I had to get the police involved because of all my valued items and now I have to get a lawyer involved too. They didn't want owners or bosses to know what they have done so they've been trying to cover it up. Management is the worse. BEWARE OF THEM ENTERING YOUR HOME AND STEALING.

Yelp
My history with the Dorsey has been started as a love from the first sight. This building was initially spotted by our family realtor Galina Richards, who is very well aware of new promising buildings coming to Miami market. She made some arrangements, and I was invited for a short chat and a guided tour to the leasing office. My leasing manager Leiko Reyes provided me with a legendary customer experience and made the whole process straight forward and extremely comprehensive. The whole submission/approval process took 72 hours only. I was pretty much surprised that this building has a "Smart Home" concept, which starts from a very simple web-based application process and ends with a collaborative multimedia environment for residents, which allows them to address and solve their daily task in the most efficient way. The Dorsey is not just a modern apartments for living but also a unique cultural island where the people can share the same values such as diversity, happiness, success and a sense of belonging. If you are missing these pieces in your life, please consider the Dorsey as you next residency.

Yelp
This building is AMAZING!! The amenities are top tier and nicer than a lot of the top hotels. As a single woman I feel SO safe living here, any maintenance concern is immediately addressed and the move in process assisted by Brenda was so streamlined and stress free especially moving out of state. I highly encourage any young professional who wants to live in a peaceful place but still close to the energetic activities of wynwood to consider this place you wont find anything else comparable in miami!
