A College Student’s Guide to Campus Dining at the University of Oregon - Eater Portland

"The Dough Co. is a late-night dining option open until 3 a.m., serving calzones and cookies. The original three-cheese calzone and warm cookies for dessert are crowd favorites." - Meaghan FitzPatrick

Since I moved nearby I've gone to Dough Co at least once a week, and I've even brought in friends for the Tuesday special. I love it! It's a flat rate for every calzone no matter what's in it, which is really equalizing. The staff are nice, the dough is fantastic, and the variety of fillings really keeps things fresh. Add ons/alterations also seem to be free (I always add pesto) but you know, tip obviously. Chipotle ranch is my go to for sauce, but the marinara is really great. As for the cookies, milk, and ice cream, it's all fine! It's not really what I'm there for, but it's definitely high quality. Anyway, I'm actually kind of obsessed with the place, thank you for existing.

First time at Dough Co and I will be back! The calzone was delicious. Plenty of cheese which I love! I understand they are on the campus, but the bathrooms could use a face-lift. Not much parking. We were the only patrons there so it wasnt bad. Other than that, it was a great experience! I had the Most Meat calzone.

Th Dough Co. is a freaking MUST when you are in Eugene. It’s conveniently open super late so you can make it your last stop after a night out or hell, make it whatever stop you want. Everything is amazing and the ranch is also so so so good. GO TO DOUGH CO.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. We ordered the spicy taco calzone and the cordon bleu calzone. They were both very good. Spicy taco was a bit greasy but it was indeed spicy. The cordon bleu was as expected. The counter staff were very friendly. The food was prepared to order but it didn't take long for us to get our food. They are very close to U of O and they know their market. They are open until 3 am.

Peanut Butter and an Oatmeal. Cookie. Soft. Fresh baked. Not too sweet. They're okay. I do like the place. Small interior yet surpassingly welcome. They are all about the Cookie and the Calzone, haha. Nice young woman, very professional, fun, and courteous. I may stop here with my nephews.

Super nice place. Awesome food that was perfectly cooked, especially with the cheese. Workers were very kind as well and just overall friendly. I imagine it can get crowded if you go during the busy hours of 11-1 or so, but I went before then and there were few there.

This place is amazing!! There needs to be more of them. I have never had a bad meal from this place over the 20 plus years I have eaten at this establishment. That’s a great accomplishment! Also, they bake your cookies fresh if you order enough of them. Can’t remember how many. Think 3. Any who, if your new to the UofO and are hungry at 2am give this place a try you won’t be disappointed.

So the calzone I ordered seems fine, tastes good and is what I expect. But these cookies are seriously undercooked and I feel ripped off. I’m a long time customer for over 10 years but I’m hesitant to order cookies again.
