Google
A great little hidden spot in the split hotel, which is very convenient beside the convention center and sun sphere. I really loved the vibe of this little restaurant. The bartender was amazing. I met a couple travelers while I was there and the woman beside me had soup which looked delicious. I went in for a drink which was made very well. So good! There was plenty of seats at the bar and tvs up on the wall, so i'm guessing a good place to watch a game. There's a lot of different options for food and drinks.

I brought my company to an event in the convention center. My director of operations suggested we have a drink here. So I have 20 folks coming here to get a few drinks my treat. My son (of age) who has terrible food allergies came with a bag of outside food. He was ask to leave. So I took my folks to a place that appreciated the high bar tab. I will never visit here again

Great service, and the beefcarpaccio was so good, The bartender was very nice . The place was amazing, little small but nicely decorated and quiet. I had a great time and will definitely be back

My wife and I attended last night for probably our 6th time the last couple of years. The food and drinks were great, but the service was not great as I expect from this establishment or that we've been used to. We waited about 40 minutes for our main entree and only one server checked on us once during our one and a half hour stay.

We are here for dinner and breakfast. Dinner had great red wine selection but the food wasn’t warm and sub par for the value. Service for breakfast was excellent but ordered the buttermilk pancakes and they were like gummy flat greasy crepes. Not worth the value!! Go somewhere else even if it’s inconvenient!

Google
Service was attentive and breakfast was perfectly portioned and cooked well. Can't speak on the bar myself, but others in my group spoke highly of it.

Smoked old fashioned and chicken coq au vin blanc are so good. Husband and I come here every time we’re in Knoxville

Google
Perfect place for pre-dinner drinks! Classy setting and fantastic staff, tried their signature whiskey smash and bees knees, both were FANTASTIC. They have a collections of charcuterie from different countries and other small plates, prices not too bad around $15 for cocktails and $20s for the small plates. Definitely will go back, and stop by with visiting friends and family

Yelp
Excellent dinner and amazing ambiance as we enjoyed dinner while staying at Asbury Ocean Club. Cocktails were incredible while the food was great, I'd highly recommend a night cap here.

Yelp
Enjoyed some fine dining at this relaxed lounge located in our hotel The Tennessean. The service was fantastic, the staff was very attentive. So I had never had gin before but it sounded adult so I ordered the Gin City in honor of Kiss' last show and their song Cold Gin. Very tasty. Main course was the Panko Pork Milanese. Rustic and hearty, very well done . For desert a NY Cheesecake with a side of caramel and a side of strawberry sauce. They did it to perfection. Would most definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Very unique little bar and lounge situated on the second floor of the Tennessean hotel/residences. When you walk in, it looks like the inside of a living room you'd find in a luxury mansion. Couches, plush chairs, and small tables. There's only like 5 tables and only 1 or 2 that seat more than 2 people. It's the sort of place that just feels like a VIP room or private club. For that reason, at first, I wasn't sure if it was open to the public. We sat at a nice table by the window. Really enjoyed the food and appetizers. Although it's a limited menu, you could have a great date night here and feel like it's a very unique experience. Likewise, this would be a great place for a small business meeting. Definitely will be back.

Yelp
We decided to eat here while we stayed at the hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. You MUST get the chicken. It was the best chicken I have ever had. It takes a bit longer than most other items but when I ordered it, the bartender said it's worth the wait and she was not wrong. A week later and we are still here talking about how amazing that chicken was.

Yelp
Small, but cozy, and refined with fabulous cocktails and even better food. I sat at the bar with a friend before heading to a concert. Kayvon made me a lovely pomegranate martini. I wanted to get the coq au vin blanc, but didn't have the 40 minutes required to wait for it, so I will go back with my husband sometime to try it. I got the pork chop instead which was pounded thin, breaded in panko, and fried to perfection. The accoutrements were citrusy and bright, perfectly complimenting the pork. It's amongst my favorite dining spots in Knoxville now.

Yelp
Cozy room and amazing waitstaff. Felt like I was in someone's home in the best possible way. The waiter offered to make my daughter a freshly squeezed lemonade and won her heart. I had the beef tenderloin tips - well seasoned, tender, a huge serving and 2 delish accompanying sauces. The most amazing cocktails - do not miss their smoked old fashioned. They fill a box with smoke to infuse the drink - Drama and deliciousness!

Yelp
Wasn't sure how this would be as the don't take reservations and it's inside The Tennessean Hotel but since I was staying there, I thought why not. I was in town to see my daughter and son-in-law for Thanksgiving. Her birthday is a couple days after Thanksgiving, so we always celebrate while we're all together for the holiday. My daughter got the scallops or I should say scallop because there was only two tiny tiny scallops in the entire dish. That was kind of a bummer my son-in-law got the yard bird and said it was delicious. I personally got the Wagyu burger with fries. It was huge! And the fries were, good portion size. We got a bottle of the house Bordeaux and thoroughly enjoyed that all in all it was very good. Don't think we'd get the scallops together though. Service was excellent!

Yelp
Intimate, clubby space with a great menu and impressive cocktails! The service was very friendly. Great relaxed atmosphere. Everything we had was delicious, from charcuterie plate to Ceasar salad to filet. The Pineapple Express cocktail, their own creation, is one of the best cocktails I've ever had, not too sweet due to the inclusion of Amaro. I'm so glad we decided to dine here rather than in Market Square!

Yelp
Service was a negative experience 6 employees working but could care less about guest waiting 30min. The delay is service kept us from having time to order food.

Gina P.

Yelp
The food was amazing and the ambiance was great also don't even get me started on how good the service was almost every sip of water I had they refilled it!

Heather S.

Yelp
Laid back vibe. Good drinks. Good food. Good customer service. Love it and will be back when we are back in town!

Yelp
What an amazing, welcoming place! We stayed at the Tennessean for a few nights and spent a fair bit of time at the Drawing Room. Kavon, James and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Not only did they provide great service to us (prompt, friendly) and make amazing cocktails (the smoky peach margarita was my fave!) but they were such a great team and appeared to genuinely enjoy each other and their jobs, which made the atmosphere fantastic. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

Yelp
I basically brought my girls here because I wanted to try the smoked Old-Fashioned. The place is kind of a high-class bar with food. There was a problem with the smoker, so my girls were enjoying their drinks while I sat there waiting...but dude brought me over a "sample" of a NICE George Dickel TN bourbon (must've been 2-3 shots!) that was MUCH better than Jack Daniels IMHO while I waited. And the O-F was fantastic. The food was just ok. I had a Cuban sandwich. Nothing I'd crave again. So, 5-stars for setting/drinks/service, 3-stars for food = 4-stars. If you just want to go to a very nice bar, highly recommend.

Yelp
What a fantastic little-known bar! (and hotel for that matter) After 2 years in business, I have only heard one person mention this place. Granted, most people don't even consider a hotel bar as a destination for the evening. Well, that has changed! This place has a cool NYC feel: classy and contemporary. On a Thursday evening, we were the only ones there at 8 PM, but by 10 PM there were about 10 others, likely some of them hotel guests. Rich dark colors, beautiful hardwood floors, leather wingbacks and sofas, local decor touches, and warm lighting (although a little too bright). The food menu is full of creative, unique dishes, and the custom cocktail list is excellent. Also, 1 of only 3 places in Knoxville where I have found a true smoked Old Fashioned. Don't miss it! The bartender Ridge was friendly and knowledgeable. Situated on the second floor of the Tennessean Hotel, there is also a nice view past the Sunsphere toward campus. We will definitely return!

Yelp
This is a very classy and premium cocktail lounge. Every time we travel to Knoxville we stop by for a smoked old fashion; it's amazing. A great spot and we are very particular when it comes to premium cocktails. This is a great spot!
