The Drawing Room

Went for restaurant week and we absolutely loved it! Very classy interior with tall candles and beautiful place settings. Artwork abounds and the seats were very comfy. I had the scallops and they were superb. Highly recommend!

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Food was incredible, amazing waiter, great ambiance - I've eaten in cities all over the country and was so impressed by this place. I can't wait to come back and bring family and friends to this gem

Pleasant surprise! My husband and I visited Charleston in May and had a list of restaurants we wanted to try out. Honestly, the Drawing Room was not one of them, but a few of our friends who live in Charleston mentioned how spectacular the food was and said it was a "must try." On our last night, we had dinner at the Drawing Room and WOW, the food and artistic ambience completed our trip. If you are looking for a hidden gem that might have the best food you've ever experienced, then this is the place! We will certainly be back when visit Charleston again this fall.

I just can’t say enough about how awesome Kevin, the mixologist at The Drawing Room bar in the Vendue is! Absolute best drinks and most memorable experience my husband and I had in Charleston! You can’t leave without trying one of his drinks.

This bar wasn’t on the map for a while but I applied for them and now it’s listed so I’m coming back to post my review. It’s in the lobby of the Vendue hotel and it’s really really good. I’ve never bothered to add anything to the map before but we liked the drinks so much and the bartender was so nice. Their old fashioned is so good, made with coffee and toasted coconut liqueurs. When I’m back in Charleston I’ll be coming back for it

Wow. I have rarely had a worse meal. The food, though artistically presented, was truly inedible at times. The lamb I received was the driest piece of meat I have ever been served. Not an exaggeration to say that it was like shoe leather, and if I had to guess had either been under a heat lamp all day or worse yet microwaved. Our server was polite and seemed so enthusiastic, I didn't have the heart to tell just how awful everything was. The food came out so slowly, and was so bad and so expensive. I'd never, ever recommend this restaurant to anyone.

OMG! I don't use that term lightly, this place was nothing short of amazing. Half price wine on Tuesday, every dish was delish.. chef provided 2 complementary plated in between salads and dinner. All incredible... a must visit. They had a guy painting a picture too!

Great food and service! One of the best restaurants in Charleston. The most friendly servers and management anyone could ask for. Not to mention amazing food from the most talented chefs in Charleston (by far).
