It’s a new location, but the same great comedy club bringing in great comedy from around the Midwest and all over the country. This club has been incredibly supportive of local comedy and works hard to be an inviting venue for all comedy fans. This new location has such a great, positive vibe and friendly staff.

As a comic I have been attending The Drop open-mics and of recently I hosted a weekend show. This place offers, a good stage, and cultural diverse space to find your comedic voice. As booked talent and not an open-mic’s I was welcomed into a clean, comfy green room that had pens, mints, snacks, and EVERYTHING I needed to perform with ease. The times I visited The Drop as a patron and not a comic I still loved the experience. The new location “Rocki Button” overflows with art and has an extreme creative energy. I love this space and have found The Drop has grown all the more entertaining since moving to Rocki Button. The staff at both The Drop and Rocki Button are professional, welcoming, and have become my friends. I live 55+ minute drive away so if I’m attending The Drop it’s a guaranteed 2 hour trip and with an event plus socializing I’m away from home for 6+ hours …. The times I’ve gone, I found this to have been my best 6 hours. I would recommend The Drop to guests looking for a great Saturday night show and comics wanting to work out material or submit for show bookings. The Drop has been a great source of creative enjoyment for me and I am looking forward to many more visits.

Horrible location. Unless you want to ride an elevator up a few stories every time you get hungry or thirsty, and get shoved into a tiny cramped room with a stage smaller than a blue haired girls will to live then don’t go here. The comics are frugal with their comedy at best, sometimes there’s a decent one but mannnnnn that’s rare 😂 and when there is they get like a 5 minute feature then probably banned because they never show again, maybe if the owner understood comedy better then we could actually enjoy the show. Also smelled like a rat on menopause. Wierd comparison but trust me.

Awesome open mic. 2 back to back mics on Tuesday. Fun, friendly atmosphere. Very encouraging of new comics and new material.

A great place to hangout and have some laughs. The comics are hilarious and everyone is so welcoming. Can’t wait to come back

The comic rotation has a lot of different styles. The new location is great; good drinks and local art.

Food sucked. Service sucked. Bartender sucks. Comedy not funny. And smells like the Don Jon Leavers bathroom in there. Please someone buy this place out.

Whenever I go to South Bend, I HAVE to visit the Drop! The venue is great! The staff are wonderful people! And it's ALWAYS a fun show!

The aloft bar where the drop comedy club is located is really classy. The lobby is welcoming. The bartender is a really good mixologist!

Great show last night. A hidden gem within the ALoft Hotel downtown- what we need more of . . . Laughing at ourselves. The venue (performance area) was perfect . . . This is Arts in the making

I have been going to this place now for 3 years and I have to say that it's one of the best places I've been to/performed at. it's owned by local comics who bend over backwards to make it work. They bring in bigtime comics (Neil Hamburger, Todd Barry, and most recently Sean Patton) but also a lot of really good regional comics. being so close to chicago, they get a lot of comics that are a year or 2 away from being national headliners. if you think there's nothing to do in south bend, i encourage you to try out the Drop, it's only $10 for most shows and they have open mic (free) every Tue. at 8 pm (signup at 7) this is a great place to take a date or, if you're single, to get drunk and laugh and then go home and cry into your pillow.

Small comedy club. Initmate settings. Great crowds and Great comedians.. i know, I perform here. Recommend

We came to The Drop for free comedy last night. Kind of a weird location (across from a jail) and you may drown if you fall into the the parking lot's puddles...scratch that, parking lot craters if you're not careful. At first, you walk in to the bar side which is pretty dive-y. The bartender greeted us very quickly and was friendly. Not a lot of great craft-beer selections here, but it get's the job done. The showroom is connected to the bar and is pretty small and intimate- great for comedy! You may want to get there early because the tables fill up. Overall, we really enjoyed the show, the comedians we're great.

Met a couple of house comedians at a local open mic comedy Yelp Event, and they invited us to come to weekend show. We had a group of 6, 2 with birthdays were admitted for free!!! Service during show was good, Chicken Fingers & Fries hit the spot, and Drinks were good. 3 Comedians from Chicago made us laugh, but the headliner, Adrian Cosby, think that was his name was from Columbus, OH, and he was hilarious. (Girl in audience heckled him the entire time, and he handled like a pro!) We had a fun time and definitely worth the $10 cover charge.

Just seemed like they didn't really have the hang of the comedy business yet. The show was ok but it was kind of unprofessional.

There's not much to do in south bend Indiana so luckily they have a badass comedy club! They regularly have professional touring comedians as well as locals! I love it because they have a great bar with decent deals and you get to laugh your butt off!

Nice place to come for some comedy at a decent price. Its more of a smaller laid back club, they do feature both local talent and some out of towners.

Went her twice and loved it both times. Prices are cheap and they usually have a Groupon. I would recommend this this to anyone looking for good drinks, food, prices, and laughs. Don't underestimate this place due to It's location!

Great change of pace for something to do in South Bend. We had a large group there on New Year's Eve. They were very accommodating and everyone had a great time. Will definitely recommend The Drop Comedy Club to anyone looking to enjoy some standup comedy, or for something different to do in South Bend.

Well worth the trip and small cover charge! Our first time and we will be back. All four comedians and the host were entertaining and generated lots of laughs. As good as NYC clubs and better than some routines I've seen in LA but without the minimum drink order. While the location may seem odd, the parking area was safe and everyone was friendly and welcoming at both the bar and club. Dessert was good. Hamburgers and fries looked tempting, wish I had not eaten beforehand. Hidden South Bend Gem!

We absolutely had a ball. Very nice little comedy spot in Michiana. Come on out have a few drinks some food and great entertainment. Jason was a great host. Thanks jason we will be back soon. Reena Calm and Kristen Lundberg were awesome. Keep up the funny. hope you will be back soon

What a great place to spend an evening in Downtown South Bend. The Drop was part of a great night for myself and my wife. When entering the club it was quite busy. Which is great for a comedy club. Nothing worst then seeing comedy with no crowd, that definitely was NOT a problem here. The people at the door and the wait staff were very friendly. The drinks were very reasonable. The comics were all fantastic. Very engaging and fresh. If your looking for something off the beaten path of Michiana entertainment I would definitely recommend checking out the drop comedy club.

By far the best comedy club in the area!! Waaaaay better then the other ones around here. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Wowzers! What a gyp!! Not only were the comics lame as hell, the drinks were pricy and watered down! Guys only got like 2 minutes, and most of them were readin' offa their palms! I coulda done better in grade school!Lame.Lame Lame....fish ok ona Friday night.
