"This highly regarded restaurant in the suburbs delivers much more than its name and industrial styling first imply. The menu evolves from day to day, in line with the latest seasonal produce, and is accompanied by a superb wine list. Ask for a seat at the counter to witness the efficiency of the kitchen team." - Michelin Inspector

An absolutely incredible dinner. The char and rabbit, in particular, were exquisite. The service was top notch, both our waiters were affable yet highly attentive. The food boasted robust flavours, and the chefs were happy to talk through their dishes. The space was modern but not overwhelming on the acoustics. A very, very enjoyable night and well worthy of being on the Michelin guide

We have visited a few times, both for lunch and dinner, and after traveling a lot throughout Europe, I am yet to find the same level of gastronomy, at a similar price. Interesting dishes executed perfectly. Friendly and attentive service. Go for 3 servings if you can, you won’t regret it!

Wow. This was easily one of the best meals I have eaten. We started our meal with a rosé sparkling wine and sat at the chef's table. The chef's are extremely efficient and watching them work was a treat in itself. I ordered the cold watermelon soup, chicken dish and the lemon spruce dessert. Every bite was phenomenal. The sauces and purees balanced the richness of the meal. The combination of lemon and spruce was mouthwatering. If you are in Prague, I highly recommend visiting The Eatery.

It was my first experience with a fine dining restaurant but I have to say I loved it. We went for a 3 course dinner menu which had reasonable price, good selection to choose from and the taste of everything was amazing. The service and atmosphere were also phenomenal. I highly recommend to sit at the chefs table, because that’s where the magic happens and you get served by the people who prepared you the dish. 10/10

We reserved in advance which we can only suggest. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff and extremely impressed by the ambiance of the restaurant. The menu and meals were excellent and assorted beautifully. We definitely had a great experience dining there. Would definitely recommend this place for a more luxurious and delicious experience!

Wow, what a night!.. Everything were wonderful when I did big fault at dessert☺️ “cheese“ it was totally salty but my wife choose which is Parnocotta was not bad... Anyway sweetbread and terrier was amazing as starter... Main courses were Duck and Beef, I think I read some comments about Duck was very good, I was appealed to that, it was very delicious. Beef is a classic if you don't like surprise, go ahead... To sump up, it was very enjoyable night for us.. Thanks a lot all stuff and service who contribute

A combination of a main dish followed by a dessert was just nice. We came as a group and was promptly welcomed, assisted to hang our jackets and showned to our table. By 1930, this Michelin Guide cited restaurant was already a full house. For mains, the dishes were all good but the shining star is the Duck - duck breast, pumpkin puree, pickled pumpkin, tangerine, gingerbread sauce. I expected some toughness but found the most tender and melt in the mouth piece of duck meat I have ever eaten. The meat was red, not bloody and tasted fresh, sweet and mild. For desserts, the winner is the honey cake - honey, salted caramel, sunflower, honey mousse. This version is soft layered with a snickers tasting cream and surrounded by a nest of cream with notes of caramel. Sweetness is at the right level. For the finisher, a pot of green tea that you can flavour with honey hits the right spot and balances the meal. The only thing here is the limited choice of beers. Otherwise, it was a perfect evening with great service.

Loved it. Even though it’s a fine-dining restaurant it has a laid back aspect to it that lets you wind down, the food is AMAZING, with very fair prices. Service was flawless, from both staff and chefs; that you can watch cooking and finishing dishes if you get what’s called a “chefs seat”: basically you seat at the counter in front of the open kitchen and the chefs serve and explain quickly what’s on your dish. —> should definitely ask for chefs table at reservation, which is also highly recommended. Recs.: Main dish and dessert to share; with a recommendation for the Duck breast and for the latter, Honey Cake (salted caramel foam was out of this world). If you’re not into sweets the trout croquettes entrée is also delicious! One of the salon staff recommended to pair with the duck a Czech Pinot Noir that I cannot remember the name but it was also the nicest wine I’ve had in Prague. Also def a recommendation to ask for it!

Yelp
My husband and I dined at The Eatery in Prague on a Tuesday evening. Having just arrived in the city, we chose this restaurant for our first dinner and, without a reservation, we were offered seats at the "chef's table." This turned out to be the best spot in the house, allowing us to watch the talented chefs in action. Their skill and dedication was truly inspiring. For starters, I had the creamy leek soup, which was the best I've ever tasted. For the main course, I chose the Koprovka, a dish with an amazing dill sauce. My husband opted for the lamb and was thoroughly impressed. The wait staff were attentive, and the atmosphere was lively, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. We highly recommend The Eatery for an unforgettable dining experience in Prague!

Yelp
@theeaterybistro You've got to hand it to them: They've got the balls to serve up bull's balls. Yes, fried bull testicles. I don't know how they do it, but it was pretty good. I now see why they have a Michelin Mention. Daring. Other than that we had the char, Foie Gras, and venison. All good. The only problem I have with them is the dessert menu. Both item we ordered were a bit thick and heavy. Not how you want to end an evening meal. Minus one star for that.

Yelp
Went here for dinner with colleagues. Came highly recommended from our local guy in Prague - and it certainly delivered! The food and wine choices were fantastic. Excellently locally prepared items and absolutely delivered in looks, taste and price. Honestly, for a this hidden gem, it was the motherload.

Yelp
As this establishment was relatively far away from our stay, which is closer to the old town of Prague, we decided to visit here right after we got off from our flight from Paris. And I must say, I am so glad that we decided to make such an effort! All servers were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they were also super accommodating of my vegan diet (which I let them know in advance at the time of reservation). All of my dishes were not on the menu, and each one was a delicious surprise. The appetizer was a flavorful salad of different types of tomatoes and cubed watermelons, which was perfectly hydrating for my post-flight meal. As for the main menu, they gave me a plate of grilled vegetables, which was a common theme that I detected across non-vegan restaurants. However, the vegetables were extremely well-seasoned and cooked, with a tangy sauce to go with. Even when dining at Michelin listed restaurants, there were some vegetables that I did not like how it was cooked, but this establishment was one of the very few restaurants that I finished eating without asking my husband for help. Ask for the dessert, they served me a citrusy sorbet with a bed of granola and some sort of red berry jam underneath, topped with bits of meringues that added to the texture. I remember whispering to my husband: I'm going to go nuts if they serve me some kind of sorbet for dessert again, as all of the non-vegan restaurants have served me some sort of sorbet or fresh fruits for dessert. However, I actually enjoyed their sorbet because of the different textures that the additional ingredients provided! And to reiterate, nothing I was offered was on the menu. None of my dishes felt like it was haphazardly put together to meet my dietary needs. Rather, everything was well thought out and I felt very respected, which was uncommon even in fine-dining restaurants that I made reservations weeks in advance and notified of my vegan dietary needs. My husband also very much enjoyed all the dishes and the wine pairings that he was recommended. The Eatery definitely raised our standards for restaurants in Czech Republic, and we would certainly be willing to come back the next time we are in Prague.

Yelp
This restaurant is far from tourist area where we live near Charles bridge. Uber is very reasonable and get there in 25 minutes during traffic hours. Service - Either we got lucky or that's just how European hospitality is, very professional, knowledgeable about the dishes and attentive. We were also went there at 6:30 slightly before dinner rush. Food: impressive, sophisticated, great value. Home made Elder flower lemonade. I actually don't like drinks that are too sweet. But while my wife get a glass of wine, I've decided to get this lemonade. I was very impressed. The Elder flower was very refreshing and the lemonade wasn't even that sweet. Nicely done. And I stressed, very refreshing. Mushroom with fried egg. The egg was done almost perfect. The yolk was cooked but not well done, I'd prefer it to be more yolky but that's just me. The texture of the crispiness of the fried egg was good as well. Maize cream soup. The pop corn was a little weird but the corn soup was magnificent. Sweet and most importantly flavorful. Char - excellent job. Crispy on the outside and the fregola was done perfectly. Honestly, I expect more on the sauce but then I just noticed I mistaken this as the 1 star Michelin restaurant. So I was writing a review based on Michelin star resident. Hence, they did a wonderful job already. Pork belly - I'm especially impressed with this dish. I supposed, the quality of the pork belly just have something to do with it. This is nothing like those I had at Michelin star restaurants in SF Bay area. The pork belly was not fatty, it's crispy on the outside and not a lot of greasy fat but crisp meat texture. These are all grilled unlike the traditional pork belly where they roast it to crispiness. This is much better... Not as heavy. The baked carrots were flavorful and I liked the curled carrot roll which taste a like sweet and sour. Again, the sauce can be improved. Pana Cotta - delicious, not carat about the grilled pear or peach. But finessely done with the rum yogurt ice cream. All in all, I'm quite impressed with the food and the value. Haven't been to other Czech restaurant yet but this place sure idea great value and quality.

Yelp
I really loved the food, great takes on different types of culinar traditions. This is what i understand under the term "fusion". Great service, nice staff, really worth the price. A little extra was no problem with serving in three languages.

Yelp
Love everything about this place! From the simple design, amazing food, great wines to the chef's table where you can be watching the chefs doing their magic and even talk to them, finding out everything about the ingredients and the cooking process. Definitely come here! For such a great culinary experience the prices are more than reasonable!
