I want to start by saying that I am not (yet) a tenant here. So I cannot speak to the quality of life at The Eddy. I cannot speak to the amenities, the community, the units, appliances, maintenance, etc. However, I did want to drop a review for a couple of the Eddy's staff that I've been working with as I look to rent here from out of town. Moving from out of state can truly be so overwhelming. Faith and Daniel have gone above and beyond, helping me to tour the units virtually, helping me through the application process, answering all of my questions and overall just being so patient with me. I am very type-A when it comes to moving into a new home, so I normally have a ton of questions and ask for a lot of clarification on information. Because of this, I often sense people getting impatient with me. It's rare to find someone who just takes their time and doesn't make you feel like a nuisance. I have always felt that a good staff makes a world of difference (for better or worse) when renting from an apartment complex. So, my 5 stars are for Faith and Daniel. If their support is any testament to the community experience at The Eddy, then I'm sure it's a wonderful place to live.
