As a group of restaurant managers, we understand the importance of excellent service but were disappointed with the service we received from your bartender, Joey. While we appreciated the opportunity to celebrate at your bar, we felt that Joey could benefit from additional training and coaching on providing good service and demonstrating a service-oriented mindset. My favorite Castro neighborhood bar, I’ve been coming here for well over a decade. I mostly love the musical nights, but it’s a friendly place to have a few drinks any day of the week. 2 for 1 happy hours and strong drinks make a winning combination!

My third showtunes night here. The big bartender by the bathroom is a mean drunk. Every time, does tequila shots off the top shelf in that dark blue bottle, and then stumbles around and yells at people. Good music and friendly crowd though.

Beautiful show on Thursday but the bar was giving us negativity vibes, they refused to give us a 3rd shot because it was within less than 2 hours. It was unnecessary, we were lit and it was our first spot, we werent even drunk. So annoying

If you’re looking for a chill vibe where everyone is welcome make sure to check this bar out. The bartender was amazing even after he told us he was off for the night he still made sure that we were okay while he did his side cleaning.
