The 5 Best Restaurants & Bars In Disney Springs 2024

"All the metallic surfaces make the Edison feel like you’ve sipped the shrinking potion from Alice In Wonderland and now you’re hanging out between the gears of a mechanical clock. It’s a lively nighttime spot, when charming musicians take the main floor stage and sing bluesy covers. This live entertainment goes well with an evening of gooey grilled cheese sandwiches and rounds of drinks. The cocktail list is all pretty good, but ask for the off-menu cherry limeade spiked with vodka and orgeat. At the bar, you might overhear an exhausted dad asking for a Bud Light to go—it’s stroke of genius worth copying for a boozy night-time walk around the Springs. " - anne cruz, gabe bergado

21 Best Restaurants in Orlando, Florida | Condé Nast Traveler

"An industrial steampunk theme prevails inside The Edison, a fantastical restaurant with tons of its namesake bulbs. That the theme park Imagineers had their hands in the design is obvious with the steam engines, boilers, and old-fashioned clock tower. "Inventors" roam and around and interact with diners, adding to the theater. The menu sticks to slightly respun gastropub classics. Apps include fried calamari, deviled eggs, and chips; salads are familiar (Greek, spinach, Caesar); and main courses range from meatloaf and pulled pork sandwiches to fish tacos and burgers." - Terry Ward

The Edison has been on my “must try” list for a while but they seem to always be completely booked. The restaurant Gods must have been on my side because we were able to just walk up and be seated immediately for lunch. The moment you walk in, the decor catches your attention. It’s beautiful to say the least! The menu has plenty of options for all tastes and the prices are the normal for a more upscale Disney restaurant. Make sure to take full advantage of your annual pass discount. We splurged and enjoyed two different types of appetizers. Both were good but the pretzel was my favorite. I highly recommend the PB&J banana sandwich! It’s the perfect blend of flavors and the perfect excuse to enjoy a childhood favorite. We had the pleasure of being served by Jenna and she made sure to pamper us throughout our whole dining experience. We will be visiting again and hope to enjoy the dinner option too!

This restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're transported to another era — they’ve truly nailed the theme. The décor, music, and ambiance make you feel like you've stepped back in time in the best way possible. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and fun — they really bring the experience to life. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. And the entertainment was the cherry on top — lively, engaging, and perfectly in sync with the atmosphere.

Google
We tried a couple of cocktails including an old fashioned and strawberry Fields Forever! Both were delicious. Careful with the strawberry drink though. It goes down easy 😆 But it was so refreshing! The burgers are fabulous! We also had the blue crab dip and pulled pork sliders. Both, yummy!

Google
Great server ! Entertainment was top reason why we wanted to go. They played 20 min increments so we at least heard one session before ending our meal. The spinach dip app was good very thick and cheesy. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was Ok (my hello fresh meal they send is actually better imo as far as taste goes) My son had the bacon burger 🍔 called the Edison I believe and he liked it. I had a mocktail that was recommended and very sweet which I was prepared for bc of the pineapple but ya it was very sweet for me. I don’t think we will be returning for the food or experience any time soon but I’m glad we visited and checked it off our list while in Disney Springs ✅ 🍴🍹🎹🎤🎻🎼

The Edison is always a fun and lively spot to spend the evening! On Fridays and Saturdays, they feature live performances where talented singers bring the whole place to life — and the best part is, the performances are also broadcast live on the radio. You can even pass a note to the DJ with a message for your friends, and he’ll read it aloud on-air. Such a unique and interactive touch! From the appetizers, the fried calamari is my go-to — crispy and flavorful every time. They used to have amazing brisket fries, which I really miss, but the menu changes often, so there’s always something new to try. For entrées, the grilled salmon is a standout — always perfectly cooked and a great, balanced dish. I also enjoy the steak, although I preferred the potato wedges they served before. They now come with mashed potatoes. If you’re into cocktails, try the Time Turner — it’s a great drink and one of my favorites. All in all, The Edison is a place full of energy, great food, and an experience you’ll remember. Definitely worth visiting — and revisiting!

Google
Incredible service & happy hour! I loved the south of nowhere cocktail, and my boyfriend got the candied bacon clothesline and was very impressed. The bartenders were welcoming and wonderful, they gave recommendations and made us incredible cocktails. I think this spot has the best happy hour deals in Disney Springs, we are coming back to Disney in November and the Edison is at the top of our list!!!! I HIGHLY recommend their happy hour

Google
Another touristy spot that focuses more on ambiance than quality food. Our service was great, the ambiance and decor was spectacular, and the live entertainment was super fun. The food was average to below average. The spinach dip I would rate a 3.5/5 and that was the best food of the night. I had the Edison burger which was simply fine but I didn’t even finish it (which almost never happens). The fries were bland and just kind of there. My dining companions said the same about the ribs, it was just okay. All our plates had unfinished food left on it. The ambiance and service did helps to offset the experience but there are better food Options out there.

Google
The Edison at Disney Springs is a popular dining spot, and for good reason. Reservations are strongly recommended and require a credit card to hold. The staff are welcoming, the restaurant is spotless, and the food is top-tier. Try one of the steak burgers. they’ll ruin other burgers for you. The decor is stylish and immersive, but the sound system falls short. It uses voice reinforcement speakers, not designed for live music. Lyrics get lost in the mix. A sound system upgrade would turn The Edison into a place you won’t want to leave.

Yelp
Neat atmosphere. Friendly staff. Chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes were good. Nice, soft light bread with a good size moist piece of chicken.

Yelp
Talk about a speakeasy type setting in Disney Springs. The Edison is loaded with Brass, Metals & Woods with Cement floors a couple off bars surround the place and it has two floors for dining. We started with Cabernet Sauvignon & a STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER wheatley vodka, st-germain liqueur, honey, lime juice, strawberries, mint We both ordered the Short Ribs for dinner barolo red wine mushroom gravy, mashed potato, glazed rainbow carrots. Outstanding Service and they did have a live band playing. Another great experience at Disney Springs.

Yelp
The Edison - A Perfect Evening in Disney Springs My wife and I had a fantastic evening at The Edison in Disney Springs. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, with just the right mix of energy and sophistication to make for a fun night out. The real standout of the evening was Hudson Clarke, the bartender. Hudson was excellent--friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made us feel right at home, offering great drink recommendations and genuinely making the night more enjoyable. The Drinks: We tried a few cocktails, but the Patented Old Fashioned was the clear winner. It was smooth, well-balanced, and honestly one of the best Old Fashioneds I've had in a while. Hudson's attention to detail made all the difference, and it was clear he takes pride in every drink he makes. The Food: We shared the Electri-Fries, and they were perfect for snacking. Crispy, flavorful, and just indulgent enough to pair with our cocktails without feeling too heavy. Overall: The Edison delivered on every level--great drinks, good food, and a fun atmosphere. A huge thanks to Hudson for making the experience even better. If you're at The Edison, grab a seat at the bar and hope Hudson's working. You won't regret it. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Rating:

Yelp
After a disheartening start to our trip from a neighboring DS restaurant, our group of five stopped in at The Edison for cocktails at the downstairs bar. The restaurant we had just left had informed us they couldn't accept any of our Disney gift cards for payment because the system was down. So upon arrival at the bar we confirmed that we would be able use the gift cards for our drinks. Our bartender Informed us the system was just fine and proceeded to make us two rounds of amazing, unique drinks. He was also perplexed by our experience at our first restaurant and even took the initiative to mention it to his manager. She came by to speak to us, informed us that Disney gift cards are always welcomed on DS properties and apologized for our prior experience. Both the bartender (Hudson, in photo) and manager (Jessica) relieved the stress of being stuck with gift cards we couldn't use (the entire trip was gifted to us via Disney gift cards as a mom trip).

Yelp
Decor and atmosphere were a definite 4 out of 5. Food and service were a 1-2 out of 5. I really wanted to like this place more as I have admired it from the outside for a while and the entry / atmosphere was excellent. The decor is fun and whimsical with things throughout the entire location. We made a reservation and headed to the check in desk that is located outside. The host seemed like they were having a rough time and didn't greet us, but did ask for our details. We were then told to go downstairs and see another host for our seating. Once downstairs we found another host that sat us at a partial booth and seats table. We looked over the menu and made some decisions. Our server took some time to come over but did have a few tables to take care of, so we waited. I ordered the version of a charchuterie board which had biscuits, meat, pickles, etc. Little one had a grilled cheese, and the husband got a sandwich. Everything took a fair amount of time to come out of the kitchen - roughly a half hour wait. Our server did bring drinks over, but we didn't see them again until it was time to check out. An alternate runner brought out the plates and we had to stop someone else to get condiments for the table. My charchuterie board was lack luster at best. The biscuits were hard as a rock and honestly not edible, the meat was just okay, and the small cup of pickles and jam did nothing to help make this plate $20. My husband's sandwich was very dry and the little one's grilled cheese had hard bread as well. For the price point and other options nearby I wouldn't bother popping in here again unless something significant changes. Overall: C Ambiance and decor is great. Food and service were just not there for us.

Yelp
I came to celebrate a special occasion and I can't think of a more perfect place. TI got to try a lot of new dishes. Ashlyn guided me through the menu and made some excellent suggestions. I love the ambiance here with the live speakeasy music and industrial vibe. I felt like I was taken back in time. We order the kids Shirley temples and the adults indulged on some very spirit driven/tasty drinks. A lav 75, A Dame'll Sting You and Oaxacan On Sunshine. These are well crafted drinks. For food we splurged on appetizers. We got the fried calamari. The fried Pickle Spears. These were the best I've ever had. Lastly we got the Spinach Parmesan Dip. This was my favorite appetizer. The flavor was amazing and I loved the toasted breadcrumbs on top. The kids got the cheeseburger and tenders. I was shocked by the size of the cheeseburger and its cute they gave the kids a frying basket for their fries. Lastly we had to try The Edison Burger. Honestly one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. The flavor was unmatched. Between the ambiance, entertainment, cocktails and food... this is now one of my favorite restaurants. Thank you to Ashlyn and Tony for making this a wonderful experience. Thank you to the Manager, Aaron that took time to greet our table and ask about our experience. He made our celebration even more special with his kindness.

Yelp
My friends and I had a great girls' night at The Edison!! We made our reservation on the Disney app a week or so in advance. We arrived at our scheduled time and were immediately seated. Our server was friendly and answered all our questions and helped us with recommendations. We all enjoyed our food and left so full!! I got the American burger (well done) with fries and ranch sauce. It was so good! I also enjoyed the live singer and band. It was a fun vibe.
google avatar

Yelp
The Edison burger was delicious and the fries were so good too. Our server was awesome and very attentive. I think they are a little understaffed as our food took a really long time to get to our table. Definitely not an issue on our servers part, but it seemed a lot of tables were backed up and the kitchen was working overtime. It's a great place with great food and ambiance.

Yelp
I absolutely love the live shows here, which transport you straight to the 1920s with their captivating speakeasy-style performances. I recommend making reservations, and if you can snag a seat close to the stage, you'll be in for a very cool experience. The calamari was a standout: crispy, perfectly golden rings balanced by the kick of hot peppers. Talon is hands down one of the most entertaining bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of watching in action. Highly recommend The South of Nowhere to those who enjoy sour, tequila based cocktails.

Yelp
Came this evening with my mom she's never been here. We immediately sat at the bar and I am a tail she got a cosmopolitan. We waited for the entertainment to start this evening which is from the sound room studio. I bartender I spoke to the bartender who's name is Chelsea- about like your bourbon and she gave us from their bourbon that they have can house from the Saint Augustine Distillery. Chelsea is a bartender on the bottom bar on the right hand side across from the singing stage she is absolutely amazing. 10/10

Yelp
Very cool place! Love the industrial, steam punk style decor and layout. Even though we had a reservation, it took about 30 minutes to be set at our table, but everyone was very friendly during the process. Our party of four was set at a half booth, and we were promptly met by our server who is very friendly. The food was very good, but my drink choice not so much. I had the Edison burger which was great, but the Edison drink I ordered was not what I expected. Overall it was a nice experience, but I wish our table would have had a view of the live music going on downstairs. I recommend this place.

Yelp
The Edison is an absolute gem with a wonderfully unique and immersive atmosphere that transports you into a mix of vintage industrial chic and steam punk elegance. The interior is awe-inspiring; perfectly designed to balance an upscale yet comfortable vibe. Between the multi-level seating options and cozy lounge areas, you'll feel both relaxed and captivated by the surroundings. The experience is brought to life by the fantastic entertainment, with a stage showcasing a DJ pianist and vocalist, and TVs throughout to keep the live performance visible from any seat in the house. The beautifully lit bars are a highlight, making every drink feel like a crafted piece of art. The food is fantastic! From the monumental pretzel, which comes with pimento cheese and honey mustard, to the iconic DB "clothesline" candied bacon; each dish offering an explosion of flavors and a beautiful presentation. The cocktails are a true spectacle; the "south of nowhere" is refreshing and expertly balanced, while the High Roller's "a fire in Vermont" cocktail is a show in itself, served flaming tableside with a deep, complex flavor that warms you from the inside out. For entrées, the Edison burger is an absolute must-try. The blend of sirloin, short rib, and brisket is cooked to perfection, topped with white cheddar, smoked bacon, fresh veggies, and Edison sauce are packed with flavor. Our server, Rylee, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The level of service only added to the top-notch experience. All in all, The Edison combines stunning décor, deliciously inventive food, and fantastic service, making it an unforgettable experience from start to finish; we shall be back!

Yelp
This place is so amazingly beautiful. The aesthetics is something that takes you back to a different era. The drinks are phenomenal and Amaris and Hudson are just everything you want in bartenders. They are service oriented and make drinks in the most delicious but knowledgeable way. They know what they are doing and make sure you know the ingredients and everything you need to know about the drink menu. They made our experience memorable and I will definitely go back again. They have music from the 20s and the restaurant is just a beautiful gem to experience. Thank you Hudson and Amaris for making our day a special one.

Yelp
Wow, I really enjoyed my time at Edison in Disney Springs. Walked down and sat near the downstairs bars. Ordered two whiskey flights and listened to the live music. So many cool things going on here. Gave me a speakeasy vibe which I think was the theme. There was even a girl walking around with fairy wings with a box full of shots. And the mixologists were next level. Got to try their signature craft cocktail, the Edison. That drink was like a next level whiskey sour.
google avatar

Arion M.

Yelp
live music and short rib?! What else could a foodie ask for?! Service was great and I really enjoyed my meal. Came here on a Friday night and felt like I was transported to the 20s! Only thing I didn't like was my mocktail -- it tasted like cough syrup lol.
google avatar

Aubrie H.

Yelp
This is our go to spot for cocktails at Disney Springs but on this visit we decided to try the food too. The pretzel is huge, and the dips included were delicious. Candied bacon was also delicious and served in a fun way. The burger was cooked perfectly and had good flavor and as always the drinks and service were amazing!
google avatar

david l.

Yelp
This is a good stop for lunch. The service was very good and friendly. The food was ok. The Blackened Salmon was a bit overcooked. The Cubano was good but had a bit to much mustard and lime which overwhelmed the sandwich a bit.
google avatar

Jim L.

Yelp
This place has a decent happy hour. We feel like happy hours in Disney springs, generally, are great deals. Candied bacon, are not really up for hype. However, other food that we got are decent. Burgers came out nice. Loaded fries were good. Drinks were delicious. We would definitely come back
google avatar

Kim S.

Yelp
Delicious lunch with my family and we really enjoyed the eclectic atmosphere. It appears that they have a stage for live music. Our server was great! I would recommend the calamari.
google avatar

Dawn V.

Yelp
This place looks very cool. It's modeled after a "speakeasy". Our sons enjoyed walking around and checking everything out, especially the sinks outside of the bathroom. But the food was nothing special. My salmon was supposed to be blackened, it was closer to raw. My son ordered a burger that was supposed to be too quality, but he didn't care for it.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
Ambiance is great, especially at night. Gives a nice dark club type vibe. They had live music performing while we were eating as well. Food options were standard American food and were reasonable in quality (about what you can expect at a typical mid-priced American restaurant). Service was just okay as well.
google avatar

Katrina P.

Yelp
The Edison is such a great place to visit and have dinner and drinks. It has speakeasy vibes and pretty cool decor. The service is always good, I frequent this venue often and always bring my family and friends that are visiting from out of town here. You won't be sorry you picked this place to hang out. It can get really busy so make reservations if you can.
google avatar

Dan C.

Yelp
Luv how ppl give bad reviews because the food didn't taste good. Don't we all have different taste buds? But ruuuuuun to yelp! So pathetic. If you're traveling to Disney, I'd recommend it. Good food. Good atmosphere. Should I dare say it was cold inside for "me" but the table next to us the temp was fine. Why don't you put yourself in a business owners shoes before you run and bad mouth things. Maybe if you sign the fronts of checks you'd think before you say stupid things.
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
The Edison burger was delicious. Our server was very on point and was able to keep up with our dad jokes. There was a live singer in the restaurant. We were a large party of 10 and they had a semicircle booth in the corner that was just big enough for all of us!
google avatar

Jenny P.

Yelp
This place is over priced and they need an upgrade!!! They don't have a brunch menu is just lunch and dinner. I had the tomato soup with the grilled cheese 10/10. The service and ambience definitely fits the theme but it's a one time spot for me
google avatar

Madison F.

Yelp
One of the best places to dine on Disney property. Amazing food and drinks and the atmosphere is unmatched. Our server especially tonight was amazing. Thank you to Renee for taking such good care of us and being so wonderful!
google avatar

Michelle S.

Yelp
When we entered the space we noticed just how well themed it was. It was very steam punk meets 1920s speakeasy and we really enjoyed that. Our server was extremely attentive and answered my many questions. We had originally planned to partake in magical dining but changed our minds because there were just too many options we wanted to try. I got a burger and my partner got the chicken sandwich, we started with the bacon and we got banana pudding for dessert. Everything tasted great.
google avatar

Kellie K.

Yelp
I'm so grateful we found The Edison tucked away in Disney Springs! It felt like we walked inside of an industrial factory. The lights were dim, the music was nice and it wasn't chaotic inside. It was rather cold inside so I recommend bringing a jacket! I got their roasted salmon with veggies and a delicious sauce! My mama got their Edison burger and really enjoyed it. The service was friendly and quick! Definitely come here for quality food and service! :)
google avatar

Jose R.

Yelp
This place is phenomenal folks. Had the opportunity to hang at one of their main bars (they have a few). Great place folks: definitely indulge in the Smokey old fashioned. I went with Woodford Reserve, but they've got an abundance of bourbons - checkout how they smoke it up. Done and did!. Great experience!!!
google avatar

Angie S.

Yelp
I loved this place! The ambiance was set in the 1920's so naturally the decor was as well. All the employees were in either flapper dresses or suspenders and trousers which gave it a nice touch. We were seated downstairs right in front of the band which if you make reservations, I would highly recommend. The band sung recent songs such as Beyonce and Aerosmith. We ordered the Candy Bacon, Short Ribs/Mash Potatoes, Salmon/Potato Wedges. Everything except the Salmon were delicious (it was lacking flavor). But the piece de resistance was the Blackberry Old Fashioned. Typically it's not my go to drink but I sipped my boyfriend's and just ordered my own. Words of Advice: #1 Make a reservation. It does get packed. #2 Get the BlackBerry Old Fashioned #3 Thank me later :)

Yelp
The experience at the Edison was very positive and different. This was the first time I visited the restaurant with some friends. We actually went because it had an option for the "Magical Dining". We got there, and they had our reserved table waiting for us; the server was very helpful and polite and accommodated a couple of requests we had on our table. For food.... it was delicious! They brought all the appetizers, hot and ready, and then waited to bring the main entre, which was also delicious. We enjoyed the music that was being played. There was a private event downstairs, but we really didn't mind because we could still enjoy it. For something different in Springs, this is a great experience and fun time with friends.
google avatar

Jennifer F.

Yelp
The vibe of this restaurant is really cool. Love the decor and the live music. We were seated quickly (having reserved our table a month prior). Our server Jenna was sweet but slammed with multiple 5+ top tables, so the service was a little lacking albeit rendered with a smile. We were 50/50 split on the food. My vegan burger was mediocre at best but everyone else (husband and I. Laws) loved their regular burgers. My son loved the grill cheese but my daughter did not. All in all, not a bad restaurant but also not what you would expect at this price point (even when you factor in being Disney adjacent).
google avatar

Anita B.

Yelp
Felix at the bar was amazing!! He truly didn't stop moving! He was polite, efficient and was consolidating his steps. I work in the industry, I recognize talent when I see it. I'm also celiac and he had knowledge. He knew his Rues and Bourbons.... This guy has hospitality in his blood!

Yelp
As locals, we were excited for our long-anticipated Thanksgiving meal at The Edison in Disney Springs. While the food itself was enjoyable, the handling of my mother's tree nut allergy left much to be desired. Three of us ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, including my six-year-old son, who chose the kid's portion. When the meals arrived, the allergy marker was placed on my son's plate rather than my mother's. When we pointed this out to the server, they simply swapped the plates, giving my mother the child's portion instead. Despite explaining multiple times why this was unacceptable, the server didn't seem to understand the issue. We had to specifically request additional food so my mother wouldn't leave the meal hungry. For a meal that cost nearly $200, this level of service was disappointing and far below our expectations. We hope The Edison takes steps to better accommodate guests with food allergies in the future.

Yelp
I've seen the menu for The Edison online and wondered if the burgers were any good. One weekend we were looking for a restaurant to try for my mom's birthday that didn't require reservations and decided to try this. It's across from STK and near Maria and Enzo's in Disney Springs. You can choose any of the parking structures or surface lots to park in, the Grapefruit/Watermelon surface lot and Orange Garage are the closest options. The interior has a turn-of-the-century/slightly steampunk-inspired decor. There's two levels - the bar seems to be on the top one and the majority of the restaurant seating is on the bottom floor. The day we went, we were seated right away and a waiter came over shortly. We all ordered burgers and shared the impressive pretzel. The latter is great to share with a group and was a bit crunchy and soft - maybe a lot of salt but easy to knock off excess. Burgers came out quickly and they were decent. I think we concluded they were not bad but we would be hard-pressed to call these the best burgers we've ever had. Service was good and they were all friendly. If you are a passholder or cast member, they do take a discount there. I would say this place is 3.5 stars for me. Cool atmosphere and the pretzel was good. Burgers were okay but not the best ones ever.

Yelp
So thankful to find a spot in Disney springs that is casual but upscale and serves vegan options. The industrial look inside was captivating but on warmer days/evenings one should consider sitting out back on the waterfront patio. Ended up getting the sloppy Joe type burger that was vegan but now that I am checking their menu again, I don't see it listed as an item anymore. Hmm... it was pretty good. Maybe a little dry but different then the usual impossible burger that is usually the only vegan option at places. If you want to stay for a little longer check out the times that they have performers coming on stage. Parking was easy, in the public parking garage there are several.

Yelp
Great atmosphere! Sat at the bar the family and the bartenders were so nice and welcoming. They would answer any questions we had and recommended us amazing drinks! There's also live music while you spend your time there and I heard they take requests which is always a plus!

Yelp
The Edison is a beautiful, massive, steam-punk restaurant and venue located in Disney Springs. We didn't do any research before stumbling in for lunch on a sleepy Monday afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised. We went to the bar downstairs which had a decent view of the lake. (You can eat on the lakeside patio as well.) Our bartender was phenomenal. This is a person that absolutely loves what he does. You can just tell that he takes pride in every single aspect of the job. I ordered a Cold Brew Old Fashioned and it was quite easily one of the best drinks I've ever had. I was impressed to see that their Chili was vegan! And... delicious! My husband can't turn down a pretzel, and this one was good as well. I don't really understand the expensive Bacon thing... $18 for four pieces of bacon... but I don't eat bacon. My husband enjoyed it. The french fries were also good, but they're just french fries... hard to mess up. I would definitely come back to The Edison. This is probably an amazing spot for live music! Until next time!

Limited lunch menu, burger was good. Asked for paper napkins but it seems they don't have. The waitress gave me napkins from the bath room sink. They have a nice 30's theme with a lot of accents and detail.

Yelp
We stopped in for a quick lunch and had some good cocktails and food. I had a Manhattan and the tomato soup with grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was massive and I ate half and was very satisfied.

Yelp
We gave this place a second chance after my husband didn't like his food last time. Take two: calamari is always good and my salmon was delicious. My husband ordered his burger mid-rare and it came out way undercooked. I've never seen him send back a burger for being under before but it was rare and cold in the center. They replaced it with a more cooked one and took it off our bill but by the time it came out I had eaten my food and he wasn't hungry anymore. We took it to go. Not sure if we'll be back but the salmon is really good.

Yelp
It was quite a mixed experience. While the ambiance and live band were fantastic, the cocktails we tried were unfortunately disappointing. Starting with the positives, the live band at The Edison was absolutely phenomenal. They played a great mix of classic and contemporary tunes, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The band's energy and talent really set the mood for a fun evening out. However, the cocktails left much to be desired. We tried the "Strawberry Fields Forever" and the "Just Trust Me," and both were quite disappointing. The "Strawberry Fields Forever" lacked the fresh, vibrant strawberry flavor we were expecting and instead tasted artificial. The "Just Trust Me" was equally unimpressive, with an unbalanced mix of ingredients that didn't come together well. Despite the letdown with the drinks, the staff were friendly and attentive. The decor of The Edison is also noteworthy, with its industrial-chic aesthetic and unique vintage touches, making it a visually appealing place to spend time. Overall, while the cocktails were not up to par, the excellent live music and cool atmosphere made the visit worthwhile. If you're heading to The Edison, I highly recommend enjoying the live band but perhaps opting for a different drink choice or sticking to something simple.

Yelp
One of the best dining experiences in Disney Springs. The food was really good (yes, expensive, but it's DS so that was expected) and the live performers were amazing. The vibe here is really amazing -- chill, beautiful, and woven into every bit of the place (except, oddly, the bathrooms -- which seems like a wasted opportunity!).

Yelp
Love this restaurant! The great ambiance gives me The Great Gatsby vibes. Super cool decor! The service was excellent. I wish that I remembered my server's name because he was so attentive to us! I also loved the live music being a big music lover! I had the burger with a side salad and it was so fresh you could tell they used quality meat and ingredients. Drinks are delish as well. We made a reservation for five and did not have to wait at all. Highly recommend this spot, especially for a Disney Springs day.

Yelp
I fully recommend stopping by The Edison when you're at Disney Springs! The ambiance is awesome - there is so much to see and there is live entertainment throughout the evening. As for food, I really enjoyed the appetizers - if you've ready my reviews before, you know that I love a hot pretzel and this one is so good. It's huge and soft and warm - we loved it. The bacon is also great, getting both isn't a bad option because they aren't all that big..and worth it. As for dinner, the short rib is excellent - a good size and full of flavor. Sadly the tomato soup and grilled cheese along with the burger both left something to be desired. Nobody at the table particularly liked them and they wouldn't be on the go to list again.

Yelp
The grilled cheese sandwich was huge. Let me start with that! It was a mile long! The tomato soup it was paired with was incredible too. Perfectly crispy and perfect for dipping. I also had the cold fashioned cocktail which was perfectly blended to catch the chocolate notes first and leave you with the coffee aftertaste. The strawberry fields forever cocktail was perfectly sweet and garnished beautifully. The server was friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the menu as we had a lot of questions. But you expect that from a Disney dining experience. The vibe of this place was so fun! The gears turn as you enter giving you an immediate industrial feel. Walking downstairs to our table did feel like entering a speak easy that I can only imagine is even more lively at night with the entertainment added in. Dinner and a show would be so fun here! We had come for lunch so we did not see any of the entertainment and even though we had a reservation there were plenty of people walking in. Great place to get out of the heat of the Florida sun and catch a drink.

Yelp
Service was fantastic , decor was fun, food was enjoyable. We had the New York Strip and I was very good with chimichurri sauce. Perfect spot for families or even a date night when they have performers.

Yelp
This place is a vibe! We were walking around Disney Springs we had a reservation at the Irish pub when we stumbled on to this place from the entrance I was getting old bank vault mystery escape room vibes. Walk in an actually speak to someone and come to find out it's a 1920's speakeasy. It was so cute their menu was not robust but what they did offer was good food wise and they had a number of fancy cocktails which was awesome. You look and my pictures they have a high roller drink menu which are pricey and you get a take home token but my cousin had a regular cocktail that she loved with some local honey comb. It was an experience you should try at some point. We will be back!

Yelp
Went with a large corporate group and had a bunch of appetizers plus the chicken family style with mac&cheese and asparagus sides. Everything was was very simple and kind of bland but not bad, and the service was fine. The place loses a star for dessert, which I'm pretty certain was Kirkland Signature cookies.
