"The Eighth State Brewing Co. has recently bucked the trend, hiring chef Jonathan Beard to create a menu of seasonal foods meant for drinking. For the Eighth State, Beard has been handed full reign of the kitchen and ownership is ready for him to flex with plates that Greenville hasn’t seen in a brewery setting." - Stephanie Burnette

Had a great visit at The Eighth State Brewing Company. We went to visit many breweries that day so by the time we got there, we sadly only had one drink. Will definitely have to come back and visit and try other things. They had a really cool beer list with all types of different beers and styles and very friendly and accommodating service. I tried a few things that were delicious. They also had a food menu we did not get to try, but definitely next time!

Google
One thing about this spot I can say is that that they have the most flavorful drinks I’ve ever had at a brewery. We tried a flight and every single drink was full of bright or robust flavors. Won’t lie and say I enjoyed all of them but I definitely did appreciate each of them! Now for my standard comments. The location was clean and we were comfortable with their indoor seating options.

Google
We were happy to see cocktails and food on the menu. The hurricane was small for the price and compared to standard Hurricane drinks, but it was solid & good. Some of the flight drinks were $3, and others were $6.50, which is more expensive than in California. The stuffed mushrooms were tiny (maybe why only charged $4 instead of the $7.95, like the menu says?). Service was great but pricey.

Google
Smallish brewery but offering some big time flavors. Tried just a few and they were great. The sours will blow you away with fruity goodness. Can’t wait to visit again and enjoy more of there finely crafted beers.

Google
I wish this pandemic wasn't around. Wasn't able to drink inside the taproom. But have been following this brewery for 2 years and finally had the chance to go. The beers were better then I expected! Wish I was able to get them in Charlotte. The color, the taste, the aroma of the beers were awesome! Service was amazing. Will be back

Google
I loveeee their sour beers here. The most recent one I tried was a mango habanero sour beer. It was delicious and had a spicy kick to it. It’s a fun place to hang out and so close to Gather and downtown restaurants 🥭🌶🍻

Aaron Bridgman

Google
Unexpectedly found some fantastic beers here. Next time I will see what the kitchen has to offer. Dog friendly but only outside. Update: said to see Eighth State closing its doors.

Google
I really enjoy the originality here! We had a great visit a both sampled with a flight. You can get up to 6 beers in the flight. We had to try their sorbet style sours. They are awesome. And of course the color is an eye-magnet! We aren't huge fans of sours, but these are definitely an exception. The tastes are all great on everything we tried. We did not get any food, but it looked and smelled great. A guest of ours got a bourbon drink that you really couldnt taste the alcohol and wasnt the best. But we may be back!

Michael H.

Yelp
Great beers and a helpful and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. The tasting room is very cool, bordered on one side by barrels doing their aging job. How about a pumpkin spice IPA. Eat your hearts out coffee shops! Everything you've ever wanted in a pumpkin beer AND MORE! Incendiary is a super smooth double west coast IPA. It's fun to find those in the southeast.

Nicole D.

Yelp
Super nice people, great atmosphere. We did a flight of sour beers & every single one was great!

Yelp
While I didn't have any food here, I can confidently say their beer is some of the best and most unique in Greenville. Their speciality seems to be "big" stouts - this is one of the only places I've been where you can chose among several imperial stouts loaded with rich flavor. I am a stout person so I loved that they have about as many stout options as most breweries have IPA options. I also tried their lighter beers and they were good and equally as unique. My wife doesn't drink beer and she was pretty happy they have non-beer options as well. Their indoor seating is comfy and I like the vibe inside. If the day is nice, it is also nice to sit outside (if you can find a seat!). I don't quite understand why they have pre-selected flights, but their beer is good enough that you should just get several pints instead of a flight and thus still try them all out that way!

Abi B.

Yelp
I'll preface this by saying I personally don't drink beer, so my review will reflect aspects not including beer (though the few sips of my friends' beers were quite tasty). I do drink seltzer and was thrilled that they had so many options for seltzers. I saw they did a lot of beer flights, so I asked if I could do a flight but for the seltzers. The bartender said they don't typically do that (I guess they stick to pre-set flights with descriptions) but he was able to for me, so that was awesome. I honestly don't remember which ones I got but they were, to me, more reminiscent of kombucha or sour beers than a White Claw. But with that said, I love kombucha and really enjoyed the tang and different flavors for a change. I would have bought some cans or bottles of my favorites but they were sold out, unfortunately (of the seltzers AND beer gifts I had hoped to get). The location is great, parking is a little sparse but not terrible. They have a really nice indoor seating area, as well as good outdoor seating (just dont go in the rain). Everyone else in my group really enjoyed their beers and we had a great time on our visit. My only complaints really were just them not having the things I wanted to buy in stock! I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town.

Barry M.

Yelp
Not a stout or sours fan which is what seems to be drawing the best reviews. There were three IPAs on tap but they were all waaaaay too high in alcohol. The amber lager was ok. Nice place, nice people. We didn't try the food

Rick T.

Yelp
Fantastic stouts anytime of the year ! Amazing sours too. Special bottles are released all the time. Love this spot.

Yeager S.

Yelp
Beers & cocktails were unique and tasty and there were great options available, as well as NA options which I appreciate. Bartender was prompt with drinks and cordial. The space was inviting and nice. Food was lackluster and the service surrounding it was as well - it wasn't busy when we were there, maybe 4-5 other tables, most were 2-tops. We ordered a hummus & pimento plate (pita, cukes, hummus & pimento) and tried to order a second but apparently the "chef" was new and flying solo, and was overwhelmed with making two of these. Instead we ordered a grilled cheese....and received it 45-60 minutes later. When we asked about it 15-20 minutes into the wait we were told that it was a computer error and the ticket didn't print and that they'd get it in. We finally received the sandwich as we were finishing our drinks and ready to leave, and were told the same excuse for the delay. While paying for the hour-long-barely-toasted-bread-with-pesto-and-unmelted-mozzarella sandwich, the staff even made a comment about how long we had been waiting but didn't apologize, make any offer of a discount, or remove it from the tab. Overall the place wasn't terrible but I can't recommend eating here. I worked in kitchens most of my early life so I have empathy that things can go awry, staff don't show, equipment breaks, etc. but I don't get the lack of owning your mistake and taking care of your customers when you drop the ball. Especially on something this simple.

Yelp
Amazing BBA beers, offer pre-selected flts, food is , and they even have a full bar w/bourbon & mezcal! Had the Reuben w/pasta salad side and the Darkest Night Flight which included: Rogue in Exile Collab w/Burial Grid Room Collab w/Weldwerks In a Mirror Macadamia White Chocolate Stout Collab w/Untitled Art I even scored a pour of Widow Jane's Lucky Thirteen! One of my new fav breweries and such a fantastic find in GVL!

Adriane C.

Yelp
Tried 'the veg' from the Half tonight and it was probably the worst sandwich I've ever had, not enough salt or fat. 1$ for a QUARTER pickle is such a rip off and it was pretty shitty too. Staff just seemed very fake and off-putting but that's to be expected in a place like that. The best part was them having voodoo chips lol

James C.

Yelp
Excellent beer, and I don't meant that lightly. Ron took great care of us. Will be back.

Jackie D.

Yelp
In town for the night and wanted to try a few local brews. Highly recommend trying this brewery. Knowledgeable staff, good beers, and great variety. Our favs were the smoothie seltzer and the sour!

J R.

Yelp
Came back two years later and had a wonderful time! On a quiet May Day, the sours flight really hit the spot and quenched both my thirst for innovative, fun beer and for sun, too. Bartenders were friendly and talked about the beers with me, which was fun and great, and honestly all four of the beers that I tried were wonderful in different ways. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed- plant loves rejoice! And some cool rare beer bottles on the walls. If you like sours, try the Glittering Belts wild ale. It's a fun true sour that has just the right mix of berry, peach, and apricot, without being too sweet or sugary. It's great for summer, too, and I wasn't tired of it even after a few pints. Also recommend the Scrumdiddly- it tastes just like pineapple juice with a bit of a fun kick. The Rhyming Numbers fruited sour definitely lives up to its name and was a lot of fun to try. I also love that they collaborate with a bunch of other breweries- honestly it just keeps the menu fresh, innovative, and fun. I love regular craft beers, but once you've had 100 IPAs they can blend together- these collabs keep things interesting and basically tell a new story. That keeps it fun for us as customers, and I enjoyed reading/tasting those beers. Cheers!

Justin C.

Yelp
On my road trip down to Florida, I made sure to stay a night in Greenville for the sole purpose of coming here. The place was empty on the Weds night I was there, as there was seemingly a steady stream of just 6-8 of us. But, that is neither here nor there. The beer is awesome. I tried every single brew they had on tap, and each of them tasted as described, and made me wanting more. I ended up buying two crowlers to-go, which were very quickly consumed in the following days. If you're in the area, go, stop by, have a drink, and enjoy the chill environment.

Amber R.

Yelp
Their service and adult beverages have always been stellar- but today I tried their sandwiches for the first time and was even more blown away. The ciabatta was exceptional and the servings are enormous. I wouldn't normally get this bowled over by a sandwich...but I've got a new go-to for my Sammy fix. My favorite watering hole is now my favorite lunch spot!

Darrell L.

Yelp
Cool little brewery that was an easy walk from out hotel in downtown. Lots of outdoor seating under the tent and outside of it. Beer was pretty tasty too. Service was good. Lots of people had their dogs which always makes me happy.

Jess H.

Yelp
The most disappointing part of the night was the fact that they had preselected flights. I got the one of the dark beers, and I liked a lot of them, but it was just way too much with four samples of beers that were 12% or higher in alcohol. And they were all extremely sweet! It was a little bit too much. The other flights were a little bit strange too, one focusing on sowers and one focusing on seltzer's. It didn't seem to be any options of flights with anything lighter or more average. It was pretty small, but that was compensated for by having a tent up in the parking lot. We came in, and it smelled delicious, but the person at the bar could give us no hint as to what we were smelling, so we did not order food.

Angela M.

Yelp
WOW!!! Love their brewery make over! Upstate brewery has become The Eighth State Brewing. They have so many of their own brews now and every single one is amazing! Especially for someone who loves sours, barleywines and barrel aged beers, this place has all those options. Hands down my favorite brewery now in Greenville. You can get flights of 6 at once and for a 4oz pour it's between $3-4. This may be the only brewery where I've seen green beers or beers that look like smoothies. A lot of their beers have delicious fruit flavors. You would think fruity beers would be a wimpy 3% ABV but most of their beers are 6-7% ABV and they have their barleywine at a whopping 12-13%. They now have less food options however they still have their amazing flat breads, some sandwiches and cheese/meat boards.

Russell D.

Yelp
I am super-impressed with how these guys are handling the times. They have a huge outside area with tents and heaters set up. The staff is serious about Covid safety which is great. They have been banging out some awesome beer in spite of all this and their stouts are some of the best anywhere. I want to try some other food items soon, but the pizzas are excellent! They also have occasional kitchen-takeovers, most recently Pineapple Express, and the food was very tasty. I'm very happy to have them here in Greenville.

Laura C.

Yelp
Quick visit. Lovely Taproom. They are open for pick up only as we are under really hard times due to Covid-19'restrictions. Shared with friends. Proxy for many. Looking forward to our next REAL visit.

Willy B.

Yelp
This place has the best beer I have ever had. Their stouts and sours are amazing. I always like to get a flight of any stouts and sours they have and have not been disappointed yet. By far the best brewery and beer I've ever had.

Dunn F.

Yelp
What a fun time this was with my friends! Luc was a great bartender. Mike was a fantastic trivia dj. They don't have food, but we ordered in and it was super fast and tasty (forgot to get pics of food). Oh, yeah, we killed in trivia, too. Great beers, but I'm a cocktail lover and those did not disappoint!

Michael B.

Yelp
I was in Greenville on a business trip and popped in here on a random Tuesday. I sampled quite a few beers and then decided to order an 8oz of my favorite IPA. I was then informed since it was bingo night all full pours were $2 off making them the same price as the half pour so that was a huge win. Lesson for me is to ask what the specials are before ordering. The IPAs were super. Very hop forward and more typical west coast style than the NEIPAs everyone's doing these days. Additionally the double fruited gose I had vas very tasty. A little tart but quite refreshing with a huge berry burst. Eighth State also offers pours on their guest taps which is pretty cool if a brewery since their primary purpose is to sell their own beers. They had a couple collab beers I tried but thought their own beers outshines these offerings. They also had lots of wines and other mixed drinks available which I thought was pretty cool for a brewery. Highly recommend!

Virginia S.

Yelp
Came back to Greenville with the main goal of returning to this brewery. We arrived right when they opened and headed in to enjoy some of the unique beers... we were stopped by an employee saying they are ONLY doing to go beers or you can sit outside. Mind you it's February, cold and rainy, and they did not have a tent that day. I understand you want to take precautions with COVID but what a poor business decision to turn away guests like that. Overall a poor business decision when it's winter and rainy. Every single seat was soaking wet. The entire brewery which used to house tables if full of "junk" and you could EASILY socially distance people inside the space you have if you cleaned it up. Google still says "dine in" is available. I would completely respect a social distanced option but to completely turn away guest... you have lost loyal customers that RAVED about your brewery for two year!

Michael R.

Yelp
We decided to come by and try the flight for the sours, mead, and cider. My inlaws mentioned this place a couple of times when we passed. We were drawn in by the architecture. Very 70s meets industrial modern theme. Very friendly staff who were busting their humps to bring out food and pour drinks. Great service! I ordered: Bonesaw, Spoken in Tongue, Drowning, Dreki Skald, and the Shacksbury. Five stars for yummy drinks, great atmosphere and diligent staff.

Thanh P.

Yelp
Very impressed with the draft selections. I'm not big on beer but the beer here were so good, especially thousand eye and dreki skald. I would love come back to try their selection of wine and more slushes! Also the atmosphere here is super cute and welcoming !

Danielle A.

Yelp
NOT KID friendly. I'm sorry I think that's a pre-req for breweries these days. My 2 year old just was covered in cactus! Why would you have cactus in a common area?!? So bad we almost went to urgent care. Also staff was weird. You ask what they had they direct you to a QR code. My husband might have been drinking your beer but

Michelle M.

Yelp
When I'm in a beer mood (probs 75% of the time) I seek out a chill, fresh, place to enjoy a drink, snacks, and fellowship. Upstate provides a great environment for all these things to flourish. They offer so many things I'm gonna try my best to remember it all. I initially found Upstate Craft because they posted their weekly block party event on social media. I put it on my to do list. There was a live band, corn hole and other games, and of course fresh brews. They brew their own and offer a variety of ingredients to begin the hobby yourself. I've seen beer classes going on where they teach the craft, sounds like a fun gift! Another fun weekly event is the Bingo nights with $1 off house drafts. There's a fridge full of bottles if the draft list doesn't do it for ya, and a yummy snack list of hot cheesy pretzels and chicken and stuff. See you there!

Zyven S.

Yelp
I can't really begin to explain how nice this tiny South Carolina Brewery is. If you're looking for the proper beer drinking experience in the upstate, the the Eighth State Brewing will have you covered! Beer drinkers will appreciate the large variety that is on tap. I was very pleased to find out that the bartender on staff was extremely helpful in the beer selection process. It was a lot of fun hearing about the delicious brews such as the Cheat Code and the Repeat. However, I found this sour ale with raspberries known as the Apparition to be the most delicious. Many guests will find the quaint and dimly lit nature of this brewery if they are looking to have a relaxing experience. We went on a Thursday night around 930 and it was rather empty, but then again, I believe the brewery closes at 10. I would definitely recommend Eighth State Brewing to all of you!

Jess L.

Yelp
My last week of unemployement, I took an impromptu day trip to Greenville, and at the end of the day, I wanted to check out a brewery. Eighth State came highly suggested by the craft beer community here in Charlotte, but I had never heard of it (which isn't surprising, I'm not sure that they distribute..but it would be rad if they did). Driving in, I honestly thought I was in the wrong spot. It's in the bottom story of an architectural firm, and I *think* that parking is shared with the employees there. If not, I'm sorry, firm, for stealing one of your parking spaces! The space is relatively dark, but when I rolled in, people were just starting to get off work, so I got to see the place come alive. I ended up getting a flight, as I do with most places, and the bartender helped me out a lot with what to try. The beer quality is out the wazoo. This is some cool, experimental stuff that you don't find at your run-of-the-mill brewery. They really put a lot of care and effort into crafting great, new things, and that's especially true with their sour program. I saw some people next to me order food (think cheese board), but I didn't see a menu. There could be more! I'd highly recommend Eighth State to anybody who seeks out delicious, well crafted brews. I wish I could get my hands on some here in Charlotte - I'll have to keep my eyes out. I should've gotten a crowler. Le sigh.

Michael N.

Yelp
After a long day of hard work (drinking beer/touring breweries), this was our last stop. Upstate has a really nice spot in the bottom part of a gentrified warehouse - large clean crisp space with a nice chill atmosphere. They have a little bit of everything here: great food, a mighty list of bottled beer and many draught selections. We lucked out and one of the assistant brewers helped us. He talked about their concept/brewing, their current brews and even gave us samples of their two on tap. Really good stuff but unusual styles that I would not have likely been brave enough to order. So glad we got to try them!!! I also went with a couple of bottled/canned (one was Evil Twin Lemonade IPA) recommendations based on other beers I've tried and liked. Again bravo! Really good place for beer nerds like me! Definitely a fan of this place!!!

Brad H.

Yelp
I have been several times and have tried a flight of beers each time. Great variety... It changes over time too. Several brewed on the property and numbers that are local will provide a great variety to test... We generally go for the beer, but have also tried some of the appetizers which are perfectly fine. The staff is very friendly and also knowledgeable. I have mentioned that I brew at home and have always found the crew to be very engaging and interested in talking beer. Twice as I have gotten into some discussion, the server has brought out an extra glass of something interesting at no charge. My opinion is that if you really enjoy beer, this is definitely a place that should be on your list.

Karen P.

Yelp
We've been here a couple of times. The draft beers vary, but there is always something that we found and enjoy. If you looking for a light snack, the grilled chicken sliders are very good.

Haley C.

Yelp
If you're into sour beers, this is the spot! They also had an ipa and lager on the menu if they're not your thing, as well as wine, cocktails, and "slurries." It's great to find a brewery that has some food as well- dips, chips, charcuterie, a couple other apps, sandwiches, and flatbread pizza. We got the sausage pizza and fried pickle potato chips and both were great. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. The biggest downfall was on Sundays they close at 6, and beers are a little pricey- $7 for 13oz. However, the beers were so full of flavor and color, they were both appealing to the eye and taste buds and set them apart from other breweries. Definitely coming back here again!

Michele P.

Yelp
We went here for dinner and the sandwiches were wonderful. I have the portabella mushroom sandwich and the combination of flavors were so good it was a great sandwich. I definitely recommend it.

Jaina G.

Yelp
Awesome atmosphere! Cozy, warm, and really awesome beers! Def recommend. Not a huge selection of beer but I i can see why. Each one is made so well and taste so good. If you like sours this is the spot!

Brogan J.

Yelp
There is no where I recommend more often than Eighth State. Beyond their talent, they are so genuine and passionate about what they do. They support the community in huge ways and are so welcoming to everyone. Their drinks and food are amazing and they're happy to talk about the process of each creation. I love love love their seltzers- current favorite is Back Here Again. If you're looking for a small business that is authentic as they come, Eighth State is the place to be.

Jessica D.

Yelp
This place has an interesting selection of beers...most are sours. I like sours, but if you don't, your selection might be a bit limited. Today is st Patrick's day and they dyed one of their beers green. So fun! Plenty of seating is available inside and out. I like a bit more of a selection in my beers but you should definitely check this place out!

James S.

Yelp
Great beer choices. Cameron provided EXCELLENT customer service. Many different varieties of beer and they serve an awesome meat and cheese tray. Great place to check in and enjoy before a Greenville Drive Baseball game. Easy walking distance to the stadium. Bathrooms are a bit of a walk to get to so do not wait til the last minute; if you feel like you need to go, start walking.

Nathan T.

Yelp
Wow this place is awesome and the people were great and they didn't make us wear a face diaper bravo guys. Bravo.

Ana O.

Yelp
Upstate Craft Beer Company is my new favorite brewery in Greenville. They have a really great space and a good amount of seating inside (although I wish they had a patio area to sit in). I have liked many of their beers they make on-site and appreciate the interest selection of other microbrews they offer here. Their staff is totally awesome! And best of all, I love that they are one of the few microbreweries in the area open on Sundays. Each time I have come I have gotten to try different beer offerings from them and their guest taps. Their Coffee Break IPA is one of my favorites, with a delicious coffee flavor in a light beer. They also have a Belgian Golden Ale a few times I was here that was quite delightful as well. I have been a little surprised at times by the beers I have liked here. Their guest taps are great as well. One of the most memorable ones I had was the Sonoma Washboard Cider, which was a dry cider flavored with sarsaparilla. It was a surprisingly tasty combination. I also happened to come to the New Belgium Brewing Takeover and had some absolutely fantastic beers then. They do not have traditional beers flights here, but you can order 4oz samples individually for about 1/4 of their price on the menu, which is pretty reasonable. I love that they bring them in muffin tins and write the names of the beers on it. In addition to delicious brews, they have a food menu and events every weekend. I have only tried the pretzel but it was decent. The staff here has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable each time we have been here. Upstate Craft Beer company is a great addition to the local craft brew scene.

Abby L.

Yelp
This is a really nice brewery. The layout and the inside is perfect. There are large tables and plenty of room. I have only been here once and it was cold out, so I didn't notice if there was outdoor seating available. The staff was so nice! They have food, but I was heading to dinner and have yet to sample any of it. The beer selection was unique and delicious. I was very happy with all the beers I tried on my flight. I look forward to coming back and experiencing more to the place for sure.

Mike S.

Yelp
Upstate Craft Beer is a great spot. They usually have something around 20 beers on draft. They host a variety of guest taps and have several in-house brewed beers. There are also dozens of amazing beers in bottles and cans available. Want something to eat? Check out their menu! There are a host of appetizers, salads, and sandwiches for you to enjoy. I am a big fan of the Asian wing dings and the chicken philly. Upstate Craft Beer is a great spot to hit up just before heading off to a Greenville Drive baseball game or any other event in the West End. It's just a few minutes walk away from the Fluor Field and Falls Park. Stop on by!

Parke L.

Yelp
This place is awesome! We tried four different sours, and each one was incredibly unique and flavorful. I love the vibe they're going for with their beers, and the food wasn't bad for a quick snack or lunch. Highly recommend.

Christopher R.

Yelp
Ambiance and location was cool but all of our beer was full of yeast... I'm not sure if all of their kegs were running low or if they dont know how to fill kegs but our entire group had yeasty beer and everyone is feeling it. Beware. All of the pictures were IPAs and the third had sat for about an hour and the yeast began to separ Update: I definitely did order one of the New England IPAs which would account for the haze but there were different IPAs ordered. Unless you use a wheat profile that dominates the bill (wheat much cheaper compared to other grains) I'm not sure why the protein content should be that high. Regardless this New England IPA was almost as dry as champagne and very crisp, which I was never aware NE IPAs had for a desired hop aroma/bitterness profile. As stated before there were two IPAs ordered, one was the high alcohol content IPA (cannot remember if it was listed as a double or triple IPA) and I cant remember a time when even a double IPA ive ever had, had THAT much wheat in it. If were going to claim that the haze is coming from proteins in the "grain" a high abv ipa should not include that much haze and include much more fermentables, for a malt flavor that balances the intense hopping. Thats fine if you want to claim it's a wheat protein haze but even if you add wheat to a high alcohol beer it should at least be cold crashed. This is why I'm still seeing it as yeast because we had some nasty gas later that night. The other thing that made me believe it was yeast was the micro carbonation still happening, every drink was still a bit bubbly but not as carbonated as a fully finished carbonated beer. Just sharing my experience, I'm sure if I came in today the beer would be great and it was an isolated incident. Source: BA in biochemistry and molecular biology

Yelp
Overall, I was very satisfied with my second visit to Upstate Craft Beer Co. They have just opened to the public and it seems to be off to a fantastic start. I find that the staff are just a delightful bunch to mingle with while getting your beer on. They're friendly and attentive, ensuring that you are well taken care of. Among my favorite things about this place is the selection of alcoholic beverages. I counted over one-hundred selections on the menu. So, there's bound to be something for everyone. Tonight I enjoyed a Stillwater Vanilla Cream Ale by Thomas Creek and the IPA by Green Man. I would recommend checking this place out. Bring a couple of friends or come by and make a few new ones. You'll most likely have a wonderful time either way!

Yelp
Great atmosphere and lovely addition to Greenville's craft beer scene. I think they will do well in this location. I will say though, they are expensive in my opinion. I love that you can order as many small pours as you want, but it comes at a price. I ordered 10, 4 ounce pours and my bill was $27 without tip. I figured there'd be a lower price for a flight, but you pay depending on how many pours you get. If you do the math, it's $13 per pint. Ouch. I've paid a lot less for half pints, than their 4 ounces. The beer they have brewed themselves is great, but yeah, costly. I will be back, but will likely order less. Love the place but can't afford it. I know they will do well.

Yelp
This is an awesome brewery to visit! It's very clean and the AC felt great on a hot day! The Bold Rock Hard Cider Blood Orange was amazing!! Jack is very knowledgeable and I great enjoyed talking to him.

Yelp
You to like this place and still have s fondness as had some good times there, now I'm not sure I can afford to go! 5 bucks fir an 8 oz pour and 8 or 9 for 13oz or somewhere close , not a full pint. Not for me

Yelp
Bartender wouldn't pour me an 8oz beer until after she swiped my credit card. So despite my clean shirt & out-of-region accent... I'm assuming she thinks of me as a shady drifter trying to scam a drink (why would I order a 1/2 pour if I'm stealing). I ask her what she thinks of the brewery neighborhood, just to see if her prejudice is warranted... it wasn't. Good think they make good beer
