Firstly the classic fried rice came burnt. when we asked, the owner said it's the smell of wok and he said he tasted it and it’s the white pepper. We've eaten Thai food almost every day in Hawaii and previously in the US and Thailand and never had this experience. When asked politely about our options, he tossed the food in trash can and said thank you for coming. Then, he started cursing and using a lot of foul language. He then said he's having a bad day but also justified his foul words saying it’s freedom of speech. The guy should have some courtesy and respect being in this business, or just being a human. He started getting closer and we had to leave the place for safety reasons. We nearly called 911. He ruined a day that was going very smoothly for us.
In retrospect, we see similar reviews about burnt food as well as the guy’s attitude. Just hope you go on his good day.
